Excelente ubicación, tiene un bar muy movido abajo.

Había hongos (muchos) en el techo de la habitación y si te toca la cama de arriba no es nada agradable. El baño no tiene ventilación por lo que también estaba lleno de hongos y olor a humedad. No hay respeto por quienes están durmiendo por parte del personal de limpieza, entran a cualquier hora previo al check-out. Es entendible que es su trabajo pero podrían ingresar sin hacer ruido y con discreción o en un horario posterior al check-out. También durante mi estadía, yo me encontraba en una habitación de solo mujeres, tres hombres ingresaron en la habitación a hablar sobre las instalaciones sin tocar la puerta y chequear si había gente dentro mientras hablaban a todo volumen sin tampoco corroborar si había alguien durmiendo. Completa falta de respeto. Cuando me quejé con el personal no tenían ni idea de quienes eran. Esto demuestra también que cualquiera tiene el código de ingreso y que la seguridad es nula.

La ubicación es excelente y las instalaciones están bien. Hay restaurante y animación nocturna.

El desayuno tiene que ser tipo buffet porque sino se queda corto. Y el ruido de la noche es inaguantable y más si por el calor hay que dejar la ventana abierta.

La ubicación

Very clean and modern hostel in the centre of the city. Beds are comfy and with curtains. Chargers and light for every bed. Public shower and toilet - only for your room.

Not so comfortable shower - there is no table or shelves for your things. At all! Sometimes codes on doors didn’t work.

Karaoke bis 03:00 Uhr morgens, unser Zimmer war direkt über der Bar und an schlafen war absolut nicht zu denken.

El único inconveniente es que el bar hay Karaoke hasta las 2 de la madrugada y gente en la terraza tb hasta altas hiras de la noche impudendo asi el descanso

Este o locație foarte bună și ieftină. Paturile sunt confortabile si camera destul de mare. Personalul a fost amabil desi a înțeles cam greu cum sa mi păstreze același pat când am prelungit șederea; erau paturi libere, s a rezolvat.

Nu este săpun la baie sau gel la duș, aparatele care ar trebui sa aibă lichidele de baie sunt cumva defecte si goale. In cameră nu era suficient de curat pe jos, nu stiu la cat timp fac curățenie. Toaletele sunt acceptabile dar dușurile sunt murdare si cu mucegai. Daca deschizi geamul intra in camera fumul de pe terasa din fata hotelului si zgomotul. Au un sistem cu coduri care e cam enervant: e posibil sa atingi pe alături si sa nu ia corect codul; in felul asta stai pe langa usa pana reușești sa introduci codul corect și sa faci pIpI. Mi ai trimis de la rezervare email - poate sa le dau 9 sau 10 ca i ar ajuta!!! Din păcate sunt deoarte de un scor asa de mare. Curățenia e de doar 6.

Posizione centralissima. L'ostello ha anche un bar in cui fanno musica live, e in cui si può sia mangiare che bere. Se si fa amicizia in ostello, si ha tutto là. L'ostello ha tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno.

A volte finisce il sapone nei bagni. Sarebbe comodo avere qualche appoggio dentro la doccia in cui poggiare shampoo/bagnoschiuma. Andrebbero cambiate più spesso le spugne in cucina. Alcuni oggetti negli spazi comuni sono danneggiati (es. tavolo al secondo piano). Anche i cassetti sotto i letti a volte sono danneggiati.

La ubicación estaba genial, muy cerca de la estación de tren Génova Brignole y a menos de 10 minutos de la Piazza Ferrari. El ambiente era increíble al haber mucha gente joven. La estructura es original y moderna. El personal muy atento y disponible

La posizione è fantastica, in pieno centro a Genova e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Lo staff è giovanile, super cordiale e sempre disponibile. Ho apprezzato tantissimo le aree comuni: la sala d'ingresso vicino alla reception è un ambiente perfetto e tranquillo per rilassarsi, mangiare o lavorare al PC, e la struttura offre anche ottimi servizi come la cucina comune e la palestra. C'è una bellissima atmosfera ed è stato facilissimo fare amicizia con le altre ragazze. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Non ho mai fatto la colazione in struttura durante il mio soggiorno, quindi non posso valutarla.

I bagni e le docce sono esterni alla stanza e, soprattutto nei primi giorni, la pulizia non era impeccabile (è migliorata molto dopo le pulizie approfondite del giovedì). Purtroppo ho notato che i dispenser del sapone nei bagni sono rimasti sempre vuoti per tutto il soggiorno. Inoltre, le camere avrebbero bisogno di un po' di manutenzione generale, in particolare per le pareti e per alcuni armadietti. Consiglierei di controllare più spesso i dispenser del sapone nei bagni per assicurarsi che non manchi mai. Sarebbe utile anche riparare gli armadietti difettosi (il mio era rotto e non si poteva chiudere con il lucchetto, anche se per fortuna le coinquiline sono state gentili) e dare una rinfrescata alle pareti delle camere da letto per rendere l'ambiente ancora più accogliente.

Near the main areas not too far from San Lorenzo or the old port

They provide 2 lockers and both didnt have a latch that would allow for me to use a lock. Luckily i didnt have too many important things but left my backpacks without a lock. I let the receptionist know and they said a tech is there and will fix it. Nothing was fixed during my 2 days.

The location is very good, near the cathedral.

This place has a hygiene problem. There were flies in the kitchen all the time! The bathroom for my room had no ventilation (maybe it was broken) and smelled very bad, a lot of mold (photos). There was also one day when a person from the staff got inside the room while I was still sleeping (maybe 08:30) and flipped the mattres of the top bed of my bunk bed! The guy on the top bed left early and she tought it was for the best to just get it ready… of course I woke up!

L'hostel est en plein centre, au 3eme c'est très calme. Les toilettes et la salle de bain séparée sont un gros plus. Le personnel est très sympathique autant de l'hostel que du bar/restaurant

Al mio arrivo il bagno della camerata era già abbastanza sporco, penso per l'uso che ne era stato fatto dalle inquiline; lo scarico del lavandino era parzialmente ostruito, ma il personale era già a conoscenza del problema e stava provvedendo.

Very friendly. And helpful to English people with poor Italian. Great food and atmosphere. Good laundry facilities. And very easy to access once you find out where it is….

The location was great! Staff was nice.

The room was very dim, there was only a small light lamp and only two outlets. The walls were veery thin so we heard every single word from our neighbours. We also got a room right above the restaurant so it was loud from there too.

年齢制限の宿が多いｼﾞｪﾉｳﾞｧで61歳の私でも快く泊めてくれたことに感謝。ﾌﾛﾝﾄのおじさんが親切で、ﾄﾞﾐﾄﾘｰの部屋をｱｯﾌﾟｸﾞﾚｰﾄﾞして１人で使わせてくれたり、頼めばｸｰﾗｰも入れてくれた(6月末の熱波のﾖｰﾛｯﾊﾟではとても有難かった)。ｷｯﾁﾝも広々として充実していた。

鉄道駅&ﾊﾞｽﾀｰﾐﾅﾙから2kmの距離を猛暑の中歩くのはちょっと辛かった(季節が良かったら楽しい散歩だったのだろうが)。お値段はそもそもｼﾞｪﾉｳﾞｧ自体がﾌｨﾚﾝﾂｪやｳﾞｪﾈﾂｨｱのような安宿が少ないので...

La literie et l'emplacement de l'hostel.

La froideur du personnel, personnel pas chaleureux, il n'y a aucune animation à l'hostel, pas d'ambiance, et personne ne dit bonjour. Je ne recommande pas cet hostel. Les photos de Booking ne sont absolument pas représentatives de l'ambiance de l'hostel.

Location. Staff. Rooms are big and a lot of lockers. AC working properly. Rooms with nice an cozy lights and curtains.

The kitchen. Full of flies even inside the fridge. Just a few pans and things to cook. No cups. The tap of the sink was hanging... Looks like someone put a lot of attention to set up the hostel but nobody is managing the maintenance. A lot of things broken or spoiled. They were not cleaning the room properly. Some things were broken inside the rooms too.

Hostel was in a great location and had a nice bar and restaurant vibe. And after a long few weeks travelling it was nice to get a towel.

L’emplacement et le prix étaient ok.

La propreté laissait à désirer. Il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche. Les prix du bars étaient exorbitants pour un hostel.

Konumu oldukça merkeziydi. Yataklardaki perdeler yeterli mahremiyet sağlıyor ve kaldığım odanın kendi banyosunun olması da oldukça rahattı. İlk hostel deneyimim için çok iyi bir seçim olduğunu düşünüyorum. Diğer misafirlerle tanışmak ve sosyalleşmek için de çok fazla olanak sağlanmış.

L’emplacement, l’ambiance, l’accueil et les conseils dal réceptionniste à mon arrivée. C’était une personne très professionnel.

Jako přednost bych určitě uvedl lokaci, kousek od třídy XX Settembre, dále jeho cenu a personál, který se snažil dávat i různé tipy na výlety, čemu dát přednost a čemu se vyhnout. Také okamžitě řešil problémy, když nastaly (v mém případě např. když v mé skříňce ještě po předchozím hostovi zůstal zámek). Příjemná byla též obsluha na baru.

Bohužel hostel evidentně má svá nejlepší léta za sebou. Na chodbě byla některá místa, kde byla viditelná i cítitelná větší vlhkost, a obecně byl problém s odvětráváním (ať už z kuchyně nebo pokojů). V uzavřené koupelně se zničehonic uvolnila ve sprchovém koutě zástěna, která poté již nešla dát zpět. Klimatizace byla zapnutá 24h denně na určitou teplotu a nebylo možné ji vypnout. Nemůžu také říci, že bych byl spokojen se snídani - za 5 EUR jsem dostal velmi malý kousek foccacii, kávu a velmi sladký džus z lahve. Ovšem největší problém během mého pobytu bylo, ačkoli to nepíšu s klidným srdcem, že v našem pokoji byl evidentně dlouhodobě ubytován postarší invalidní host. Ten první noc odmítal zhasnout světlo ve své posteli, takže šlo jen těžko spát, a i jinak s ohledem na jeho zdravotní problémy (musel nosit pleny) to nebyl moc příjemný zážitek. Ačkoli chápu, že ho majitelé nechtějí odmítnout, skrze jeho těžkou situaci, stále se jedná o hostel a tak nevím, zdali by v něm měli být ubytováni hosti, kteří evidentně turisté nejsou.

Camera e bagno puliti, posizione ottima a metà tra la stazione e il centro storico, posto sicuro anche per viaggiare da soli.

Puzza e muffa nei corridoi, abbastanza forte, per stare una notte ok, ma di più è difficile!
