Personal de 10: Súper amables, serviciales y con un nivel de idiomas e inglés impecable. Tranquilidad total: Riad precioso, cómodo y con pocos huéspedes para descansar al 100%. Desayuno delicioso: Muy completo y en una terraza preciosa. Habitaciones: Cómodas y con un aire acondicionado imprescindible.

La amabilidad de Mariam y su marido. Son un encanto . Los desayunos que preparan son increíbles .

This is such a beautiful riad in Marrakech with lovely staff and a great rooftop breakfast. The location is near one of the city gates, with easy access to the petit taxis and just 5 minutes to the main square on foot. It's a quiet but safe pocket. Breakfast each morning had just enough variety to keep it interesting – think yogurt with pancakes and breads, fruit, jam, honey and coffee or tea. It's quite a traditional riad – so all the rooms are quiet petite or narrow, and the two floors of rooms (8 rooms) look onto a central courtyard with wooden doors. That means noise can travel but luckily there was only 1-2 other rooms occupied when we were there.

Really good hosts + location!

Wow, what an amazing place! I highly recommend staying at Riad Minami. The entire stay was just perfect. Kamal and Mariam’s hospitality truly was a highlight of our entire trip. While staying here, it really felt like home. Using the terrace and plunge pool were unique experiences you can’t get other places. The breakfast every day was delicious and the homemade pastries and tea when we arrived were an added bonus. We also did the cooking class with Mariam and Kamal which was so fun and gave us a more authentic experience like going to the market and community oven. It is a clean and beautiful building near the busyness of the Medina, yet tucked away so it is also quiet and peaceful. Thank you Kamal and Mariam for such an amazing place to stay!

The staff is very kind and always available to help. The breakfast is great too and the beds are comfortable.

The owner of the riad was very nice and told us the best places to exchange money and eat. He was very hospitable.

The bed was very firm but the AC was nice as well as the shower water pressure.

Le riad est extrêmement bien situé : il est possible de tout faire à pied. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, à l’écoute et toujours prêts à aider. Le service de navette proposé par l’établissement est super !

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mariam et Kamal sont exceptionnels. A 5mn à pied de la place Djema El Fna, le ryad est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, la terrasse très agréable. Allez-y sans hésiter !

De voortreffelijke gastvrijheid. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast complimenten voor het heerlijke eten. De ligging van de Riad is prima. Relatief centraal.

De bedden waren vrij hard en er is buiten in de avond vrij veel geluid. De hygiene kan beter.

Nice riad very close to the city center, in between the car area and the pedestrian area. Kamal arranged everything well for us for the shuttle from the airport to the breakfast in a bag for the day trip. Even if it was warm outside, it remained cool inside. And the roof terrace allows to relax outside!

We arrived and immediately had a warm welcome. It was small but beautiful. Nice breakfast, where you are immersed in many delicacies. The woman who helped us check in was happy to help us. She shared many useful tips for our stay. The man who provided breakfast, also top! It was my birthday, and cake was provided. Really blissful!

Ubicación y desayuno

No nos cambiaron de toallas en toda la estancia y solamente nos hicieron la cama el primer día.

A entrada para a Riad fica um pouco escondida, mas é expectável naquela localização. Fica a poucos minutos a é da praça procipal , assim como da maioria dos pontos turísticos. A serviço de transfer para o Aeroporto foi muito conveniente e a bom preço. O Pequeno- almoço é muito bom, mas gostamos particularmente do Jantar tradicional Marroquino que reservamos para um dos dias. Comida caseira e decisiosa, prometeram-no a melhor refeição em Marrakesh e não nos mentiram :) O alojamento, e os quartos em geral são simples mas achamos a relação qualidade/preço muito boa. Empregados simpaticos e que nos deram boas dicas sempre que pedimos ajuda.

The riad was really nice and in a perfect location. The last night we had to catch a super early flight (left at 3:30am and the hostess was so generous to bring us breakfast at our door to take with us. The rooms are nice and clean. Since the riad is quite new, the WiFi is also suberb haha.

Riad très joli. Emplacement au top, les hôtes étaient très gentils. Les petits déjeuners servis sont copieux et excellent. Les chambres étaient très propres et la décoration super jolie. Je vous recommande de venir ici lors de votre séjour à Marrakech ☺️

Le riad est trés beau. L'emplacement est super. L'accueil est chaleureux. La communication est simple et réactive. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont délicieux. Je recommande !

One person in our group had an early flight and we were told there would be a box breakfast for them but that was not ready in time and we did not get it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad. Il est très bien situé, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied. Le lieu est propre, calme et agréable. Un grand merci surtout à Mariam et Kamel pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ! Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y retournerai avec plaisir !

Simpatia dos anfitriões, receberam-nos como família! No dia em que chegámos, como tínhamos medo de sair à rua por ser tão tarde e de noite, o senhor levou-nos até ao restaurante e facilitou o pagamento porque ainda não tínhamos dirhams. O jantar servido na Riad é incrível, a melhor refeição que fizemos em Marrakech e os pequenos-almoços excelentes, ficamos satisfeitas durante horas!

Há algum barulho da rua e ouvem-se as portas dos outros quartos a abrir e a fechar, no entanto, pelo que percebemos, outras Riads mais perto da Medina serão piores em termos de barulho porque é constante. Na rua da Riad Minami não existe assim tanto movimento, portanto, embora tenha havido algum barulho incómodo, valeu a pena!

Excelente anfitrión, solucionó todos los problemas enseguida, nos aconsejó excursiones, y después del check-out nos permitió dejar las mochilas allí ya que nos quedaba por pasar el día en Marrakech, y el avión salía por la noche. Ubicación excelente, a 5 min exactos de la plaza Fna

Recomendaría a Kamal que señalizara de alguna manera el Riad, ya que se ubica en una calle muy pequeña y “pintoresca”, y nos costó encontrar el alojamiento al llegar.

The riad was nice overall. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities described. The breakfast was good, and the owner offered a free cancellation for the triple room when we reported a smell issue, which we appreciated.

The triple room on the ground floor had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. As the riad was fully booked, changing rooms was not possible, and finding another riad in Marrakech at the last minute was not realistic.

C’est un très bel établissement,mignon comme tout. Très propre, très bien placé. Kamel et Mariam sont adorables, disponibles et de bon conseils.

El dueño es un encanto. Te ayuda y te recomienda de todo. Si necesitas algo, te contesta en seguida y en 5 minutos lo tienes. El Riad muy cómodo, bien ubicado y precioso. Volveremos sin duda!!

The staff was exceptional, they welcomed us into their home and responded to our requests within minutes. They gave us tea on the first evening, blankets and a heater when requested. The riad itself is beautiful, and it was a special experience to be able to have breakfast there every morning. (Traditional berber, simple, yet really good and home-made).

We came in December and our room was freezing the entire time. Even with a heater and extra blankets, we had to sleep in multiple layers each night. The rooms are small enough to only just fit 3 beds but the heater wasn’t very helpful. One thing that really did put me off was that I found a dead bug, hair on multiple occasions and sand on my bed (which wasn’t there when we left the room prior). There was also a cockroach that we spotted on the last night, so do be wary of that.

Unterkunft war sauber und schön eingerichtet, sodass man sich wohl gefühlt hat. Kamal ist ein netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden wieder herkommen, wenn wir in Marrakesh sind

Todo. La ubicación, el lugar, sus dueños Kamal y su mujer y su disposición de ayudar en todo, el desayuno excelente. Tambien nos prepararon una cena riquisima. Solucionaron todas nuestras dudas, nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque….

Excelente em tudo. Donos do Riad extremamente acolhedores, fez com que nos sentíssemos em casa. Minha família toda amou o lugar. Nos ajudaram nos indicando aonde ir. O terraco é excelente, podendo-se sentir num verdadeiro riad.Voce pode levar a sua refeicao e poder desfrutar do lua. Eles dizem e fazem voce se sentir em casa! Localização excelente, tudo podendo ser feito a pé. Cafe da manha bom, tipico do Marrocos. Quarto acolhedor e confortavel. Vale cada centavo gasto! Queremos voltar para o Marrocos e vamos ficar novamente nesse Riad!

A região ao redor do hotel estranha mas é segura.

L'emplacement parfait. Tout proche du cœur de l'animation mais au calme et près d'une grande artère pour prendre le taxi. La disponibilité de Mariam pour toutes nos requêtes.

Les lits sont un peu trop durs à notre goût.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, el Rial y el personal excelente, nos han ayudado y han tenido muchas atenciones en todo momento, el desayuno bastante completo, la ubicación inmejorable, muy recomendable

Riad molto comodo per la posizione, a due minuti dalla piazza principale. Molto disponibili i proprietari nel soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Ci hanno organizzato i transfer da aeroporto. Indimenticabile l'esperienza nel deserto di Agafay, il ragazzo del quod estremamente scrupoloso e paziente, Super il ragazzo che ci ha portato con il Van (eravamo in 6) nel deserto e ritorno! Marrakech è una città molto sicura, dove abbiamo potuto tranquillamente girare senza paura. Inaspettato!

Todo fue excelente, tanto el dueño como el desayuno y las instalaciones, súper tranquilo y acogedor. El dueño estuvo 24 horas atento a nuestras peticiones y dudas. Ubicación excelente.

Não consigo dizer o que mais gostei, porque adorámos tudo. O sorriso da Mariam e do Kamal, o espaço lindíssimo e com muito bom gosto na decoração (este Riad é uma obra de arte), o cheiro a casa limpa, o pequeno almoço, o jantar, o passarinho que cantava todos os dias no espaço de refeições... a localização deste riad era excelente, com excelente acesso, muito próximo da praça Jema El Fna, praça Ferblantiers e dos Souks. Os quartos eram super confortáveis e o espaço de refeições era uma maravilha! O jantar foi ótimo, ambiente mágico digno de Marrocos. As luzes, a mesa, a música, a comida bem servida e com um sabor divino. Devíamos lá ter jantado durante toda a estadia porque foi um dos momentos mais bonitos das nossas férias. A nossa família tinha uma criança de 3 anos que foi tratada à base de abraços e muito carinho, foi tão bem tratada que saímos cheios de emoção. Vamos, com toda a certeza, voltar! Foram a nossa casa em Marraquexe.

Talvez a água quente demore um pouco a chegar ao chuveiro. Mas ela chega, e com ótima pressão.

À quelques pas seulement de la place Jemaa El-Fna, véritable cœur battant de la médina, ce lieu offre un cadre idéal pour profiter de Marrakech. La terrasse invite à la détente, loin de l’agitation des ruelles. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la délicate attention d’un petit déjeuner prêt à emporter dès 7h le matin de notre départ. L’accueil, chaleureux et plein de jovialité, a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Les lits m’ont semblé un peu fermes, mais cela dépend bien sûr des préférences de chacun

Mariam and Kamal were the ultimate hosts! Kind,caring and lots of fun. My daughter and I felt very at home during our stay here. If we visit Marrakesh again we wouldn't stay anywhere else but Riad Minami.

Todo, está a 5 minutos caminando de la calle más concurrida de Marrakech y de la plaza Jemma el-Fna, el alojamiento es precioso y los dueños son una gente encantadora.

El lugar, es muy bonito y un rincón muy tranquilo.

La zona, aparca tu coche con cuidado ya que el parking que figura en booking como que es del Riad no lo es, es de unos tíos que vigilan la calle. Vamos en realidad no existe el parking es una calle donde aparcas y luego te persigue el tío para que le pagues por no hacer absolutamente nada pero el propietario del Riad también te dirá que lo pagues ya que en booking dice ser un parking de alojamiento.

We had a fantastic stay at Riad Minami. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Marrakech and just a short walk from the Jemaa el fna, making it easy to explore the vibrant streets and experience the local culture. The hospitality was exceptional—Kamal went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were not only comfortable but also clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious every morning, offering a perfect start to our day. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech!

This Riad is centrally located, tranquil and has Moroccan/ style atmosphere. The rooms are clean, stylish and beautiful. The swimming pool in the middle, the wooden and marble carvings just beautiful and in tune with the Moroccan style. The breakfast was very nice, varied on the very beautiful terrace. This is a magnificent Riad looking like a small palace and Kamal, an equally magnificent host! So kind and friendly! Even in the rare case of an inconvenience, Kamal did his best to help. And this is what matters: how your host handles it and how caring he is as a whole. And Kamal was the best host, so caring, helpful and always there for us! I feel I left a friend behind. I wish I had more days to spend in this beautiful Riad and Marrakesh. We will be back, Kamal!!!
