Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Amazing place to visit Genova. The owner is super present and available. The room was super clean and the common areas too, bathrooms are cleaned 2 times a day and you can really see it, it’s perfectly clean! Super close to the train station, and in a really nice district!

Сначала был неработающий вентилятор, потом его заменили на работающей, но это совсем не помогло. Когда выбирала номер, не заметила что он без кондиционера. Я думала мы умрём там от жары: спали на полу, чтобы было хоть немножечко прохладнее

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Everything was clean and nice, check in is not in person and the owner gave a really good instructions on how to get inside. Its not far from the beach and you can get gelato right across the street,free wifi, fan for ventilating in your room and cute view from balcony.
The only thing ..the water pressure in the shower was low.

Alles war gut erreichbar und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026La localizzazione è perfetta per visitare la città e il centro, specialmente per chi si muove in treno come noi. La stanza era pulita e spaziosa, così come il bagno. Self check in chiaro e facile da fare. La colazione era già disponibile la mattina presto quando siamo venuti via. Host Selene gentilissima.
Purtroppo il corso su cui si affacciava la nostra stanza era rumorosissimo fino a tarda notte. Inoltre abbiamo patito molto il caldo, senza aria condizionata.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Check in autonomo molto comodo e semplice, la struttura é pulita e si presenta bene, i bagni sono puliti e dalla finestra si gode di una bella vista
L’assenza di aria condizionata, che di per sé non sarebbe per forza un problema, viene aggravata da una strada sottostante estremamente trafficata giá dalle prime ore della mattina, tanto che ci siamo svegliati prima delle 7 a causa del traffico (2 ore prima della sveglia programmata). I ventilatori forniti purtroppo sono di scarsissima qualità e non sono in grado di dare grande sollievo. Consiglierei di dotare le camere, nel caso in cui l’aria condizionata non fosse un’opzione, di almeno dei ventilatori di ottima qualità (Rowenta ad esempio). In generale é molto difficile pensare di soggiornare in estate in questa struttura, che in stagione fredda sarebbe stata perfettamente a posto.

It’s a bit far from the city center! (20 minutes by bus) Also since the house is located right next to the road, it’s important to keep in mind that it can be very noisy, especially at night because of passing cars. Therefore, this place is probably not suitable for light sleepers. The soundproofing is also quite poor, and you can hear pretty much everything the other guests are doing. There are many rooms, so it can feel a bit like hostel. The breakfast is very simple, but for one night, if you're looking to save money, this place is a reasonable option.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026La struttura è comoda da raggiungere, in quanto dista pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Genova Brignole. La camera in cui abbiamo pernottato era spaziosa e confortevole. Il bagno (nonostante fosse in comune) era pulito. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo a mio avviso è molto buono.
Le camere sono situate al quinto piano dell'edificio. Vi è un ascensore che arriva a tutti i piani ma, purtroppo, in più di un'occasione non è stato possibile utilizzarlo in quanto altri ospiti (nonostante le raccomandazioni dei proprietari) lasciavano la porta interna aperta anziché chiuderla. La colazione è stata molto basica ed essendo presente l'acqua è il bollitore per preparare il tè .sono rimasto sorpreso che nell'area comune non ci fossero bustine.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Sie hat mir die Frühstückszeiten gesagt, zwischen 7 und 9. Niemand war aber da vom Personal. Ich habe nicht gewusst, dass das Frühstück selbstbeduenung war. Check-out müsste 8h - 10h sein. Ich wollte um 8.30 gehen, dann war aber niemand da. Wo ich sie per whatsApp kontaktiert habe, hat sie gesagt, dass sie nicht gewusst hat wann ich gehe. Sie würde einfach um 10h kommen. Ich müsste die Sclüssel auf den Tisch legen und einfach gehe. Das ist mir verantwortungslos vorgekommen. Und das WC war nicht sauber

On arrive dans un appartement aménagé en différentes chambres individuelles, deux salles de bain très propres dans le couloir et une salle de petit-déjeuner pour le matin. L’emplacement proche d’une gare de Gênes est parfait pour se déplacer dans la ville et dans la région ! Accueil arrangeant pour l’heure d’arrivée :)
Il ne faut pas s’attendre à être accueilli chez quelqu’un, c’est plutôt ambiance hôtel ! La qualité du petit-déjeuner est limitée - aucun produit frais mais ça fait l’affaire, avec notamment du bon café.

Przyjazna Pani Gospodarz, która specjalnie dla nas udostępniła Aneks kuchenny przed godz. 6 rano. Pyszna kawa z expresu kapsułkowego Dolce Gusto. Mleko i woda w lodówce. Dostęp do płatków, maślanych bułeczek, sucharków, ciasteczek, drżemów i Nutelli. Dostępne dwie łazienki, sprzątane codziennie. Dzielnica Brignole dobrze skomunikowana z resztą miasta oraz z lotniskiem. Blisko z apartamentu do Dworca kolejowego oraz do kawiarni, barów i na pizzę. Polecamy i dziękujemy za miły pobyt.
Trafiliśmy na poważną awarię windy, uniemożliwiającej korzystanie. Dla osób wrażliwych na hałas, uciążliwością mogą być odgłosy ambulansów dobiegające z ulicy. My daliśmy radę!

Bem localizada, com ônibus na porta e próximo da estação de trem Brignole, Próximo do centro histórico, da Piazza De Ferrari, do Porto, da via Garibaldi onde estão diversos Palazzi, Brignole (- de 10m), da casa de Cristoforo Colombo). Mercado do outro lado da rua. Recomendo 100%

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026mancavano i piatti per la colazione, le posate e i bicchieri erano di plastica. la colazione era scarsa, tutto confezionato. mancava un asciugamano per il viso e non c'era niente per la doccia, shampoo, sapone..... la padrona di casa è stata gentile e accogliente ma vista solo al check in.... niente da dire sulla pulizia e la posizione, comoda al centro e ai mezzi pubblici.

1,5 - 2 km do Old Town i morza. Może to był mój błąd. Rezerwując przeczytałam, że to jest w centrum Genui. Centrum, czyli życie nocne, bary, restauracje, muzea, itd są minimum 1,5 km od noclegu. Nie spodziewałam się, że to jest aż tak daleko, minimum pół godziny na piechotę.

Good location in close proximity to Genova Brignole metro and train station, as well as local cafés and restaurants. Excellent view of the city.
Located close to a large and noisy intersection, which was partially mitigated by closing the balcony door.

Śniadania bardzo skromne, na słodko. Liczyłam, że będą chociaż owoce, sok do picia. Brakowało mi czajnika w pokoju. Brak dużego ręcznika, były dwa ale dość małe.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026This is the second time that I have stayed at Casa Amedeo. Fantastic host and very helpful. The location for us was fantastic. Very close to Brignole and easily reachable to many places on foot or public transport. I will be staying again in the future.
Nothing to complain about. Shared bathroom although very clean and tidy and known at booking.

Le séjour a été très décevant. À l’arrivée, aucun personnel n’était présent. J’ai dû appeler plusieurs fois pour comprendre qu’il s’agissait d’un check-in sans réception, dont je n’avais reçu aucune information préalable. Le personnel a justifié cette absence en affirmant que je devais arriver à 12h, alors que l’heure d’arrivée officielle est à partir de 14h. En preuve, ils m’ont envoyé la capture d’un message qu’ils m’avaient eux-mêmes adressé le jour de mon arrivée, à 11h09, indiquant cette heure de 12h. Aucun mot d’excuse n’a été présenté. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas à cause d’une erreur dans le mot de passe (une lettre manquante dans la version anglaise), et je n’avais pas d’internet mobile, ce qui a rendu la situation particulièrement compliquée. Le personnel s’est montré très désagréable et m’a adressé plusieurs messages accusateurs, sans aucune empathie. Le petit-déjeuner inclus a été annulé sans avertissement, puis remplacé tard dans la soirée par un petit sac suspendu à la porte, contenant un jus et deux toasts. J’ai été remboursée de 10 euros, mais l’expérience globale a été extrêmement stressante et oppressante.

El agua de las duchas de los baños no tiene presión alguna, las toallas eran muy pequeñas para secarse, y no cuenta con aislamiento acústico por lo que es necesario dormir con tapones
