We chose to stay here cause it was close to the airport and we arrived into the country really late… and they still picked us up! Bless! The accommodation and hosts were so lovely, after our 2 week adventure in Sri Lanka, we decided to book again for our flight home. After staying in many different places, this was by far, the best & comfiest bed!!

Very near to the international airport with car charter to the hotel. Also, the staff’s response was very speedy.

Huge cockroach on the bed and numerous ants walking inside the room. Also, the air conditioner was too loud that we had a trouble getting into sleep.

this was the 2nd time I stayed at ceylanro transit villa and this time I had the chance to use the pool which was great. both, the boss and the manager kishan did their utmost to make my stay as wonderful as the last time and I was happy with everything. I even was allowed to use the room until my departure time in the afternoon and appreciate very much the airport transfer. whenever I come back to colombo in the future, i'll stay at ceylanro transit villa agin.

It was clean with a modern finish. Lovely guy working there who was very helpful and accommodating. Food was lovely. Arranged a very comfortable transfer to the airport. Pool nice and clean Very good value for money in fact I think it is under priced.

The manager was very welcoming , the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and he also prepared our Sri Lankan dinner, which was delicious!

There was a rolling blackout which wasn’t the property’s fault, so without a/c, the pool made it bearable. It does reside close to airport and would occasionally hear the planes taking off, but didn’t affect our sleep.

Very close to Colombo Airport. Staff helpful when I didnt boom shuttle correctly ans came and picked me up from airport late at night.

The planes are quite loud but earplugs were supplied to help light sleepers

Die Unterkunft war super sauber, hatte einen tollen Stil, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, umgeben von tropischen Palmen und ein ausgesprochen tolles Layout. Ein kleiner Pul zum abkühlen und viel Platz auf dem Terrassen, wo man toll sitzen konnte, denn sie waren sonnengeschützt durch die Lamellen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Es hat unsere Erwartungen für einen Transit Hotel wirklich übertroffen. Und wir haben so spät abends noch ein leckeres Essen gezaubert bekommen. Keshan hier war ein exzellenter Ansprechpartner, für alle kleinen und großen Problemchen. Extrem hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Alles was fantastisch, het ontbijt, het personeel, de locatie en het zwembad! Ook de kamer was heel mooi en schoon, het bed lag heerlijk en de douche had goede waterdruk en warm water. Ook de gratis Tuktuk rit werd meteen geregeld

All. Helpful staff. We had an early flight, a delicious breakfast was prepared for us to take away. Dinner was also prepared on the day we arrived. Swimming pool. Everything is clear. Smooth transfer to the airport at 4:30 a.m. without extra charge.

Kishan and the staff were wonderful helping everyone whose flight had been cancelled during the war in the middle east. Sorting out trips to the pharmacy and tje airport all whole rustling up lovely food - and always smiling. Top man. The place is spotless. Comfy beds.

This is a little Oasis behind closed doors. Home cooked curry was excellent. They even have a small swimming pool that unfortunately we couldn't use as we got there late as we were flying early the next morning. travel to the airport was included. Thoroughly recommend.

Close to the airport.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 people, but only got beds for 4 people and 1 extra bed (and 4 towels).

I chose this hotel for the last night of my vacation in Sri Lanka because of its convenient location near the airport. It’s only a 10‑minute taxi ride, and the transfer is provided by the property, which is very helpful for early morning flights. The atmosphere is relaxing, and you can enjoy some time by the pool. You can also arrange meals with the staff, choosing both the type of food and the time you prefer. The facilities are excellent: a good shower, hairdryer, comfortable beds, and everything was very clean. Overall, a great stay with attentive service and perfect for anyone needing to be close to the airport.

The only small downside is that it’s on the flight path, so you can occasionally hear planes taking off, but they’re not very frequent.

I was very well looked after, rooms were spotless and had all the facilities I needed for my stay. Perfect 1 night stay, ready for my early flight the next morning. Breakfast and transfer were provided in the price. As we were so close to the airport, you could hear the planes easily, but ear plugs were provided and I slept with no issues.

The hotel is right below the take-off lane of the airplanes at the airport, meaning you hear an airplane all the time when you are sleeping, at least 3 times an hour. It is very difficult to sleep. Plus, I had a very bad experience with the receptionist of the hotel. He did not charge us when we arrived. I had a medical emergency and had to leave at 5 am. I wrote to say I was leaving, but nobody came. Since this was an EMERGENCY, we left. The receptionist woke up 2 hours later and started calling me with terrible English and a terrible tone. I asked him to write through WhatsApp since I did not understand a thing about what he was saying. He kept calling me during my emergency at the doctor's. He called like 17 times. I told him I would pay through a Transfer from PayPal or Wise. They dont have that (it's free to use, guys! you are a Hotel, time to connect to the real world, that's how people pay nowadays). Anyway, of course I ended up transferring the money through the bank (very expensive to do that). So, if you dont have any other choice of payment, you should charge the guests upon arrival. And please avoid the intimidating phone calls. (Owner of the hotel called me and said he left a warning at the airport.... we only stayed one night and it was 50 USD. Im sure that was a lie, I made sure I made him believe I believe his lie,,, but come on... do not intimadte your guests like that)

Kishan was great in arranging everything that was needed for my one night stay. He arranged a transfer, dinner and breakfast at the time in needed. Room was quite, I could sometimes hear a plane passing by but never in a disturbing way, even when falling asleep.

Curtains dont really close of outside light so room remains quite light until the lights around the pool are turned off.

Da ich wusste, dass ich in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Flughafens übernachtete, war mir klar, dass es in der Nacht auch laut ist.

Very nice host, good breakfast and clean rooms. The included airport shuttle worked perfect, was on time and dropped us right in front of departure. The location is perfect for transit, but there is not much else to do around.

Staff were excellent, in particular nishant was very helpful with very well manners and English.

The property is new, clean and well located close to airport. Room was big and included all the amenities, very nice bathroom. Staff was very helpful and responsive and prepared a good breakfast for us very early in the morning.

Good location to the airport. Complimentary transfer from the airport too. Rooms are clean and nice and the pool is lovely. Breakfast was great.

Unfortunately after arriving from a late night flight, they popped us in a room with a king bed for three of us. Apparently that was the three person option. Meant an uncomfortable top and tail night!

It was perfect. Close to the airport and they gave us a ride. Very respectful and helpful..even carried all our bags for us. We would def stay there again.

La villa est très récente on voit que c'est neuf. La déco et la piscine sont agréables. Le restaurant en rooftop est pratique, peut être un peu cher par rapport à ce qu'il se pratique dans un restaurant classique au Sri lanka (rapport quantité/prix). Le chef du restaurant est très gentil. Ainsi que la personne de la réception, la navette sur demande pour l'aéroport est fort appréciable. Idéal pour 1 nuits ou 2 proches aéroport, par contre il faut obligatoirement prendre un Tuk Tuk car il n'y a vraiment rien autour.

Les travaux dans la maison voisine qui est collée. A éviter la chambre numéro 1 car c'est la + bruyante (travaux + coller à la réception donc musique et discussion le soir), lumière extérieure forte jusqu'à tard le soir 22 ou 23h... De plus il y a un appareil/ machine qui se mets en route très régulièrement je n'ai pas su ce que c'était mais il y a bruit de moteur assez fort ce qui est dérangeant

The staff who worked there was very hospitable. He did everything on time and was very polite. The atmosphere was very good and quiet as it was far away from the busy roads and city except for the occasional flight as it was near the airport. Got so much natural light and great ventilation. The food at the villa was very tasty, and the portion size was also good. Overall, the property was very clean.

Some of the crevices and places inside the room were a bit neglected while cleaning. All the staff should be trained in proper food hygiene methods as well.

Exceptionally clean and tidy, lovely hotel with nice pool - although I sadly didn’t get a chance to use it. Lovely Keshan greeted me and made the check in a breeze when I was really tired after a long flight.

Our entire stay was absolutely wonderful! The pool, the room, and every part of the property were spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff clearly takes great pride in their work, and it made our experience relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. The close proximity to the airport, along with the convenient drop-off arrangements, is a major plus.

The only small downside was that the menu card for the food wasn’t fully up to date, which made choosing dishes a bit tricky at times. Also, the price is still on the higher side, but the overall quality of the stay almost makes up for it.

Prima accomodatie voor 1 nacht op 10 minuten van het vliegveld. Schone en ruime kamers met comfortabele bedden en een goede douche. Het diner op de rooftop werd last minute geregeld en smaakte lekker. Ontbijt met fruit, ei, witte toast, jam, sap en koffie / thee was uitgebreid en prima. Aardige en behulpzame manager. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad.

Tolles Service mit Flughafenshuttle auch um 23 Uhr. Keshan war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gab uns wichtige Tipps für die Weiterreise.

Alles tip top, die vorhandenen Ohropax sind jedoch zu empfehlen, da die Flugzeuge doch sehr laut sind.

Overall, the hotel is fantastic. Keshan gave us a good welcome. Very good customer service. Had dinner, and the food was delicious. Cheff Pasidu was very friendly. Overall 5 🌟.

The best budget hotel near Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport for transit people. It's a new, clean and easy accessible property compare to other hotels near airport. The owner and crew has good ownership and caring to the guest. They arranged free airport pick up within 15min after I booked the hotel through booking.com. Providing homely and green environment along with clean pool and closed walls. The room is very clean and available all necessary items including clean towels, bath liquids, hair dryer, mini fridge, mosquito repellent, ear plugs, mats etc. First aid-box, wifi, urgent contact numbers, emergency evacuation and floor details are posted in the visible walls and each floor. A roof top food garden and resturant are available for dinner and breakfast. The hotel coordinator Mr. Kishan is available for any assistance and arrangements. Very helpful and supportive person. Thanks for giving a pleasant layover time with affordable price during our transit visit. See you again !

Modernes kleines Hotel am Airport mit Transferservice, auch der kleine Pool ist net. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Es befindet sich ausserhalb vom Hotel keine Gastronomie, das wäre aber von Vorteil. Der Koch ist beim Abendessen und auch beim Frühstück komplett überfordert, er kann’s einfach nicht. Wir haben zwei Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet und es war leider sehr durchschnittlich.

Very clean and very close to the airport

Keshan was extremely attentive. He picked me up from the airport and was quick to respond to any questions that I had before I arrived. As a solo female traveller, this was very appreciated. The room and pool area were extremely clean and the hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and they were both delicious!

コロンボを観光して、深夜便までの間の休憩として利用しました。宿泊はしませんでしたが、一時休憩のホテルとしてはコストパフォーマンスが良いと思います。 ディナーはあまり期待していませんでしたが、スリランカの郷土料理のコットゥは安くて美味しかったです。

1階の部屋の場合、プールから近いので、虫が入ってきます。 周囲に何も無いので、スーパーに行くにも車が必要です。 プールは小さいです。 小さい子供にはちょうど良いですが、大人には物足りないと思います。

Fijn verblijf! Het hotel ziet er erg nieuw uit. De kamers zijn schoon en ruim. Moderne badkamer. Er is ook een restaurant aanwezig was heerlijk wordt gekookt voor je. Ook is er een airport transfer.

Enorm vriendelijk personeel, fijne kamer. We verbleven 1 nacht voor we onze vlucht hadden, dat was prima.

Je hoort wel de vliegtuigen (natuurlijk) dus oordoppen mee is een aanrader!
