Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit im Kaimana. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und nett eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sind wunderschön. Die Lage war auch gut - es ist alles in 3 Minuten mit Tricycle erreichbar.

La ubicacion del hotel es muy cómoda. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Las instalaciones están muy bien (gimnasio, sauna, ice bath, pisicina...) El personal muy amable. Tienen aire acondicionado y ventilador

El problema: si coges la habitación con balcón, estarás encima de un restaurante (ruido, olor a comida...). No recomiendo este tipo de habitacion, tampoco había ningún aviso de este problema.

Une pépite cette adresse ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours à devancer nos envies. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la grande piscine, dans la jardin, est un havre de paix. Et il est idéalement situé à 3 mn en tuk tuk du centre animé de General Luna et de Cloud 9. Pas de petit dej mais l'hotel est accolé à un très bon resto ouvert pour le pti dej et il y a tout ce qu'il faut autour! C'est notre coup de coeur !

Everything! From the decor to the staff, everything was top notch🤌🏼 I had the most pleasant stay. Definitely booking Kaimana again if I’m ever in Siargao again!😁

Kaimana Resort nos encantó. Está a unos cinco minutos en tuk tuk de General Luna, lo que permite llegar rápidamente a la zona con más ambiente, restaurantes y tiendas, pero al mismo tiempo disfrutar de mucha más tranquilidad para descansar. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y la piscina fue uno de nuestros rincones favoritos para relajarnos después de pasar el día recorriendo la isla. El personal fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. No es uno de los alojamientos más baratos de Siargao, pero nosotros buscábamos precisamente algo de este estilo: un lugar bonito, tranquilo, cómodo y con buenas instalaciones. En ese sentido, cumplió perfectamente con lo que queríamos.

Nada destacable. Quizá el precio es algo más alto que otras opciones de la isla, pero creemos que está acorde con el tipo de alojamiento y la experiencia que ofrece.

The Generator wasn't able to run the facilities during many reoccurring blackouts

Geweldig zwembad, schone en grote kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Goede service voor het huren van een scooter en de was.

En oas mellan general luna och cloud 9, lugnt och stillsamt, med väldigt härligt poolområde. Vi stannade en vecka och hade en fantastisk tid. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal, fina faciliteter och superb städning.

Vi gillade allt! En bonus hade varit större gym och frukost (men finns ett litet utegym + isbad och bastu (!)). Samtidigt finns det väldigt många trevliga ställen att äta frukost på, så det var aldrig ngt bekymmer.

Un deposit est demandé à l’arrivée, en cash. En repartant, il ne nous a pas été retourné. Cela fait 2 mois que je suis en contact avec le management afin de le récupérer, sans succès. Un virement paypal devait être fait mais cela fait 3 semaines que je n’ai plus de réponse à mes messages. Également, il est arrivé que la porte de notre chambre reste ouverte après le passage des personnes responsables de l’entretien.

The property was beautiful. I enjoyed using the sauna and ice bath. The patio decks and room were fantastic and a great place to relax.

The location was right in the center of Siargoa's General Luna. The problem was that although it was directly across the street from the beach there wasn't any access closeby.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. Beautiful stunning property close enough to general Luna. The rooms were amazing and beds so comfortable.

The room was spacious and the staff were very hospitable. Location was superb. Not too noisy but not too far away.

Wir waren in siargao in bereits in mehreren Hotels und im Kaimana gefällt es uns mit Abstand am besten. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight und die Anlage ist sehr grün und gepflegt. Es liegt 4 Minuten von cloud 9 und auch nicht weit der Innenstadt. Die Villen sind am besten. Super schön und vor allem sehr ruhig. Besonders nachts ist es still. Wenn wir nochmal kommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder ins Kaimana.

Die Zimmer über dem Restaurant sind tatsächlich etwas lauter. Zumindest bis um 11. wer spät ins Bett geht wird davon nichts merken. Ich empfehle trotzdem die Villen.

Peaceful resort, beautiful gardens, the room was gorgeous and very comfortable, the whole team of staff was exceptional. Also a great cafe within the resort and other top eateries nearby. Highly recommend!

A bit far to walk into the main shopping strip every time but we chose this to be somewhere quieter so it was a plus for us. Just depends what you want.

I have stayed at Kaimana twice now and it is a fantastic property. The facilities are excellent, rooms well appointed and close to everything.

Worst thing the restaurant is operated independently late breasfast poor quality, not suitable for kids at all.

Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable about the area. Nothing was too much trouble.

La qualité du logement, des fournitures, du staff, des services.

Par moment très bruyant, non juste à cause des travaux du nouveau bâtiment mais également à l’intérieur du bâtiment existant, il semblerait qu’une personne vive au 2e étage et il y a un restaurant qui n’appartient pas à l’hôtel au rez supérieur, ce qui engendre beaucoup de bruit pour les chambres situées au premier étage

Most comfortable beds in the whole of our stay of a month in the Philippines. Spacious room and super helpful friendly staff! Location was close to town but out of the busiest part. Cheap Tuktuk to Cloud 9 and town .

We could hear noise from the restaurant underneath us and banging from the building site next door, which only affected us early in the morning and when I needed an afternoon sleep. Also I wasn’t a fan of the restaurant attached but I think that was a seperate business as no breakfast included.

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Kaimana Resort verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und fragen täglich nach ob alles in Ordnung ist. Raffy ist klasse. :) Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Es gibt warmes Wasser zum duschen und die Unterkunft hat einen Notstrom Generator. Die Pool Anlage ist traumhaft. Gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Sari Sari um Getränke und Snacks zu kaufen. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet das Restaurant Branch in dem man frühstücken kann.

We had an incredible stay at Hansar Samui. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — stylish, peaceful, and perfectly designed for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to truly unwind and enjoy the stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and elegant, which made our time there even more special. What truly stood out to us was the staff. Everyone — from the reception team to the pool staff and all the employees we interacted with — was extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a great attitude. Their warmth and professionalism made a big difference in our experience. We absolutely loved our time at Hansar Samui and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended.

Die Villa war sehr gut, auch der Pool und die Einrichtung haben überzeugt. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es in der Villa sehr ruhig. Auch das vorherige Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet , sauber und ohne jegliche Beanstandungen außer dem Lärm.

die Zimmer über dem Restaurant und an der Straße über dem Restaurant sind etwas laut durch den Straßenlärm und das darunter liegende Restaurant.

Raffi was so friendly and welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean with daily servicing. Pool was also immaculate and in beautiful surroundings.

Unfortunately there was some construction next door but this is everywhere on Siargao. Restaurant is used as a co-working space all day.

A medio camino entre GL y Cloud9, el sitio es espectacular, un oasis donde han tenido muchísimo cuidado en todos los detalles. Ideal para familias con niños por su tranquilidad, con camas muy cómodas. La piscina es de 10, y se agradece el pequeño gimnasio, sauna y cold plunge disponible justo a ella. El personal es súper agradable, y te echa una mano con lo que me necesites.

The restaurant downstairs only serves breakfast at 9am which is too late for us and there aren't really other options in walking distance. But then again, the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is amazing!! Really good coffee and quality of food!

Рядом стройка, утром жгут мусор, немного есть неприятный запах из-за этого.

Aesthetically pleasing and my favourite is the pool and the free use of sauna + cold plunge! Their staff is also friendly and attentive. I had some issues but they addressed them kindly and with urgency. I appreciate the water dispenser right outside our room, we didn’t need to buy distilled water. There are also sari-sari stores nearby and the property is also 3-min walk to CEV (the best resto in the island!!!).

I’d still stay at this property again but would love more equipment in their mini gym like hexa dumbbells. I would also love an earlier opening time of the restaurant downstairs for breakfast (altho I recognize it’s a business separate from them). Perhaps Kaimana can offer their own breakfast package included with the accommodation.

Beautiful and very relaxing Resort, Most like is the Large Outdoor pool.. Very friendly and Help-full staff.. Also The Owner and his Mom, who provide as a very tasty Lunch because our second day unfortunately there’s a strong Typhoon there but its actually not too bad

It was near a lot of shops, restaurants, and destinations. It was along the main road too. The pool was very nice. The mini gym was decent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was spacious and came with decent amount of hooks and places to put things on. Aircon was properly working.

The lights in the room were kind of dim hehe. Walls were kinda thin so we were hearing noises from the other rooms especially the floor above.

The staff were accomodating. The place is convenient. Toilets were clean!

The facilities and ambience was amazing. The staff made sure we were comfortable and accommodated well. They were very helpful and open to our requests. We wished we could stay longer. The resort even has a small gym, sauna and ice-bath facilities.

Cómodo , habitaciones amplias, limpias y confortables. La piscina excelente e incluso han habilitado un pequeño gimnasio detrás de la misma. El personal muy agradable, especialmente el chico que siempre intentaba darnos buenos consejos y hablar alguna palabra en español.

We loved everything about our stay. The villa was spotless and spacious, with lush greenery all around that gave it a wonderfully private feel. We spent hours relaxing and reading on the terrace. The pool was incredible—large, clean, and never crowded—so it felt like our own private oasis. A special thanks to the amazing staff who made us feel truly welcome and at home. We will definitely be coming back!

Very noisy with building work that got us up at the crack of dawn and kept us awake a lot from the room. They did not think of guests actually trying to sleep with the building works which went on all hours. Very bad shower pressure which made showers take forever. No place to have breakfast and the restaurant below is extremely expensive.

I travel frequently for work, and this was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in.
