Absolutament tot, la casa es preciosa. No li falta res. Es perfecte. Els llits molt còmodes , amb molts coixins com m’agrada. Estava súper neta. I la calefacció molt confortable. Hem estat de 10

Met 11 personen was de eettafel en aantal stoelen wat krap.

Such a cool house! We loved it.

The sleeping arrangements can be a bit awkward if you are multiple couples. More suited to a family with small kids. Or a friend group. No real way to close the doors between the loft and the second bedroom. There is a little balcony and stairs so snoring was heard throughout both rooms.

het is een authentieke en erg mooi gerestaureerd locatie. Heel erg bijzonder om daarin te mogen vertoeven. In een heel erg mooi stadshart van Edam. We proberen snel weer een excuus/gelegenheid te vinden om te boeken! :D

La parte del salón es espectacular, parece que te estás alojando en un museo. Es todo amplitud y por supuesto destinado a más personas de las que fuimos. Puedes entrar sin problemas hasta la misma puerta para descargar el coche aunque no puedes aparcar allí. Respuestas más o menos rápidas del anfitrión.

La distribución de los cuartos de baños y servicios es rara y puede llegar a resultar incómoda (ya lo sabía pues lo había leído en algún comentario). No se podían apagar (aparentemente) las luces del salón.

Havalandırma sistemleri çok kötüydü. pencereler açılmıyor temiz hava almak mümkün değil.Ayrıca evde küçük kertenkele vardı.

L'emplacement dans la très jolie ville de Edam. Emplacement centrale d'ailleurs, un parking gratuit se trouve non loin (8min à pieds). Plusieurs restaurants sont à proximité. Le logement dans un ancien château présente une flopée d'avantages. 255m² rien que pour vous. Nous étions 5 adultes et 1 enfant mais entre 13 et 16 personnes auraient pu y dormir vu le nombre de lits et de fauteuils disponibles. La cuisine présente toutes les commodités nécessaires. Du café est même mis à votre disposition pour les afficionados. Vous avez une farde d'informations mise à votre disposition. Tout y est clairement indiqué. Les propriétaires sont joignables via booking sans souci. Ils ont été d'une grande aide pour préparer ce séjour. Merci à eux.

Le problème de connexion WiFi nous a créé beaucoup d'embarras. C'est toujours sympa le soir d'avoir accès à la TV et de ne pas devoir se battre des heures avec la connexion pour regarder un simple film. On nous a assuré que d'ici 3 semaines, le problème serait réglé. Il faisait assez chaud dans le logement mais les propriétaires peuvent mettre des ventilateurs à disposition. Le logement étant un ancien château, si vous n'avez pas de chance, vous tomberez sur des voisins du haut peu inquiets de ne pas faire trop de bruit et de respecter ceux qui vivent en dessous. Nous avions l'impression d'avoir une troupe d'éléphants en haut.

Exquisite and enormous. Location was amazing.

It was very hot when we visited. The accommodation was very hot as well… but totally understandable given the rarity of the extreme hot weather

Property is exceptional. Really well furnished with high quality beds, bedding, sofas etc. Very spacious, especially the lounge. We were a group of 10 friends and had plenty of space. Pictures don't do it justice. Kitchen well stocked and had everything we needed - soap, kitchen towel, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee. Soap in all the bathrooms. We all got 3 towels each. Bedroom layout is a little unusual but the rooms are very large and beds are very big so we found it ok to share. We didn't find we disturbed each other in the night. Beds very comfortable. The area around the property is stunning. Very beautiful. Bar outside and shops and cafes across the canal. Small supermarket around the corner, larger one 5 minutes walk away. Bakery on the way to the bus station. Lovely pizza restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Very easy to get in Amsterdam Centraal. Only a 25 minute scenic bus ride away (314). Buses are very regular and you simply tap on and tap off with your debit/credit card. Bus station only 5 minute walk from property with information screens telling you next buses. Buses run early and late. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially in a group. And it was lovely to see such a different place compared to Amsterdam

Spectacular place right on the main square - but still quiet. Comfy beds and great showers. Fully equipped kitchen. Edam is a lovely place to stay.

Loved the space in the living areas and the beautiful old historic building

The location was spacious, extremely clean and the history behind the property was super cool. There was plenty of room which provided separation for our group of 7. It was great to have tons of TV stations in English to watch at the end of a busy day.

The only negatives were that there was no microwave and no directions for the oven. Also, there wasn’t any air conditioning, however this wouldn’t deter us from staying there again.

Everything was perfect !
