Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous. Merci special à Imane qui nous a beaucoup aidé et guidé dans note voyage à Marrakech La chambre était très bien, spacieuse,, nous avons été upgradées ce qui était très agréable.

L'emplacement - certaines personnes doivent trouver tres sympas d’avoir un hébergement un peu éloigné de la place jemaa el fna. Malheureusement, les restaurants ou nous voulions diner etaient tous a 20 minutes de marche. L'emplacement peut etre appréciable ou non selon vos envies !

Het is een prachtige riad met een heerlijke sfeer. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij en zorgde er tijdens ons verblijf voor dat we werkelijk niets tekortkwamen. We voelden ons meteen welkom en hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Riad und haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man wurde jederzeit mit einem Lächeln empfangen und hatte wirklich das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Besonders positiv fand ich, wie aufmerksam sich das Team um die Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste kümmert. Wenn wir zum Taxi mussten, wurde uns immer angeboten, uns bis dorthin zu begleiten, sodass wir sicher ankamen. Das hat uns ein sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben. Auch das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr lecker. Hamza hat sich besonders viel Mühe gegeben, dass wir immer gut bedient sind und uns an nichts fehlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Auch am Abreisetag wurde uns sehr entgegengekommen. Da unser Flug erst spät am Abend ging, durften wir nach dem Pool noch einmal in unserem Zimmer duschen. Das war unglaublich praktisch und hat unseren letzten Tag in Marrakesch noch angenehmer gemacht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die Herzlichkeit, die Aufmerksamkeit und den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The location was fun, you get a real sense of local life and it’s an easy 20 minute walk into the main souk area, square and local restaurants. The rooms are really big and there are lots of areas to hang out and rest on the rooftop after long days in the souk.

Some of the facilities and amenities felt a bit old and tired and sound travels through the space in the evening.

Amazing experience. Truly happy about my stay in this Riad, for the warm welcome and constant support of the whole team. I would like to thank especially Miss Imane and Mr Hamza, very kind and professional, they made our stay in Marrakech smooth and beautiful. The structure is very clean, fresh and welcoming.

Le Riad bijoux se trouve à un emplacement idéal à la médina, le parking Bab aylan à proximité pour faciliter notre prise en charge pour les visites et excusions. Il se trouve dans un quartier vivant où les locaux sont très gentils. A notre arrivée Hamza est venu nous accueillir et prendre en charge notre valise. Un petit cocktail de bienvenu avec rafraîchissements et de la nourriture nous a été offert c’était très appréciable. La chambre est top, propre, spacieuse, literie confortable, climatisation performante et des petites attentions tous les jours dans la chambre. Le Riad est typiquement marocain avec une décoration et un aménagement très apaisant, les extérieurs sont sublimes on s’y sent très très bien avec de l’espace pour chacun. Nous avons très apprécié la nourriture également que se soit le petit déjeuner ou alors le dîner, avec des ingrédients typiques, simples et bons. On vous conseille fortement cet endroit il mérite ces bonnes notes. Merci à toute l’équipe du Riad bijoux, Hamza, Darine et tous les autres, c’était fabuleux.

We had such a great stay here and would definitely recommend it! The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, especially the rooftop with the sunbeds. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. The streets outside can get quite hectic, so coming back to the riad felt like stepping into a little peaceful escape away from all the hustle and bustle. One thing we really appreciated was that because the riad is tucked away in the Medina, a member of staff came out to meet us at the taxi and helped carry our bags through the busy streets. It made arriving completely stress-free and was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast every morning was amazing. There was so much choice, everything was fresh and delicious, and it kept us full for most of the day! All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, but a special mention has to go to Mouniim. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel looked after. He gave us such a warm welcome, took the time to sit down with us, marked all the must-see attractions on a map, shared some brilliant local tips, and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We were visiting during the World Cup, and he even recommended the perfect place to watch the Moroccan match, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. It’s little touches like that that really made our stay extra special. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again!

Terrasse war sehr schön mit dem süßen kleinen Pool , top zum runterkommen und entspannen , das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und sehr gut, Hamza der für Service zuständig ist , war sehr aufmerksam , freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Riad Bijoux hat uns umgehauen: Top gestyltes schönes Riad mit Pool auf dem Dach & im Haus, wunderschöne Terrasse mit Liegen (Sonnenuntergang), herrlich luxuriöses Zimmer (köstliche Kekse und Wasser auf dem Zimmer!), außergewöhnlich freundliche Betreuung durch das gesamte Personal (das ist wahrhaftig customer delight, wenn die eigenen Erwartungen überall übertroffen werden - von der Abholung, zum Willkommensgespräch, Zimmerservice, herrlichem Essen, Frühstück und Essensservice, top Betreuung bei Glutenunverträglichkeit, früher Checkin nachts und später Checkout mit Zimmer zum Verweilen). Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen Aufenthalt bei Euch.

La posizione è eccellente, ideale per esplorare la città e allo stesso tempo godere di un’oasi di pace. La pulizia è impeccabile e ogni ambiente è mantenuto con grande attenzione e cura. Ciò che rende davvero speciale questo riad è però il servizio: il personale è straordinariamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, esigenza o consiglio. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati dal primo all’ultimo giorno. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Hamza, sempre sorridente, attento e pronto ad aiutarci con una disponibilità rara, e a Giovanni, il titolare, che con passione e dedizione ha creato un luogo meraviglioso dove l’ospitalità è davvero di casa. It’s very beautiful and serene. Albeit in the middle of the Medina, which can feel like a maze but once you get a hang of it, you would be fine. The staff were very helpful with navigation!

The beauty, neatness and calmness! For a riad located in the bustling Medina it was so peaceful and beautiful.

Great breakfast, staff was exceptional

The hotel is very cozy, beautifully décorated and with the nice rooftop. The personnel is extremely helpful and professional (especially Hamsa), truly willing that you feel like home.

Honestly, we had such a lovely vacation at Riad Bijoux. The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish — from the girls at reception, to Hamza, who was so genuine in the way he looked after us, always with outstanding service and a kind smile. Even the young man Rashid who picked us up from the taxi was so welcoming! The housekeeping staff were amazing, and the kitchen… oh my God, absolutely fantastic. Every part of our stay felt warm and thoughtful. What we appreciated even more was that our flight was very late at night, and they kindly allowed us to stay, use the terrace, and even take a shower in an unused room before we left, which made such a difference for us. I would definitely recommend it! 10000/10

Splendido riad nel cuore della Medina di Marrakech! ✨ Il Riad Bijoux ci ha conquistati subito per la sua atmosfera autentica, elegante e rilassante. Le camere erano pulite, curate e arredate con molto gusto in stile marocchino. Abbiamo adorato soprattutto la terrazza panoramica e la piscina rooftop, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata nella caotica Medina. La posizione è ottima: centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Colazione buona e ambiente davvero suggestivo. Un posto speciale che ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Marrakech ancora più bello. Super consigliato!

Malheureusement malgré des prestations et un personnel de très bonne qualité, la situation géographique du Riad est assez gênante. Tous les points d'intérêts de la ville sont finalement assez loin. Aussi malgré une terrasse très accueillante nous avons été un peu déçu par la taille de la piscine qui est relativement petite par rapport au attentes. En revanche tout le reste était parfait

Absolutely beautiful and very clean Riad in the heart of Marrakech. The terrace is stunning, with plenty of space and different areas to relax and unwind. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Without a doubt, some of the warmest, kindest, and most welcoming people I have ever met. Every single person was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring in a way that is very rare to experience. A very special thank you for the way they took care of me during my stay — it meant a lot and made me feel truly at home. I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech and would gladly return again.

Lovely Riad stay in Marrakech. The rooftop was a great spot to relax. The staff were really friendly - particularly the breakfast waiter and on reception.

The location is quite far from the main square and restaurants. It is a good 20/25 minute walk and there are some quieter streets which some may find uncomfortable. The pool is also very small and more of a plunge pool than anything to swim in.

The Riad is very clean, very well maintained and the room was spacious. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff was fantastic, very polite, efficient and kind. Special shout out to Hamza and Imana

The only thing that needs a bit of adjustment from the guest is getting used that it is a bit far from the city center. However, it is close to a Medina gate with taxis

Le personnel est au petit soin. Tous très gentil, le Riad est très beau, bien décoré. C’était calme, nous avons bien dormi. Bonne literie. Les petites attentions (eau et petits gâteaux) nous ont aussi fait très plaisir. Très très bon petit déjeuner.

Si vraiment il faut trouver quelque chose, nous dirions que la douche ne s’écoulait pas donc on se retrouvait un peu dans un bassin à la fin de la douche, mais c’est vraiment du détail.

Beautiful riad! Lovely atmosphere and exceptional service. The people in the reception were welcoming and gave us good information, gave us a map and explained everything about the area. The room was beautiful and we had everything that we needed. Good cleaning. Very good breakfast and such good service there as well. Hamza, imame and youssef were amazing and gave us a wonderful experience. The riad was quick to respond and were caring about our safety and well being. We arrived late some nights and it was no problem, they opened quickly and we found the area safe to go in the night aswell.

Het personeel is ontzettend aardig en gastvrij! Zelfs nadat we waren uitgecheckt, mochten we onze bagage nog een nacht laten staan en de volgende dag liep er zelfs iemand met ons mee naar het taxipunt om ons met de koffers te helpen. We keken elke ochtend uit naar het ontbijt omdat het zo lekker was.

Om een taxi te krijgen moest je eerst de buurt uitlopen, in de avond voelt dit minder veilig.

Le Riad Bijoux est un établissement exceptionnel que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Nous avons absolument tout apprécié : la beauté du riad, le soin apporté à la décoration, ainsi que les espaces communs, tout simplement magnifiques. Une mention toute particulière à Hamsa, qui s’est occupé de nous avec beaucoup d’attention. Il nous a servi le petit-déjeuner pendant nos deux jours sur place et nous a même accompagnés jusqu’au taxi. Sa gentillesse et son sens du service ont vraiment marqué notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner est, sans aucun doute, le meilleur que j’aie eu l’occasion de savourer au Maroc. Nous avons été accueillis lundi après-midi par une charmante demoiselle qui nous a fourni de précieux renseignements sur Marrakech. À notre arrivée, un thé accompagné de délicieuses pâtisseries marocaines nous a été servi, une attention très appréciée. L’ensemble du personnel s’est montré particulièrement aimable et professionnel tout au long de notre séjour. Une mention spéciale au personnel de nettoyage, qui assure un service irréprochable : bravo mesdames pour ce travail impeccable ! Il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes de marche pour rejoindre la place de Jemaa el-Fna, ce qui peut sembler un peu éloigné au premier abord. Cependant, cette distance est largement compensée par le calme des lieux : le riad est situé à l’écart de l’effervescence du centre de la médina, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement reposant et très appréciable. Si nous revenons à Marrakech, il est certain que nous choisirons de séjourner à nouveau au Riad Bijoux.

Wirklich sehr sehe nette Betreiber und das gesamte Personal hat einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Auch sehr hilfsbereit mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Selbst das tägliche ausleihen eines Ladegerätes wurde stets mit einer Freundlichkeit begegnet die seinesgleichen sucht. Die Jungs beim Frühstücksservice waren ebenfalls unschlagbar. Das hat den Aufenthalt nochmal mehr als rund gemacht.

Wir hatten großes Pech mit dem Wetter, da kann aber keiner was dafür und ist nicht Gegenstand der Bewertung.

Très calme et propre. Personnel très aimable et souriant. Grande chambre accueillante.

Il manque un peu « d’âme » au lieu. Un petit fond sonore léger d’ambiance serait le bienvenue et apporterait un plus et une touche cosie. Les finitions pourraient être améliorées dans la salle de bain.

Manque un panneau pour signaler le Riad dans la ruelle. Les rideaux devraient être doublés pour ne pas avoir la lumière du jour .. Petit déjeuner pourrait proposer du salé, pour ma part le sucré m’allait, mon épouse aurait aimé un œuf sur la plat … Le vrai bémol, les clients qui lorsqu’ils rentrent tard oublient qu’ils sont dans un Riad et que le bruit résonne !!!

The Riad was a friendly home away from home in the Medina. I would highly recommend booking a transfer from the airport so that the staff can show you the way when you arrive. You will manage easily after that with the map supplied and the team will advise you and organise anything you need. The whole staff were amazing - so warm and welcoming with so many personal touches to enhance your stay. The breakfast, dinner, tea and snacks were delicious. Huge thank you to Aziz, Hamza, Imane and to everyone else - front and back of house staff. The Riad is an oasis of calm and a great base to explore the city and mountains.

The staff were so nice, friendly and welcoming. Thank you to Hamza who did a great job taking our 2 huge bags down for a taxi and helping us get a taxi! The breakfast was amazing each day and so was the service. Beautiful tea and biscuits selection upon arrival. Room was perfect for 2 people and we loved the location in the old town, it was nice to step outside the over touristy areas and be among locals but still a nice walk distance to the centre. We will be back.

Nothing we did not like

Walking in was like an oasis from the loud bussling of the Marrakech streets. We always arrived to a free room and given water for our excursions. The breakfast was abundant and the sunbed.. AMAZING!!!

A little hard to find but once you do, it’s easy to follow the signs.

Il proprietario è italiano, super gentile e disponibile: consiglio assolutamente di scambiarci due chiacchiere perché dà ottimi consigli su cosa fare in città. Il personale è gentilissimo, in particolare Elias che si è preso cura di noi durante i nostri tre giorni lì: sempre disponibile, attento e davvero carinissimo. Anche Aziz gentilissimo e solare. La colazione è veramente ottima, tutto preparato da loro: fresca, abbondante e buonissima. Consiglio vivamente il Riad

Very beautiful Riad, located inside the Medina, but a little removed from the hustle and bustle of Jemaa el-Fna and the surrounding souks. For us, this was a plus because it was calm and we were able to experience a less touristy and more local area. Good breakfast products - especially the wonderful fresh orange juice. Thank you so much for the 4pm breaksfast on the last day! Very friendly, helpful and cordial hosts.

The internet worked very poorly in the room, and despite our reporting and efforts, they were unable to improve it. We missed having some hot items at breakfast, such as eggs for example.

Splendido soggiorno, quando si dice che il posto dove si decide di alloggiare fa la differenza questo ne è un esempio. Ci siamo resi conto che la nostra esperienza è stata ottima anche grazie alla struttura e al personale. Ci siamo sentiti accolti, sempre al sicuro, il personale è gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta, in particolare vogliamo ringraziare IMANE e HAMSA, sempre sorridenti e super gentili che anticipano ogni possibile richiesta. Il Riad che speravamo di trovare, bello, pulito, accogliente, vicino alla piazza principale (15 min circa a piedi) e gestito da ragazzi a modo. Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei. Ci siamo sentiti fortunati di averlo scelto. Ps. Il cibo è ottimo, sia le colazioni che le cene, è stato il posto in cui abbiamo mangiato meglio dopo le giornate passate fuori nel bel caos di Marrakesh.

We stayed at this beautiful riad in Marrakech for one night and truly wish we could have stayed longer. The riad is spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. When we arrived, we were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea, which was a very nice touch. The room and bathroom were well equipped, with small soaps, slippers, and all the necessary amenities. Everything was carefully prepared and very comfortable. The riad also has wonderful common areas, including small pools, a beautiful rooftop terrace, and cozy sitting areas where you can relax. The breakfast was also very good and a great way to start the day. A special thank you to Ilyad, who was extremely kind and helpful. He even accompanied us with our luggage all the way to the taxi when we were leaving for the airport, which we really appreciated.

As a small tip for future guests: if you are arriving or leaving with luggage, it’s best to ask someone from the riad to meet you and accompany you through the small streets to the riad, as it makes the arrival much easier. sorry for the foggy pics, they are screenshots from videos.

De rust binnen de Riad was heerlijk. Maar voornamelijk het personeel was fantastisch. Imane zorgde ervoor dat we ons al welkom voelde voordat we überhaupt bij de Riad gearriveerd waren. Hamza stond iedere ochtend voor ons klaar bij het ontbijt met zijn grootste glimlach. Ze waren super lief voor ons. Ik was 28 weken zwanger en kreeg zelfs een klein cadeautje voor de baby. Heel erg attent.

Struttura molto bella scelta per la piscina ma purtroppo il tempo non lo permetteva di usarla , personale super gentile ottima colazione anche se non ci sono le uova.

La mia stanza era accanto alla reception quindi poca privacy , il bagno va un po rivisto doccia otturata e lavandino perdeva acqua , una bella macchia di umidità sulla parete , tutte cose risolvibili con un po’ di manutenzione in più .

Struttura fantastica e servizio eccezionale. Durante il nostro soggiorno presso questo fantastico Riad ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Giovanni e tutto il suo staff sono delle persone meravigliose ed educatissime! Hanno esaudito ogni nostro desiderio, dal prenotare per noi varie attività a Marrakech ad accompagnarci a prendere i vari transfer a qualsiasi ora del giorno. La struttura è pulitissima e vanta un bellissimo terrazzo dove si svolge la colazione, qui è possibile rilassarsi durante la giornata ma anche pranzare o cenare. Abbiamo mangiato da loro vera cucina marocchina sentendoci come in famiglia. Un sincero grazie a tutto lo staff del Riad bjoux, che ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più indimenticabile.

L'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel. Ils nous ont même préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter, sachant que notre avion décollait très tôt. Le riad est absolument magnifique. Niché dans la médina, mais calme une fois à l'intérieur.

Le séjour trop court !

Nos encantó nuestra estancia aqui. Todos eran muy amables y atentos a nosotros. Nos recomendaron sitios, dieron consejos y ayudaron cuando nos hacia falta. El Riad es precioso y el desayuno muy rico! Recomendamos a otras parejas o grupos de amigos si no pero tranquilo, la zona alrededor hay mas locales pero no haces caso y ya no tuvimos ningun problema. No tuvimos ningun problema con ruido y todo muy limpio y bien. Unas gracias especiales a Hamid y Ilyas. Queremos volver ya!

Ce RIAD est magnifique. Le personnel ne sait pas quoi faire pour vous satisfaire 10/10. La propreté irréprochable. Nous avons mangé sur place le soir et le repas était délicieux et un super service. Nous avons fait 2 hôtels avant d'aller dans ce RIAD et je regrette fortement les 2 hôtels. Si nous avions su nous aurions pris au moins 3 nuits dans ce magnifique RIAD. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Merci à toute l'équipe ... et bravo !

Je recommande fortement cet établissement. Le Riad Bijou était un bijou - le service et le personnel étaient formidables ! Emplacement dans la médina était super pratique.

Generosidad y hospitalidad a la orden del día. Un personal y servicio inmejorable. Atención estupenda! A disposición para cualquier cosa que necesites y siempre alguien de guardia. Si quieres conocer las entrañas y la esencia de Marrakech es un buen lugar.

Fue un pelín complejo encontrar el alojamiento el primer día, pero luego encontramos un acceso mucho más rápido desde Bab aylan, tanto en taxi como a pie

Riad juste magnifique. Très calme. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, mention spécial à Hamza qui s’est très bien occupé de nous, ainsi qu’à ses collègues. Le personnel était d’une gentillesse, ils nous ont offert le petit déjeuner après notre arrivée à l’hôtel, en attendant que la chambre soit prête. Je recommande fortement ! Le Riad se trouvait dans la médina, mais facile d’accès.

Accueil au top, petit déjeuner copieux, personnel au petit soin, jeu d'échecs à disposition... un grand merci à Aziza, Hamid, Hamza et une mention spéciale pour Jamal qui a su rendre ce séjour inoubliable.

Incroyable séjour dans la Riad Bijoux ! En plus d’être un établissement chaleureux et typique, il est doté d’un magnifique Rooftop avec une vue panoramique sur les toits de Marrakech ainsi que d’une piscine où l’on peut se rafraîchir et se détendre. La Riad est certes, un peu excentrée de la place Jemaa el Fna (25 minutes à pieds), ce qui est toutefois appréciable pour profiter du calme et de la tranquillité. En terme de propreté, rien à redire tout était parfait ! Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et variés ! Le personnel est formidable et très accueillant en particulier Hamza qui a été d’une gentillesse exemplaire avec nous ! Ça ne fait aucun doute, si nous revenons à Marrakech, nous savons où aller dormir ! Choukran bzaf à tous ! 🇲🇦

Wir waren insgesamt zehn Tage in diesem Riad und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage am Rand der Souks ist ideal und das Riad ist sehr gut ausgeschildert – in den engen Gassen von Marrakesch eine enorme Hilfe. Durch diese Lage profitiert man auch besonders vom hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der alltäglichen Dinge: Brot, Gewürze und Souvenirs sind in der Umgebung authentisch und fair bepreist. Der Jemaa el-Fna ist in etwa 10–15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Uns wurde regelmäßig Tee oder Kaffee angeboten, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Ein echtes Highlight sind die Terrassen: Sie sind auf mehreren Ebenen angelegt und bieten zahlreiche kleine Rückzugsorte, sodass jeder Gast seinen eigenen, privaten Platz findet. Das Flair dort oben ist unbezahlbar und lädt jederzeit zum Entspannen ein. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist möglich, wenn auch etwas eingeschränkt – mit etwas Geduld kommt man gut zurecht. Französisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Ort mit viel Atmosphäre und Charme, an den wir jederzeit gerne zurückkehren würden.

Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe du Riad Bijoux. La qualité du service est exceptionnelle : un personnel à l’écoute, aux petits soins, nous avons vraiment été traités comme des rois. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié, et l’équipe n’a pas hésité à s’adapter à nos horaires. Un grand merci à Lyes pour sa disponibilité, ainsi qu’à l’ensemble du personnel du riad, hommes et femmes, même si nous n’avons malheureusement pas retenu tous les prénoms. Le jour de notre départ, une chambre a même été mise à notre disposition afin que nous puissions nous reposer après le check-out. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
