Otelin denizi muhteşem. Kesinlikle ek bir dalış turuna katılmaya gerek yok. (Tüplü dalış hariç). Otelin temizliği gerçekten çok çok iyi. Zaten yeni bir otel. Bu otelde konaklamayı düşünenler hiç tereddüt etmeden rezervasyon yapabilirler. Çalışanlar ve özellikle Abanoub Eid bizimle çok ilgilendi. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim.

Yemekler pek Türk misafirlere uygun değil malesef. Yemekler hijyenik fakat tatları bizim için farklı. Ve odalardaki internet konusunda aksamalar yaşanıyor.

Todo al completo sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado tanto la amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel lo atentos que están a ti lo limpio que está todo. Es increíble sin duda voy a volver . Y sobre todo dar gracias a abanoub Eid, que fue quien estuvo diariamente ayudándonos con todo.

Le personnel était adorable, l’hôtel était propre et magnifique. Abanoub s’est assuré que nous ne manquions de rien.

Had a fab stay at the hotel. Great service throughout and everything was well looked after. A special mention to Abanoub Eid from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to help us with a number of requests and issues during our stay. He was always helpful, responsive and made things much easier for us.

Nothing negative about the property

The room was great, the hotel is luxurious and they attended to our needs exceptionally. The food was really good, they have different restaurants and cuisines all around the resort. The children activities was nice, and the pools are clean and spacious. The staff were amazing, they were very engaging with the people and tried to help in every aspect.

I would say that the beach is the weak point in this hotel due to tides, you might not be able to swim every day

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel de la réception s'est montré accueillant, prévenant et très efficace,grand remerciement à Mme Messaouda . Tout était parfait, la propreté de l’établissement, le personnel au petits soins, les animations proposé, le kids club ainsi que les toboggan sont très sympa pour les enfants. Les piscines sont La nourriture du buffet principal était très bonne, et celles des différents restaurants était excellente, nous avons très bien mangé. Idem pour les cocktails que j’ai trouvé très bons ! J’ajouterais que la plage de l’hôtel est vraiment magnifique ! Tout est mit en place pour sue vous passiez un bon séjour, c’est de loins le meilleur hôtel que j’ai fais à hurghada, en espérant que la qualité de leurs services perdure dans le temps ! Mention spéciale à madame Messaouda qui nous a super bien accueilli et qui répondait à toute nos demandes

Je trouve qu’il manquait une partie réservé au bébé au buffet, dans certains hôtels j’ai pu trouvé des compotes, yaourt et petits pots de légumes, ce qui est très pratique Pareil pour les tables pour changer bébé, il n’y en avait pas dans toute les toilettes Également dans la salle de sport ça aurait sympa de trouver plus de machines notamment pour travailler les jambes

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle , nos attentes étaient élevées, mais l’hôtel les a largement dépassées ..... franchement, nous avons été très agréablement surpris. Le staff était vraiment exceptionnel et impressionnant. Je n’ai jamais vu un staff pareil : toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins. La restauration était top. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le White Sands. Le restaurant principal, avec son buffet très diversifié, était également excellent, avec un service très rapide pour les boissons. Mention spéciale à Mister president "Obama" :) le responsable du restaurant, toujours présent et efficace ! Le staff des piscines et de la plage était également exceptionnel. Mention spéciale à Abdelhadi et Michel. Le service de la chambre était parfait. Merci à Abdel Moubdi. L’aquapark, même avec seulement 4 ou 5 toboggans, a beaucoup plu aux enfants. Merci Islam ! L’animation était très bien, aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Le service au Lobby Bar était exceptionnel. Mention spéciale à Islam ( Yassine BONO) :) Et pour finir, un énorme merci à la meilleure de tous, Mme Massouada. C’est vraiment une perle !

la plage. À marée basse, il faut marcher 5 à 10 minutes dans l’eau pour pouvoir se baigner. Petit conseil à la direction : des casquettes ou des chapeaux pour le staff de la plage seraient vraiment les bienvenus. Ils travaillent en plein soleil et dans des conditions difficiles !!!

Le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de petite bouteilles d’eau à disposition. En de hors de la chambre, si nous avons soif nous devons soit nous rendre au bar soit attendre que les serveurs qui sont sollicités de partout nous apporte un verre d’eau. Sauf qu’à Hurghada il fait très chaud, un petit coup de chaleur et nous avons besoins d’eau immédiatement. Donc les bouteilles d’eau à porter de main c’est beaucoup plus simple et allègeraient aussi les serveurs. Les crevettes au buffet trop cuites c’est vraiment dommages.

Honestly, everything was very good and we had no major complaints.

We had a great stay at JAZ Elite Asteria. The new, modern resort has an excellent layout and waterfront location, with enormous pools, adults-only options, a running path and plenty of seating/loungers. The hotel gym was a particular highlight, with top-end equipment. Our room was spacious, modern and comfortable, with a pleasant pool view. The five restaurants offered excellent variety, with both buffet and à la carte options and consistently delicious, high-quality food. The on-site dive centre was another great convenience. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and genuinely focused on making us feel comfortable and well looked after, from the warm welcome on arrival to bringing drinks around the resort and consistently going above and beyond.

The main drawbacks were the unreliable Wi-Fi, particularly in the room, and the lack of conditioner among the otherwise good toiletries.

nous avons fait plusieurs hôtel all inclusive dans différents pays alors j’ai un certain recul pour donner mon avis (qui reste personnel) sur notre séjour : - personnel adorable , toujours au petit soin, que ce soit à la piscine en room service dans les restaurants , ils trouvent toujours une solution à nos problèmes et répond à toutes nos demandes, je remercie infiniment Massaouda notre manager qui nous a été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour et qui fait un travail formidable. - les restaurants à la carte (sur réservation mais inclu dans le All in) notamment White Sand et GINGER qui sont incroyable - le ponton sur la plage qui permet de faire du snorkeling en toute sécurité dans une mer cristalline - chambre avec piscine toujours propre et bien entretenue avec la vue sur le Sunset - Check in & Check out efficace et très bien accueilli - le buffet est bon les plats proposés sont très diversifiés même pendant 12 jours , la qualité de la nourriture est d’une gamme supérieure. - le bar en rooftop propose des cocktails (inclus) qui sont très bons et des shisha (en supplément mais pas cher du tout) - l’ensemble de l’hôtel est calme à partir de 23h et c’est très appréciable - la décoration de l’hôtel et les jardins sont toujours propre et bien entretenue tout est magnifique - vous avez toutes les commodités à l’entrée de l’hôtel : clinique , pharmacie, boutiques souvenirs , supérette je recommande vivement cet hôtel vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous passerez un super sejour!

- connexion wifi aléatoire si on a plusieurs appareils notamment pour travailler à distance c’est dommage - les personnes qui mettent leur serviette sur les transat de la piscine avant 8h voir même 7h30 du matin et qui s’installe qu’à 10h voir même plus tard (heureusement les responsables autour de la piscine et même les maîtres nageurs nous trouve toujours une place peu importe l’heure et ça c’est super) - il manque un après shampooing dans la douche mais c’est vraiment un détail - ne pas proposer d’eau minérale en bouteille plastique scellée comme dans d’autres pays voisins , même si l’eau est filtrée et contrôlée les normes restent différentes notamment de l’Europe et nous pouvons facilement être un peu malade

Everything was top notch! The room was very spacious, the pools are huge and there is always sun beds available, all the restaurants are very diverse and amazing taste, and the MOST IMPORTANT thing is the Staff. Starting from Mrs Massouda to the everyone there making sure all the time you have everything you need even if it is a small tissue, the constant follow-up from the staff through phones, on the pool, at the restaurant is impeccable. The animation team is just one of a kind doing shows never seen before anywhere, parties for kids and adult are actually engaging not just entertaining, the kids club is just out of this world any activity you cam imagine is held the program is SUPER, the water park and slide are very very fun. Anything you need whenever and whenever can reach you in less than a second, DEFINITELY COMING AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Tous les commentaires élogieux sont vrai et bien plus encore. Du check-in au check-out, l'accueil et la qualité de service sont d'un niveau exceptionnel. L'ensemble du personnel est toujours disponible, prêt à aider et avec le sourire !!! L'hôtel est très propre, fonctionnel, la nourriture est bonne et il y assez de piscine pour qu'on ne se sente pas oppressé. Le kids club est bien, avec plusieurs salles en access libre en plus des activités différentes tous les jours. Notre fille de 3 ans et demi s'est bien amusée. Ahmed qui s'occupait du ménage de notre couloir, merci de m'avoir ouvert à chaque fois que j'oubliais ma carte (tous les jours quoi :)) Aymane, notre chauffeur jusqu'à l'aéroport, portez vous bien l'ami ! Et pour finir, Massaouda, merci pour tout, vous êtes une vraie perle. Merci à tout le staff, on reviendra c'est sûr !

Rien... Le seul bémol, les animatrices du kids club ne parlent pas français. Mais elles y mettent vraiment du leur pour compenser cette barrière de la langue.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel. Le personnel est très serviable et attentionné, notamment Madame Messouda, qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et a pris soin de nous jusqu’à notre départ. Elle prenait régulièrement de nos nouvelles chaque jour afin de s’assurer que tout se passait bien et que nous ne manquions de rien. Nous tenons également à la remercier pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Je souhaite aussi remercier Monsieur Omar, responsable des piscines, et son équipe. Malgré le fait que l’hôtel soit complet et que les piscines et les transats soient très fréquentés en cette période, ils faisaient toujours leur possible pour nous trouver une place.

La plage de l’hôtel : en raison de la marée basse, elle était difficilement utilisable pour se baigner. En revanche, si vous aimez le snorkeling, vous pouvez utiliser le pier pour accéder directement à la mer et profiter des fonds marins. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, qui est un peu trop éloigné du centre de Sahl Hasheesh

Nous sommes venus au Jaz Elite Asteria pour la deuxième fois et, une fois encore, nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Tout était parfait : l’hôtel est propre, la nourriture est très bonne et le service est vraiment impeccable. Les restaurants de l’hôtel, notamment l’asiatique, le mexicain et l’oriental, sont tout simplement excellents. Un grand merci également à Messaouda, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous durant tout notre séjour. We had a wonderful vacation at Jaz Elite Asteria. The resort was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food had a great variety and was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. The beach and pools were excellent, creating a relaxing atmosphere. We would especially like to recognize Ms. Massaouda, who took great care of us from the moment we arrived until the day we left. She was always attentive, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Her dedication and warm hospitality truly made a difference and made our vacation even more enjoyable. And a special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Arafa, the hotel manager, for his exceptional leadership, generous hospitality, genuine care, and professionalism in leading his team. C'est un hôtel qui mérite ses cinq étoiles. Le séjour fut absolument sublime. Les choix de restauration sont exceptionnels. La localisation est dingue. Mention pour le ponton, pour faire du snorkeling. Chambre avec vue sur la mer. C'est vraiment un hôtel que je recommande.

Die Essensauswahl war riesig, es gab jeden Tag neue Gerichte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, das gesamte Hotel sauber. Es gab sowohl tagsüber als auch jeden Abend unterschiedliche Sport- und Unterhaltungsprogramme. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Schnorchelbereich.

Wenn Aktivitäten außerhalb des Hotels gebucht werden, ist aufgrund der weiten Entfernung von Hurghada-Stadt kein Transport inkludiert. Die Transport-App ‘InDrive’ ist in diesem Fall praktisch und günstiger.

The hotel was very well maintained. All the staff were friendly and said hello, smiling as they went. Guest relations were superb too, out chatting to guest everyday at some stage. Food was good. We loved the Ala carte Italian for lunch. One of these places, you just don’t want to leave.

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle en famille dans cet hôtel ! La vue mer depuis la chambre est juste magnifique. La nourriture est variée et de très bonne qualité, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Mention spéciale aux restaurants, qui sont excellents : nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin ! Les chambres sont grandes, confortables et très bien équipées, avec un espace pour les enfants. Le ménage est fait deux fois par jour et tout le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Un immense merci à Messaouda ❤️ qui a été formidable avec nous pendant toute la semaine. Toujours disponible, à l’écoute, de très bon conseil et surtout très attentionnée. Elle prenait régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout allait bien et que nous ne manquions de rien. C’est vraiment ce petit plus humain et personnalisé qui fait toute la différence ! L’animation est également top et très variée. Nous nous sommes amusés aussi bien en journée qu’en soirée, les enfants comme les adultes. Et pour les amateurs de snorkeling, très belle surprise : la plage de l’hôtel offre un magnifique spot, avec de superbes fonds marins à découvrir directement depuis la plage. Pour nous, c’est un vrai 5 étoiles. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs en famille. Je recommande sans hésiter et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff who were always available and ready to assist. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well taken care of, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a good variety and great taste that suited the whole family specially in Aurora resturant. Thanks to the animation team, who were full of energy and created a great atmosphere throughout the day. They made sure everyone was having fun and enjoying their time. The kids club was also a great experience for our children What impressed us the most was the attitude of all the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, polite, and always smiling, which really added a special touch to our holiday. Overall, it was a fantastic family vacation, and we would definitely recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Mrs Masouda , Mr ibrahim (room service) , lilly( kids club)& Yousef (animatio team) We would happily come back again.

The only suggestion we would have is to consider expanding the aquapark with more slides and activities, as this would make the experience even more enjoyable.

Since this hotel officially opened, I haven't wanted to stay anywhere else. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Masoud and Mr. Ahmed at the main restaurant for their outstanding service. In fact, all the staff are professional and make every stay enjoyable. Die Swim-Up-Suite mit eigenem Gemeinschaftspool mit toller Sicht auf das Meer war toll. Der hoteleigene Aquapark hat die Kinder ebenfalls gefreut.

Das WLAN funktionierte während dem Aufenthalt nicht immer einwandfrei. Am Abend doch sehr lautes Abendprogramm bis ca. 2230 Uhr.

- The hotel is beautiful, very modern, and surrounded by lots of greenery. It has several large swimming pools, so it never felt crowded. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, both by the pools and on the private beach, which made it very easy to relax at any time of the day. The hotel is very well maintained, with staff constantly cleaning, gardening, and taking care of every detail. You can really see how much effort is put into keeping the entire property beautiful and spotless. - The à la carte restaurants were excellent. We loved the concept, and the food was absolutely delicious. The drinks at the pool were also very good, and the pool waiters provided outstanding service, always paying attention to individual requests and making sure everyone was happy. - The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. We have honestly never experienced such attentive, friendly, and welcoming people. Every morning and evening we were greeted with a genuine smile, and everyone created such a positive atmosphere. A special thank you goes to the waiters at the Aurora Restaurant, as well as the animation team, especially Nmnm and Momo. They truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. They are incredibly friendly, full of energy, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. We had many wonderful conversations with them, and they always spread happiness and good vibes. - Every evening there was different entertainment, and the hotel is very family-friendly. During the day there were many activities such as boccia, yoga, and Zumba, so there was always something to do. - Finally, a big thank you to Massaouda Mezni, who gave us such a warm welcome on arrival, was always available whenever we needed anything, and also gave us a lovely farewell when we left. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely come back!

- Some areas, especially around the pools, were a little slippery, so extra care was needed. - The buffet was decent, but compared to the excellent à la carte restaurants, it was nothing particularly special. But it was noticeable that they tried to cook something for every taste. - The Wifi didn‘t work in all areas. - The only thing that disturbed us was that several people approached us multiple times a day around the pool to sell excursions, spa treatments, or massages. We understand that this is part of the resort experience, but it happened quite frequently and sometimes interrupted our relaxation. It would be nicer if guests who simply want to unwind could do so with fewer interruptions.

L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. La plage est superbe et offre un cadre idéal pour se détendre. La nourriture était également excellente, avec un large choix de plats variés et de très bonne qualité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié chaque repas. Nous souhaitons adresser une mention toute particulière à Mme Masaouda Mezni, qui a été exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour. Elle nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur, s’est toujours très bien occupée de nous et a été constamment disponible pour répondre à nos besoins avec le sourire et une grande bienveillance. Excellent service, attention to detail, great hospitality, especially ms Massaouda. The sea view room was phenomenal, the pier was exceptional, and the food was very delicious. There was also beautiful fish whilst snorkeling and all the fun activities and games were very entertaining. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends.

From the moment we arrived in the hotel the service has been perfect, we were greeted by Massaouda Mezni the guest relation manager, who presented the hotel and helped us thoroughly during our stay. The bedroom was very comfortable, everything is spotless clean Everything is made to give the best to the customer from the staff to the swimming pool and the food. We especially enjoyed the a la carte restaurants and most of all the pier which give the possibility to swim or go snorkeling in the beautiful red sea.

A warm thank you to all the staff from the guest relation manager Mrs Massaouda Mezni to the swimming pool, the cleaners, the food personnel and every worker of the hotel. Keep the level high and preserve the wonderful sea which is the main protagonist of that lovely hotel.

The architecture and the massive pool were simply mesmerizing. The staff's endless energy, constant smiles, and the bartenders' legendary cocktails took our vacation to the next level. Waking up to that room view was the best daily motivation.

Having to pack my bags and return to real life! Jokes aside, the buffet was so incredibly delicious and diverse that I had to completely abandon my diet.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Jaz Elite Asteria. Wir wurden beim Check in sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Hotelanlage ist riesig und hat mehrere Pools und trotz der Größe des Hotels und der vielen Gäste, war alles sehr gut verteilt und es war an keiner Stelle zu voll. Die Anlage ist wunderschön mit vielen Pflanzen und schönen Blumen und wurde ständig vom Personal gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Pools und das Meer. Auch das Essen war extrem lecker und vielfältig am Buffet, das Personal hat sich immer sehr viel Mühe gegeben ein tolles Buffet anzurichten. Es gab auch mehrere a la carte Restaurants, in denen man mittags oder abends essen konnte. Insgesamt war das gesamte Personal immer herzlich und sehr professionell. Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich, weshalb man sich mit Kind einfach immer wohlgefühlt hat. Was mir positiv aufgefallen ist, war die hohe Qualität des Essens und Getränke. Bei einem all inclusive Hotel ist das meiner Meinung nach nicht selbstverständlich. Ich möchte mich besonders bei Frau Massaouda Mezni für den herzlichen Empfang und die tolle und extrem herzliche Betreuung während unseren gesamten Aufenthalts bedanken. Sie hat immer dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Da wir mit einem Baby verreist sind, war dies besonders hilfreich, da wir hier und da einige extra Anfragen hatten. Vielen Dank für den schönen und entspannten Urlaub, wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal buchen!
