Hinta-laatusuhde loistava. Helppo check-in ja out ja huone oli iso sisälsi keittiön.

Hätäpoistumistien kyltti oli huoneessa sisällä ja todella kirkas. Sänky narisi.

Vaikka rakennus oli vanha, niin paikka oli siisti. Avaimien haku oli selkeä ja puhelimesta sai kiinni jos tarvitsi apuja. Huoneistossa oli kaikki kalusteet kuntopyörästä lähtien. Saimme vielä isomman kämpän samaan hintaan, joten tilaa riitti. Eli rahoille sai vastinetta ihan hyvin. Lordin aukiokin oli ihan kävelymatkan päässä. Ulkona oli maksuton parkkipaikka, kuten ilmoituksessa luvattiin.

Ulkoa tuli jonkin verran liikenteen melua sisälle, mutta liikenne rauhoittui kyllä yöksi, joten nukuttua sai ihan hyvin.

Hinta-laatusuhde oli loistava. Keittiössä oli hyvä perusvarustus ja sijainti oli loistava. Huoneessa oli kaikki tarpeellinen ja se oli yleisesti siisti, vähän pölyinen. Yleiset tilat olivat siistit. Netti toimi todella hyvin ja pystyin osallistumaan palavereihin myös majoituksesta käsin.

Äänieristys on melko huono, mutta viereisissä huoneissa ei ollut majoittujia, joten se ei häirinnyt kovin paljoa. Siivousvälineitä ei ollut, tai en ainakaan löytänyt niitä, että olisin itse voinut pyyhkiä pölyjä huoneesta.

Location, parking space, kitchen, sauna was a great bonus. Also the apartment is very spacious and has balcony.

Animal poop on the carpet. Nobody had vacuumed the carpet and i stepped on poop. I was very angry and expected them to offer compensation. Nothing. Staff just asked not to leave a bad review. No service attitude, no willingness to compensate and understand the client. There was poop and I stepped on poop.

Muy bien. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para tus visitas. Muy céntrico y fácil de encontrar. Todo limpio y muy acogedor.

Se echa en falta un poco de personal presente. En los cuatro días que estuve solo estuvo el de mantenimiento. Es verdad que no tuve problemas (igual esa cerradura…) y una vez que les pregunté un asunto que ya me habían comentado (no me había dado cuenta) me respondieron un tanto mal. Pero por lo demás, genial.

Sijainti on hyvä ja hinta-laatusuhde oikein hyvä. Kaikki olennainen löytyy. Lakanat ja pyyhkeetkin, niin ei tarvinnut tuoda omia. Paljon vessoja ja suihkuja, eli ei tarvitse jonottaa. Oli hyvin rauhallista ja vähän majoittujia viime kertaan verrattuna.

Ohuet seinät ja äänet kantautuvat hyvin. Aika pölyistä huoneessa. Keittiö jaettava, joten siisteys vähän niin ja näin. Huoneen lukko jumitti hieman välillä.

Staff was friendly in the communication via booking and responded really quick. Room and bathrooms were clean, the location is good.

I was quite disappointed, it's not only really anonymous, but it is also really loud. You can hear the people around you in the building, you can hear the street and the gas station and you can hear many other noises I could not relate to. I would not stay here again.

A hospedagem tem um péssimo isolamento acústico, da pra ouvir tudo, desde os carros na rua até que está nos demais quartos, a hospedagem é bem antiga e datada, e a limpeza deixa um pouco desejar nos quartos.

Darkness in the entrance were only point that made me felt a bit nervous.

Good location but basic amenities. Shared toilet and shower and kitchen were clean but the room itself is very basic which is expected for the price. No reception so communication is all through booking .com but I had no issues.

Everything was great. The room is clean, warm, large panoramic windows. Toilets in the corridor, showers too, everything is convenient. The kitchen is clean and convenient, you can cook many dishes. Refrigerator, kettle, microwave, oven, plates, knives, forks, everything is there. Everything is clean and tidy. I recommend!!!

The location of the property is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area, with several cool shops and restaurants just a short walk away.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. About a week after making my reservation for a double room, I briefly submitted a cancellation request due to uncertain travel plans and also contacted the property about it. I withdrew the cancellation request about four hours later once my plans were confirmed. In line with Booking.com’s policy, the original reservation remains in place if the property does not process the cancellation request. I also informed the property that I would be keeping the reservation, to which they replied, “Hi! Great, welcome :)!”, so I understood the original booking to be confirmed. However, upon arrival I was assigned a small attic space that had very limited lighting and almost no room for luggage. This was clearly different from the double room I had booked and confirmed through Booking.com. At no point prior to arrival was I informed that I would be placed in an attic room. Given the freezing temperatures during my stay (around -14°C), the space was also very uncomfortable. When I raised the issue, the managers suggested that the room allocation was related to my earlier cancellation request, which in fact had not been acknowledged on Booking.com. The communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. A partial refund was mentioned, but it did not feel proportionate to the inconvenience and the situation overall. I was only moved to the correct room on the final day of my stay. Unfortunately, Booking.com was not able to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations in terms of honoring the confirmed reservation, communication, and customer care, especially given the amount I spent on this booking. Had I received the room I originally booked, I believe I would likely have had a very positive experience with the property.

로바니에미에서 오로라 투어를 위해 숙박하였습니다. 전날 예약하였지만 숙소가 너무 좋았고, 일단 방 크기 또한 커서 좋았습니다.

広々していて、キッチンも全て揃っていました。下の階に荷物を預けられのでとても便利です！ベッドもふかふかでよく眠れました。

Overall good experience, easy location, well equipped kitchen. I slept very well.

The room door is supposed to lock by closing it. Mine didn't and it took me quite some time to figure it out. I travelled the world but never met this kind of lock (with the door open and the key fully turned you can flip the tiny pin inside the door frame). What i was missing was a public space to chill. At my floor there was a kitchen with some wooden chairs. Beside your room that's it. But a place a bit cosy and with a sofa or so should be possible for a 3-4 storey building full of rooms. The floor plan showed some public rooms but at the doors all were marked private. The heating is not really adjustable. In my case it was really fine (outside it was -6) but I understand some complaints now. If it has -30 outside i would hesitate to book.

To be fair we only stayed there for four hours due to plane being delayed and didn’t use the facilities.

We got it very last minute and it was the only place left in town due to airport being shut so it is unfair to make derogatory comments about anything

Im sure enough during my first day i go out i check my door if it close before i leave then went i came home late night its already open. Second so i put Juice on the Refrigerator and someone drink it☺️☺️

The property was comfortable, close to the city center, and featured a sauna for guest use. It was easy for me to walk to all parts of the city from the property. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff made me feel at home.

- Локация супер, не во дворах, прямо у дороги, рядом центр с магазинами, недалеко точки встреч гидов, откуда вас забирают - такси из аэропорта до этого отеля не более 20 евро и 15 минут - Вроде как есть базовые вещи для житья типа чайника на кухне, холодильника, стиральной машины - Персонал достаточно приветливый - Есть сауна но за отдельную плату (10 евро) - очень классно согрелась и расслабилась, если вы бронируете то она эксклюзивно для вас, что хорошо, приняли оплату через Revolut что супер удобно - есть лифт - очень удобно - В целом можно выжить, если не на долгий срок приехали, то это один из наиболее доступных и подходящих вариантов в этом маленьком городке

- Интернет жёстко тормозил - За сауну нужно платить отдельно - В целом по Европе если сравнивать цены то достаточно дороговато - Не очень уютная серо мебель и ремонт как будто в советском Союзе - Название конечно амбициозное потому что мечтой назвать можно с натяжкой - С окон дует на кухне и в комнате - в целом было достаточно холодно в комнате под одеялом мёрзла - Нет поддержки или ресепшена на 24 на семь поэтому после 22.00 вам скорее всего не ответят - немножко было грязновато но я виню гостей потому что некоторые не чистят туалет после себя и не убирают свои волосы в душе

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per due notti. La posizione è assolutamente eccellente, vicinissima al centro e a tutte le principali agenzie che programmano tour. La camera era un pò piccola, ma pulita, così come gli spazi in comune

La chiave della mia camera era un pò difettosa e non sono riuscita ad aprire la porta appena arrivata. Per fortuna la ragazza delle pulizie era lì e mi ha aiutata
