Atour Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao International Exhibition Beixinjing

-Location (close to metro station) -Dyson hairdryer -clean rooms -very thoughtful personel

Localização a poucos passos do metrô.

Everything. The room is very clean, and the position is very convenient, right when you are out from metro. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable, I had a very nice sleep after an overnight flight. The staff were also very friendly. The room has AC and a shower, with all toiletries you need

Nothing.

I mainly booked this as I was arriving early and needed a place to freshen up, work and do some laundry. When I got to the laundry room it was very busy, a lady that worked there kindly took my clothes and said they would hang them on my door in a few hours time. Amazing! It was everything I needed for a short time.

There were a few mix ups, they first sent me to a room that already had a guest in there! Then they took me to another room which was a lot smaller that the first room and right next to the breakfast area which was a bit noisy but for the price is was fine

Stanze pulite. Vicino all'ingresso della Metro 2

Nulla!

Metro linea 2 a 50 metri dall'hotel. Ogni giorno cambio di asciugamani confezionati in sacchetto.

Nulla

The location was very good, with the metro right next to the hotel and a convenience store downstairs. The room was cleaned everyday, everything was very clean overall.

Unfortunately we never had one good night sleep among the 6 we spent here. When we arrived they gave us a room without a real window (no natural light) even though i had booked a room with a city view especially. We were able to choose another one the next night. But as soon as we arrived into our new room, we started to hear a lot of noise keeping us awake from either the neighbors (bangs in the walls, very loud talking) or screams in the corridors very early in the morning, and even some sort of drill or tool in the walls at 7am. We complained to the staff several times about our neighbors and even though they seem to have called them to tell them to be careful, the noises continued. Maybe next time they should try to be more persuasive, or offer us another room to sleep in for the rest of the night. A hotel is a place where you’re supposed to rest, not to stay awake all night because of disrespectful people or organization issues.

This hotel combines a lot of qualities. Beds are comfy, and a full blown fitness center is located in the same building and has an access agreement with the hotel. It's equipment is modern while sober, warm water, showers, air conditioner, electric lights and their control systems work flawlessly. It is very clean and the cleaning stuff is charming and helfpul. Guest are offered unlimited free bottled water, free washing machines. The stuff at the entrance desk is helpful, young and dynamic, and guest can have anything delivered to the entrance desk e.g. through taobao. The area is calm but lacks nothing, metro station is 25 meters away, public library also at 25 meters, as well as starbucks, and small restaurants.

nothing was unsatisfactory

clean, lacks nothing, everything works, metro station nearby

Location just a few meters from the subway exit and really helpful staff, even though their English was very basic (but translation apps do the trick). Modern and clean. They helped us order a taxi to Hongquiao Railway Station, which was less than 15 minutes away.

The room was quite small and the tiny window just went to a courtyard.

Everything was clean and comfortable

Theres a glazed window right into the shower

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff & good location .

Breakfast is great. Lots of choices.

No immediate access for Taxi.

Oh the staffs are really helpful, 24 hour front desks and these people are very sincere in helping out in your queries, they help us book taxi every single time teach us how to use subway and places to visit, house keeping also is doing great job very clean rooms and one more plus point is that theres a laundry facilities in case your staying for a longer period like how we did, its very convinient for visitors like us, location super convinient your just next to the subway station, and lastly the breakfast prepared daily from traditional Chinese breakfast and international breakfast option. Thank you to the staffs of Atour, we will see you again on our next visit

Close to a metro station. Clean. Great breakfast.

Personnel doesn't speak English

Staff is helpful and Friendly. Location is awesome. Will come back again.

Nothing comparing with other Atour and the price expensive for that! No English at all in any of the staff. Super rude way of dealing with all passengers. 49 min in check in. Location …. Very out of town.

Breakfast poor comparing with other Atour. I was in Beijing and Guangzhou and Yiwu

The rooms The staff are friendly The location

Good location close to metro. The interior design is very sylish, great taste. The staff was easygoing and welcomed me with a cup of light tea.

The room, especially the bathroom was showing signs of wear, it could do with a more thorough cleaning and some renovation. The staff of young people did not speak any english, but they managed with a translator app. The room window opened to a lichthof which had other windows and AC’s so it was only good for airation, and the noise from the AC’s was very disturbing. The window should be updated to have more sound insulation.

Value for money and excellence in breakfast.

Hotel is in a very good place, can be found easily. Room is excellent for one person. Flexible in room booking time and checkout time. Breakfast is equipped for foreigners also. Booking a room is excellent.

Staff cannot speak any English, which makes communication difficult. Usual translation methods are working, but cuts the line between people. For chinese its ok, for foreigners, prepare a Google translate with internet or similar app to get contact with staff.

This is a sort of hipster fashion hotel on the west side of Shanghai, Beixinjing district. It is VERY convenient to a line 2 metro station (literally feet away). It can also be reached quickly (and cheaply if you take the metro) from Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao rail station, which serves high speed trains coming from the west. (Note however that most international flights land in Pudong airport, not Hongqiao.) Good restaurants and convenience stores nearby also (McDonald's, Yoshinoya among many others). Rooms are spacious and modern with very high quality cotton sheets, a bit unusual for China. Shower/bathroom was excellent. Room was cleaned scrupulously and the hotel was quiet despite heavy traffic right outside. It was fun watching the robot trundle around.

Single biggest issue for me was the unexpected lack of a minifridge, there really should be one at this price point. Breakfast was OK but very heavily focused on Chinese customers, not much choice for Western food. I had some trouble getting the Internet to work although eventually I succeeded. Very little to watch on TV if you're not Chinese.

Located in the local place of west shanghai. Close to Hong Qiao airport and railway station. 50m to the metro station Green line no2. I love it if not necessary to be in Central Shanghai.

Everything is around the hotel. Including western pizza and Starbucks.)))

Breakfast was very good. Location superb - with access to the subway about 25 metres from the hotel entrance - Line 2 which goes to Hongqiao and Pudong airports. Very clean.

English speaking staff at reception would help, but not essential.

staffs are great and very helpful. location quite good just next to the Metro station and nearby supermarket and cafe
