The location was so good specially for who came for medical treatment

The breakfast was not served on proper level

لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق مطلقاً فهو لا يستحق التجربة، وأول وأهم سبب هو التعامل السيء جداً والكاذب من المدير المشرف (Jack) الذي ادّعى أن الفندق مكتمل العدد ليرفض طلبنا بتمديد الخروج لمدة ساعتين فقط بينما كانت الغرف متاحة للحجز عبر منصة بوكينج. ويرجى العلم بأننا رأينا صرصوراً في بوفيه الإفطار وهذا غير مقبول أبداً، ومستوى الإفطار كان سيئاً ولم يعجبنا. ورغم أن الغرف لا بأس بها، إلا أن الحمام كان سيئاً وقديماً. علماً بأن مسبح الفندق سيء للغاية، وأيضاً لا يوجد مدخل مناسب للفندق من الشارع حيث يتوجب صعود درج صعب ومجهد وغير مناسب بتاتاً لكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel as it is completely not worth it, mainly due to the extremely bad and dishonest attitude of the supervisor (Jack), who claimed the hotel was fully booked to deny our request for a simple two-hour late check-out when rooms were clearly available on Booking.com. Please note that we saw a cockroach in the breakfast buffet, which is completely unacceptable, and the breakfast quality was bad and we did not like it. Although the rooms were decent enough, the bathroom was bad and old. Also, please note that the hotel's swimming pool was terrible, and there is no proper entrance to the hotel from the street, requiring you to climb a steep and difficult staircase that is totally unsuitable for the elderly and people with special needs.

I like the location

I didn't like the customer service. We asked for a wheelchair, it was charged just to go across the street. We asked for Iron, we were allowed only for an hour. Everything about money, don't care whether you have taken 1 room or 6 rooms the treatment is the same. Even late checkout for 1 hour will be charged half day. It is unpleasant experience.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious.

كان موظفو الفندق، وخاصة الاستقبال الموظفه milk و اوت في قمة التعاون والترحيب، كما أن الفطور الصباحي، متنوع، وباعتباري مسلما، كان الطعام الحلال هو الغالب على قائمة الطعام. الموقع ممتاز وقريب من المستشفى الامريكي والمحلات التجارية وخاصة eleven-7.

朝食が良かった。種類も多く、その場で作ってくれる卵料理と日替わりのスープが特においしかった。 DON'T DISTURBをつけたまま出かけてしまい、夜に戻ると当然タオル交換やベッドメイクがされていなかった。そのことをフロントに伝えるとすぐに対処してくれた。

チェックアウトでフロントに行くと部屋を確認するので待ってと言われ、５分ほどでOKと言われてチェックアウトしました。その後空港へ向かう電車の中で充電器を忘れたことに気づきました。忘れたこちらに非がありますが部屋の確認の時に見つけてくれていたらなと思いました。

- 10 minutes to nearest BTS (ie location). Nearest is Nana Exit 1 - location in problematic area (near seedy Nana Plaza, beggars, and some devious foreign tricksters and conmen) - arguably not child friendly

Dyrt och löjligt priser på tex en burk coca cola på 7-eleven kostar ca 15 bath och man fick inte ta med sig på hotells sol och pool terrass eller liknande enbart på rummet och Coca-Cola kostar det på hotellet 70 bath och maten får man inte heller in på hotellet. Och hotellet är inte prisvärd detta pris , är i överpris, finns flera hotell som är klart bättre.., Och dem verkar prioritera halal och indier då det är indier och arabkvarter framför Hotell dörr och runt omkring. Nej inte prisvärt

De kamer en badkamer ruim en het bed heerlijk. Prima laundry service. Personeel prima.

Het ontbijt toch wel een beetje. Voor westerlingen was er minimaal aanbod, voor Midden-Oosten voldoende. Een ander nadeel toch wel de ligging van het hotel.

Pleasant, friendly , helpful and polite staff . A good breakfast with plenty of selection available .

Noisy bedroom, with what appears to be banging on pipes , machinery noises at 04.00 every night /morning ( unsure if it was lifts, air conditioning or washing/drying machines ) . Hotel is located in an area with numerous Arabic cafes/restaurants, there are no traditional Thai bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity, you have to walk 10 minutes or so for those . Hotel bar is only bottled beer , no draught beer. Hotel WiFi only appears to work in the communal areas, lobby/reception etc , not in the bedroom. No nightly entertainment as advertised .

The Location close to Bumrungrad Hospital, the room size is perfect and cleanliness is very good. The Bell boy, housekeeping staff and the Restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming

The front desk manager is not professional or helpful when interacting with guests. She often responds rudely and negatively, does not provide justified answers to inquiries, and seems indifferent to guest dissatisfaction. I will only stay at this hotel again if I notice improvements in the behavior and attitude of the Front Desk Manager. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, and I am very satisfied with everything else
