Hotel rooms are perfect with relaxing decorations and colors, lights, comfy linens and bed sheets and great views of the well gardened landscape and swimming pools and at night the light works. Staff members friendliness, smiles and professionality Quick checkins and checkouts Responsiveness to guests requests Spacious lobby with lots of spaces to chill and get a drink

Although the main restaurant was great and with very good food quality and taste, but food varieties are limited however, you'll find all the basics you need. Location is very promising and should be one of the most important sites in the future but at this moment, you won't find a lot of nearby attractions to visit. Internet quality was okay but not the best you can experience. And signal is very week at the poolside.

the hotel is beautiful and brand new. The rooms are huge and very chic and clean. The staff need a bit more training. i believe they are not used to dealing with foreign customers

the staff need training. They really let the place down. They are all very polite and nice but do not have customer service experience

El problema es la ubicación. La movilidad es un poco complicada desde ese punto hacia otros lugares de El Cairo

The hotel facilities and room was great It's quite and well organised also furniture was modern and very clea Most probably you will meet football teams there

The swimming pool is really dirty at the bottom. There were only a few other guests - like a ghost hotel waiting for the olympic bid.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, el hotel es lujoso y tiene buenas piscinas y gimnasio. El personal fue muy amable y servicial con nosotros.

Es una pena que un complejo tan bonito como este esté tan alejado y desaprovechado. Le falla la ubicación. Puede ser útil si estás de paso a Hurghada o buscas un lugar tranquilo.

Clean and safe good customer service

Good location if you're geadung to Hurghada. Rooms spacious and with all amenities. AC very noisy and couldn't sleep. Area is secluded and all outlets were closed.

The hotel is nice and clean.

There are no restaurants, supermarkets or any shipping nearby, at least 30 minutes away. No human being in the neighborhood The foid of the restaurant and bar in the hotel are horrible.

The room and public areas were clean and spacious - spa and gym were both pretty good

Staff were rude and unorganised and took ages to complete anything, especially with serving food

The hotel is immaculate, modern, and secure. I loved the amenities offered, and the room service was excellent.

In an area far from Cairo and other major Egyptian cities, obtaining Ubers may take longer. Food options are limited in this hotel.

Rooms are spacious

SCAM ALERT: They charged me for cups that I took out of the room but left then inside the hotel. The place is super far away in the middle of nowhere and not even Uber wants to go there

Lovely looking hotel with comfy bed and clean. Staff were all very nice and attentive, always solved problems. Lovely pools with lifeguard present dropping off towels and checking you in/out. Breakfast was good with a good selection - the fresh omelets were very good! Daily housekeeping was very good and topped up shower gels/water etc. Felt safe at this location!

There were some decoration problems (?side of bath coming off etc.) and in the bathroom with mould in shower. I had a shower over bath and a seperate shower. The separate shower was lovely however had to keep turning it on/off as the drain was blocked and slow flowing. Couldn't figure out how to turn the light off over a picture so it remained on. A/C was on, however didn't seem to make the room any cooler (? remained at 24degrees) Location - Nice to see the olympic stadium etc. however currently in the middle of nowhere and struggled/couldn't get an uber from the hotel into Cairo.

The hotel is far from the downtown and traffic. It’s exceptional and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever needed.

Great location for the Competition but very quiet. No option other than to eat at the Hotel and the ATM ran out of money so no where else to get any money changed

The Buffet in the hotel in the Evening was just OK

The staff was amazing they made sure everything for your stay was perfect. The room was amazing, huge, with plenty of room for our whole family. And the whole place was absolutely beautiful!

They didn't have any liquor, and our room A/C had a lot of trouble keeping it cooler than 24°c.
