Comfy bed and generous provisions - we were able to have toast & jam and tea on arrival as well as breakfast of ham & eggs, yoghurt, juice, cereal.
Clean, modern decorations and furnishings
It wasn't easy to find the Wi-Fi password. No tea towel or dishcloth.
It felt fresh and clean, plenty of space for all my stuff, good selection of breakfast food, private, is rural so need a car but handy to a variety of interesting places. Very comfortable bed. Angela was very friendly and suggested a long list of options for things to see and do.
Nothing
Alison the host was welcoming and informative about the local attractions. The property, whilst off the beaten track was excellent and well worth booking.
The space, kitchen facilities and use of large sitting room. The shower was easy to operate and water lovely and hot.
Cannot think of anything.
Accomodation clean and comfortable
Location is very good if you are driving
Beautiful location. Quiet home and wonderful facilities.

Todo muy bien! Increíble!
Todo perfect
Quiet & in the countryside-cozy little suite with everything we needed.
Nothing not to like-perhaps the water pressure, but I’ve found that almost everywhere…so not a complaint…
Close to venue we were attending a function at. Clean, warm and plenty breakfast options. Highly recommend
No downside for us
Living room and kitchen size
The area of the room in the contract said 18 square metres but it was only 9/10m squared, I ordered 2 rooms for 3 people ,not a lot of food for 3 people for 2 breakfasts, Breakfast You make yourself what you find in the fridge, small bread for 3 people 2 breakfasts, the coffee and tea was expired a few years. rooms & Building cold "Heating 2 times a day 1-2 hours" Dirty outside and inside clearly neglected for several months.I decided on the offer because there were positive comments
Beautiful home

Was a beautiful little hidden gem , warm cozy and welcoming, spotless clean with plenty of luxury
No outside light for night time as it was black dark, although they had one right outside back door but side of place was black, 🖤🖤
Good value overnight stop for rosslare
Directions to room found difficult in dark . Other units at site and difficult to know which one is which although host thinks it is very clear. It isn’t as my unit was around the back effectively. No host on site but reachable on phone
Ease of booking and communication . Was just a little cold but the weather was very cold .
Really clean, modern homely feel. Rooms were lovely, great space.
Issue with others also using the space, anti social behaviour. Reported to host
Great place with lot of room .facilities great and plenty of cutlery plates etc. Nice welcome pack fruit waters etc. Worst night for weather after 5 hour drive but was cosy and welcoming. Half hour to ferry in morning which was time enough. Owner called in and all was fine.
Nothing that couldn't be helped due to weather Internet was down ( pole down at end of road ) Imagine having to read and talk instead. All was grand.
Apartment was warm and welcoming, everything you could want was provided. The host was very helpful in recommending places to visit.
We could hear the other people in the next apartment
The water from the shower was not coming in the when we wanted to shower, thr was no heating upon arrival till we call the owner
Lovely quiet peaceful and private stay.
Pillows very big. Possibly have second pillows smaller so guest can choose.
Very convenient for early ferry and loved having the kitchen facilities. Very clean and comfortable. We would like to return next year when we bring a car over to Ireland.

Frühstück sehr super. Gastgeberin sehr nett. Landschaft Ort herrlich.
Gemeinsames Bad über dem Flur. Ein bisl ab vo. Schuss keine Gaststätte i der Nähe.
The property was clean and facilities were great value for money
Nothing really, I didn’t have WiFi code and the mi lending wasn’t great but….i did arrive late and I could have asked for WiFi information before I arrived.
La gentillesse et la sympathie d'Angela et son mari
A nice quiet position,we needed to be close to Rosslare ferry so Beech lodge is around 35mins away.Angela did us a real favour when we missed our ferry and let us move our booking which was really nice.
The bed was uncomfortable and noisy, could do with newer bedding and towels, would have been nice to have some milk left out so we could have had a coffee in the morning as we had to leave early to catch the ferry,it was dark when we arrived so perhaps left a light on for us.
Angela est très accueillante et a envie de faire plaisir à ses hôtes.
Le bruit la nuit, impossible de savoir ce que c'était, on entend les autres occupants des chambres voisines.
Angela is an amazing host. Breakfast was great and lots of care was given to all guests. Room was very clean and super comfortable.
I was satisfied with everything.
Spotless.

Beautiful location and very accommodating and helpful owner, delicious breakfast, clean and well equipped space.
Location was a little hard to find and wifi signal did not work in my room.
The owner is super friendly and made a great breakfast. The rooms are comfy and nice. The shared living room offers a lot of extra space!
Nothing.
Clean and comfortable. Friendly host. Very close to Horetown House where we were attending a wedding.
Nothing
Peace and relaxing
The property is really good the only little problem is the low speed internet but over all its really nice to stay.
Didn’t know beforehand but had house to ourselves, wouldn’t have been happy if other people had stayed as would have to share bathroom, had use of well stocked kitchen. Angela friendly and welcoming.
Bedroom bit cramp for 2, would have needed a fan if any hotter , Wi-Fi terrible we had to drive 5 miles away to get a signal as received a text we needed to phone so not good in emergency.
Nothing to dislike , personel service
Angela was so helpful we had the run of the wing. Room was good but lacked a mirror
Nothing
I stayed at the Beech Lodge with family members when attending a wedding in the area. The house was easy to find and located in a quiet, countryside area. The house is within walking distance of a local pub and there are a few walking loops in the area. There was ample free parking available outside in the driveway. The house was nicely furnished, with access to a communal kitchen and living area at all times. The beds were also comfy. We had keys to lock, both, the house and our individual bedrooms so we were confident our belongings were safe during the day while out and we could let ourselves back into the house without needing to contact the host.
The hot water for the shower is on a timer and there was no hot water in the mornings for us to have a warm shower. The bedrooms were also quite small and tight for space. Limited choices available at breakfast.
Very good stay
A small house name sign would be good .
The B&B was located in beautiful countryside 40 minutes drive from Rosslare, which was perfect for us. Angela was a welcoming host that went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was tea coffee and snacks available. We were able to use a sitting room to socialise with our friends in the evening. Angela provided us with very useful information for our onward tour and travel. We had a plentiful continental breakfast in the morning.
I would've liked a choice of a softer pillow (minor thing).
Nice quiet location. Upgraded to room with kitchenette and en suite shower room. Comfortable bed and good continental style breakfast.
Shower cubicle rather small and no rack for shower gel.
Excellent overnight stay close to Rosslare Ferry for start of our Ireland tour. Angela was very welcoming and knowledgeable, the breakfast (continental) was substantial and set us up well for our day.
beautiful country location
Very friendly host , helpful, the location complimented a local wedding venue Ballyhore house ,only 400mtrs from house Cosy
Angela was so sweet, even after we were quite late arriving. She was super helpful and made us a wonderful breakfast. The house was clean and comfortable, a great value, and exactly where we wanted to stay.
It was only our second day in Ireland, and we weren't used to driving, and especially navigating, so we had a little difficulty finding the place. My husband was disappointed that there was no TV in our room.
My parents stayed in Granny flat at back. Bed was horrendous. Needed new mattress. Unable to find on google maps. It is 40mins outside Wexford town. Much longer than 19.2 km. No B& B sign on lane or outside property. Steps at back door were very bad. Television did not work at all & the person refused to get it fixed. A fireplace was not secure & just left leaning against a hole in wall in a room. Lights were not turned on outside-very dark & unsafe to walk-my folks had to use a torch to come in each time. In breakfast room-only 1 table for 6 people. Everyone had to sit at the table. It stated full breakfast-only got continental breakfast. My folks asked about hot breast fast & git it next day. It was terrible, you couldn’t eat it. They did ask about why no hot food & was told it wasn’t being ate & v expensive. My folks stayed for 3 nights & it was the worst place they ever stayed in. Only for they had sn event on, they would have left after first morning.
Friendly host.
After finding Beech Lodge, Angela made us so welcome & went all out for breakfast with a special treat. Our room was spotless with a comfortable bed . There were tea & coffee making facilities with little treats. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower & toiletries available. It was a lovely place to stay in the country, yet not too far away from Wexford town.
Our bathroom was not ensuite.
Breakfast.
Lovely host..Angela, Freindly & welcoming, with fantastic knowledge & recommendtions on the area and best places to vist , eat , etc . Lovely room, had one of the Best beds Ive ever come come across! 👌
Very little... The boiler was bit close to my room, so bit of noise. Shower could do with a bit more water pressure. That's all , everything else 👌
Facilities were spotless Bed was very comfortable
Liked everything
The Kindness And Helpfulness Of The Proprietor Angela. She Was So Kind And Helpful .Everything Was Perfect . She Always Greeted Us So Warmly . Breakfast Was Delicious .
Angela was friendly and very helpful, she made us feel at home
The property is new to the hospitality sector and is spotless. The location is rural, but everywhere is within driving distance and a lovely area to explore rural Wexford. The hosts are friendly, entertaining, and truly provide the home away from home experience. Breakfast will set you up for the day of adventures that are to be had while exploring Wexford. All of this was after a fabulous nights sleep on the most comfortable bed that I have experienced in a long time.
Nothing to add here 🥰
Very nice location, very accommodating could not fault anything . Very nice host highly recommend.
We only stayed the one night at Angela's, we received a very warm welcome, the room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with beautiful decor, tea & Coffee facilities, chocolate bars in the room. Bed was so comfortable, bed linen was superb, plenty of hanging space for clothes, & drawers, bedside lamps.a tv or radio would have been nice but not really necessary, as the tranquility was spot on ! free WiFi was handy. Angela was a mind of local information as to where to go for food & drinks and local history, places to visit , she was very passionate about the local history! Bonus ! Continental breakfast was Awsome, so much choice. Again Angela went above and beyond to meet our needs . Towels provided, shower was off the scale amazing. Beautiful rural area.
There was nothing to dislike at all really, it was a perfect retreat !
