Aldea Kuká, Luxury Eco Boutique Hotel

Die Unterkunft beziehungsweise die gesamte Anlage ist einfach wunderschön. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich (nicht alle) Da wir in unserem ersten Zimmer leider kein Warmwasser in der Dusche hatten, durften wir unkompliziert das Zimmer wechseln, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Israel und Lupita, die äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Weniger gefallen hat uns, dass die Zimmer leider äusserst hellhörig sind man hört wirklich ALLES…. Ausserdem hätten wir in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel dieser Preisklasse eine hochwertigere Ausstattung erwartet.

Ottima posizione, molto bella la spiaggia. Circa 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la zona dei bar e ristoranti direttamente camminando lungo la spiaggia. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Le camere sono un po' rumorose perché in legno. Qualche dettaglio da sistemare soprattutto in bagno. Un appunto, in un hotel di questo livello non esiste che se chiedo un succo di frutta in più a colazione, compresa, mi chiedano di pagarlo... Comunque nel complesso molto bello.

Il personale il generale non parla inglese e non è particolarmente cortese, eccezion fatta per un cameriere, Israel, che è sempre stato molto educato, sorridente, attento e disponibile.

Purtroppo il servizio è stato particolarmente deludente, nonostante il prezzo pagato per il soggiorno che non è propriamente economico. In ordine: 1) il personale, incluso quello alla reception, parlava inglese poco e male, confondendo, ad esempio, parlando di prezzi, hundred con thousand. 2) abbiamo richiesto che l’albergo ci organizzasse il tour per vedere la bioluminescenza e, senza che avessero chiesto il mio consenso, hanno provato a prelevare l’importo da addebitare direttamente dalla carta di credito che avevo fornito per il deposito cauzionale al check in. Sono stata informata di ciò solo perché la transazione è stata rifiutata dalla banca, altrimenti avrebbero provveduto in autonomia a prelevare il denaro. 3) dopo aver organizzato il predetto tour, la reception ci ha informato che ci saremmo dovute presentare fuori dall’albergo alle ore 1:00 a.m., orario in cui sarebbero passati a prenderci per iniziare il tuor. Peccato che a tale orario nessuno si è presentato, lasciandoci - 3 ragazze - sole e al buio per oltre un ora, senza poter contattare nessuno, in quanto la reception era chiusa da ore e nessuno rispondeva al telefono (personalmente, inaccettabile per un 5 stelle), nè ci era stato fornito un contatto dell’agenzia che si occupava del tour. Long story short: i ragazzi dell’agenzia che organizza il tour ci hanno dato evidenza, una volta arrivati, che in realtà avevano prontamente informato l’albergo che il tour sarebbe iniziato più tardi, ma lo staff dell’hotel si è chiaramente dimenticato di fornirci questa informazione. Alla luce di tutti questi disservizi ci è stato offerto uno sconto del “fifty per cent” sulle consumazioni effettuate durante il soggiorno. Peccato, ancora una volta, che al momento del check out ci è stato comunicato che potevano offrirci uno sconto solo del 15%. In definitiva, la struttura seppur molto bella, non vale il prezzo per i servizi offerti. Se andate, abbassate decisamente le vostre aspettative.

Servizi scadenti, palestra non funzionante . Si paga anche l acqua in camera (di solito in un 5 stelle hai almeno una bottiglia gratis al giorno. La maggior parte dello staff non è gentile e cordiale, abbiamo avuto anche esperienza negativa con uno di essi che si è rivolto con toni quasi intimidatori per una mancata mancia .

Tutto semplicemente stupendo, dopo aver percorso la spiaggia in lungo e in largo decine di volte a mio avviso la struttura più bella e completa! Servizio impeccabile dalla reception ai ragazzi che seguono Bar - Ristorante - Spiaggia. Cibo buonissimo con una varietà sorprendente dalla colazione alla cena. Punto mare migliore dell’isola. Camere ENORMI realmente vicine ai 50mq contanti anche il grande terrazzo. Veramente tutto perfetto, incomprensibili le recensioni negative degli ultimi tempi, felice di non averle ascoltate.

Unico aspetto migliorabile è l’insonorizzazione delle camere , tuttavia in una settimana di soggiorno MAI sentito musica o schiamazzi notturni come è segnalato da diverse recensioni. Probabilmente hanno introdotto nuove regole e corretto il problema.

Chambre très très mal isolée, nous avons séjourné à un étage inférieur et au dessus de nous une famille avec enfants/ados et c’était très très désagréable on pouvait les entendre parler/chanter et juste marcher et donc on vivait à leur rythme, si on dormait tôt et qu’ils rentraient tard on était réveillés en pleine nuit avec des bruits de pas, je me dis que c’est le prix à payer pour être dans une cabane en bois mais je conseille d’être au dernier étage si vous voulez pas subir ça Le petit déjeuner n’est pas incroyable, si vous voulez deux choix sur la carte vous payez le second choix en supplément

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel, sans doute le plus beau de l’île. L’hôtel est à 15-20min à pied du centre (5min en taxi pour 6€), la plage est magnifique avec peu de touristes, on se sent seul au monde. Les massages sont sympa environ 95€, et les cours de pilate/yoga gratuits sont appréciables.

Peu d’isolation dans les chambres. Les prix au restaurant sont plus européens que mexicains. Le restaurant et bar de l’hôtel mettent de la musique un peu trop forte.

The kitchen could do with some clothes and washing up liquid. The floor above is not insulated or sound proof so you get a lot of noise from the apartment above.

Il servizio è ottimo ma non è da 5 stelle. La colazione non è all’altezza del resort.

Le personnel est super sympathique, depuis ceux à la réception jusqu'aux serveuses et serveurs de la plage, la prof. de yoga, le "barista", etc. Elles / ils ont toujours été à l'écoute et nous ont gâté jusqu'à la dernière minute de notre séjour.

Booking.com, qui n'a pas répondu à mon mail sur le problème que j'ai eu à faire le paiement.

Bel établissement en bord de mer - très jolie piscine bien que petite - grande chambre (suite)

Sur deux suites vue mer, seule une avait vraiment vue sur la mer depuis le premier niveau du duplex - il fait plutôt chaud dans les chambres malgré la climatisation et il y a beaucoup de moustiques - personnel moyennement aidant - nous avons réservé des carts de golf et l’un est tombé en panne (nous avons quand même du payer toute la réservation) - plusieurs plats de la carte au restaurant (dîner et petit déjeuner) n’étaient pas disponibles et le petit déjeuner est relativement modeste pour un hôtel qui se présente comme Luxe

Prachtige locatie aan het strand, heerlijk zwembad en heerlijk ontbijt.

Accommodatie is zeer gehorig. Goede nachtrust is niet mogelijk als je bovenburen hebt.

Het super schone strand met een heerlijke aqua zee. En het fantastische eten met het leukste personeel wat je je kan voorstellen. De bar heeft de beste cocktails. Wij hadden een beachfront villa en die is echt heel comfortabel.

De muziek staat soms wat hard. Wel goede muziek!

De medewerkers in het restaurant waren erg vriendelijk en de hotelkamer is heel mooi. Ook het hotel zelf is mooi.

Er was heel de week geen warm water, omdat er iets kapot werd gegaan. Het hele hotel had geen warm water, er werd ook geen alternatief aangeboden zoals bijvoorbeeld het openstellen van de hittebestendige. Wifi was erg slecht. In onze kamer was de waterslang van de douche daarnaast ook kapot en de airco lekte op ons kussen en als je op de toilet zet op je hoofd. Locatie is erg mooi, maar voor het bedrag dat je betaald mogen de details meer kloppen.

To był moj trzeci hotel w Meksyku, obecnie jestem w czwartym. Uważam go za najdroższy i najgorszy jakościowo wybór. Zdecydowanie lepsze hotele bliżej centrum są w lepszej cenie bez tylu problemów na miejscu. Nie polecam jeżeli chcecie spokojnie spędzać wakacje. Ja bylem tam z partnerką 5 dni i odliczaliśmy dni do wyjazdu, na szczęście Holbox jest cudowny i spędzaliśmy czas obok w hotelach lub w centrum. Jedyne co mi się podobało to piękna plaża, oraz obsługa w restauracji bardzo miłej kelnerki Melissy i młodego kelnera o ciemnych włosach który był wyjątkowo uprzejmy. Trzymajcie się z daleka od kelnera z czerwonym tatuażem na szyi, który wymusza napiwki a standard jego obsługi jest tragiczny.

1. Po przyjeździe przez godzinę nie działały nam opaski i system zamykania drzwi do pokoju. 2. Kazali nam wpłacić kaucje 10000 peso przy zameldowaniu ale ta kaucja nie działała i za każdym razem trzeba było wzywać managera aby wyjaśniał każdy rachunek, było to dyskofartowe. 3 przez cały wyjazd nie było ciepłej wody w pokoju! Gdy walczyliśmy o wodę, przynieśli nam dwa wiaderka pod prysznic a mieliśmy kupiony pokój z wanną kamienną w pokoju z której nie skorzystaliśmy 4. Muzyka bębniła do 3 w nocy 5 pokoje są mało widokowe i praktyczne,

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nettes Personal, genügend Liegen mit Schatten am Strand, sehr schöner Pool, gutes Frühstück, sauberkeit in den Zimmern und gute Mückennetze.

Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon mal da. Damals hatte es noch weniger Bungalows und die Bungalows waren in einem besseren Zustand. Die Getränke im Restaurant sind überteuert, vor allem der Wein ist doppelt so teuer wie in anderen Restaurants mit vergleichbarer Qualität.

Had aangegeven dat we in vorige hotel gevlucht waren vanwege geluidsoverlast, en toen hebben ze ons op een plek gezet waarvan ze wisten dat dit wederom het geval zou zijn. Heb 76decibel gemeten in de accommodatie. Bierdrinkende mensen op straat bij naastgelegen winkeltje.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene su playa privada y todas las áreas son muy cuidadas!! El personal muy amable; Mario en recepción y Domingo nos recibieron y nos apoyoyaron con toda la información a la llegada!! Servicio de primera y la comida deliciosa! El restaurante de sushi de lo mejor!! Definitivamente de los mejores hoteles en Holbox!! Lo recomiendo al 100%!!

Excelente experiencia fui con dos amigas y pasamos un fin de semana en Holbox. Desde que llegamos en el hotel, todo el personal muy amable, atentos desde recepción siempre nos respondian nuestras necesidades y en el restaurante todos muy agradables meseros, bartenders y la comida de muy buena calidad y deliciosa, y el servicio en la playa impecable. Regresaria sin pensarlo, me encanto la experiencia, la playa hermosa y tranquila. El hotel muy tranquilo, cero ruido, para descansar y desconectarse. Los cuartos muy limpios y espaciosos.

Located on one of the best stretches of beach on the island and within easy walking distance to the town centre. The beach set up is lovely, comfy beds and cabanas, always plenty of room, you feel like you have all the beach to yourself

Paid a premium for a “sea view” suite, however from our room you could only see the sea if you climbed up a steep ladder to the balcony located on the second level. On arrival they kept us standing at reception 20 mins going through a list of things we could not do and associated fees. The property is ok but do not expect a 5 star resort and definitely do not expect a 5 star service. The staff was the biggest let down of our holiday to the point we were uncomfortable being in the resort, it looks like nobody is in charge, they don’t really know what they are doing, one hour wait for food at the restaurant, no apologies offered, given some free guac and charged for the full bill, staff would smirk at you and look annoyed if you make any request or little criticism (our room had not been cleaned at 3.00pm and we were met with a “room cleaning stops at 4.00pm” remark and a annoyed face). The staff in the restaurant (with the exception of Luis who was lovely) behaves like they are doing you a favour a cannot be bothered at all. Also be ready for the “tip squad”: at the end of each meal they send out a person with the bill and they literally lurk over your shoulder (at night they point a torch down to your bill, which was so funny as it was light enough to read the bill) and watch you tip them, we had to ask them to leave on a couple of occasions. When we checked out, we had to wait until someone checked our room and told reception it was ok. Not sure what they were expecting to find, I like to think perhaps we looked like rockstars who trash hotel rooms. Do yourself a favour and walk to short distance to the town for great food and amazing service, everyone on the island was amazing and welcoming except in our resort. 100% would go back to Holbox, but would choose another resort

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, modernes Design mit vielen schönen Details. Super Sportangebot. Die Lage ist mega an einem traumhaften Standabschnitt. Leider gibt es viele total unmotivierte und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Ein absolutes no go für diese Preisklasse. Zum Glück gab es aber auch ein paar nette Kellner. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig! Man hört jeden Schritt vom Zimmer oben drüber. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte da und nachts oder früh morgens aus dem Schlaf gerissen worden als untere Nachbarn nach Hause kamen oder früh morgens abgereist sind.

So much, throughly disappointed with the hotel and would never go back, facilities not good, gym; most equipment old/ not working/ dirty. Checked in to the room and the sheets were dirty. No apology when asked to be changed. One of the reasons we booked was for the spa, they closed this with no explanation for our stay even when we had booked treatments. Rude front of house staff. The list goes on.

Le cadre naturel est exceptionnel, couchers de soleil sur le lagon. On se reconnecte à l’essentiel dès l’arrivée. Le personnel est aux petits soins, et mention toute particulière pour Alberto, d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. La gastronomie est à la hauteur : des saveurs locales travaillées avec soin, dans un cadre idyllique. Un coup de cœur absolu!

Il ristorante…. Il personale poco gentile e sopratutto inadatto per una struttura del genere con dei costi da 5🌟… parecchi dietro i banconi e gente pochissima… 45 min 50 min per fare colazione senza ospiti nei tavoli .. erano 8 persone che si guardavano e le cose le portavano a rate… il caffè americano è pi dopo 10 min dopo diverse richieste portavano il pane con la malrmellata per esempio .. inaccettabile.. servizio pessimo…

The beach and pool area were amazing. Not busy but comfortable and spacious. There was always a restaurant or bar service available.

While spacious the rooms are more conducive to just 2 guests as the bathtub and shower are not very private.

The property itself is very spacious and beautiful, the beach/outside area is very nice and the breakfast was good.

The rooms itself are quite outdated and require maintenance. I could not even take a proper shower as there was so little water coming out. I did address this to the staff but this was ignored. Prices for everything in the hotel are unnecessarily expensive and the staff serving dinner were very quick to ask for a tip. Breakfast staff were friendly however service was extremely slow- we waited nearly 40 minutes to get out bfast. They also do not provide free bottled water at the hotel which i think is a basic necessity- they tell you that the bathroom tap water can be used. Finally, as most of the reviews mention, you can hear a lot of noise in the rooms. I’ve noticed all negative reviews are being replied to with ‘your stay was from a year ago and we have since improved’- this is not the case as my stay is from March 2026.

Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt im Aldea Kuká. Von A bis Z hat einfach alles gestimmt. Die Lage ist perfekt und der Strandabschnitt ist mit Abstand der schönste auf ganz Holbox. Die gesamte Anlage ist unglaublich schön gestaltet, sehr stilvoll und gleichzeitig entspannt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Essen war hervorragend und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir aber das Personal – alle waren extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Die Bungalows sind etwas hellhörig, was uns persönlich jedoch überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Wir haben trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wie es in der Hochsaison ist, können wir nicht beurteilen, aber für unseren Aufenthalt können wir klar sagen: Für uns ist das Aldea Kuká das schönste Hotel auf Holbox – und definitiv ein Ort, an den wir gerne zurückkehren würden.

We loved the breakfast. It was super fresh and generous. Loved the location on the outskirts of town. The beach itself was never crowded and lovely. It wasn't hard to walk the beach into town either and was a fun activity.

The only thing we didn't like was the techno, euro beat music that was sometimes playing from the restaurant. It wasn't necessary and could be annoying at times.

Aldea Kuka is not exactly a 5-star hotel: Noise/Disturbances: We came to relax, but have been subjected to loud construction noise (drilling and hammering) throughout the week. Other guests expressed us similar frustrations. Dining Quality: disappointing, not a 5 star level. Food was not always well cooked, sometimes burnt, sometimes not as it should. Furthermore, the breakfast variety and quality do not reflect a 5-star standard. The fruit often appeared old. Hygiene & Service: Tables in the breakfast and lounge areas are frequently sticky, and unfortunately attract flies. Additionally, the staff, while numerous, seem under-trained and inattentive to basic needs like sunbed assistance or coffee refills. Beach and seaweed: Due to the whether, the beach has been full of seaweeds, and this happens, however, we noticed that the beaches nearby have been properly cleaned, and again that is not expected from a 5 stars hotel. We've raised those comments to the hotel but nobody seemed interested.

A friendly welcome when we arrived and we were given cool flannels and a refreshing drink after our travel. That was really nice. Checked in and wow, the room was stunning! Spacious, clean and well thought out. We loved the natural stone and wood aesthetic. The bed was huge and very comfortable, super soft sheets. Huge shower, basically bigger than our bathroom at home 😅 and the bath was big enough for two. We were given a welcome drink on our first day - a mezcalita and then we had some tacos for lunch, cochinita pibil 🤤 Breakfasts were very pleasant, lovely fresh fruit and juice included. We also had a nice meal in the Japanese restaurant where the fish was super fresh. Staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is right on the beach so you get stunning views and it's really convenient to be so close. We took the morning yoga class and it was such a zen way to start the day, incense burning and calming music as you moved through various stretches. All in all this hotel was really great.

The comments from other guests about the lack of noise insulation are fair and accurate. You can hear your neighbours very easily, which can be a bit distracting. Our room seemed to struggle with the WiFi connection, but the rest of the hotel it was fine. So not really a huge issue.

Plusieurs mois avant notre arrivée, nous avions expressément demandé une chambre éloignée de la piscine et du restaurant afin d’éviter le bruit et pouvoir se reposer un peu. À notre arrivée, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre située littéralement au-dessus de la piscine, avec vue directe sur le restaurant. L’insonorisation est extrêmement mauvaise. Quant à l’intimité, elle est inexistante : si vous ouvrez les rideaux pour profiter de la vue, les clients de la piscine et du restaurant voient directement dans votre chambre. Nous n’avons pas ete épargnés par la fete de mariage, les voisins qui parlent fort jusque tard dans la nuit et les travaux du nouveau bar en continue la journee. À la réception, aucune réelle volonté de trouver une solution. Faute rejetée sur le service de reservation ou booking.com. Le niveau de service n’est pas à la hauteur du prix payé. L’accueil est froid, parfois même condescendant. Au petit-déjeuner, arriver quelques minutes avant l’ouverture vous vaut des regards désagréables, comme si votre présence dérangeait. A part Diana la prof de yoga qui elle est adorable. La chambre présentait plusieurs problèmes techniques et les rideaux sont difficiles à manipuler. L’escalier dans la master bedroom est raide et tres dangereux. Malgré le fait qu’elle soit vendu comme “familiale” je la déconseille vivement avec enfant en bas age.

Hôtel plein de charme, avec un personnel très accueillant et disponible. L’équipe du restaurant est très sympathique, en particulier Luís et Israël qui sont très souriant et attentionnés.

Les chambres sont très mal isolés, il est indiqué que nous ne devons pas faire de bruit de 21h00 à 9h00, mais je pense que nous avions malheureusement des animaux mal éduqués au-dessus de nous, et vu le bruit de leurs pas ils devaient faire le poids d’un éléphant. Si je reviens je prendrais une chambre sans voisin au dessus

1) El personal del restaurante, imposible. Siempre de mala gana, nunca sirvieron nada correctamente. El desayuno debía tener 3 pasos y jamás lo servían. Todo muy mal. 2) el dormitorio es imposible. Ya que el piso y la cama crujen y se escucha absolutamente todo de las otras habitaciones. Imposible dormir. 3) en la recepcion en el check out intentaron estafarnos con unas cervezas que decian que teniamos que pagar ya que apagamos el frigobar debido a que el ruido era insoportable en la noche. Y segun ellos la cerveza es perecedera. Conclusion: Pesimo trato.

Los pequeños detalles cómo cobrarte un expreso en el desayuno o un poco más de granola en la fruta. Que si vas a una excursión a kas siete no te den nada ni un café ni un bocadillo. En un hotel de estas características deberían de cuidar estos detalles para hacerlo excelente ya que no les cuesta nada y estos detalles son los que marcan la diferencia

Unfassbar traumhaftes Hotel. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und fanden das Honeymoon Zimmer wunderschön. Der Strand und der Pool sind toll. Wir haben viel von der Insel gesehen und denken dass es der schönste Strandabschnitt der Insel ist. Die Yogakurse sind auch richtig gut und das Frühstück ist lecker und sehr viel. Man kann sogar das Leitungswasser trinken. Die Cocktails sind sehr lecker und die besten Mezcalitas die ich in Mexiko hatte. Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht nah an der Stadt aber trotzdem sollte man dieses Hotel unbedingt wählen.

Die Preise im Restaurant sind wirklich etwas teuer aber ansonsten ist alles perfekt.

Location was amazing, calm area with a beach front, 15 mins walk from the town. Beautiful property with all the facilities and great common and outside areas. Well maintained.

Oftentimes the staff was casual and lacked attention specially during breakfast and beach services. In addition tips were always requested which, despite being cultural we found strange in an expensive hotel for included services (like breakfast). Food and cocktails were average compared to the prices they charge.

Bella l'architettura della struttura e ottima la posizione su uno dei punti più belli della spiaggia. Il cibo era veramente buono, il servizio un po' troppo lento ma il personale era squisito. Molto apprezzata la classe di yoga free.

Beautifully appointed! It is a new resort and it shows. We had a bit of a problem the first night and it was taken care of immediately by the staff. Special thank you to Mario!

The first night we had a problem with smell in our room, which turned out to be from the seaweed and our room, facing the sand road ,was noisy. Other than that, the room was beautiful. We did feel a bit pressured about tipping 😬

No está insonorizado, se oye absolutamente todo de las habitaciones contiguas. No cambian las sabanas , de hecho creo que solo las cambiaron una vez a petición nuestra. Tambien huele mucho a cloaca por la aproximación al manglar .

The proximity to the beach and to town were great. Enjoyed the style of the hotel. Enjoyed the evening entertainment.

The room we booked was very disappointing because the windows looked directly to the building in front of us. There was no views at all. Thankfully, we were able to upgrade to a room without anything in front of us except sand and trees. It was an additional $80 per night but worth it. Service was the restaurant for breakfast was very slow.

La temperatura y ubicación de la piscina y los dos gimnasios.

Me alojé en una habitación situada en la planta de abajo de una cabaña y escuchaba absolutamente todo de la habitación de encima y también del exterior: todas las veces que otros huéspedes subían por las escaleras y el motor de todos sus aires acondicionados, así como la cadena del wáter.. Los huéspedes de la habitación de encima parecía que compartieran habitación conmigo: sus pasos, sus conversaciones... Todo. Lo comenté en recepción para solicitar un cambio pero me dijeron que el motivo de mi cambio no estaba justificado, ya que las cabañas están diseñadas de ese modo: sin ninguna insonorización. Por otra parte, tenía el desayuno incluido (tipo carta, que está correcto, pero sería mejor tipo bufet. Además, cada día la cantidad era distinta, el primer día el mejor, pero el segundo no nos trajeron pan y el tercero ni pan ni agua). Lo que me pareció bastante incómodo es que los camareros pidieran propina cada día y además insistieran si no les complacía la respuesta. A la piscina le falta el suelo en bastantes puntos y es peligroso porque cualquiera se puede cortar. También me pareció cutre que en un hotel de esta categoría te incluyan únicamente 2 cápsulas de café para toda la estancia y no te las repongan al limpiar la habitación.

Die Anlage des Hotels auf Holbox ist wirklich wunderschön – genauso wie die Zimmer, die großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltet sind. Optisch entspricht alles einem sehr guten 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Leider kann der Service in vielen Bereichen nicht mithalten. Das Personal wirkte häufig unkoordiniert und überfordert. Beim Frühstück mussten wir oft sehr lange warten und mehrfach nachfragen, obwohl das Frühstück inkludiert war. Zudem wurde ständig auf Trinkgeld hingewiesen, was in dieser Häufigkeit unangenehm war. Personal wurden einfach nicht ausreichend oder professionell geschult. Ein besonders frustrierender Vorfall: Nach unserer Rückkehr nach 23 Uhr funktionierte unser Zimmerschlüssel nicht mehr. Es war niemand erreichbar, weder Rezeption noch Sicherheitsdienst. Nach einer Stunde vergeblichen Wartens waren wir gezwungen, in unser eigenes Zimmer einzubrechen. Am nächsten Tag gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch Verständnis. Obwohl wir die teuerste Zimmerkategorie gebucht hatten, fanden im direkten Nachbarzimmer Bauarbeiten statt – der Lärm war extrem störend. Außerdem wurde das angebotene Yoga die gesamte Woche über nicht durchgeführt, worauf ich mich eigentlich sehr gefreut hatte. Auch die Fahrräder waren ein Ärgernis: Sie kosten 10 € pro Stück für 12 Stunden. Bei einem Hotelpreis von rund 350 € pro Nacht hätten wir zumindest eine einmalige kostenlose Nutzung erwartet. Zusätzlich bekamen wir einen falschen Schloss-Code und waren dadurch eine Stunde lang festgesetzt, bis uns der richtige Code genannt wurde – auch hier keine Entschuldigung und keine Erstattung. Zum krönenden Abschluss wurde bei unserer Abreise sogar noch unsere Kaution gekürzt, weil angeblich ein Teppich gefehlt habe – was für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar ist. Zu guter Letzt – was zwar nicht die Schuld des Hotels ist – war im November der Strand aufgrund von Seegras kaum nutzbar, wodurch Schwimmen praktisch unmöglich war.

The hotel is spectacular. The beach is stunning. The ambient super relaxing. Front desk was amazing. Chef and kitchen manager were excellent. The hotel sits a safe and quiet space were guest can relax and enjoy.

The quality was not what I expected, food was expensive and not the best quality. Not hoy water in all my stay, they say they had a problem with all the rooms and never fixed. Definitely not worth the money, lost of other great options...

No hubo nada que no me gustará

Unique and thoughtful design, the property was very clean and in a perfect location. The beach was fantastic and the pool was a great place to unwind after beach time. The staff was fantastic, Mike and Luis in the beach/restaurant were attentive and friendly. The captain, can’t recall his name, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, he has a wonderful and genuine personality. I really enjoyed practicing yoga in the morning with Madison, she is an excellent instructor that takes the time to ensure your flowing properly. The included breakfast was fantastic and had plenty of options. The evening fire show was unique and entertaining. We will definitely return to this hotel when our travels bring us back to the Island.

The design and location.

The reception staff. They never responded to any of my messages on whatsapp while it was the only means of remote communication. Also our room was at the top floor where the sun was shining directly on the roof and AC was not sufficient to cool the room.

El lugar es precioso, tiene acceso a la playa que es de la más lindas de la isla, de todos los hoteles que caminamos y vimos, el mejor en instalaciones, ambiente, y playa es este hotel. La ubicación es la mejor, está cerca al pueblo caminando. Luis y todo el personal de meseros son muy amables, el servicio al cliente que tienen hace toda la diferencia, nos sentimos muy muy muy bien atendidos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. 100/ 10.

Literalmente, no tengo nada malo que decir de este lugar tan increíble. Miramos muchos hoteles antes de reservar y fue la mejor opción.

La atencion del capitan Israel y el mesero Luis fueron clave para estar muy contentos , super atentos y serviciales

Como ocurre en toda la Isla de Holbox, la habitación tenía bastante polvo (seguro que la limpian bien, pero el polvo es interminable en esa Isla). Al ser un 5 estrellas, podrían incluir el servicio de acercarte y recogerte al muelle ya que es necesario porque el hotel está un poco apartado. La experiencia del cliente sería mejor (aunque subáis unos euros el coste de la habitación)

El restaurante tiene precios elevados a parte de que estás obligado a dejar un 15% o 20% de propina según nos indicaron. Lo de la propina en general en este país es una locura, hasta para un desayuno que teníamos incluido en el alojamiento nos hacen pasar por el trago de tener que dejar 57 pesos por persona o nada, no hay opción. Al cambio 228 pesos = 12€ no creo que haga falta seguir sacándonos dinero por todo y pareciendo el malo si no dejas, cuando ya has pagado tu estancia y servicios Tuvimos un percance con el taxi que contratamos a través del hotel para gestionar la recogida desde el aeropuerto al puerto y desde el hotel no nos compensaron de ninguna manera.
