I like the house we we're staying, the room is spacious and dor me it's comfortable and homie. The price is affordable 🙂 so, expect it's Good for its price. i like that it's quiet and has free wifi. when we arrived there was a storm and made the place more interesting since it usedd to be an Academy for korean students. the place reminds me of korean movies in the 90's. And, the staff and caretakers are friendly.
the small towels, so being your own. I didn't mind when there was no electricity bec, of the storm. but it cane back after 1 day and a half. i guess, it just needs a little cleaning with their restrooms and kitchen. however, all in all. i like my experience there. and i would like to come back soon.
serenity
location
I love the property and the staff. However, the location was the most challenging part of my stay. Since there were no taxis or cabs readily available, I had to walk quite a distance to find transportation. Improving access to transportation or providing a shuttle service would greatly enhance the guest experience.
Peace
Not the crowded baguio you know.
It is very peaceful and they have all the things we needed during the stay.
The view from the place was so nice. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the terrace.. The room was neat. They have free water and we can cook as well. The staff were very nice and helpful.
The place was a little far from the city proper. The taxi were not very familiar if we mentioned the area or even the name, but they were offering transpo service to remedy this. I think it's better to book if you personally own the car.
The view. The room.
No whole body towel. The pale and water dipper isn't cleaned enough, it's slippery.
Nothing
Everything
The location, ambiance and scenery of the place is superb.. quiet place to relax. They have a campfire place also if you like to do a campfire, they have a basketball court and a wide plaza to park or do some outdoor sports. The staff and people in this place are helpful if you need something. Their cr is centralized and the bathroom is in the basement but all of it is clean and they have a heater for you not to be scared of the water 😁 Btw we stay here 2 nights and we cook out food in their kitchen.. everything you need is there except for the food you want to eat (reminder bring all the things you need for cooking because the store is a lil bit far.. we will go back here again for sure.. Also please don't forget to feed the cats around the premises, they are lovely and gentle.. i can even hand feed them. They will sleep on your lap also if they like too. 😁
Lahat maganda meron ding secured na parking. Malawak at may kitchen

We loved our stay, very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of Baguio mountains and sunset. Free shuttle service. Convenient. Comfortable bed, well maintained property. Thank you to Sir Kim and his wife for inviting us for coffee and breakfast. We will come back!
Quiet and has parking spaces. Nice staff and the host as well.
The smell tells you that the building is already old, but the facilities are clean and spacious.
I love how quite it was. It felt like a true escape from usual Baguio crowds., The mountain air, its the perfect spot of for a morning coffee
Its far from Session Road and can be tricky for Grab drivers to find

WE NEVER USED THE FACILITY. THEY HAVE VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND NO COORDINATION WITH THEIR STAFF. WASTE OF MONEY, TIME, AND EFFORR!
Very quiet, but make sure you bring your own food because it’s not close to any stores. Try to get the ensuite rooms with full or half board
The accommodation is in the classroom wing of a Korean Bible School, so if you don’t mind the sound of people praying occasionally, nor the sounds of kids having fun during recess, you’ll really enjoy your stay, particularly if you have a car. It’s almost inaccessible without one
Highly recommended

Affordable and friendly ung caretaker.. Nagoffer pa siya ng service papunta sa sakayan ng taxi since malayo sila sa kalsada and sadyain.
Sobrang layo niya sa city,l, sadayain ung place at halos hirap ang taxi matunton. Walang microwave to heat the food, and ang kwarto is bed lang talaga, since common area na ung water heater and cr. Pag naiihi ka ng madaling araw need mo pa lumabas. Di na uulit sa place na to affordable man pero di worth it.
The area is peaceful, safe, and has nice view of the mountain
- The peace and quiet (but if you have an overactive imagination, skip this place because it might give you haunted house vibes lol) - The staff and the owner are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. - The room was thoroughly cleaned and spacious. - They have huge kitchen where you can prepare your meals if you want. You can also wash your clothes in their good laundry area. - Water and electricity are always available. There's also good internet connection. Throughout my 4-day stay, the connection went out only for a night idk why. - The bed and the beddings are clean and comfortable. - If you're introverted, and would want to get away from noise, reflect on life, Bell is the best place for you. - Know that the rooms are classrooms converted to bedrooms since the whole place work as a summer camp during certain months for ESL students but this doesn't really break the comfort of your stay.
- Far from the main road. If you don't like hiking and prefer to stay near establishments to buy random stuff or chill, this isn't the place for you. There are no restos or stores nearby, so if you're coming here, better buy or prep everything you need (basic needs like soap etc, food). Still it's no biggie. Bell is a great place. - It's okay, but it would be cool if there's bigger table inside my room and an area where I can hang my clothes.
beautiful location and spacious room, felt like home, very nice staff.
sometimes hard to find a taxi get to the city - had to walk quite some time but was ok for us. For food you need to order via grab because there are no restaurants around.
Quiet and away from all the usual Baguio crowd. Friendly owner and staff.
Took a while for the gate to be opened. Kept on ringing the door bell and honking my horn but to no avail. Shower head needs a holder.
It is a very quiet place away from the road. The room is nice and spacious. The staff and the owners are very nice.
You have to walk to find an eatery if you don't want to eat at the nearest restaurant.
The owner and his staff are top notch

The place is quite
Not comfortable with the policy
Parking space is safe & ok ...
Common CR ( not clean ) No TV No drinking water No kettle No coffee , tea ... etc Our room , was a classroom before ... They put beds & became accommodation room ... Not fair, 1st time we experience this from booking.com ... Parking is the only best thing Sorry, but needs to be honest ... To improve
Location is peaceful and comfortable with mountain views,The staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is satisfying and abundant.
The place is little bit far from the city.
The owner and staff are very nice. they even provided free food for our dinner when we just arrived. Breakfast is free and delicious. Very happy to talk with them and will come back next time.
Friendly staff
Location is a little bit hard to find
Clean, cozy, feels like home, nice view, big parking space, excellent hosts and friendly staff, true to life photos of the place

The friendly staff & owner, perks like affordable city tour van rental, free & unlimited water & coffee, delicious daily breakfast, free daily shuttle to SM baguio.
The location is a bit inaccessible to commuters though manageable, not a dealbreaker.
We felt the serenity of place and kindness of people around. The facilities are remarkable and the food is really good. Best thing is when you wake up or have late night talks then you’ll see the outside view.
Super clean, we really loved the food we will be back here

It has a beautiful view and breakfast is fantastic
Beds are firm. Showers took a long time to warm up. Room clean but wasn’t serviced during our stay.
Breakfast is amazing
The location is very beautiful but a little tricky if you don't have a car
The owner and staff are friendly. Kind and courteous
Accessibility if you don’t have car
Very accommodating, they serve good food, the owner and the staff is very approachable, best Baguio night view, and it’s very peaceful. We will definitely go back! 💕
The very friendly staff and owner, the view and room size. The breakfast and coffee and tea table at the entrance. Very clean and big building, it's located in a more quiet place then most other accommodations. It's great! 😃
Just one thing to say here, make sure you inform the property about your arrival time or contact them via call or text message a few minutes before arrival. I was waiting for some time at the gate.
The place has a great view and peaceful.
Clogged drain in the bathroom. Although they managed to fix it.
I love the view in front of my room. The owners and the caretakers are very accommodating. Then the room is very spacious. They even provide free service from the location to SM Baguio.
