We arrived and the room wasn't cleaned properly and the room wasn't serviced at all during our stay. We sent laundry in for cleaning and received it back at 19h50 stil wet and we were leaving the next morning to our next destination

Odalarda bulunan çay kahve ve su ikramları iyiydi. Tek kişilik yataklar oldukça konforlu olmasına rağmen iki kişilik yataklar biraz çökmüştü ve aşırı temizlik takıntınıx varsa dolapları kullanmanızı pek önermem onun haricinde odadaki her şey çok temiz ayrıca wifi hizmeti ve televizyon hizmeti çok iyi havuz da tertemix ve en ayrıca son olarak en beğendiğim ücretsiz 8 10 arası kahvaltıydı kahvaltıya dair arayacağınız her şey fazlasıyla var ve çok lezzetliydi

Çok güzel samimi bir aile oteli. Çalışanlar ilgili. Her talebimizi yerine getirdiler. Odalar güzel resimlerdeki gibi. Yeni tadilat görmüş sanırım. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Otel girişinde sizi kötü bir sigara kokusu karşılar. Koridorlarda sigara kokusu, resepsiyonda görevli yok. Otel kendi halinde. Hizmet sıfır.

The staff was very friendly.

La posizione è eccellente, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un forte restyling. Lenzuola, tende e copriletto macchiati. Evidenziare meglio che L acqua non è potabile. Colazione a buffet.

Stayed at Ayapam for 1 night whilst travelling across country to Fethiye. We wanted to see Pamukkale so found a B&B deal for Ayapam via trivago and then booked via phone with the hotel directly a couple of days before arriving. As a family of 2 adults and 2 children (aged 7&13), we booked a family room. A member of staff showed us to our room on the first floor. The room was clean and comfortable, with a double bed and 2 singles, dressing table, large bathroom and a balcony. My only fault with our room is that the air con was non existent, you could only feel it if you stood right in front of it! Swimming pool was great, clean and plenty of sunbeds, and staff around to order drinks and snacks. We ordered a portion of chips to share and they took a little while but were hand cut fresh chips which were lovely, well worth the wait! The hotel itself is located only a 5 minute walk from the famous cotton castle springs, cleopatra baths etc. There are plenty of shops, markets and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a small selection of traditional Turkish breakfast buffet foods, it could have been a little more varied but was fine for a quick breakfast before our onward journey. Overall this was a great find, just a shame about the air con, which was very much needed when the temp was hitting the late 40s outside!

The hotel room was very clean. It is managed by the European team and hence language is not a barrier. The lady staff who served us breakfast was very kind and courteous. The staff who manages was very kind too. He offered a free drop to my family to the Heerapolis site. We took up a family room which was very spacious and enough beddings for 5 of us. The location is very close to the. Herapolis site.

Due to the big size of the room, it is recommended to have 2 Air conditioners in the room.

The location is the best very near to the entrance and everything, View from our balcony of early morning hot air balloon flying over the pummukale !! The staff very friendly and kind, we would recommend.

Average to below-average hotel. A bit old and worn. Breakfast was weak.

The owners are so warm, friendly and welcoming! The rooms are nice, there is a beautiful pool. The internet works well, the beds were very comfy, the breakfast is included in the price. The location is great, free parking and you can order the balloon ride or paragliding directly from the reception. We did the balloon ride and it was awesome!

We liked everything

Everything is vey good. The lady who was serving breakfast was very attentive and very friendly. The receptionist organised the transfer to the airport. The hotel booked cage hot balloon for us- very nice experience

Quiet hotel away from the main street and a 5 min walk from a convenience store. You can also walk to the travertines and Hierapolis though it’s a bit further. Reception is friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic, clean and have a bar fridge. The only noise is from people entering or departing their rooms (sounds of keys and doors slamming). I didn’t use any of the amenities but the pool area looks great for a hot day with lots of seating.

Very solid hotel that's within easy walking distance of the Travertines of Pamukkale. It offers a sumptuous breakfast and there are very nice views from the upper floors onto the Travertines and the city.

Maintenance could have been a bit better. The hotel is old and has probably seen better days.

Nice place to stay in the heart of Pamukkale for 2–3 nights. Rooms are not new, but decent and with the view on travertins. In the morning you can watch right from your bed how balloons are taking off near the hotel. Beds are big and comfortable. Staff is very welcoming and always ready to help. Breakfast is tasty in a pleasant banquet hall. Wi-fi is not fast, but stable.

Otel eski Kahvaltı iyi. İnternet iyi. Resimlerde küvet gözüküyor ama odada küvet yoktu. Sauna ortak ve paralı. Fiyatı 5 Euro kişi başı. Hamam ve jakuzi de soğuktu.

Staff is lovely, and the location is five minutes away from the centre, and the main entrance for the Cotton Castle. Delicious breakfast.

Otel eski bir bina olduğundan çok aşırı konforluydu diyemeyiz ancak kahvaltısı ve temizliği iyiydi. Klima çok eski bişeydi sağolsun yardımcı oldular açtılar fakat geceleyin biz istediğimiz ayarı yapamayınca bebekler de var diye komple kapattık. Gece yarısı vardık sabah kahvaltıdan sonra hemen ayrıldık, uzun kalan kişilerin yorumları daha doğru olacaktır.

Great location. Walking distance to the salt pools, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. Pool was big and clean with lots of lounge chairs to rest on. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great value!

Lovely hotel a couple of streets back from pamukkale cascades . Quiet location . Great service and a fantastic breakfast . Clean rooms and a very clean large pool. Stayed with mum,dad,sister,nephew and niece. Everybody enjoyed the stay . Came back 2 weeks later and stayed again for a night on the way to Antalya . I would recommend this place for family’s , couples and sole traveler’s.

The manager who is also owner was welcoming for my late, last minute reservation and check in. He showed me the Hassam bath, jacuzzi tub and amenities. The buffet was extensive in the morning, and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming again one day.

Ok hotel for a one night stay. Our first room had ants in it but they moved us to another room. We didnt see any other guests so felt a little like a ghost hotel. Breakfast is adequate for the price. Its a shame that Pamukkale is so run down in general.

Das Hotel war durchschnittlich. Zimmer waren sehr groß, Instandhaltung der Möbel und Badezimmeramaturen ließen, wie meist in der Türkei, zu wünschen übrig. Pool war sauber, Klinkersteine an den Balkonen fehlten großflächig. Essen war für Olivenliebhaber gut....ansonsten halt türkischer Standard. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für 1 - 2 Nächte total ausreichend.

The worst hotel ever

Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, sanırım covid sebebiyle maddi sıkıntıdan dolayı gerekli bakımlarını yapamamışlar sağlık olsun 1 gece konakladık ve biz memnun kaldık.

Sıcak ve güzel bir karşılama ile otele giriş yaptık, otel görevlileri çok ilgili ve samimiler. Gezi içi güzel önerilerde bulundular. Gelen olarak ailecek memnun kaldık.

L'hôtel est loin d'être luxieux mais il a été plus que suffisant ! Il est situé à une centaine de mètres de l'accès aux sites de pamukale en plein centre dans une rue très calme ! Les chambres sont rustiques, la clim fait du bruit, le petit déjeuner est très très pauvre en choix ... Cependant le spa est génial, le personnel même si il ne parle pas tous anglais sont supers et l'accès a la piscine jusque 00h. Si je reviens sur pamukale, je reprends le meme hotel ! Rapport qualité prix excellent Ps : je suis habitué a des resorts luxueux pendang mes sejours et un manque de confort dans un cadre idyllique m'a sembler tellement dérisoire ! Conseiller aux voyageurs uniquement qui sont sont curieux de nature et autonome...

A eviter , les chambres sont basic et les lunettes des toilettes sont cassés sur 2 chambres. Le plus c'est la piscine qui est sympa.

Awesome hotel in the beautiful town of Pamukale. Mustafa (owner), understands and applies genuinely minute to minute the meaning of being hospitable in the business of hospitality. He went the extra mile all the time to make sure I had a pleasant time at his property and in the town of pamukale. Hotel is walking distance to the hot springs, restaurants, and general transportation. Breakfast is amazing

Owner is a friendly and helpful guy, he will help you anything he can help. I know the room facilities maynot be prefect, but the service can cover all, I will no doubt to choose it again if I will visit Pamukkale.

We were three friend early October. The pool is very chilly then, but hey! The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The manager very helpful. Got us some snacks for our drinks by the pool. We parked outside hotel gates, no issues with security. Able to walk about ten minutes to get something to eat. A few minutes drive to Pamukkale the following morning. Buftet continental breakfast copious. Basic accommodation but very acceptable and comfortable

The owner is super nice. We booked for 1 night and told him that we will check-out at around 7am next day. He prepared some takeaway sandwiches and fruits for us when we check out. He was sleeping behind the reception but still came out to say goodbye to us.

Beds weren't refreshed before we arrived, bathroom dirty, no soaps or shampoos, breakfast was absolutely shocking, even the tea tasted horrible. Place was filthy.

Отель находится очень близко к северную входу в парк Памукалле. Рядом сувенирные магазины, кафе. Очень понравилась столовая, чистая, светлая, с красивым дизайном. В ванной комнате не было никакой косметики, кроме жидкого мыла для рук. Номер большой с огромной кроватью, есть телевизор, холодильник, балкон. Мы были с ребенком и его сильно покусали комары, пришлось покупать в магазине флакон с отпугивающей комаров жидкостью на основе лимонной эссенции.

L’emplacement est parfait. Notre chambre était magnifique mais la salle de bain laissait grandement à désirer. Trou dans un mur, bain qui coule et pas d’eau chaude lors de notre passage. L’accueil et le service est irréprochable.

As a center for visiting Pamukkale, we could not have done better. Everything is within walking distance and being able to park directly outside the hotel was really useful. The rates were extremely good. The rooms, all of which overlook the pool, were clean, tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The owners and staff were polite and could not have done more for us. Thank you for making our stay such an enjoyable experience.

The pool area was nice, and rooms are basic but very comfortable. The thing that really set this hotel apart was the staff - the lovely guy at the front desk let us check in early, then he brought us complimentary fresh melon and tea by the pool, and when we said we were leaving early to catch a bus to Cappadocia he was so sweet and gave us some breakfast to take away with us. He really went over and above - we were very impressed!

Otelin konumu çok iyi fakat bakima ihtiyaci var. Ilk verilen odada duramadik ve ikinci verilen oda çok iyi olmasa da 2 gunluk ihtiyaclarimizi karsilayacagi için tekrar baska oda istemedik. Temizlik konusunda daha çok çalismalari gerekli.
