Location close to city.

No parking available on site . Bed was on wheels with no locks or casters so everytime you sat up in bed the bed move forward. Very frustrating .

Location was great, the apartment is small but clean and has everything you need

It was confusing to arrive - it wasn't clear on booking that the keys are to be picked up from the Western Hotel so we were wandering around looking for the Bridget's apartments for some time. It was only after calling that we were told to come into the Western Hotel.

The location was perfect for walking around Galway and still be able to get out of town by car to explore surrounding areas. The apartment was well maintained and the staff at the hotel were very friendly and responsive.

The only thing I would say is providing a drying rack would have been helpful since there was limited space to hang our towels and any laundry (we used the washing machine in the apartment).

Location is perfect. Just a short walk away from all the fun Galway has to offer but far enough away that you don't get the "fun" noise. We were in Apartment #3 which was basic but generally functional. I've sent a private message to the facility with specific feedback and maintenance points. Paid parking is a short walk away but up/down hill so I would drop your luggage before parking. If you aren't planning to spend much time in your room this is a good spot for a couple of nights.

It’s walkability to the hear of activity.

Parking was a bit of a challenge but ultimately we got parking across the street for the apartment. So it no longer was an issue.

Great character, surprisingly well equipped for longer term stay and perfect distance from activities and transportation. 15 minutes walk ( or less) from the train station, and associated with The Western hotel with great food, Bar and entertainment. Really cool place

The location was ideal for Galway and having the benefit of being able to speak to someone at the front desk of the hotel was great.

Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit schönem Wintergarten. Die Wohnung war hell und großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, man checkt im Hotel daneben ein und kann dort auch sehr gut essen.

Etwas Ablagefläche im Bad und ein paar Haken wären gut. In der Nacht stört das Gluckern von dem "Wassertank/Heizung", man muss die Tür vom Schlafzimmer schließen, das kann dann etwas warm werden.

L'appartement est vraiment petit et très basique, avec un intérieur très minimaliste, impersonnel et pas très moderne. Équipements élémentaires. Il y a une petite terrasse totalement minérale et grise, sans vue, sans végétation et sans endroit où s'asseoir. Même chose pour l'accès principal à l'immeuble : gris et minéral, sans possibilité de se garer. Honnêtement, quand on arrive, ça plombe un peu l'ambiance des vacances. Décidément, beaucoup trop cher.

Halverwege de vakantie zochten we iets met wasservice en vonden dit in Galway. Inchecken in het hotel ging soepel, parkeren mocht in hun garage en daar werd niks voor gerekend. Er was hulp met bagage en het appartement was ruim en netjes en op korte afstand van het centrum. Wat wil je nog meer! O ja, en de wasmachine had ook droogmogelijkheden. Helemaal geweldig!

Shower was strange, water would go from pipping hot to cold, that should be checked as people might get burned. Couldn’t even get a proper shower and wash hair as was afraid of the water temperature.

Vorne direkt an der Straße, vom Sofa direkter Blick in die Einfahrt des Busbahnhofes, hinten direkt an einem Parkplatz. Einrichtung wirkt sehr steril. In einem der Schlafzimmer lässt sich keinerlei Fenster öffnen.

Excellent location. Apartment had everything needed and a bonus of two bedrooms. Great kitchen/diner/lounge and the treat of a bath as well as a shower. Staff were polite and helpful (with the exception detailed below). We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food.

Receptionist on arrival was quite rude when we commented on the lack of signage for the apartment. Told us it was in the email that it is part of The Western Hotel. This is only visible on the second page of small print and she could have been more understanding. To get to the apartments you go through underground car park and steep steps so not for the faint hearted or unfit! Woken by bin collection outside our window crashing and shouting at 5.15 and 4.45 am followed by further noise of either barrels or gas bottles being rolled so no chance of getting back to sleep. Reception said they were aware of the problem but conversation with the bin collection management had been unsuccessful. To be honest they should not be letting these apartments out or should at least put a warning (we booked through Booking.Com). It’s not as though they are particularly cheap. Our stay spoiled by being so tired. Not sure why there is as a bedside lamp when there was no socket and one on the other side of the room was 6 ft up the wall (see photo)

Great location, quiet, clean, and with a kitchenette, sitting area, and washing machine, it was much better than a hotel.

There was nothing not to like, although some might struggle with the set of stairs required to get to it.

Beautiful apartment spotless

This was a wonderful right-off-downtown stay for our family of four. Stairs up to the door, living room + balcony + kitchen + one bedroom + spacious bathroom + clothes washer. Upstairs for one more bedroom + full bath. Two blocks to the Lidl. Two block to center square and pubs.

No parking on site. Very cheap parking four blocks away past the Lidl.

Our apartment was perfect. So close to everything. Really clean. Very suitable for our party of 4. We will visit again. Mary, wicklow.

Appartamento spazioso e in ottima posizione per visitare la città. La cucina molto grande, cosi come anche il salotto. Appartamento perfetto per 4 persone. Staff molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

I letti purtroppo un po piccoli per due persone di una certa altezza e non comodissimi per dormire, ma ovviamente dipende dal materasso a cui uno è abituato. Parcheggio non incluso, ma di sponibile a pagamento nelle vicinanze della struttura.

Great location, could walk to shopping/pubs and to pick up spots for tours and the bus station. Reception staff were welcoming and very nice.

Confusing to find, it didn't say to go to the hotel reception under different name to get key. Found the apartment ok. Noisy one night with people outside. Washer/dryer: couldn't get it to dry anything. Not enough toilet paper and didn't receive response when messaged asking for more.

Great location, just outside the main town. We experienced difficulties in parking and the digital app did not work, but the staff allowed us to park in the hotel car park which eased this burden immensely.

Only a bath - no shower - in the upstairs room’s bathroom, but not a major issue.,

Shower went from freezing to roasting to dressing etc. Smell of smoke in apartment. Bedrooms had no mirrors so tricky for ladies drying hair, doing make up etc.

Location is 15 min walk from the city hub. Reception was very nice - they are from Wetern Hotel. It's nice that it's on a side street.

Beds are small -they are called double, but it's a very small fit Breakfast staff at the hotel were very unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome TV didn't work for 2 days so we couldn't watch Wold Cup :(

Nice apartment near downtown and big

There were no cleaning service and for that it was too expensive in my opinion.

Proximity to the city centre / shops etc was good. Size of the apartment was great. Washing machine Staff at Western Hotel were very helpful.

The apartment was close to town, compact but had what was needed. Relatively comfortable bed and couch.

The many stairs, only two windows opened, one in main room, one in bedroom, but someone could just step into the bedroom window so couldn’t leave it open. The oven didn’t work, none of the buttons on it did anything, wouldn’t turn on. The coffee pod machine was broken so created a disaster and burned your fingers to use it. Our last night the next door neighbour went on a rant of banging the stairs, his door, connecting walls, floor and shouting obscenities for roughly 6 hours. Front desk didn’t come down or even call the guards. The sitting room chair had a busted leg so would just collapse on you. No salt or pepper was provided.

La posizione un po’ defilata dal centro ma molto comoda per raggiungere i posti più importanti della città. Chiedete appartamenti ai piani superiori che sono luminosi.

Siamo state in un appartamento al piano terra poco luminoso e con una caldaia molto rumorosa . Il giorno seguente, dopo molta insistenza, ci hanno trasferito in un appartamento al primo piano, confortevole e luminoso, ma la caldaia la notte doveva rimanere spenta perché era ugualmente rumorosa. E comunque si sentiva un gocciolio continuo, per fortuna avevamo tappeti per le orecchie. Abbiamo trovato purtroppo lenzuola non pulite che sono state cambiate e ci è stata offerta una colazione.

Die Lage von App. 40 ist super, zur Fußgängerzone läuft man in ein paar Minuten. Es ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück im Haupthaus (zu Fuß in 5 Minuten) ist ebenfalls gut.

Das Doppelbett ist für zwei Erwachsene schon sehr eng und das Bad noch viel enger, da kann man sich nur alleine drin aufhalten. Die Toilettenspülung hat eine Ewigkeit benötigt, bis eine weitere Spülung möglich war und in der Dusche kam kaum Wasser. Als dann gar kein Wasser mehr kam, haben wir ein Mega-Appartement (jedoch wieder mit relativ engem Doppelbett) in der Nähe des Haupthauses (Hotel) mit Blick über die Stadt bekommen. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank an das freundliche und hilfsbereite Team!

Quiet spot not far from Eyre square. When we learned the dryer function of the washer/dryer was not meant to fully dry clothes they provided a drying rack. Kitchen was efficient with everything needed to make some home cooked meals. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The electric shower dripped all night unfortunately and as we could hear this from the twin room was disappointing. The sort to the toilet also squeaks loudly. Otherwise we were delighted with the apartment cleanliness and location and the reception staff were extremely welcoming.

The reception desk was helpful in explaining the location of the apartment, taking the easiest route due to an elderly friend traveling with me. Also helped with getting us to the train station to return to Dublin. Told us to ask for any services needed during our stay, such as extra towels. Good location to the center of the city, and also near a grocery store.

Could have provided paper towels or napkins in kitchen. Everything else was provided.

Excellent location- quiet but quite near Eyre Square and all. The front desk was absolutely lovely and efficient.

The apartment was a cheap quality- fine but not nice, except the living room furniture was quite comfortable.

Un solo baño para 4 personas. Ir a buscar la llave a un hotel a 15 minutos de distancia. Wc no desagua bien

Fijn appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Latin Quarter was ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Supermarkt is ook dichtbij. Goede uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar de Sky Road / Wild Atlantic way en de kliffen.

Enige waar je rekening mee moet houden als je een auto hebt, dat je €24 per dag aan parkeerkosten kwijt bent.
