Me gustó lo céntrica que era la ubicación, que la habitación contara con hervidor, té y secador de pelo, y la amabilidad del dueño.

No me gustó que la habitación tuviera pocos cojines, lo que habría hecho la estadía más cómoda.

Freundlicher Empfang und auf unsere Fragen erhielten wir gute Tipps und Informationen. Dass Bett war sehr bequem.

Laut der Beschreibung hatten wir gedacht, es gäbe ein private parking auf den Grundstück, aber es war mal wieder nur die Straße, hat aber geklappt , ok. Hatten das Zimmer relativ spontan gebucht, erst im Nachhinein entdeckt: Da stand eigentlich mit Veranda/Patio - hm, das war dann wohl zu spät, um das Nichtvorhandensein zu reklamieren, Pech für uns. Aber schon blöd,wenn man nicht das bekommt, was gebucht ist - oder? Im übrigen klang die gesamte Beschreibung eher wie ein Hostel oder Hotel, nicht wie eine Unterkunft, in der auch der Vermieter wohnt. Weitere Verbesserungsvorschläge für das Zimmer, das wir bekamen: Stühle -? Wo sollen wir den Kaffee trinken? Im Stehen? Auf dem Bett sitzend? Ok, es gibt einen Schrank. Aber für 1-2 Nächte packt man nicht alles aus. Die Wände sind so kahl - also wäre genügend Platz für Kleiderhaken. Und anstatt einer Topfpflanze, die mir als Gast nichts nutzt, stattdessen nur Platz wegnimmt - da wäre ein Kleiderständer oder ein Stuhl die bessere Wahl. Fazit: Das war kein "Deluxe"-Zimmer. Ds Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war das schlechteste auf unserer Reise.

Qué no hiciera el aseo todos los días, me gusta llegar a la pieza y que esté hecho el baño y la cama.

Great and calm location only 10 walking minutes away from the city center in a charming house with a little garden. Christian was very welcoming and helped to arrange our tickets for the car ferry. He's full of good advice and quite knowledgeable about local (sea)wildlife.

J’ai aimé le fait que ce soit une grande maison, avec quelques chambres, et la literie est bonne.

L’établissement est vraiment bruyant. On attend beaucoup les personnes des chambres voisines, ou du couloir. De plus nous avons demandé au propriétaire de faire une machine, il nous a demandé 20 dollars en plus, (1/3 du prix de la chambre en plus) j’ai trouvé ça extrêmement cher pour juste mettre le linge dans la machine, que nous avons récupéré le matin dans celle ci.

Hermosa habitación, muy cómoda, calentita y bien equipada. Me sorprendió el silencio y tranquilidad para poder dormir bien. Los perritos de la casa son unos regalones, sin duda una ventaja del alojamiento. ¡Excelente experiencia!

Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Hostal queda cerca del centro, a 10 minutos del centro. Locales para desayunar y almorzar cercanos

The bed was really comfortable and the room was a good size. Everything was very clean and communication was good. It's nice that it's in a quiet location, but that does mean it's 10-15 mins walk to most of the things downtown. But you can also get an Uber for $2-3 so it was not a problem for me even when it was raining. Overall recommend a stay here!

There aren't restaurants super close, but as noted in the positives, that means it's quieter than being downtown and it was easy to get to and from walking or with Uber

The hospitality of the host Christian and his daughter Catalina truly wrapped me in care. Spending New Year’s Eve in a foreign country, with people I was meeting for the first time in my life, felt surprisingly comfortable — almost like being with family. A cozy bed, a warmly heated and thoughtfully prepared room, and a delicious dinner cooked by genuinely caring hosts softened the harsh Patagonian climate. All of this left a deep sense of warmth and a quiet certainty in my mind that I would love to return one day.

Christian muy amable, la habitación muy linda. Buen colchón para descansar.

Los muebles de guardado no son prácticos y recomendaría poner una mesita con unas sillas. Para llegar a la habitación hay que ingresar por el camino lateral que es de tierra y dificulta el ingreso con la valija.

Acomodação espaçosa. Cama e roupas de cama boas. Chuveiro ótimo e tudo muito limpo! O ponto alto da estadia é a receptividade do anfitrião! Muito gentil e atendeu todas nossas necessidades! Super indico! Voltaria com certeza!!!

Excelente habitación, impecable el aseo, para nosotros fué una excelente ubicación, pero para quienes quieran estar en el centro, quizás sea un poquito retirado, pero está cerca igual, y la atención lo justifica, nos complicó un poco la luz que entra por las ventanas, las cortinas no ayudan, pero somos complicados con la claridad que entra desde afuera, quizás a otras personas, ni les moleste; otro detalle es que íbamos con varias valijas, y nos faltó algún mueble tipo cómoda, o algo al pie de cama, para ordenar, pero no son cosas que sean cruciales; devtodas maneras, igual volveré cuando regrese a la ciudad, es un excelente lugar, y olvidé mencionar que nos recibieron antes de lo acordado sin ningún problema, y éso es valorable, además nos recibieron las adorables mascotas de la casa, que no molestan en lo absoluto, en resumen, muy satisfecho, y agradecido por la atención.

Solo algún mueble extra para acomodar cosas, pero debo reconocer que tiene un buen closet.

Buena ubicación

Primero, al entrar al alojamiento, se me lanzaron encima 2 perros que eran del dueño, quien no tuvo la deferencia de dejarlos en otra habitación mientras nosotros ingresabamos La habitación tenia calefacción central pero no funcionó en toda la noche por lo que pasamos demasiado frío No había donde colgar chaquetas o cartera dentro de la habitación Tenia closet pero no colgadores por lo que no se podía usar Cuando mi pareja le aviso al dueño que la calefacción no estaba funcionando minorizo el problema y dijo que los calefactores si funcionaban cuando no era cierto Tampoco se nos brindo mas ropa de cama para no pasar frío (solo habia sabana y quilt) sin frazadas ni mantas La cama no tenia respaldo y quedaba parcialmente separada de la pared por el calefactor empotrado por lo que las almohadas se caían hacia atrás Ventanas no son de termopanel por lo que entraba viento y frío Por todo lo anterior el dueño decidió no cobrarnos la estadía (1 dia/82000clp) pero fue una pesima experiencia, no lo recomendaría Y aun si la calefacción hubiese funcionado y los perros no se me hubiesen tirado encima es excesivamente caro para lo que ofrecen

Una experiencia maravillosa. La persona que nos recibió fue increíblemente amable y nos ayudó muchísimo durante nuestra estadía. Estamos más que agradecidos por toda su disposición y el cariño con el que nos atendió. El lugar es espectacular, muy cómodo y acogedor. Definitivamente volveremos. 100% recomendado — ¡gracias por hacer nuestra visita a Punta Arenas aún más especial!

Todo estuvo muy bien en general; no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Si tuviera que mencionar algo, solo diría que nos habría gustado quedarnos más días 😄

Les murs n'étaient pas bien isolés, comme beaucoup de maisons au Chili. Du coup on entendait ce qui se passait dans le couloir ou dehors.

Das Zimmer war im Garten mit eigenem Eingang. Die Ausstattung war sehr sauber und modern. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dormitorio muy cómodo, agradable y personal. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Muy buena ubicación. Excelente trato por parte del dueño y tiene unos perritos hermosos.

O quarto onde ficamos era um anexo da casa e era muito tranquilo e podíamos acessar tanto por dentro quanto por fora a qualquer momento, o que nos deu bastante autonomia. Os hospedeiros foram super simpáticos e receptivos conosco. A localização é boa, pois tivemos acesso a vários restaurantes e a orla andando um pouco.

Apenas um fato pequeno que talvez nós mesmos não nos atentamos no anúncio, mas eles só aceitam pagamento em dinheiro, então pra quem for se hospedar lá é bom ir preparado, mas com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente.

Me alojé durante 7 días en este hospedaje y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. El lugar es muy cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, ideal tanto para descansar como para recorrer la zona. Cada rincón estaba impecable y bien pensado, lo que hizo que me sintiera como en casa desde el primer día. El anfitrión fue muy amable, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad, y nos entregó recomendaciones muy útiles para disfrutar En Pocas palabras muy buen hospedaje

A little bit far from the city centre

The owner is very nice and helpful. Good location, only 10 minutes walking from city center Late check in was possible, as the plain arrived almost at midnight. He helped us with driver from the airport, also to buy tickets to local agency to see the penguins. Big size of the room, hot water all the time. Late check out was possible at that time, just before going to the airport.

Lovely private room within a big house. It's close to the center (15 min walk). Christian, his daughter and the two lovely dogs welcomed us warmly and it was a great stay for a short stay. Free and secure parking, nice residential area.

This is an en suite room in a house. It was spacious, clean and the bed was very large. The bathroom was also large. The host provided a kettle and was always very helpful. The water was very hot in the shower. The location is a 7-10 minute walk from the centre and felt safe.
