Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis stimmte für mich nicht. Das Hotel wirkte auf mich etwas veraltet und war leider sehr hellhörig.

The owner and staff were the most friendly and hospitable team we experienced the whole time we were in Turkey. The pool was lovely.

O hotel é muito limpo e organizado. Recebemos um upgrade de quarto e um transfer gratuito até o porção sul do complexo de hierápolis.

O minibar não funciona, mas é possível usar a geladeira no térreo. O café da manhã poderia ser servido no estilo buffet self service, para evitar desperdícios.

La limpieza de las habitaciones, el ruido por las noches, el hotel esta pegado a la carretera y hay transito continuo de coches. Muchos mosquitos. El desayuno es bastante corriente. No tienen variedad de frutas, unicamente nos dieron sandia.

Very friendly staff,check-in was smooth and rooms are spacious. We were a family of 8 with children, and they loved the sweet dogs onsite. It gave us parents some relief to have them entertained by the dogs. Breakfast is stellar with fresh fried eggs and big spread! It as so close to the cotton clouds that people could walk for sunrise. There's also parking and it could accommodate our 8-person van.

É relativamente perto da estação de partida para hierapolis e os travertinos mas com o calor mais vale ir de carro. Estacionamento gratuito. Location was great in walking distance from the travertines and the central area. The owners are super welcoming and friendly, they made our experience very warm!

Nothing we didn’t like, we would only suggest a renovation in the bathrooms. We would go back again if we get a chance.

The service at this hotel was unreal - we were treated like family or royalty, I’m not sure what would be better to describe this experience. Mel, the manager, and the owner, Ali, ensured that we had absolutely everything that we might need, want or desire. To give some examples, Mel drove us personally to the South Gate to make sure we’d take the best route visiting hierapolis, they gave us dozens of water bottles to account for the dehydration we’d otherwise feel in the scorching weather, they found duct tape to fix my friend’s luggage and booked us an amazing transfer out to Bodrum at a good rate. The breakfast was generous, varied and decadent. The room was nice, the decoration was lovely, the location was excellent. I couldn’t recommend this stay more.

Hotel is op loopafstand van de Hierapolis, Pamukkale Traventine pools en winkeltjes. In de ochtend krijg je serpe kahvaltı, heerlijk ontbeten. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Schone en mooie hotel!

Absolutely heavenly in every way. The staff, manager Mel and owner Ali were welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was ideal and has a small village view without the noise of the city. From the very first moment, we felt at home thanks to the incredible hospitality of the entire staff. I can’t say enough about how kind, friendly, and attentive they were. They were always making sure we had everything we needed. If they saw us relaxing by the pool, they would bring us fresh watermelon or something to drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also always helped us with our luggage, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The room and the hotel itself were wonderful. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, so we had a great night’s sleep throughout our stay. We also loved the breakfast: it was varied, plentiful, and absolutely delicious. To top it all off, on the day we checked out, they let us enjoy the pool for as long as we wanted, without rushing us or enforcing a strict check-out time. We really appreciated that gesture, and it shows how much they genuinely care about their guests. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. If we ever return to Pamukkale, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff without a doubt were the reason we enjoyed the property. Everyone was helpful and our host Mel provided info and assistance to help us enjoy our stay. He also upgraded our room. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked very nice. The breakfasts were huge and provided a lot of selection. For us it was way too much but some may enjoy having the choices. The hotel is close to the walk in entrance to the terraces and close to restaurants and shops. There is parking in site

We found the hotel reception area and our room to be dark. Even with all lights on in our room it was dim. The room fridge didn’t work (apparently no room fridges work due to the electrical outlet). Ice wasn’t available but we didn’t get to leave our drinks in the hotels main fridge. There was a kettle provided but nowhere near the counter to plug it in. We went down with our thermal water bottle to get hot water. Pamukkale mostly has day trippers so for us it was great to get out early to beat the crowds. In the evening most restaurants are empty which we found to be unfortunate for many who had business to run

Awful Experience

The receptionist and owner were extremely rude. The tone of speech was arrogant and no customer service when we arrived at the property. The hotel is a bit far from main town about 10-15 mins walk. They refused to give us breakfast with a fraction of two minutes when we came back from Balloon ride. The person shouted in loud voice “No” and other people who were busy eating breakfast started looking towards us. There could be a polite way if they wanted to refuse serving breakfast being two minutes late. But they Donot have any courtesy at all. Pamukkale is beautiful but this hotel stay ruined our experience of Tervatines. They should learn some manners and provide good customer service with the hefty amount they charge.

The place was very conveniently positioned. The room was large and very comfortable bed. We had one of the best Turkish breakfasts and the recommended restaurant which they gave us a lift too, was the best Turkish meal we had over the whole trip.

It was a bit too cool in mid may to use the wonderful looking pool.

Lage ideal für den Besuch von Hierapolis samt den Sinterterrassen - 10 Minuten zufuß. Hotelausstattung gut, Betten sehr bequem, Frühstück riesig! Kann auf der Terrasse über dem Pool eingenommen werden. Schöner Blick und ruhig bei nach hinten gelegenen Zimmern.

Hotel direkt an der Hauptzufahrtstraße. Bei Zimmern nach vorne auch nachts laut. Mein Wunsch nach ruhig gelegenem Zimmer wurde erst nach der ersten Nacht zur Kenntnis genommen. Dann Zimmer nach hinten - siehe oben! :))

We were made to feel most welcome the moment we walked in with staff greeting us as we passed. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, we didn’t need to eat again until the evening.

From the moment we arrived at Whiteheaven Suite Hotel until the moment we left, Ali, Mustafa and their entire family/staff made us feel genuinely welcome and completely at home. The hospitality here is truly exceptional — warm, kind, generous and personal in a way that is increasingly rare to find. Nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction came with a smile and genuine care for their guests. The hotel itself is lovely, comfortable, great pool area and perfectly located for visiting Pamukkale, but what really makes this place special are the people. We left feeling more like friends than guests. We could not recommend Whiteheaven Suite Hotel more highly and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you again for such a memorable stay!

Very nice welcome, the manager gave us an upgrade without asking for it, a very large room with a great view. Comfortable, simple and pleasant hotel, very practical for a stop in Pamukkale!

It is a pity that there is no restaurant. However a Turkish breakfast is served downstairs with plenty of dishes.

We only stayed for one night on our motorcycle tour, but Ismail, Doğan, and the whole family made us feel so incredibly welcome and taken care of. There was always a recommendation when asked, and a warm cup of çay never more than 30 seconds away. We couldn't be happier that we chose to stop by pamukkale, and even more that we chose to stay at Whitehaven.

The hotel is clean, big and well located within walking distance to nearby restaurants. Hotel is also within 10mins drive to the Hierapolis/Travertines. The hotel manager looks a bit like Antonio Banderas!

Из крана течет термальная вода. В номере много уютных светильников и вмя территория отеля красиво украшена. Приветливый персонал.

В номере было безумно холодно! Холоднее, чем на улице. За два дня мы так и не смогли прогреть номер кондиционером. Пол и стены были ледяными. В ванной было еще холоднее. Ужасный завтрак. Накрыли целый стол какими-то намазками, соусами, хлебом. Ничего мясного. Какие-то трубочки с плесневелым творогом. И омлет из одного яйца. Все было невкусно. И еще из минусов неработающий холодильник. Для меня это важно, я перевожу в термосе инсулин и храню в холодильнике. Когда заселились, положила туда шприц-ручки. На второй день я поняла, что холодильник даже не включен в розетку. Включить его тоже не получилось из-за короткого шнура. Ощущение, что он там просто для красоты стоит. Чтобы получить горячую воду, нужно сливать ее минут 20

We just stayed a night but it was a nice stay. Large rooms with balconies , good location , walking distance to the travertines and the town center, comfy beds.

Breakfast was good but a bit upset the staff refused our request to arrange the tables as we requested .

While the manager/owner did help with a few things e.g., dropping us at the Hierapolis ruins gate, his extremely abrupt demeanour overshadowed it all. He is quite rude. The property has no view (see the pictures from the windows). The pool whose pictures are uploaded on Booking.com is surrounded by disorganised items (see pic # 3). The housekeeping staff consists of immigrants who are very polite but appeared a little unsure (not sure how well they are treated). The taps are rusting and reflects the level of maintenance. Our flight cancellations meant we needed a transport at a late hour. We tried getting some assistance from the manager and were told that the driver could drive from Pamukkale to pick us up from Izmir Airport (3 hours drive each way) at 1am for €250 but could not come to pick us from Denizli Airport (1 hour drive each way) at 3am (obviously because it would pay much less - €70). Seemed like an attempt to mint money out of us. Admittedly, his father stayed up to let us in. The heating in the room did not work at all. The duvet on the king sized bed was less than the width of the bed itself and kept us shivering all night long. You cannot have breakfast a minute after 9:30am. They started renovation works when we were still sleeping but he was not willing to give an additional minute of late check-out knowing fully well that, due to our flight cancellations, our schedule had been disrupted so significantly making it particularly hard with young kids. To top it all, the owner sent abusive racist texts after initial submission of the review a matter that I am raising with Booking.com. Turkiye is a beautiful country with some amazing people and the one can see how much the authorities do for their people and tourists. This guy left a bad taste in our otherwise amazing trip. This property should be delisted from Booking.com.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, tastefully decorated, very clean and with all the facilities you need and more. Breakfast is really good with cooked omelettes and more. A great place to stay . Highly recommended.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. . The breakfast was superb the location is perfect, parking is for free and the room were really spacious ( we got as well a free upgrade). It is a bit old but not dirty.

I expected a view on the valley but there wasn’t.

Lovely hotel with really friendly staff. The room was great with all facilities we needed.( Fridge, shower, kettle , etc ). We really enjoyed using pool at end of the day. The breakfast was quite simply amazing.

The pool is definitely a highlight of our stay. Just a short stroll from the heart of the town, quiet with good sized rooms

The breakfast was brought out to our table and was just too much. Too much wastage. Oh and they didn’t have real coffee - Nescafé grains don’t cut it when you are paying this much !

1. 버스 터미널에서 호텔까지 픽업 서비스 부탁했는데 거절 2. 호텔에서 공항까지 공항 셔틀 부탁했는데 거절 3. 파묵칼레 남문까지 택시 좀 보내달랬는데 거절 4. 로비에서 맥주 사 먹는데 방에다가 요금 달아주는 거 불가능하다고 선결제 시킴 5. 부킹닷컴 보니까 당일 예약 가능하게 되어 있는데(객실이 충분히 남아있는데),에브리데이 풀 부킹+청소 중이라 불가능하다는 핑계 대면서 비 맞고 덜덜 떨고 있는 저희를 계속 보고 있었으면서 단 1분이라도 얼리 체크인 안 시켜주고 로비에서 정시까지 기다리게 함. 근처 다른 호텔들도 평일+비 오는 날이라 객실 텅텅 비어 있는데 환불 불가 옵션으로 예약했더니 배째라인 듯. 절대 환불 불가 옵션으로 예약하지 마시길. 6. 심지어 우리보다 늦게 온 다른 나라 사람들(서양인) 먼저 체크인 받는거보니 인종차별 당한 걸 수도 있을 듯. 7. 우산좀 빌릴 수 있냐고 했는데 불가능하다고함 8. 어메너티 중에 종이 곽만 있고 내용물은 안들어 있는 것들이 있었음. 시설 대비 저렴한 가격도 아니고 오히려 파묵칼레에서 비싼 편인데 , 터키 여행 모든 일정 중 묵었던 호텔 중에 가장 서비스가 좋지 않았던 호텔입니다.
