La posizione era ottima per chi ha bisogno di andare a Maria maggiore e viaggia in treno da termini.

La limpieza un 10, es un piso entero que tiene varias habitaciones con su baño y en medio una mini cocina para servirte agua, tomar un té o un café. La habitación hermosa, hermosa de verdad con agua fresca y frigobar. Cabe destacar que tienen la mejor cama en la que he dormido nunca, todo pensado al detalle. Hermoso la verdad!! Ducha grande con lo necesario.

Brudna klatka wentylacyjna w łazience i sciana za prysznicem, smród z klimatyzacji przez pierwsze kilka godzin.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο σε τοποθεσία κοντά στα αξιοθέατα.

Για την είσοδο στην πολυκατοικία και το κατάλυμα οι οδηγίες που έδωσαν ήταν μόνο στα ιταλικά με αποτέλεσμα να προσπαθούμε για πολύ ώρα εμείς και άλλες δύο παρέες να βρούμε τον τρόπο και την μετάφραση. Επίσης το σημαντικότερο απ' όλα είναι ότι με την είσοδο μας στον όροφο βρήκαμε το δωμάτιο μας ανοιχτό και μάστορες στο μπάνιο να φτιάχνουν ένα υδραυλικό πρόβλημα. Είχαν χρησιμοποιήσει πετσέτες μας, ήταν ο τόπος γεμάτος νερά, οι ίδιοι οι υδραυλικοί δεν μας έδωσαν καμία σημασία όταν μπήκαμε μας είπαν πως η δουλειά θα κρατήσει 1 ωρα και γενικώς δεν μας ενημέρωσε κανείς για την κατάσταση του δωματίου μας ούτε ο ιδιοκτήτης ενώ κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας ήμασταν σε επικοινωνία.Γνώριζαν από πριν ότι θα φτάναμε νωρίς στην πόλη και λόγω εγκυμοσύνης είχαμε ζητήσει αν υπάρχει πιθανότητα να μπούμε νωρίτερα αλλά λόγω πολιτικής σεβαστηκαμε ότι δεν μπορούμε να μπούμε πριν τις 3. Παρά την κούραση μας λοιπόν και την ανάγκη άμεσης ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης βρήκαμε το δωμάτιο μας σε αυτή την κατάσταση.

The location was amazing and the whole place was really clean. The staff was very helpful.

I really liked the fact that there was no reception, no key-dependent private coded door system, a daily housekeeper visit, and the room was spacious, with a large bathroom. Also, the location is great, near the train station.

Perhaps it was just my bed that had this problem, but it was excessively soft, making it difficult to sleep, and the pillows in my room were extremely thin.

Enjoyed the modern accommodations and the location.

The beds were a bit too firm.

La zona. La habitación. La limpieza.

Appartement très propre, suffisant pour 4 personnes, emplacement idéale, calme, près mais assez loin du quartier de la gare pour être tranquille. Quartier tranquille même le soir pour visiter Rome à 15mn à pied de Trevis . Heureusement que nous avions la clim fonctionnelle (nous arrivions de SIcile avec clim en panne) car chaleur et température à +45° pendant notre séjour. Très belle vue sur la Basilique.

Nous aurions apprécié pouvoir poser nos valises dans l'entrée comme d'autres que nous avons vu l'avoir fait avant l'ouverture de la chambre. Devoir garder nos valises de 7h à 15h par cette chaleur a été une étape car la solution des casiers, ceux ci dit bien situé à l'immeuble en face(vu trop tard) nous aurait coûté 65€ de plus. Seul défaut de l'appartement, 1 volet qui ne fonctionnait pas et le pose serviette dans la salle de bain qui ne tient plus mais pas gênant.

La posizione è strategica, comoda e pronta ai collegamenti. La camera è pulita confortevole per due persone. A mio avviso c’è poca luce solare.

El acceso al edificio es feo, y esta muy descuidado.

Location was perfect, very close to Termini and Coliseum. The room itself was spacious, contorno bed. Nice to have common facilities with a kitchenette and coffee available. Some staff (cleaning lady and Osvaldo) were really helpful and attentive, although I cannot say the same about the managers.

We had an issue with a non-functioning air conditioning the first night, which impacted a lot our sleep since it was 40 degrees in Rome. After a lot of back and forth with the manager (which included them saying if I wasn’t satisfied I could find another place), they finally came to check it out - and was indeed not working( the filter was terrible dirty and misplaced). They repaired it and offer us a refund for the fist night, advising us to contact Booking directly, which I did. However, Booking advised the property manager didn’t agree with the refund which is really disappointing! Overall not a great service… And also note: no toilet paper hanger in the bathroom and a loosing shelf which could definitely hurt someone.

Nous avons aime la propreté de l’établissement, les bouteilles d’eau gratuites qui étaient pratique en canicule et bien situé.

L’air climatisé ne performait pas très bien, surtout en moment de canicule.

No poder hacer late check out

Great location, and easy communication with the host. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. They put fresh water everyday at the common area, which it was very helpful during the day! Overall it was good!

It was our second time at the property, and unfortunately this time there were some small problems in our room. The shower wasn’t working properly and the toilet seat was also broken. The air conditioning was making a noise during the night, which made me put my ear plugs so I could sleep well.

Quarto e banheiro amplo, espaçoso, apartamento novo.

Cama de casal são 2 camas de solteiro unidas, o que é desconfortável quando se está no meio da cama.

Location great and room was lovely

The AC broke and they didn't fix it during our stay, we were there in 40degree heatwave and there was no way to cool the room down, they gave us fans which didn't do anything. It was impossible to sleep.

Si bien el edificio es viejo, tanto la habitación como el área común de todas las habitaciones, son muy lindas, como se ve en las fotos. Es una linda zona: cerca de Términi y medianamente cerca del centro histórico.

Si tengo que poner un punto negativo es el ascensor. Tiene un sistema de cerrado de puertas que la mayor parte del tiempo la gente las deja mal cerradas (a pesar que hay carteles!), con lo cual casi todo el tiempo son 4 pisos por escalera, porque el ascensor quedó mal cerrado en algún piso.

The room and kitchen was good. The rest of the building was scary.

Non siamo riusciti a soggiornare per difficoltà di comunicazione. Avevamo un problema e abbiamo provato a contattarli ma non c’è stato riscontro . Abbiamo chiamato ripetutamente per capire come risolvere ma non hanno mai risposto .

Pokój z łazienką w wielopokojowym mieszkaniu, nie działał zamek w drzwiach, dużo bezdomnych na trasie do drzwi.

Estuvimos 3 noches y la verdad es que volveríamos sin pensarlo. La ubicación es genial, a solo 1 minuto de la Basílica de Santa María la Mayor, en una zona perfecta para recorrer Roma. La habitación era amplia, las camas eran súper cómodas y se descansaba de maravilla. Además, la presión de la ducha era una pasada, algo que siempre se agradece después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. Todo estaba impecable, se notaba que la limpieza la cuidan mucho. Otro punto a favor es que alrededor hay un montón de sitios para comer, así que siempre tienes opciones para desayunar, comer o cenar sin tener que irte lejos. En resumen, una experiencia de 10. Si volvemos a Roma, sin duda repetiremos este alojamiento.

Unreachable and unhelpful host, AC doesnt work, Location isnt as good as publicised. Getting in and out has 3 locks, all with different entry methods and locking back is another process.

The location of the room was the best since we walked around major city sites very easily. Overall very value for money! I would choose it again!

Nothing actually it was very nice.

Close to the train station, room has balcony, air conditioning, coffee machine available in the kitchen in the hallway. No one cleaned our room but it was ok for us as we stayed 2 nights. Communication with the manager was slow, we stood at the front door for 15 minutes until someone answered us how to enter the building (mainly there was a misunderstanding about access codes and procedures).

No tv in the room, the toilet bowl made loud noises when it was being filled with water, sometimes even at night without using the toilet (I think it was using a pump to pull water to the top floor)

Great location... the room is better than the photos.

The AC is not strong enough for the summer 35 degrees and more. Also, instructions for closing the door would be great on the google doc. Had problems to find out how to close it and on the next day had to help other guests as they were struggling.

Szuper helyen, kilátással a Santa Maria Maggiore templomra. Találkozásmentes, de a bejutás rendkívül egyszerű volt a kapott instrukciók alapján Felszereltség, tisztaság rendben. Nem volt feltüntetve a leírásban, de van kis hűtő is. Az elektromos redőnyért az erkélyajtón plusz pont.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Rome. We also really appreciated the clear check-in and check-out instructions. The host provided a detailed PDF with photos and step-by-step guidance, so everything was easy to find and use. The room had a lovely authentic view from the window. The towels, shower gel, kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee in the shared area were all appreciated. There was also enough storage space for our belongings.

The bathroom could use some improvements. There was no convenient holder for the toilet paper, so it had to be kept on the floor or taken from the cabinet each time. The toilet seat was loose and should be tightened. The fixed overhead shower head also needed cleaning, as it appeared to have a buildup of limescale.

The room is lovely and clean.

Could not contact anyone on arrival tried calling and messaging the link they sent did not work. Had to book another hotel for the first night of our stay.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Bei 35 grad, war das ein großer Minuspunkt! Leider wurde vorab darüber nicht informiert und auch keine andere Option angeboten. Es war kaum auszuhalten

Check in un po' macchinoso e provato a chiamare numero parecchie volte per informazioni ma senza ricevere risposte in mattinata. La cosa peggiore è stata la totale mancanza di aria condizionata, nottate insonni con due ventilatori portatili, segnalato alla struttura ma senza ricevere riscontro, condizionatore "finto" telecomando sembrava acceso ma in realtà non dava segnali

Sistema de entrada complicado , tivemos dificuldade de trancar a porta ao sair, tentamos contato com o host que demorou 30 min pra retornar, e não ter local pra deixar as bagagens após o check out

The room was clean, convenient location and clear instructions upon arrival. For one night to be near the train station, we felt safe.

Our AC wasn't working. We couldn't get the AC to stay on for longer than 30 minutes. First the remote wasn't in the room so we had no way to turn it on, but we found one in the common room and turned it on but it wasn't powerful and no matter what settings we tried on the remote it wouldn't stay on. I feel like maybe they knew this was an issue because there were two fans in the bedroom, but they weren't very strong. We ended up setting the fans at the edge of the bed and slept in front of them. I messaged the owner but didnt get a response for hours. The only response was "the remote" and when I tried to explain further I didnt hear back until the next day after we checked out. 90 degree Rome and no AC isnt ok for us, do not recommend staying here jn the summer. We had room #5. Walls are thin, old building so you hear the pipes through walls and the water doesnt stay warm/cold but cycles between.

Muito perto da estação Roma Termini e Coliseo. Roma é bem movimentada e barulhenta, mas muito acolhedora e com pessoas prestativas. Mas o interfone do apartamento fazia barulho dentro do nosso quarto. Esse foi o único incômodo.

Quarto amplo e bem decorado. Localização muito boa.

O ar condicionado não funcionava e fiquei sem dormir 2 dias, simplesmente acabou com os meus dias em Roma porque não descansei de tanto calor.

Todo estuvo súper bien! La ubicación, la atención del personal desde que llegamos. Todo super fácil, cómodo y tranquilo para descansar. Vale mucho la pena porque puedes ir caminando a todos los puntos más importantes de Roma. Tienes restaurantes y supermercados cerca.

all'arrivo nessuno ci ha aperto, fortunatamente abbiamo trovato persone che uscivano dal condominio e siamo riuscite ad entrare. La signora delle pulizie era all'interno e quando siamo entrate si è nascosta. Il divano letto non era aperto, ho provato a bussare per chiedere informazioni ma non ha risposto... fortunatamente abbiamo provato ad aprirlo e ci siamo accorte che c'erano le lenzuola e bastava aprirlo!! Il personale però poteva comunicarlo ed uscire dalla sua stanza.

Habitación y baño muy modernos, limpios y cómodos. La ubicación está muy bien. A media cuadra se encuentra la Basilicia en donde está la sepultura del Papa Francisco, muy emocionante. A los demás atractivos turísticos se llega caminando sin problema. Es una zona de lindos lugares para comer. Súper recomendable!

El piso es moderno, había café e infusiones gratis, una neverita en la habitación y dos ventiladores portátiles

Si acaso pondría de punto negativo que se escuchaba bastante las habitaciones colindantes como la ducha pero según el tipo de alojamiento era de esperar.

Schlechte Kommunikation zum Einlass in die Wohnung. Keine Reaktion auf Nachrichten über booking. Zugang erst nach Anruf erhalten. Klimaanlage funktioniert nur mäßig.

La habitación está bien, es amplia y la cama era cómoda. El apartamento está cerca de la estación pero en una calle principal, en ningún momento vimos nada raro ni nos generó ninguna inseguridad el barrio

Tuvimos un problema con la entrada al edificio por la noche. Llegamos por la tarde y la puerta de abajo estaba abierta, por lo que subimos y las llaves estaban en el candado. Cuando volvimos por la noche resulta que no nos habían dado las llaves de la puerta de abajo y no podíamos entrar. Tocamos al telefonillo y no los abría nadie. Contactamos con el anfitrión y nos decía que estaba abierto pero resulta que se había roto la apertura remota y nos tiramos más de media hora en la calle sin poder entrar y el anfitrión no nos daba ninguna solución. Al final pudimos entrar porque salió una pareja del edificio. Le pedimos al anfitrión las llaves de la puerta de abajo pero no vinieron a traernoslas para salir x la mañana de allí con ellas osea que nos fuimos otra vez con la incertidumbre de si íbamos a poder entrar por la noche o no. Cuando llegamos resulta que habían arrancado la cerradura y la puerta de abajo estaba abierta. Y para colmo, la mañana que nos íbamos, los siguientes anfitriones llegaron a las 9 de la mañana y cogieron la llave del candado de fuera intentaron entrar mientras nosotros estábamos dentro. Control pésimo de la entrada y salida de la gente.

I have to say - I was pleasantly surprised. The pictures are not nearly as good as the truth! The room was beautiful! Very new, bed extremely comfortable, free coffee in a shared kitchen 😇 Thank you!

The location was perfect. Close to the train station, but in a nice area. Easy walk to Colosseum and Monti area. Room was comfortable and clean. Communication with host was excellent.

Ενώ είναι family room και δέχεται βρέφη δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα παρκοκρεβατου ή κούνιας. Δυσκολία επικοινωνίας προ της διαμονής.

La cura e qualità dei servizi offerti oltre la comodità fornita con lo spazio comune molto accogliente. Molto apprezzata la gentilezza mostrata dalla Sig.ra Vinci attenta a tutti i particolari nell'organizzare qualsiasi necessità della struttura.
