Overall a nice place with a really nice family. Room was clean and spacious. However, the accommodations might need refreshing here and there. Breakfast was good and plentiful for us. Location is perfect for trips to the caves or the duck farm. Grab is available. We received a little food bag with water on the day of departure and before our 8h bus trip to Hoi An - that was really nice.

Pool was very cloudy which was justified with rain before. However, we had other pools on our trip under same conditions which were super clear. After some doubts we finally used the pool with no issues. Also we arrived and were right away hit with tour suggestions. I think it was done with good intentions, but it felt a bit out of place at that moment. Anyway, no problem later that we did our own thing :)

Great place to stay!!! Quiet, across the road from the river. Staff were so kind and helpful and breakfast was yummy!! Pool is huge and so refreshing after a long day of exploring! Wonderful spot, would have loved to had stayed longer!!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this villa in Phong Nha, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. A special thank you to Linh, one of the hosts, who made our stay absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and always ready to help. What we appreciated most was how well she understood our wishes and customized everything for us. Linh organized all of our tours according to our requirements. We had an amazing 10-kilometer trek in Paradise Cave, and she also arranged a customized tour to another caves on the different day. Everything was perfectly organized and tailored to what we wanted. She also customized breakfast for us, which was such a lovely touch. And after a long day of exploring and trekking, Linh recommended a massage place in Phong Nha, it turned out to be exactly what we needed and was absolutely wonderful. The villa itself is very nice, and the restaurant on the property is excellent. We really enjoyed the food there, the dishes were delicious and it was so convenient to have such a good restaurant right at the villa. But what really makes this place special is the people. Linh is an amazing host — warm, caring, attentive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make sure her guests have a great experience. We are very grateful for her hospitality and everything she did for us. Highly recommended if you are staying in Phong Nha!

Clean and quiet, location at the river is nice.

Staff was sometimes very friendly and some of them were not. Location is a bit far from the busy street with good restaurants and supermarkets, didn't realise prior to booking.

View from the pool is magnificent.

The Location is great for trips around the area, scooter rental is a few meters away and so are the restaurants. The swimmingpool is also a big plus.

For the price you pay it is a great accomodation

My stay at Lucky Homes Homestay was very pleasant. My room was spacious and in very good condition, and the bathroom was huge! The location is also great — a little outside the city centre, but within walking distance of many nice coffee shops and restaurants. The tourist office for the boat station is only a 10–15-minute walk away. Before my arrival, my hosts sent me some interesting tour options, and I can definitely recommend booking one of their tours! I joined a VIP tour with Vic to Paradise Cave and Dark Cave, which included a mud bath, swimming inside the cave and even zip-lining. As a former professional cave explorer and scientist, he was the perfect guide and had an incredible amount of knowledge about the caves. My hosts were also extremely helpful when it came to arranging my transport to the station for the night train and storing my luggage after check-out. I was even offered the opportunity to borrow a bike, use the pool and take a shower after checking out, which was incredibly convenient. All in all, the price is very fair for what you get. Thank you very much for the fantastic tour organization and the pleasant stay!

If I had to mention anything that could be improved, a contactless trash bin in the bathroom and a larger faucet for the big sink would be nice. :-)

Great location just over the road from the river, where dining tables set up for the Lucky restaurant, and view the never-ending procession of longboats cruising up and back from the caves. Great pool, but maybe needs more loungers. Spacious bedroom & huge bathroom. Helpful advice for visiting local attractions. Duck farm a highlight esp for kids.

Todo perfecto. Las instalaciones coinciden con las fotos. La antifriona fue muy amable, nos organizó un tour el día de nuestra llegada para la paradise cave, dark cave y duck farm y fue todo genial. Además, la comida estaba espectacular y nos recomendó el mejor sitio de masajes que hemos probado en Vietnam 😊

Ze waren wat lastig in de communicatie in vergelijking met andere homestays. Het zwembad was wat glibberig.

We loved it here. Our room was great, with a really comfortable bed. The pool is nice (and has an amazing view of the hills over the river). Laundry service was good value and very speedy. There are bikes available - we used these to do shopping and explore the local area as far as Duck Stop (highly recommended!). Lucky Homestay is perfectly located - right on the edge of the built-up part of Hong Nha, nice and quiet but close to lots of places to eat and visit. Linh is a superb host. She and her family work really hard to ensure the guests enjoy the best time in Phong Nha, booming tours and transport and keeping the Homestay clean and well-run. We wsh we could have stayed longer!

Very little to dislike. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow maybe but that's all..

Ein wirklich netter kleiner Familienbetrieb. Es war alles super stimmig für uns. Tolle Lage mit Tischen direkt am Fluss, einem schönen kleinen Pool und großen Zimmern. Wir konnten uns kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und gegen eine kleine Gebühr Kajaks mieten. Alle Fahrten und Touren haben wir über die Unterkunft gebucht. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und mega lieb.

Vriendelijk gezin. Ze proberen je met alles te helpen. Tours kan je makkelijk zelf regelen en dan via hen een auto met chauffeur regelen.

Sympathic host. Nice swimming pool and garden. Restaurant at the place is convenient and good.

Heel vriendelijk personeel! Zeer behulpzaam. Leuk zwembad. Mooi gelegen aan de rivier. Ruime kamers. Excursie naar Paradise cave en dark cave was een hoogtepunt voor de kinderen.

De bedden zijn vrij hard maar dat is dan ook het enige minpuntje.

The loveliest family home stay ever. We were made to feel so welcome and the kindness and generosity we received is unmatched anywhere. Beautiful room with a beautiful pool. Tours and experiences all arranged with no worries. I cannot even describe how beautiful this family and this home is. And we got to meet the gorgeous little dogs that became our best friends. All in all we felt made part of the family and it was just so lovely. Thank you so much!

Vị trí gần khu du lịch Phong Nha. Home phục vụ ăn uống ngon. Tuy nhiên giá phòng hơi nhỉnh chắc do mình chưa biết cách đặt.

Có hồ bơi cho trẻ rất thích . Phòng 756k sạch sẽ, dac biet phòng wc sạch , không có mùi. Minh rất ưng phong này. Cách trung tam bán vé vào động hơn cây xíu thôi Phong cảnh ks cây cối buổi tối thap đèn rất chill. Nhân viên nhiệt tình. Con dặn khách gần đến thì báo home bật điều hoà - gd 3 ng có ăn tối ở ks đặt đồ đia bé của home nhiều lắm có khi thêm 2 người ăn nữa

מקום מצויין על הנהר וקרוב יחסית למרכז, בעלי הבית.מאוד עוזרים והסיעו את הבת שלי לבית המרקחת במיידי שהיה נידרש. עוזרים בטיולים , מארגנים הסעות במחיר הוגן . חדרים גדולים ונקיים עם מקלחת טובה.

Het lag prachtig tussen de bergen en ver genoeg van het centrum af voor de rust, maar wel nog steeds op loopafstand. Aan het water zitten allemaal restaurantjes, ziet er heel mooi uit. Kamer was keurig schoon en had alles wat je nodig hebt. Super lieve mensen en heerlijk ontbijt mogelijkheid bij hun eigen restaurantje. Heel de familie helpt mee en de warmte en gezelligheid voel je bjj alles.

Het zwembad was bloedheet en lag vol in de zon. Door dat het een zwembad was met stilstaand water voelde het ook wat glibberig aan. We zijn er daardoor niet in gegaan en met de extreem hete dagen was dat echt een gemis.

This was a fabulous stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. Food beautiful, trips arranged really special, bike riding a must. A real family run, clean and welcoming stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the property location was conveniently placed by the centre. They kindly did our laundry on request which saved looking for a laundrette.

On arrival we were visually exhausted after a long travel day, which was communicated. Whilst attempting to check in we were bombarded with a lengthy marketing pitch on their paid tours. This made us immediately feel pressured and uncomfortable.

החדר פשוט ענק, נוח ונקי. הצוות כל כך ידידותי ונחמד. הסכימו לנו להתקלח במקום בחינם לגמרי כמה ימים בכלל אחרי שעזבנו.

Agréable petite guesthouse où nous avons passé un bon séjour. La famille est vraiment adorable et aidante. Nous avons eu un souci de climatisation durant notre séjour et ils nous ont changé immédiatement de chambre. La chambre est grande et propre et nous avions jamais eu une salle de bain aussi grande ! La piscine est un plus non négligeable avec les grosses chaleurs. La vue depuis le restaurant de l'hôtel est magnifique.

The pool was lovely and me and my friends could have late night swims, and the beds were so comfortable we could barely wake up! the air con was always at a good temperature and it made the room lovely and comfortable, also the bathrooms were massive which made it so nice for us three! The staff here were the most lovely people who always went out of their way to help us and helped book our bus transport, and every day would be just so lovely and they have the cutest dogs who are quite friendly!

There's nothing I didn't like.

Great provided breakfast. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Great location off the main street through town. Lot of options for eating nearby. Beds very comfortable, plenty of hot water and pressure for showers. Pool was refreshing. They can arrange tours and a ride to the airport at fair pricing. We would recommend and would stay again.

Unser Aufenthalt im Lucky Homes Homestay war insgesamt wirklich sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich sauber, großzügig geschnitten und boten viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das Frühstück – abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre im Homestay war angenehm ruhig und entspannt, wodurch man seinen Aufenthalt sehr ungestört genießen konnte. Wer eine eher zurückhaltende und dezente Organisation im Hintergrund schätzt, wird sich hier sicherlich wohlfühlen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die in Phong Nha eine saubere, komfortable und gemütliche Unterkunft suchen.

I liked everything about this accommodation

Séjour au top dans ce homestay, tenu par une super famille. La chambre était grande et propre, nous avons très bien dormi. Bon petit déjeuner et piscine très agréable. La vue sur les pics et la rivière est top. Mention spéciale pour la jeune feme qui gère les lieux, très accueillante et super efficace. Elle nous a bien aidé pour organiser au mieux notre séjour et notre transport à la suite. Merci !

Home thân thiện với thú cưng, gia đình mình có mang theo 1 bé corgi và đc chủ nhà chào đón nhiệt tình. Home có chỗ để xe ô tô ngay trong sân nên rất tiện vì ko phải tìm chỗ gửi bên ngoài. Bữa sáng đơn giản với bánh mì & nước uống miễn phí, bố mẹ mình rất thích không gian ở đây, ăn sáng bên bờ sông chill lắm.
