Phaedrus Living Kolonaki Crown Residences

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and bright. The location is good and very quiet. I didn't use the kitchen much. Just for coffee. A Nespresso machine was in the kitchen. Good communication with the owner. First bedroom had a very large wardrobe with lost of room and drawers for hanging your clothes. (Unlike the 2nd room) Very near museums, Syntagma, Ermou and Monastiraki and all walking distance. Kolonaki has great restuarants and coffee shops. Everything you need on your door step. Whem arriving by car, the location was a little difficult to find on google maps. But the owner instructions helped us find it. The photos showed the entrance which helped.

The second (Back) bedroom only had a wooden rail for my clothes and a small shelf. No drawers. There was no place to put unhangable clothes. Instructions for the hot water were not available. I knew what to do, but many other people may not. Back bedroom shutter would not stay open so I couldn't go onto the balcony. I did message the owner, but they were coming to fix it after my stay. I had to keep the doors closed all through my stay.

L' appartamento è ben arredato con cura e l' essenziale, in un contesto molto elegante e vicino ai mezzi ma in un punto molto silenzioso lontano dal caos della Plaka. Ottimo per famiglie che hanno bisogno di un po' di tranquillità e nel frattempo vogliono visitare Atene a piedi

Non mi era stato chiarito quale appartamento avrei avuto e quindi avendo bambini piccoli ci siamo dovuti dividere nelle due stanze perché non mi è stato dato nemmeno il lettino..alla mia richiesta appena prenotato ho chiesto di averlo e mi è stato risposto in base alla disponibilità,ma poi nulla. Ci siamo adattati va bene, però consiglio almeno di far sapere prima quale appartamento viene assegnato perché dalle foto non si capisce.

Konum çok merkezi, bina eski ama ev mümkün olan şekilde yenilenmiş ve temizdi. Taksi ile gittiğinizde evin girişini bulmakta zorlanabilirsiniz. Konum sizi eve çok çok yakın bir yere götürüyor ama orayı çıkmaz sokak sanıp tekrar dönüp dolabiliyorsunuz. Yataklar çok rahattı. Fiyat performans gayet başarılıydı. Dört kişi ve bir bebek için gayet yeterli bir daire

Evin düzlük bir alanda olmadığını ve Syntagma , Plaka yada Ermou'dan dönerken yürüyecekseniz bir yokuş çıkacağınızı mutlaka göz önünde bulundurunuz.

Lokalizacja była w porządku. Praktycznie wszędzie blisko. Droga powrotna po zwiedzaniu jest ciągle pod górkę :-). Wygodne łóżka, klimatyzacja. Aneks kuchenny, salon z TV, żelazko, prasulec. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze oświetlone.

Brak mikrofalówki, air frayera. Brak środków czystości, zmiotki i szufelki, czy odkurzacza, worków na śmieci. Brak szafy w jednym z pokojów. Jest tylko stojący wieszak. Przy dłuższym pobycie fajnie jakby była pralka do dyspozycji bo w te upały ubrania szybko robią się nie świeże. Dwie rolety zewnętrzne są uszkodzone z racji starości i nie wolno jej otwierać. Na zdjęciu pokoju było sporo kwiatów w doniczkach. W realu ani jednego i żona zawiedziona. :-) Można by było bardziej zaznaczyć lokalizację bo drzwi są w zaułku, a zdjęcie na bookingu różni się od rzeczywistości, a około 23 pm trudno znaleźć właściwe wejście.;-)

The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Apartment was big enough

The apartment is almost 15-20 min. From the center but you have to climb a long street in order to get there, it's not easy to do it with lougege ro a few times a day. Also the pictures in the website are with a big distance from reality. The apartment is old although looks modern, kitchen is not suitable for kooking, and it's basic. Bathroom was tiny and with very short towels. We where very disappointed. For half of the time wi fi didn't work.

The apartment was excellent—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect: close to the city center and major attractions, yet in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. There are great cafés and restaurants within walking distance, which made the stay especially convenient. We would be very happy to stay here again.

A small downside is the uphill walk in the area, which can be a bit tiring after a long day of sightseeing.

Very nice location. Safe and some nice restaurants around here.

If I be critical, I would said if they can put some cleaning tools at the property would be great. I can clean a little bit for the stay.

Apartman je ogroman, komforan, udoban, izuzetno čist. Stan ima sve što je potrebno. Lokacija je sjajna. Sve od sadržaja u Atini je blizu.

The heat pump was very noisy and dripped water.

The location was amazing, the apartment was extremely modern and finished very well. The beds were also super comfy which is a plus!

Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και η τοποθεσία ήταν βολική.

Αρχικά, φτάσαμε μισή ώρα νωρίτερα από την ώρα του check in. Ήρθαμε σε επικοινωνία με κάποια υπάλληλο και ενώ το διαμέρισμα ήταν έτοιμο και καθαρό επέμενε ότι έπρεπε να γίνει κάποιος εσωτερικός έλεγχος, ο οποίος από ότι φαίνεται γίνεται 5 λεπτά πριν το check in, οπότε εάν κάτι δεν ήταν έτοιμο δεν ξέρω πότε θα υπήρχε χρόνος να διορθωθεί . Η συμβουλή της ήταν να πάρουμε το κλειδί να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας και έπειτα να ξανά φύγουμε και να βάλουμε ξανά το κλειδί στο locker, ενώ επαναλαμβάνω ότι το σπίτι ήταν έτοιμο. Την ενημερώσαμε ότι έχουμε μωρό 3 μηνών και ότι έχουμε κάνει 7 ώρες ταξίδι από την Κέρκυρα, αλλά παρατηρήσαμε μια τρομερή απάθεια εκ μέρους της. Το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε σίτες και βρίσκεται δίπλα σε πάρκο με δέντρα, συνεπώς δεν μπορείς να ανοίξεις κανένα παράθυρο, καθώς τα κουνούπια είναι αμέτρητα. Ενώ το διαμέρισμα φιλοξενεί 5 άτομα το σαλόνι έχει μόνο έναν διπλό καναπέ οπότε δεν μπορείτε να κάτσετε όλοι μαζί στο σαλόνι, πρέπει αναγκαστικά να κάθεστε στις καρέκλες τις τραπεζαρίας. Όλες οι πόρτες έτριζαν πάρα πολύ, ενώ η εξώπορτα εάν την έκλεινες χωρίς να την κλειδώσεις άνοιγε ξανά μόνη της.

The bathroom was tiny and it smelled. The shutters were broken so it was dark in the apt the whole time.

The flat was not cleaned! Sheets and towels were there from the previous owners, as was a toilet bin overfilled with used toilet paper. The hosts were completely unhelpful. They proposed a reimbursement without offering any help with alternatives.

Δεν ειχε πιστολάκι που έγραφε οτι εχει δεν είχε καν σαπουνι για τα χέρια! Ούτε ενα μπουκάλι νερό ειχε μονο κάτι μπουκάλια απο την βρυση! Εφόσον εκανα παράπονα μου αφήσανε νερό πιατολακι σαπουνι και κάψουλες για την καφετιέρα

Cute apartment in a nice neighborhood

The location was great. A quiet neighborhood where you can reach all the spots you want to visit on foot.

The flat did not match the photos. We were expecting a sun lit flat with large windows, a living room and a balcony. But it was a dark flat (flat #1) with small windows and no balcony. We have realized that the pictures they have placed is a mix of all the flats they are renting, not specifically of the one we got. In our first evening the fuse went out and we did not have any electricity till next noon. The calls we made that evening to the phone numbers that were listed did not go through and only next day they reached us and fixed the problem first by sending a cleaning lady who naturally did not know what to do and then an electrician. It wasn’t the best feeling. Also the last day, we asked if they could store our luggages till 15:00 as we had our flight in the evening they refused us and sent us to a storage place which was close due to Easter. So we were not quite happy of our stay.

The kitchen was not well equipped. No microwave, no dishwasher, no sharp knife to cut bread. Only 3 forks, while we were there 4.

The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean. Also loved the neighborhood with great restaurants and quirky eine bars. Would definitely stay again next time. Also the staff replied super quick - thank you ☺️

L'appartement alloué était au RDC face ascenseur, à côté de la machinerie bruyante. Nous avons préféré louer un autre appartement

Un pack cooking (sel poivre huile)

Η τοποθεσία ηταν ιδανική και το διαμέρισμα επειδή ηταν στον τρίτο οροφο ειχε ωραίο φως

Το διαμερισμα ηταν καθαρό, τα υπνοδωματια με ανετα κρεβατια χωρις ομως μια καρέκλα, (πηρα μία απο το σαλόνι να ακουμπησω τα ρούχα μου) στο χωλ εχει χαμηλό φωτισμό και τον μοναδικό καθρέπτη (εκτός του μπάνιου) , η κουζίνα χρειαζεται περισσοτερη οργάνωση, δεν υπήρχε τιποτα για να ακουμπησεις ενα ποτήρι που πλένεις ουτε πετσέτα να το σκουπίσεις. Χρησιμοποίησα μια πετσετα προσώπου για να στραγγισουν τα πιατα που επλυνα. Μια τοστιέρα, ενας φούρνος μικροκυμάτων θα βοηθούσε. Στο σαλόνι ενας καναπές , και καρέκλες τραπεζαριας, μια πολυθρόνα θα βοηθούσε να ζεστάνει ο χώρος που φαίνεται ψυχρός και αφιλόξενος. Στο μπαλκονάκι , δεν μπορουσαμε να βγουμε γιατι λογω καποιου προβλήματος ηταν πλυμμηρισμένο αλλα φαντάζομαι θα έχει διορθωθει. Εμεινα αρκετες μέρες και κατάφερα να οργανωθώ και θα παρέμενα και άλλο αν υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα γιατί με εξυπηρετούσε πολύ η τοποθεσία . Οφείλω να τονίσω οτι τα παντζούρι στο σαλόνι ηταν χαλασμένο με αποτελεσμα να ειναι σκοτεινο το δωματιο και οταν ειδοποιησα την εταιρεια φρόντισαν αμέσως την επισκευη του γεγονός που με ικανοποίησε ιδιαίτερα .

Op een dik 15 minuten lopen van de meeste bezienswaardigheden af, wat voor ons goed doenbaar was. Ook metro & bus in de buurt. We hadden de sleutels persoonlijk gekregen omdat Maria zelf aanwezig was op het moment. Redelijk groot appartement en ideaal qua kamers. Voor ons een zeer geslaagde city trip!

Address kind of misleading. It would be more honest to say that the property is on Sina Street not on Anagnostopoulou street. It seems also that the property is smaller than advertised. Please be honest. And pkease do change the shower’s handle: instead of this unacceptable plastic black one, get a non plastic for no more than €20. It is a matter of principle.

Lo mejor del departamento es su ubicación, un barrio bonito y bien ubicado cerca de las atracciones pero no en zonas llenas de turistas.

Tenía muchas expectativas del departamento por las fotos y comentarios. El departamento en general es oscuro. La cocina no tiene ningún atractivo ni algún complemento que dejen de cortesía, como café, azúcar, bolsas de basura, cosas básicas que no les cuestan tanto y hacen una gran diferencia. Pero lo realmente muy decepcionante del departamento es su baño. Más que incómodo. No hay donde poner nada, ni las toallas, ni donde conectar la secadora, menos tus cosas personales de aseo. Y aparte hay que estar prendiendo el calentador cada que te bañar o te toca con agua fría. El área de la regadera pequeña, incómodo sin nada. La regadera le sale poco y es una regadera de mano mal puesta. De puerta tiene una cortina de baño que lo afea aun más. Es una lástima porque parecia un buen departamento. Las habitaciones con cortinas que arrastran en el piso. El área de la sala comedor bastante básica sin el mayor atractivo para estar ahí.

It’s very dark, no plugs neither shelves in the bathroom, no coffee available, the shower head was not standing on it’s own, no languages storage available

Building is good size of the apartment is okay for 2 rooms and it was clean.

Stayed at the first floor it was so so dark, no sunlight at all. AC is very noisy impossible to sleep without turn it off. They ask to charge 90 euros for 3 hours late check out (almost same price with one night stay) which we only need the storage for our luggages since they have no place to keep

Appartement bruyant entre les étages. Il y a une famille au 3ème étage avec des enfants qui courent dès 7h du matin. Canapé et sièges sales il suffirait de temps en temps de les laver. Rien pour poser ses valises du coup elles finissent par terre. La salle de bain WC est petite mais surtout d'une autre époque, impossible de poser et vider sa trousse de toilette

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is ideal, situated centrally with easy access to all the major sights, and the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation.

However, the bathroom was quite simple and small, making it difficult to find space for towels and clothing while showering. The water pressure was weak, and the hot water supply was unstable due to a timer set for the water heater.

El departamento, cuartos y camas muy cómodas! Cerca hay varios restaurantes y cafeterías. La señora de la limpieza muy amable y servicial!

El baño está un poco viejo e improvisado, no tan cómodo Está en una subida así que ténganlo en cuenta si tienen muchas maletas

The location was great, in a central but calm neighborhood. The staff was exceptional and went the extra mile to help us with everything we needed. The apartment itself was spacious and well equiped. We came with a small baby and it was very convenient and accessable on that asspect

The toilet and shower are a bit of a weak spot... They are clean but small and at some times had bad smell coming out of the sewer.

We had an amazing time staying at this apartment! Maria, the host, is incredibly nice and always happy to help if you need it. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and of great size. Both rooms have big windows and overall the apartment receives a lot of natural light which was nice. We went during the hottest days of the summer and there were AC units in each room of the apartment!! Amazing! The kitchen is well equipped, and you can cook just about anything. There is a supermarket nearby to buy everything you need. The apartment is a not to far from the center of the city but on the way back it is uphill so we got a few cabs at the end of the long walking days.
