Very clean, beautiful and spacious. Great location, excellent communication with the owner, and delicious breakfasts!

The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. Also, the camera on the terrace pointing towards the kitchen made us feel a little uncomfortable.

Az apartman Bari központjában található. Csak egy kis séta a gyönyörű óváros,és a bevásárló utcák. A szállás nagyon hangulatos,jól felszerelt. A házigazda hölgy nagyon kedves,segítőkész,és különösen finom reggelit kínál minden nap. Annyira jól éreztük magunkat,hogy amint lehetőségünk adódik vissza is térünk.

A superb apartment, excellently decorated and fully equipped. It even has a charming terrace. Perfect central location, few minutes away from the old city. Very good breakfast.

It is located on the third floor. This was a bit problematic for me, as I had quite a lot of lugagge. Anyway, there are also other apartments on lower floors.

The place was amazing. Marilisa was so kind and wonderful. She was there to welcome us and gave tips to good restaurants. The apartment was very clean and for example the towels were brand new. Breakfast was perfect with bread, cheese, mortadella, juice, coffee, sweet cakes and fruits. Our suite was upstairs so there were few steps to climb up so if you need a lift this is not for you. Otherwise absolutely a perfect apartment near the old city and the shopping street Via Sparano.

Muy bien ubicado y el desayuno muy variado. La Anfitriona espectacular muy preocupada de ayudarnos con la maleta extraviada en el aeropuerto. Volvería otra vez !!

The apartment is located right in Bari centre, very close to the old town, but also walking distance from the train station. We loved the property, it was all very clean, big and comfortable, with all the amenities and toiletries and a nice and rich Italian breakfast served in the room. Marilisa was the perfect host, always talking care everything is ok for us and helping us with any information about local transport or restaurants. We really enjoyed staying here and all the care, thank you!

Bardzo fajny apartament. Dużo miejsca w pokoju i salonie. Byliśmy we czwórkę i czuliśmy się bardzo swobodnie. Bardzo wygodne łóżko w pokoju, oraz rozkładana kanapa. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Codziennie sprzątane i obsługa pozostawiała produkty na śniadanie (zarówno na słodko jak i wędliny i owoce). Fajne balkony i super klimat w apartamencie. Apartament jest na trzecim piętrze i osoby niepełnosprawne mogą mieć problem, my jednak o tym wiedzieliśmy i nam to nie przeszkadzało. Właścicielka podała nam podpowiedzi o dobrych restauracjach i ciekawych miejscach. Bardzo nam również pomogła z bagażami, ponieważ mieliśmy wylot wieczorem i mogliśmy je pozostawić do przechowania. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i jeśli będę znów w Bari, a ten apartament będzie dostępny to chętnie skorzystam ponownie.

MUY COMODO DEPARTAMENTO, LIMPIO, REMODELADO, ORDENADO, BUEN DESAYUNO, LA ATENCION EXCELENTE, CONSEGUIMOS LUGAR PARA ESTACIONAR EL LA CALLE ENFRENTE

QUE NO TIENE ASCENSOR( ESTA ACLARADO, YA LO SABIAMOS) ESTA EN EL TERCER PISO, PERO TIENE TRES TRAMOS POR PISO, OSEA QUE SON 9 ,VOLVERIAMOS SIN DUDARLO, PONGO ESTO PORQUE LE PUEDE SERVER A PERSONAS CON MOVILIDAD REDUCIDA, O DE AVANZADA EDAD

Die Lage ist ideal. Man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß. Bushaltestellen sind auch in der Nähe. Die Chefin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden bei Buchungen gut unterstützt. Insider Tipps bekamen wir ebenso. Wir konnten sie immer über WhatsApp kontaktieren. Eine gut einstellbare Aircondition. Es wurde täglich alles sauber gemacht. Genügend Handtücher (hätten auf Wunsch auch mehr bekommen). Sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.

Es sind 58 Stufen bis zum Quartier. Frühstück war für uns nicht in Ordnung. In einem Eck im Zimmer wurden jeden Tag frische Mehlspeisen, Gemüse und Obst für den nächsten Tag hingestellt. Es war ordentlich und frisch aber nicht gekühlt. Am verbauten Balkon steht der Frühstückstisch. Auf der Seite steht eine Kaffeemaschine und ein kleiner Kühlschrank der mit Käse, Wurst und Getränken immer bestückt wurde. Der Nachteil bei der Hitze die auf dem Balkon entsteht ist dass der Kühlschrank die Temperatur nicht halten kann und die Lebensmittel nicht gut gekühlt sind.

Alloggio molto curato, arredato con stile e pulitissimo. Accoglienza perfetta, colazione in camera ben fornita che ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste anche con prodotti senza glutine. Posizione centralissima per visitare il centro storico di Bari. La consiglio vivamente.

Bardzo udany pobyt w Bari! Mieszkanie znajduje się w samym centrum, dzięki czemu wszędzie jest blisko i można bez problemu zwiedzać miasto pieszo. Apartament był czysty i zadbany, a dodatkowym plusem było codzienne sprzątanie. Na miejscu dostępna była klimatyzacja, lodówka oraz śniadania. Bardzo miły i bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielką. Zdecydowanie polecam ten nocleg i chętnie wrócę ponownie!

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The apartment is located right in the city centre, which was very convenient. The owner was very kind, friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place!

Miejsce naprawdę wyjątkowe. Apartament zadbany, przestronny, pięknie urządzony. Materace bardzo wygodne, klimatyzacja w dwóch pokojach ( sprawna). Mieszkanie sprzątane codziennie, pyszne śniadania. Właścicielka bardzo miła, troskliwą, codziennie pytała czy coś potrzebujemy. Nie spotkałam się nigdy z taką gościnnością . Wyjątkowe miejsce i właściciele ! Polecam.

La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso del centro histórico y a un paseo de la playa. Restaurantes, tiendas y súper alrededor. El apartamento perfecto para 2 o 4 personas, limpio y una muy buena decoración. Tiene mucha luz, dos balcones a la calle y una terraza ideal q no pudimos usar por el calor, una pena. Personal muy amable y atento. Muy buena relación calidad precio.

Las escaleras q hay q subir para llegar, aunque el esfuerzo merece la pena. La cama del sofá hace bastante ruido. En la cocina falta algo de menaje, pero te dejan aceite, sal, café.

Przepiękny apartament w centrum Bari, wszędzie blisko, na prawdę wyjątkowa obsługa. Wnętrze cudowne, z wielką łazienką i galerią sztuki na zewnątrz. Przepiękny balkon z widokiem na włoską ulicę.

Marilisa was an amazing host! She was very responsive, provided plenty of helpful recommendations, and kindly allowed us to check in early. The place was lovely, clean, and had all the facilities we needed. Highly recommended!

La atención de Mari fue excelente. Estuvo muy atenta de que nuestra estancia en el departamento fuera realmente un 10. Nos recomendó lugares para visitar, para comer y nos recibió muy amablemente permitiéndonos dejar nuestro equipaje antes del horario del check in. El desayuno muy abundante y surtido, y dispuestos a modificarlo si lo hubiéramos pedido.

Super apartament. Trzeba tylko wiedzieć że jest na 3 kondygnacji budynku bez windy. Bardzo dobra obsługa. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu.

Apartmán má skvelú polohu. Nachádza sa v centre, blízko starého mesta, blízko pobrežnej promenády, blízko nákupnej zóny. Marilisa je skvelá hostiteľka. Priateľská, milá a vždy ochotná pomôcť. Môžem len odporučiť. Ďakujeme!

Központban, nyüzsgő belvárosban. Az elhelyezkedés tökeletes, óváros 3 perc séta. Busz és vonat pályaudvar kb 5 percre. Tengerpart sétatáv, public homokos part 2 km.

A szállásadó mindenben kedvedre van, minden kérésre reagál és segít. Nincs negatívum!!

The location was perfect, easy walkable to the water, old town and shopping/restaurants.

Our unit had curved (inverted U) type ceiling. So a tall person will have to always walk in the middle of the room or else you hit the ceiling. For the same reason you could not sit on the bed (before sleeping) to read a book because my head would hit the curved part of the roof and make it very uncomfortable. But the WORST was the opening to the bathroom. It was ok for a person with max height of 5ft 3". I am 5'-8". So every time I had to remember to lower my head to get into the bathroom. Of course, sometimes I forgot. I banged my head 5-6 times on the ceiling. It really hurt!! Horrible experience.

O apartamento é grande e confortável, e o café da manhã é delicioso. Vale a pena destacar os cuidados na decoração e conforto. A Mari (hoster) é super atenciosa e não mede esforços para deixar a experiência da hospedagem interessante. De volta a Bari, com certeza, ficaríamos no mesmo local.

Para quem chega com malas pesadas, precisa se preparar para encarar alguns lances de escada, mas apenas isso de negativo.

Przemiła, pomocna właścicielka. Zasugerowała nam miejsca do jedzenia na mieście. Czekał na nas schłodzony pokój, poczęstunek i zimna woda w lodówce, co było prawdziwym błogosławieństwem w upalny dzień. Mogliśmy zostawić bagaże, co było dużym udogodnieniem.

Az apartman elhelyezkedése kíváló! Közel az óváros a sétálóutca a vasút és a buszpályaudvar. Minden nap "Olasz reggeli" terülj-terülj asztalkám ami megmosolyogtatja a Magyar embert. Sütemények, kuglófok, édességek reggelire 🙂 A fürdőszoba nagy és tiszta. A tisztaság, a kedvesség, a segítőkészség átlagon felülivé teszi az apartmant.

Апартамента е на централно място, близо до жп гарата и стария град. Чисто, просторно и се почистваше и зареждаше с нужните неща всеки ден. Домакинката беше мила, услужлива и приветлива. Бихме се върнали отново! Благодарим за прекрасния ни престой!

Все сподобалось. Мабуть найгостинніша господиня за всі подорожі. Вона нам допомагала весь час перебування. Навіть допомогла орендувати авто у вихідний, бронювала столик в ресторанах. Кімната чиста, все було супер

La propriétaire était très sympathique, pleine d attentions, pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible, adresses de restaurants, horaires de navette pour aéroport , tout à fait disponible. Logement très bien situé près du centre historique , des rues commercantes, de la gare. Appartement très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de gout et spacieux avec terrasse veranda pour petit dejeuner. Je recommmande tout à fait .

Lokalizacja i czystość pokoju. Bardzo pomocny gospodarz i bezproblemowy kontakt z nim. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju i uzupełnianie zestawu śniadaniowego.

W trakcie pobytu przydzielono nam niewłaściwy pokój i musieliśmy się przeprowadzać. Niestety nie zaproponowano nam rekompensaty za te niedogodności.

. Η οικοδεσποινα Μαριλιζα ηταν Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, περιποιημένο πεντακαθαρο, και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία , ακριβως στο κεντρο, διπλα σε μαγαζια ρεστοραν, στον κεντρικο μπεζοδρομο. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και είχε τα πάντα: από φρέσκα κρουασάν, αλλαντικά, μαρμελάδες, καφέ και χυμό, μέχρι τοπικό παραδοσιακό ψωμί από τη Matera που ήταν φανταστικό! Αυτό που έκανε τη διαφορά όμως ήταν η οικοδέσποινα· Μαριλιζα, ήταν εξαιρετική!!!πάντα πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει και μας έδωσε πολύ χρήσιμες συμβουλές για την περιοχή. Ήταν δίπλα μας σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, φτάνοντας μάλιστα στο σημείο να έρθει μέχρι τον σταθμό για να μας βοηθήσει προσωπικά με ένα πρόβλημα που προέκυψε στη μεταφορά μας προς το Alberobello, καθως επισης μας βοήθησε να κλείσουμε αυτοκίνητο, Τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση σπάνια συναντάς! Ένας πραγματικά φιλόξενος άνθρωπος!Το συστήνουμε με κλειστά μάτια!"

Right in the heart of the city, excellent location for restaurants and shopping. The lady running the accommodation was very pleasant, and met us to deliver the key, even though our flight was arriving early hours of the morning. Continental breakfast was very good, and when we asked for butter that was probably brought to us in the morning.

Großzügig geschnittenes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit großer Terrasse. Das Schlafsofa wird zu einem richtigen Bett. Marilisa, die Besitzerin, hat sich herzlich um uns gekümmert und uns viele tolle Empfehlungen geschickt. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und Marilisa hat sich große Mühe gegeben, Unverträglichkeiten zu berücksichtigen. Das Haus ist optimal gelegen: in der Nähe einer Einkaufsstraße und nur wenige Gehminuten sowohl von der Altstadt als auch vom Bahnhof entfernt.

La posizione è eccellente, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi Bari Vecchia, il lungomare e tutti i principali punti di interesse della città. Every day our room was stocked with fresh pastries coffee and fruit. The location was blocks away from old town and walking and shopping. The castle and theaters., old town and exclusive shopping. Our host Marilisa was quick to help us with any questions and restaurant suggestions and made bookings for us.

There is a lot of steps to get to the 3rd floor apt. uber is not a good choice for getting to airport as cabs are half the cost.

A unique place and location. I don’t have words to describe the hospitality and care shown by the lady who rents out the apartment.

Marilisa war eine sehr sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Unser Zug war verspätet und sie hat gewartet und uns Nachts um 1 Uhr noch sehr freundlich empfangen. Ich wurde vor Ort krank und sie hat sich um alles gekümmert. Sie hat für uns telefoniert um alles zu organisieren und war sehr besorgt um uns. Sehr großes Dankeschön an Marilisa.

Kein Aufzug. War aber nur ein Problem, weil ich krank war

La proprietaria è estremamente disponibile e offre consigli su punti di interesse turistici e non. Appartamento spazioso con molta luce. Colazione buona e ottima la posizione tra Bari vecchia e nuova.

Marilisa, die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich spätabends, nach Mitternacht Zeit für unseren CheckIn genommen und uns noch alles im Appertment gezeigt. Die Wohnung war besonders sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab täglich frisches Frühstück mit einer kleinen Auswahl.

Beim Duchen ist es fast nicht möglich sehr viel Wasser im Badezimmer zu verteilen. Die Dusche ist ebenerdig und hat keine Schutzkante. Es gibt keine Vorhänge im den Raum in der Anfht abzudunkeln.

Na najwyższą ocenę zasługuje jednak sama właścicielka, dawno nie spotkaliśmy się z takim miłym przyjęciem, pomocna pod każdym względem. Przemiła i niezwykłe ciepła. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie.

Изключително чист, удобен, с отлично местоположение апартамент. Прекрасна закуска. Много приветлива, сърдечна и услужлива хазайка!

Die Lage direkt im Zentrum und nah zur Altstadt.

Leider wurde nicht erwähnt, dass es an mehreren Plätzen in der Wohnung nur eine geringe Deckenhöhe gibt. Zum Beispiel: Der Eingang zum Bad ist sehr niedrig max. 1,60m. Außerdem ist die Badezimmertür keine Tür, sondern eine Glastür mit Vorhang ohne Schloss, die lose geschlossen werden kann. Sie bittet keinen Privatsphäre. In der Wohnung wurde auf Stil , aber nicht auf Bequemlichkeit geachtet.
