The staff were kind and helpful. They made us feel safe, valued and respected. They allowed us to have a late check in and let us keep our luggage after checkout. The breakfast was delicious! The swimming pool was spotless and the location was perfect!

Father and son team were fantastic. The property was quiet and safe. The grounds were lush and green and pool area tidy and perfect for a quick dip at the end of the day. Good breakfast served on time to your private balcony.

Lo que más me gustó fue la amplitud de la habitación y del baño, ambos muy cómodos. El alojamiento está en una zona muy tranquila, a pesar de encontrarse a poca distancia de las calles principales de Ubud, lo que permite moverse fácilmente andando y, al mismo tiempo, descansar sin apenas ruido. La piscina es pequeña, pero muy agradable y relajante, perfecta para descansar después de pasar el día recorriendo Ubud.

Lo que menos me gustó fue el desayuno, que me pareció bastante escaso. Aunque había diferentes opciones para elegir, había que escoger entre ellas; por ejemplo, podías tomar huevos revueltos o fruta, pero no ambas cosas. Creo que sería un aspecto fácil de mejorar ofreciendo un desayuno un poco más completo.

Ik kwam hier naartoe omdat ik in me andere accomodatie in Ubud veel last had van insescten en gecko's. Ik ben te bang voor de insecten en vooral gecko's. Toen ik hier aankwam was ik heel erg gerustgesteld! Hele lieve mensen, locatie was super! Lekker in het centrum kon veel te voet doen. Geweldig.

Ik had de 2de nacht helaas wel last van gecko's IN me kamer. Heb niet kunnen slapen omdat ik zo bang voor de beesten ben. er zaten er 3 in me kamer. 2 achter de gordijnen en 1 achter me airco. Ze hebben daarna wel de volgende dag alles voor me gecheckt en gecontroleerd en gesprayed in me kamer. Heb er daarna geen last meer van gehad.

Camera ampie ed accogliente, letto comodissimo, pulita, ottima posizione. Personale premuroso

Unico difetto se possiamo definirlo tale, manca la tv.

Comfortable and spacious room with a large balcony, perfect for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. Despite being close to the centre of Ubud, the property was quiet and peaceful. There are several excellent dining options right on your doorstep, as well as great cafés for coffee. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, and during our four-day stay we tried all the available options. We also rented a scooter through the owner, which could be safely parked outside the property.

Aslında 10 puanı fiyatı ve geniş yatağı nedeniyle veriyorum. Ancak banyoda ciddi bir koku vardı ve duş alırken su sürekli birikiyordu. Duş başlığı da konforsuzdu. Gelmeden önce bu yorumları okumuştum ama pek dikkate alınmamış, belli ki sorunlar çözülmemiş. Kahvaltı yetersizdi ve balkondaki masamız neredeyse hiç temizlenmemişti; muhtemelen biz gelmeden önce de silinmemişti. Böcek veya sinek sorunu yaşamadık, bu açıdan rahattı. Konumu ise çok iyiydi; merkeze yakın olduğu için her yere yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Maymun Ormanı, çevredeki tapınaklar ve Campuhan Ridge Walk gibi yerlere rahatça yürüdük. Genel olarak fiyat-performans açısından iyiydi. Biz sadece uyumak için kullandık, bu yüzden çok yüksek konfor beklentisi olanlara uygun olmayabilir. Ayrıca 10-12 dakika yüryüş mesafesinde starbucks var 🤗

We stayed at this place for 3 days while in Ubud. Excellent location as it’s close to many restaurants and shops. Just walking distance to the monkey sanctuary, Ubud Art market and temple. The place is very clean, has a huge bed and comfortable pillows. This is a rarity in Bali. There’s free breakfast, free water and onsite laundry service for a fee. Nice clean swimming pool great for those hot Bali summer days. The place is a family owned business and they are very nice people. I felt very safe in the area.

Accueil au top, chambre propre, literie confortable, pas de nuisance sonore, piscine agréable. Hotel très bien placé, nous sommes allés à pieds à la Monkey forest et dans tout Ubud. Mention spécial à un des jeunes de l'hôtel pour son service de livraison exceptionnel ! 😉

Only a short walk from the centre area and close to many cafes/restaurants. The room was also very comfortable.

Parfait, tout était exactement comme décrit. Le quartier est vraiment super, tout est à proximité. Yuni a été très disponible, toujours prêt à aider et à trouver de bonnes solutions pour les transports.

Great location. Located off small slip road to main road so very quiet but close to where you want to be in Ubud. The restaurants on that access slip road to main road are amazing and we didn't bother going anywhere else to eat. Sun Sun is one of them so busy as the must go to restaurant and so popular and Herb library for morning brunch or coffee Also other restaurants, yoga, massage perfect spot. Forget the main busy drag. Owner and staff so friendly and helpful with everything. Great shower in bathroom. Comfortable and good beds.

Room smelt of damp on entry but probably because it was ground floor and not first floor but once air con on no drama Rooms were not cleaned or towels refreshed every day unless requested but apart from towels no issue. We didn't bother asking as all the staff are so nice we didn't want to bother them

La ubicación excelente, está cerca del centro y aún así se podía dormir súper bien porque no se escuchan ruidos. Habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y luminosas. Los que atienden en el hotel super amables, todo lo que solicitamos nos dieron. Tenían un dispenser de agua en recepción que podías servirte las veces que necesitaras, los días de lluvia contaban con paraguas que podías llevarte cuando salías. El desayuno 10 puntos.

The room was large with a huge king size bed. It had a lovely balcony to sit on with a sofa and table and chairs. They had a nice pool. Located close to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly.

There was no tv but we didn’t mind. The shower was slow to go down the drain but we forgot to tell the manager.

Everyone who worked there was so lovely! Really helpful and friendly. The room was massive and comfortable. Really clean and has all the basic stuff you need.

Honestly nothing, especially for the price.

Arrived early hours due to delayed flight, solo traveller and was happy to arrive to my spacious room, immaculately clean and welcomed with a big smile. The staff here are around if and when you need them, always super friendly. Pool is not huge but big enough for a dip and a sunbathe. The grounds and overall stay was very peaceful. I was also able to do my work on my laptop with ease and privacy which was importantly to me. I felt very calm and relaxed at the property, I dint not want to leave. It is on a quiet side street but close to both ends of town for easy access. Will go back to sure.

I didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment on that, but all else great.

We loved our stay at Winaka Ubud. The entire family who host it are so warm, thoughtful and kind. Wika even picked us up from the airport - and we also arranged a day tour with him the next day, which was fantastic! The light breakfast is very delicious and was brought to our balcony, and the pool is beautiful. Rooms very clean and spacious. Highly recommend and we will come back!

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, molto centrale ma in una stradina laterale lontana dal traffico, veramente molto tranquillo e rilassante! Lo staff è davvero super gentile e ha sempre accolto tutte le nostre richieste!

The place is amazing. Great rooms, staff is really nice. Its very quiet and inside center ubud. A desk to do some work and wifi was strong enough for me to do work and videocalls. Everything was perfect. Would stay again! The bed is absolutely humongous.

シャワーの水圧が弱く、シャワーヘッドが上に固定されているタイプだったので、浴びるのも、洗い流すのも大変でした。 部屋に置いてあるボトルの水は安全なものか、そして、ボトルの蓋が黒ずんでいたので本当に飲めるのか心配だったので、備え付けのケトルで沸かしてから飲みました。

De locatie is super als je in Ubud centrum wilt zitten. Ook in het straatje waarin Winaka ligt zitten veel lekkere restaurantjes (Sun Sun Warung) en koffietentjes (Pisah). Het ontbijt is goed, maar wel basic: eitje (gebakken of gekookt), twee sneetjes brood, fruit, koffie/thee. Verder is de eigenaarsfamilie en de medewerkers super aardig, behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Very clean, large room with comfortable beds, quiet location with easy access to main street and key sites like the ubud palace, sacred monkey forest & saraswati temple. Short walk to many excellent massage places and restaurants. Good and timely breakfast. Kind hosts who aimed to please and help.

It is in an alley so car pick up and drop off isn't at your doorstep, but no big deal as it is only a minute walk away.

Great location with a nice pool. Room was clean and spotless with a lovely comfortable bed. Staff were very nice, helpful and pleasant. Very nice breakfast too.

Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins. L’hôtel est bien situé, ce qui permet de déambuler dans le centre et découvrir les charmes de cette ville.

Le seul point négatif est l’odeur de l’anti mites qui persistait dans les sanitaires.

The best is the attentive service by the staff. Helping with everything, even for extra favours and requirements. It's like being at home. Also huge bed very comfortable. The pool is very appreciated for the hot Bali days. Fantastic location, near the main streets but in a quiet place.

Just please consider that the room is not made every day unless it is required. By default it is cleaned most of days but not all.

En pleno centro del corazón de Bali como es Ubud, a 5 min de la calle principal y de las distintas atracciones turísticas q ofrece el pueblo. Tanto el encargado, como el personal son una maravilla, siempre atentos y alegres. Me ayudaron a coger una excursión con poco tiempo de antelación y dándome todas las facilidades. Te ofrecen recogida del aeropuerto aunque a mí no me hizo falta. La habitación amplia con balcón, una cama grandísima y muy cómoda. Tiene un sinfín de sonidos de la naturaleza. Me encantó y repetiría sin duda.

L’hébergement est au centre de Ubud, pas besoin de véhicule pour se promener dans la ville mais au calme car il est dans une petite rue adjacente qui est éclairée la nuit par des lanternes. Il est très facile de trouver à proximité, restaurants, cours de yoga, massages ou drivers. L’hôtel ne comporte que 6 chambres, la notre était spacieuse avec un petit balcon, bien équipée, le wifi fonctionne bien. Il y a un service de laundry sur place. Le petit-déjeuner doit être choisi parmi une sélection la veille et est apporté dans la chambre. La piscine est appréciée après une journée de balades dans la moiteur de Ubud. Le personnel est incroyable de gentillesse.

L'établissement est tout proche de la grande route mais suffisamment éloigné pour ne pas l'entendre. Vous êtes à 10min du palais royal et du water palace d'Ubud idem pour le marché central puisque c'est en face.. La forêt des singes est à une vingtaine de minutes à pied sur le même chemin. La rue de l'hôtel tombe en face du musée Neka. C'est un petit hôtel familial (6 chambres) très mignon, propre et le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit dejeuner sera peut être un peu léger pour un gros mangeur mais suffisant. Vous devez choisir la veille parmi une liste définie. C'était parfait. Je recommande. Suksma Yuni 🙏

Sunulan hizmet çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı dahildi ve kahvaltıyı nasıl istediğimizi dikkate alarak hazırladılar. İstediğimiz saatte getirdiler hatta erken çıkmamız gereken bir gün paket hazırladılar. Neye ihtiyacımız olursa yardımcı oldular. Ailecek çok iyi insanlardı. Odamızı düzenli olarak temizlediler hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Ve merkeze çok yakın, evinizde gibi hissedebilirsiniz. Her şey için teşekkürler…
