Las instalaciones dentro del Riad son bonitas y es cerca a una calle principal por lo que no hay que caminar tanto entre calles estrechas

Atención mínima por parte del personal, tardanza en responder, camas y toallas sucias, no dan agua ni té como en otros Riads, desayuno com pocas opciones. No hicieron al siguiente día de estancia. El agua de la ducha se sale del baño y se va hacia la habitación.

La piscine et l’esthétique du Riad.

La sécurité du Riad. Les escaliers sont dangereux. La propreté laisse à désirer. Le personnel n’est pas très présent pour nous. Le petit déjeuner est décevant et répétitif. C’est très dommage.

La habitación era para 4 personas y era un dúplex con baño completo y un aseo.

El baño principal la ducha no tenia margen delimitada en el suelo y todo el baño se mojaba cuando te duchabas. También encontramos alguna cucaracha. El desayuno poco variado.

Riad accogliente , staff gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta; ci hanno fatto il favore di tenere i bagagli dopo aver effettuato il check-out.

Absolutely immaculate. Such a pretty, relaxing space. Comfortable beds. Staff go above and beyond to make you welcome. Breakfast on the terrace was stunning. We wanted to stay longer and will definitely be back.

The only good thing was the property being very central and easily accessible.

Definitely wrong advertisement. It looks super clean and luxurious from the photos and that’s honestly what we fell for as well but the place was filthy. The sheets and furniture were not clean at all. We had to buy new bed sheets for ourselves to be able to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this Riad. The conditions were excellent, the place was peaceful and quiet, and the hospitality was truly warm and welcoming. Everything was well taken care of, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The only small suggestion would be to have some fresh fruit included at breakfast—it would make an already lovely breakfast even better. A special thanks to Abdelghaffar, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always there to assist us with everything we needed. His hospitality really made a difference and made us feel very welcome.

Tutto molto bello: camera, piscina e terrazza stupendi! Colazione inclusa molto buona. Riad con ottima qualità/prezzo! Anche lo staff è stato super accogliente: Abdelghaffar e Abdorazak sono stati gentilissimi e simpatici, grazie di tutto :)

The en-suite and rooftop was extremely beautiful! Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and sunsets on the rooftop.

The only thing I have a slight issue with was the water pressure. It would either be really strong and “spit” at you or be very weak. Other than this, it was great.

Bouteille d'eau dans la chambre serait un plus, et des fruits au petit-déjeuner Un peu plus de choix de thé dans la chambre aussi (1 sachet à disposition c'est un peu juste)

Well kept and comfortable.

Breakfast was awful and did not have much beside bread and coffee. They did not let us use the pool.

Estaba dentro de la Medina, y del zoco, el personal muy agradable y atento, resolvieron todas nuestras dudas ya que era un país nuevo para nosotros, el Riad muy bonito y tranquilo

Accès pratique, proximité des souks, piscine.

Rien de grave mais le coffre-fort n’était pas utilisable. Nous l’avons signalé mais n’avons pas eu de retour du personnel.

Posizione, prezzo, colazione, Riad con piscina

Pulizia non profonda, inoltre avevamo chiesto al personale se potevamo lasciare nell’alloggio i nostri bagagli durante il tour nel deserto. Inizialmente ci era stato risposto in maniera positiva, tanto che avevamo deciso di tornare nello stesso Riad dopo la trasferta, poi la cosa é stata ritrattata quindi ci siamo trovati a dover portare con noi tutte le valigie. Infine per quanto riguarda la colazione, tutto molto buono, unica pecca, quando a servircela veniva la stessa persona del malinteso con i bagagli ci faceva scegliere tra té o caffè, quando invece il resto dello staff ci dava tranquillamente entrambe le cose. Ultima cosa: conviene pagare un taxista esterno piuttosto che affidarsi al personale del Riad che vi offrirà lo stesso servizio con un sovrapprezzo di oltre 50dhs.

Chambre avec quelques défauts notamment au niveau de la salle de bain et des robinetteries, des équipements et des meubles en assez mauvais état malheureusement car le lieu a beaucoup de charme

Stusselig frokost, vi hadde betalt for full frokost. Den ene dagen fikk vi egg, kake og juice, men ikke syltetøy. Neste dag fikk vi syltetøy, men ikke egge, kake og juice. Kunne godt ha spandert på seg nye håndklær på rommene.

J’ai adoré la tranquillité de l’établissement malgré quelques soucis avec des touristes à l’intérieur (hurler et parler fort jusqu’à minuit passé), le personnel était adorable et très serviable, piscine assez petite mais parfaite pour se poser et se rafraîchir.

Je regrette que le petit déjeuné soit un peu léger, la wifi passe difficilement dans la chambre que j’avais dû aux mur épais (gros plus pour l’isolation tout de même)

Très bonne expérience ! Le personnel était vraiment adorable, en particulier le monsieur qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée, très sympathique, ainsi que celui présent lors de notre départ, qui a même pris le temps de nous trouver un taxi de confiance. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Smuk Riad og flot indrettet værelser. God beliggenhed i gåafstand til det meste. Venligt og hjælpsom personale.

Kunne være lækkert med liggestole ved poolen og på tagterrassen, så man kunne slappe af udendørs mellem seværdigheder og eventyr.

Hôtel calme, très beau et qui garde bien le frais même en cas de fortes chaleurs grâce aux murs en pierre. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable. Nous avons dormi à 3 dans la chambre quadruple (duplex), c’était parfait. Bien placé à l’entrée du souk, nous avons fait tout le centre ville à pieds (y compris le Jardin Secret qui est très proche de l’hôtel).

Pour les très gros mangeurs le petit déjeuner sera peut-être un peu léger, mais pour des mangeurs normaux c’est suffisant et très bon.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad Manzal. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully managed. Omar and his colleague Naoufel were extremely kind, helpful, and made the experience even more special. I truly appreciated their hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place and give it a 10/10.

The architecture and design of this riad are beyond beautiful, very esthetic. All the staff we met were nice and kind. The location is spectacular. As we are a family of three, we were given a quadruple room, which is quite spatious, but half of the beds are on the gallery, steps are very steep and both bathrooms are on the ground floor, which made the gallery unusable, as we didn’t want to risk any of us falling down the stairs. I believe the same would be for the elderly and people with limited mobility.

There is some room for improvement when it comes to towels and linen - cleanliness wise.

The location is convenient and the staff is kind, warm and friendly.

We were quite disappointed in what the riad actually offers and this is after conversations with multiple friends who lived in similar riads in the same area at the same budget level. We had booked the large room with breakfast. 1. They don't offer daily housekeeping. We stayed for 8 nights and had to ask everytime we wanted the room cleaned. "Cleaned" also means they only replace the bathroom towels and empty the dustbins. They made the bed maybe 1-2 times throughout the entire stay. There was no vacuuming, cleaning the toilet and we didn't even have our face napkins or drinking water in the room replaced. Only our bath towels were replaced and dustbin was emptied. Weird that they don't have a standard system in place for the bare minimum, especially for someone who has booked 8 nights! We asked for cleaning maybe once in 3 days and on one of those days, we had to remind them 3-4 times. It was a chore! 2. The breakfast is underwhelming to say the least. When you select an option "with breakfast", you expect atleast a few options to choose from. We were served Moroccan pancakes with honey and jam for 8 days straight. Not even water. There was an additional 50 dh charge if we wanted eggs, orange juice and water. That is not expensive, but it's also not transparent. We had friends who paid around the same range, even less than us and were served eggs, orange juice, water, pancakes and fruit. The day we did pay for breakfast, we asked for an extra glass of orange juice and were told it was over. 3. The restaurant is always full of flies and cats. Understand there may not be a permanent solution to this but it's literally impossible to finish a meal without having to constantly swat away the bees and flies or shoo away the cat that keeps poking it's way onto the table / couch. 4. The pool is tiny and spotted some tiny things floating in it so we didn't jump in!

Rustige stille plek.

To start with positives, Omar was a great host. Gave me a warm welcome, had a good conversation with him and always greeted with a smile and kindness. Special mention to Soufiane who was a real gent, we had a nice chat on the terrace one evening - staff here are wonderful! The riad has a calming energy providing a respite from the chaos of medina/souks.Designed beautifully from the entrance and common areas. Huge bed and big fluffy towels! Handwash, shower gel and shampoo is provided. The location is perfect being just on the edge of the souk without being too far in and everything still on your doorstep. Taxi area is just a 2 minute walk away.

The room I was in (double room 16sqm) was not so nice. I booked last minute and took the only room that was left, I believe this is the worst room they offer as the other rooms look to be much better and bigger. The room felt rough around the edges and a bit grotty in areas. The glass enclosed bathroom area isn’t user friendly - the toilet is in a glass box with barely any space to move. The shower pressure is low (but sufficient) and cubicle lets water out into the room with no shower mat provided to help soak up the water. Fixtures around the room and bathroom are showing significant signs of wear. The upholstered furniture is all white and showing lots of staining. Breakfast is provided but leaves a lot to be desired. It’s really not great so don’t expect much. Maybe better to eat out if breakfast is important to you Unfortunately I was spoilt by my previous Riad where large bottles of water, tea, juice and biscuits were offered multiple times throughout the day without extra charge but in Manzal even a small bottle of water is charged for. At the very least there should be one bottle a day complimentary especially in the hotter months. There’s plenty of convenience shops around the corner where you can get large water for 7MAD. WiFi was shockingly bad in the room and just unusable. Patchy coverage in other areas of the Riad too. I didn’t see any other reviews mention bad WiFi so I’m unsure if it just an issue I experienced.

We were greeted by Naoufl who took care of us from the second we walked in to the second we left. The staff were great, the location was perfect, and the riad itself was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each morning.

Hemos pasado seis noches en Riad Manzal en familia (dos adultos, un niño de 6 años y un bebé) y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Las habitaciones eran muy amplias, todo estaba impecablemente limpio y el riad era muy tranquilo; descansábamos perfectamente porque no se escuchaban ruidos. Además, la ubicación es excelente, en plena Medina, lo que hace muy fácil moverse y disfrutar de Marrakech. Queremos agradecer especialmente al personal por su atención y amabilidad durante toda la estancia. Omar estuvo siempre pendiente de ayudarnos en todo, y una mención muy especial para Adnane, que fue increíblemente atento, cariñoso y respetuoso con nuestros hijos. Gracias a personas como él, nos sentimos como en casa. El desayuno era fantástico, muy completo y delicioso cada mañana. También nos ayudaron absolutamente con todo: nos organizaron los traslados, las excursiones al desierto y al Atlas, y facilitaron muchísimo toda la logística del viaje. Además, trabajan con un chófer que te recoge muy cerca del riad, hasta donde pueden acceder los coches dentro de la Medina, algo muy práctico. Sin duda, recomendamos Riad Manzal a cualquier familia que visite Marrakech. Nosotros volveremos encantados!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The riad was incredibly clean, and from the moment we arrived, Mr. Naoufal made us feel so welcome. He personally picked us up at the main entrance so we wouldn't get lost, helped us with our luggage, and truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, beautifully presented, served hot, and absolutely delicious. Mr. Naoufal even asked us in advance what time we would like breakfast . The riad itself felt like a little palace, and I truly felt like a princess during my stay. There was also an adorable cat who was clearly very well cared for and added even more charm to the experience. For the first time in a long time, I genuinely felt that every dollar spent on accommodation was worth it. Thank you again, Mr. Naoufal, for your kindness, hospitality, and for making our stay so memorable you are a true gem . I would happily return and highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Furniture was not new, meaning ripped. The pictures are more glamorous than the actual place when go arrive.

It took a LONG time to find it. No signs anywhere to tell you where to go. GPS couldn’t find it either!

Heerlijk verblijf op steenworp van de souk. Je kan je heeerlijk terug trekken uit de chaos. Kamers waren nieuw, schoon en erg comfortabel. Adnane en Omar, bedankt voor jullie goeie zorgen! Elke dag weer blij gemaakt met een heerlijk ontbijtje en mooie gesprekken. Ze nemen de tijd om de gasten echt te leren kennen en ze tips te geven die bij de gasten passen. Al bij al, het was heerlijk!

Bij vragen konden we 24 uur per dag terecht bij de receptie. Het personeel was heel erg gastvrij. Omar heeft ons heel goed geholpen!

Petite odeur dans les chambres mais vite résolue avec une serviette pour boucher l’évacuation. Rien d’inhabituel, c’est très souvent le cas dans les Riad à Marrakech.

The location of this Riad is just exceptional. You are in the middle of the old town and within minutes at the souks. The breakfast is served on the terrace and was amazing. The riad is calm and clean, the bed was comfortable and we loved our room. The staff was helpful and forthcoming. Everything was wonderful!!!!

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación, está en una buena zona y muy cerca te puede dejar el taxi por ejemplo. No está metido muy dentro y está bien. Los empleados son muy amables y está muy nuevo y limpio todo. La habitación familiar está genial.

Lo único que hay dos baños en la habitación familiar y uno no tiene espejo en el lavabo. Las escaleras para subir las dos camas de arriba son muy enpinadas, si eres de los de levantarse de noche… jodido. Tienen un taxi driver en el hotel y quisimos cogerlo para un trayecto del hotel a la estación de buses y no le vino bien… asique lo hice por mi cuenta.

I didn’t get to eat breakfast unfortunately, because we had to leave the riad pretty early to catch the flight. But the riad was so peaceful, quiet, comfortable and authentic! Customer service was amazing, thank you Omar for your hospitality and a wonderful experience. He was patient, thorough, polite, answered all our questions and tried his best to accommodate all our needs. We will definitely be back!

Literie un peu trop ferme à notre goût, nous aurions apprécié une bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée. Un sèche cheveux serait un plus dans la chambre .

Beaucoup de difficultés à joindre le Riad. Parti tôt nous n'avons pas pu avoir un petit déjeuner ou même un café avant de partir alors que celui-ci était compris dans le prix....dommage

Personalen var fantastisk, hjälpte oss massor och var väldigt trevliga. Frukosten var god på en fin takterass med msemen, bröd, pannkakor, omelett.
