La limpieza (algunas zonas del hotel y mobiliario estaban muy sucios), el ruido (estuvimos 2 noches y las dos noches nos despertaron chillidos y gritos a las 5 de la mañana). El personal no hizo nada al respecto. Además, se ofrecen servicios en este hotel que no llevan a cabo (lavandería y limpieza diaria de la habitación). Resumen: un hotel muy nuevo, que como siga así, en un año estará guarríssimo.

There was a TV but no channels were connected which was a drawback for me. Alongside that, the wifi was comparatively slow. And there was a limitation in the toiletries even in the superior luxury room. Hope this will be improved later.

The bed linen smells really fresh, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good. I even came back because there is no other comparable hotel in this price range.

From up there, I could admire the majestic Swoyambhu Temple and the breathtaking Chandragiri Hills, which made the stay feel truly special. The rooms were extraordinary—spacious, impeccably clean, and so comfortable. The service was outstanding, and the friendly owner went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The night view was mesmerizing, and the sunshine during the day just added that extra touch of magic to the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for both family stays and gatherings with friends. It provided an authentic and unforgettable experience of Nepal at its best. The airport pickup service was a real convenience, making everything run smoothly from the start. Honestly, this place sets such a high standard, it’s hard to imagine anything else coming close. From now on, when I visit Nepal, Hotel Alleyway Express will be my top choice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible stay!

The best part for me was the Rooftop Bar which was simply amazing, especially in the evening,sitting there with a drink and watching the sunset. The hotel's location is in Thamel but the best part is that it's tucked away in a peaceful area, so can get best of both world.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2024It's a new hotel in Kathmandu, all is new, clean and really comfortable. The rooms have a natural decoration, with light colors. They always use white sheets. The staff is very friendly. They are always willing to help you.
It wasn't a problem for me, but if you have any problems you should know that the hotel has 4 floors of rooms and does not have an elevator.
