purtroppo stavano facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione al bungalow accanto e stavano costruendo una struttura sulla spiaggia davanti al ristorante

Camere fronte mare ben tenute e con vista stupefacente. Personale gentile ma mai invadente. La Presenza della natura circostante, tra mare, Palme e piccoli orsetti lavatori e iguane che rendono in soggiorno autentico. La bellezza di poter raggiungere il centro con una magnifica camminata sulla spiaggia di una decina di minuti a piedi nudi (e al ritorno imbattersi anche nella Bioluminescenza!). Consigliatossimo

Non e’ colpa della struttura. Tra bungalow e spiaggia passa la strada di sabbia percorsa dai golf car. Si sentono sino a una certa ora. Ma lo sapevo e sinceramente ho dormito. Fossi gli albergatori della zona compatibilmente con la fattibilità, chiederei che dopo una certa ora solo mezzi elettrici o bici possano percorrerla (c’e’ anche la strada dietro). Comunque non capisco neanche perché’ tanti turisti preferiscano il golf cart a una bella camminata in spiaggia

Eine wunderbare Anlage direkt an einem Traumstrand. Unser Bungalow war (vermutlich) neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Alles war sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Es gab keine Tür zwischen Zimmer und Bad.

They didn't have any allergen labels or anything gluten free be default at the breakfast buffer but I talked to a staff member and she offered me 2 different meals and made some hotcakes. They were lovely.

Ottima struttura, curata e molto piacevole. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni inclusi nel costo della prenotazione. La struttura è situata poco più a nord del "centro" di Holbox che si può comunque raggiungere a piedi con meno di 10 minuti di passeggiata sulla spiaggia

La colazione potrebbe essere un poco più varia ma, tutto sommato, più che accettabile

Emplacement paisible et excentré du centre permettant de profiter pleinement du calme et du décor paradisiaque. La salle de sport est bien agencée Bon petit dej copieux et qui change quotidiennement. Personnel au soin. Nous avons réaliser le Check out et ils nous ont soigneusement gardé nos affaires où nous avons pu profiter encore de la plage et de la piscine avant de partir. Merci pour la petite attention pour notre voyage de noces avec ce gentil mot

Als je richting het strand loopt is het een droombestemming!

Ontvangst was niet prettig. Het regende heel hard maar niemand die even hielp met koffers, geen paraplu’s en een kil ontvangst. Heel jammer. Zwembad is prima, maar niet bijzonder. Ontbijt viel erg tegen.

La location è stupenda, sei in riva al mare e tra spiaggia finissima e acqua cristallina ci si sente davvero in un paradiso.

Con il mio compagno abbiamo fatto attenzione a prenotare il secondo piano del bungalow fronte spiaggia, potendo trascorrere solo una notte a Holbox ci tenevamo molto. Abbiamo pagato la tariffa più cara esclusivamente per stare al piano di sopra, fronte spiaggia. Quando siamo arrivati e ci hanni fatto fare il check in ci hanno fatti accomodare al piano di sotto. Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni ci hanno detto che la prenotazione era per quella camera, sebbene le foto della nostra conferma du booking indicassero esattamente il contraeio. Abbiamo dovuto insistere e chiedere di parlare con il manager per farci dare la nostra stanza perché il receptionist diceva che non era disponibile. Alla fine siamo riusciti a ottenerla ma abbiamo sprecato due ore. Fate attenzione quando prenotate perché le foto sono invertite e mostranp il piano di sopra nella camera inferiore e viceversa, e anche dai prezzi non si deduce facilmente visto che avevamo oagato di più, secondo loro, per stare al piano di sotto. Il mip consiglio è chiedere alla struttura anche ciò che daremmo per scontato. Davvero un peccato perché questa incomprensione ha compromesso completamente l'esperienza.

Literie tres inconfortable Petit déjeuner buffet correct mais sans plus. Des travaux ont attaqué le lendemain de notre arrivee sans que nous ayons ete informés: une future piscine je pense creusée devant notre chambre ce qui nous coupait la vue mer ! Apres avoir râlé, le responsable de l hotel a accepté de nous changer de chambre. Attention si vous arrivez dans les prochains jours.

Les chambres vue mer sont exceptionnelles ! On se croirait chaque matin au paradis. Le personnel et discret et très efficace pour répondre à toutes les demandes. L’emplacement sur la plage, calme mais à proximité de la ville est fort appréciable. Cela fait deux fois que j’y vais et je n’ai qu’une envie : y retourner !!!

Dommage d’empêcher les ratons laveurs à venir au petit déjeuner - c’était très sympa l’année dernière.

La ubicación y su frente al mar, ya que es fácil llegar a la playa y hay una vista agradable desde el restaurante. Su área de camastros frente al mar con servicio del restaurante es cómoda y agradable. El servicio del personal del restaurante fue muy amable y atento.

Definitivamente el servicio por el mantenimiento, ya que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de nuestra recámara y tardaron mucho en darnos una respuesta y solución, tuvimos que insistir varias veces y pasar incomodidad por el calor, hasta que para la segunda noche nos ofrecieron cambio de habitación. El área de regadera está abierta hacia la habitación porque lo que no hay privacidad si va a ser un cuarto para varias personas (bungalow).

Il personale non è maleducato ma non è molto disponibile, friendly. Dovrebbero essere più disponibili, manca servizio lavanderia, cocktail di benvenuto per il tipo di struttura sarebbero carino, orario poco flessibile check in e check out, non si chiede una penale se non si restituiscono le chiavi della stanza. Ripeto non sono maleducati ma se vuoi essere di un certo livello devi offrire servizi. Wi-Fi molto debole stanze fronte mare ad esempio. Non puoi far pagare a colazione un espresso come extra altro esempio. Da rivedere

Mooi uitzicht op het strand. Bedjes aan zee zijn gratis voor de gasten. Leuke uitstraling van het resort.Lopen naar het dorp is goed te doen (10/15 minuten), maar onverlicht.

Ontbijt was matig t.o.v. de uitstraling van het resort.WiFi slecht en werkte vaker niet dan wel, zeker als je met tieners reist niet altijd handig. Hoewel de foto’s anders doen lijken, loopt er een zandweg tussen het resort en de zee. Alle hotels hebben dit, maar de taxi’s rijden hier de hele nacht.

Huts are pretty run down. Many wholes in the roofs. Staff in the restaurant ( which is not recommendable) not very nice

L’hôtel se trouve sur la plus belle partie de l’île où la plage est la plus belle. Les chambres vue mer sont spacieuses et la vue magnifique. Idéal pour 3 jours maximum afin de se reposer sur l’île.

La propreté et l’entretien du lieu. La piscine est sale il y a de la vase dans certain endroit. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment léger et le café n’est pas bon.

Staff weren’t super friendly or helpful. The beach loungers weren’t as nice as their peers.

Bungalow vieillissant, piscine pas très bien entretenue et un peu loin du centre si l’on veut sortir le soir. Trop cher pour les prestations proposées, la plage ne fait pas tout. Attention en cas de fortes pluies, il pleut dans le bungalow. Caution réclamée à l’arrivée qui est sensée être remboursée mais 10 jours plus tard, toujours rien..

Het lag heerlijk aan het strand. Mooi opgezet met een prima restaurant en zwembad.

Wij hadden een kamer direct op zee uitzicht. Dat was werkelijk prachtig. Kinderen lagen niet heel comfortabel op de slaapbank maar dat hadden we er voor over.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue! The accommodation was beautiful, the breakfast was fine despite some of the less positive reviews, and we absolutely loved the private beach. Special compliments to Kamilo from the restaurant team. He is an incredibly hardworking and kind person who made us feel especially welcome, not only at the hotel but also around Holbox. He truly made our stay even more memorable.

It’s so basic for such a high price. I expected way more. The room interior feels old and there’s nothing cute or cozy or decorative at all. Room smelled like mold or something and we had to burn incense every time we were inside. And no coffee in the rooms was very disappointing, only during the breakfast. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The grounds feel a bit neglected, pool isn’t great never saw anyone there

L’emplacement, à l’égard du centre tout en restant proche. Le lieu est magnifique, les bungalows, la nature, les animaux ( ratons laveurs, iguane…)la plage idéal pour les enfants, eau peu profonde.

La Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas bien, plusieurs jours avant qu’elle soit réparée. Plusieurs manque de la part du personnel ( serviettes, bouteilles d’eau ). Le restaurant : petit déjeuner un peu décevant et les plats de la carte pas top ( fruits de mer élastique). Dommage pour un établissement qui a un énorme potentiel.

Hôtel parfait. La chambre est magnifique. Le lit est confortable. La petite terrasse qui donne sur la mer est tout simplement extraordinaire. On est au paradis, les pieds dans le sable ! J'ai adoré mon séjour ... les fumeurs étaient même autorisés, ce qui est bien agréable. Le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct. Le personnel de l'hôtel était gentil et agréable. Il m'a trouvé une petite voiture de golf et en à peine une heure, la voiturette m'attendait devant l'hôtel. Au moment du départ, la réception a gardé nos valises et nous a permis de prendre une dernière douche avant notre départ par bateau. Je recommande ce petit paradis.

Beware of roaches in bed!!! I had 2 crawling on the bed and that was after I asked them to change all the sheets the night before because I found a small warm on the mattress.

Holbox Island is beautiful and the hotel Blue Holbox it is pretty nice!!! If you need just to disconnect from the day a day routine, it is the best hotel to stay!!!

Locatie erg mooi, beste plek op Holbox. Noordkant heeft het mooiste/ruimste strand. Huisjes aan het strand zien er mooi uit. Leuk dat er een kleine gym op het resort zit, voor krachttraining genoeg voor een goede training.

Ontbijt was matig. Bedden erg hard (overal in Mexico aan de harde kant, echter hier was dit veel erger). Personeel heeft meegedacht en zijn wel met een oplossing gekomen wat erg fijn was. Zwembad ziet er niet netjes en uitnodigend uit, maakt niemand gebruik van. Restaurant zit nooit iemand overdag en in de avond en strandbedjes zien er wat goedkoop en hard uit. Andere resorts/hotels eromheen hebben hier een mooier stukje van gemaakt met betere bedjes en wat boompjes oid. Huisjes aan het strand zijn mooi echter andere bungalows zijn verouderd. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is matig.

L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique, un peu éloigné du centre (15 minutes à pied, mais possibilité de prendre des taxi si besoin). La plage de l’hôtel est hyper agréable avec une très grande étendue, des transat et des petits bar de plage à proximité. Les chambres sont également tops et on a eu la chance d’être surclassé dans un bungalow vu sur mer. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec un buffet avec un choix restreint mais qui satisfait la plupart des goûts. L’hôtel peut aussi vous organiser des excursions à la demande.

Site et atmosphère exceptionnel, un peu en retrait de la ville mais assez proche pour en profiter, et ceci dans compter l’accès à une magnifique plage, la plus belle d’Holbox !

1) Le sdraio al mare sono immediatamente di fronte a una parte di spiaggia/strada dedicata al passaggio dei taxi; c'e' un via vai continuo di taxi che sollevano sabbia e polvere e risulta impossibile rimanere a rilassarsi sullo sdraio al mare per lungo tempo. 2) Colazione terribile.

L'emplacement super, on avait le logement avec vue sur mer , il était superbe , nous avons beaucoup apprécié l endroit , le personnel gentil , le déjeuné bien aussi et les aménagements de la plage très bien.

On a eu un gros cafar dans notre SDB.... Le personnel a mis du temps a s en débarrassé mais le pb a été réglé

Wir mussten nach 2 Tagen ausziehen da nachts Waschbären in unser Zimmer eingedrungen waren und vot unserem Bett standen.Es stank fürchterlich, der Schock sitzt noch immer in den Knochen.Sie zerstörten das Dach und verteilten den ganzen Dreck im Zimmer. Die Waschbären leben im Müll der direkt neben dem Hotel in der Natur verteilt ist. Das Hotelpersonal zuckte nur mit den Schultern.Es gab weder ein Angebot für ein anderes Zimmer noch eine schriftliche Bestätigung des Vorfalls. Auch auf nachdringliched Fragen wurde uns der Kontakt zu einer verantwortlichen Person verweigert. Auch über Nachfrage von Booking.com konnte keine Einigung über die Erstattung der restlichen Nächte erzielt werden. Wir raten dringend von dem Hotel ab in der Umgebung gibt es deutlich bessere mit sehr freundlichen Personal.

AC didnt work properly. Food at the restaurant was really poor, both breakfast and lunch.

Etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber schön ruhig, Frühstück lecker, liegen am Strand gratis, Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück Lecker und total ausreichend. Zimmer sehr schön im Bungalowstil sauber, mit Fliegengitter und -netz. Fitnessbereich und Pool sauber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

Die Unterkunft ist unfassbar schön. Von unserem Beach Bungalow konnten wir direkt aufs Meer sehen und waren in wenigen Sekunden am Strand. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Es ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen, man ist aber zu Fuss oder mit dem Taxi schnell im Stadtzentrum. Der Pool und das eigene Fitness waren sehr toll. Am Strand gibt es genug Liegestühle vom Hotel. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

L’emplacement est idéal à 12 min à pieds du Centro la plage y est très belle et le lit très confortable.

Le bungalow trop sombre, aucun moyen de se restaurer en dehors du petit déjeuner. Il n’y a pas de personnel sur la plage pour commander à boire ou s’assurer du confort des habitants de l’hôtel. Le point qui nous a le plus dérangé c’est que dès l’arrivée ils prennent soin de nous attacher la clé de la chambre à notre poignet comme une sorte de montre connectée. Sauf que la montre ne tient absolument pas que plusieurs personnes perdent la clé et que bien évidement ils facturent la perte 500 pesos en connaissance de cause.

L’ hotel est juste Wouah! A couper le souffle! Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et servi tardivement si besoin.

Die Lage abseits vom Haupttrubel ist perfekt und man ist dennoch zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten, überall, wo man sein möchte.

Gorgeous location, properly exotic and remote. Our 3 day holiday stay there was truly special and unique, but definitely not due to the property’s attributes.

This is hardly a 4* accommodation which is what it brands itself as. The staff were not always accommodating. The huts themselves were fairly decent however there was nowhere to hang anything, the lighting inside was almost nonexistent, especially in the bathroom area, which made it difficult when the sun was down. We were given only two room key bracelets for a family of four which again made movement difficult, as one child was a teenager. There were holes in numerous areas of the mosquito netting covering the beds. The hammock in our porch was torn and replaced eventually with one that was fairly unusable. We had to go to reception twice to request for our room to be cleaned, as they appeared to be quite understaffed. The breakfast offering was very basic.

Wi-Fi terribile Colazione carente di croissant, marmellate e Nutella Cappuccino a pagamento Le camere fronte spiaggia con il tetto in paglia sono molto rumorose la notte e sembra che procioni e uccelli cadano dal tetto direttamente sul letto Una delle finestre della camera si affacciava su un ammasso di spazzatura Terzo letto non preparato al nostro arrivo, abbiamo dovuto sollecitarlo ed stato allestito così male che ho dovuto rifarlo io L’acqua a holbox è lattiginosa non cristallina ma non dipende dalla struttura

Nice location. I liked the complex.

The staff at the front desk was not very helpful. They did not provide me with any information regarding the amenities during the check in. They also gave us only 1 room key which made our stay somewhat inconvenient. This was due to high occupancy according to Jenny at the front desk. Also Not sure if the complex has WiFi for the guests and honestly I didn’t care to ask because I didn’t feel they cared to be helpful to begin with. Not sure if all this was due to incompetence from her or the hotel being understaffed but it definitely affected my stay, I was only there for a short period of time which definitely made me feel like I could have gotten more out my short stay. I really liked the complex hopefully they can hire more competent staff than can make all guests feel welcome even during high occupancy season.

Läget var fantastiskt

Att det inte alls stämde med beskrivningen. Och att personalen inte gjorde något för att hjälpa till.

Bungalow vid stranden hade fantastiskt läge och utsikt, stort och rymligt för 3 pers och härlig balkong!

Hårda sängar, myror inne, regnade in vid ett skyfall. Endast två sittplatser på balkongen trots att vi var tre personer.

Great location right on the beach. This seems about the best part of the beach. Easy to walk into town, about 1km. Good breakfast. The bungalows are great, the landscaping if very good.

Hotel bar and restaurant are expensive. Swimming pool is a bit disappointing.
