This time no much,SECURITY ISSUE!

SECURITY ISSUE! 1) My speakers JBL,vanish after toillet.I spoke every day (4)with reception security(?) man,to talk to the Manager to check security cameras.Even left my Movi number+81xxxx. No a single call! 2) I arrive after midnight, no drinks!? A guest has his music very loud!.even I can listen from the door.I went downstairs,to talk to the man,He didn't gave a dahm thing about the time! After midnight.He fallow me trough the stairs,and assault me,I'm 73 years old.The security/ reception man, didn't said a word! No intend to act.He ignore! Absolutely,more worry for His bed to sleep.Day time I complain,again the reception - security..Ignore,no body was evicted from the premise.Again ask for the Manager to call me,to complain.nothingno answer.Has the message past through? JBL Usa$150. That's was the reason? NO SECURITY AT ALL .ITS an ALERT FOR PASSENGER,IS COMING LOCAL HOSTEL!. I stay in this hostel 7 times at least! Jim

Voor een goede prijs heb je een heerlijk ruim bed. Er is veel privacy.

Het hostel heeft weinig sociale ruimtes. Tijdens mijn korte verblijf heb ik niet veel andere backpackers gesproken.

Goede locatie, fijne bedden en temperatuur is goed.

Hele kleine kamers waar je je tas nauwelijks kwijt kan en je moet veel trappen op naar boven. Badkamer is gelukkig wel naast de kamer. (Ik zat in vrouwen kamer)

Cheap and cheerful, great air con in the rooms location was perfect and the curtains meant you had your own space. Free water and luggage storage

Not clean, found lots of hairs on the bed when I checked in. No soap or anything in the bathrooms, terrible water pressure and nothing felt clean. Water wasn’t chilled which would have been nicer. Nothing wrong for a cheap hostel as long as you aren’t too bothered about cleanliness.

Everything was really good considering the price, probably one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam! And very nice staff

Bathrooms

Très bien, deux oreillers offerts et un panier avec des essentiels de douche très pratique. Lit confortable, bonne climatisation. Lumière de lecture et tablette intégré au mur dans la capsule. Espace commun avec cuisine et frigo à disposition. Bien localisé, près de tout, marche agréable jusqu’au café appartement.

Le rideau une fois fermé ne laisse pas passer l’air donc on suffoque un peu la nuit. Il faut le laisser entre ouvert et on perd l’intimité puisqu’on nous voit dormir.

La ubicación es perfecta. Hay cafés tradicionales y económicos además de carritos muy populares y recomendados de comida en el mismo pasaje. El personal fue muy atento. Yo sabía que había que subir varias escaleras para llegar al dormitorio por lo que no lo considero como algo negativo.

La limpieza en los baños era insuficiente para la cantidad de personas con las que se compartía. Mucha humedad, y pasajeras ruidosas en la habitación que además dejaban el baño bastante sucio. En cualquier caso el comportamiento de los huéspedes no tiene que ver con el trabajo del personal en si, pero podrían ser un poco más estrictos con las reglas. El aire acondicionado funciona para la habitación pero dentro de los módulos para dormir no se siente para nada. Tuve muchísimo calor dentro.

L’upper bed più pericoloso di sempre. Stra verticale e troppo spesso per afferrarlo con la mano. Dormitorio al 5 piano senza ascensore No colazione inclusa. Un solo water per sei (con dentro anche la doccia, perciò se ti scappa e hai una persona dentro aspetta e spera) E in Vietnam ho pagato la metà ostelli il doppio più confortevoli.

Place was quiet, clean, and staff was very friendly. Some English is spoken, but mostly Vietnamese. It was in an alley off the main road, so very quiet. Close to many coffee shops and a small grocery. There is a deep locker under the bed that will fit many backpacks except for the very big. No elevator. They will help you carry your luggage up. Shelf, plugs, and light in bed with shades for privacy. While I was there, it was not a social place, although there is a shared kitchen on ground floor and terrace on the top floor.

On the top floor where I was, there is only 1 toilet and 2 separate showers. If the toilet was busy, the only other toilet was on the ground floor - 5 flights down.

Très bonne localisation et la chambre était propre !

DO NOT STAY HERE. We did not feel comfortable staying at this hostel because the owner displayed extremely rude and aggressive behaviour to us by shouting at us for wanting to view the room before paying the full amount of myself and two friends, for all three nights of our stay. The owner wanted us to also pay in cash, refusing card payment. The request seemed bizarre and out of fear of being scammed once we handed over our money, we asked to simply see the room before paying to ensure that photos matched what was shown online, but he declined our request and began shouting at us. This was very sketchy, very dodgy behaviour... and thank goodness we did not stay because we found cockroaches in the main floor washroom when one of us went to use the facilities while we waited to be helped. DO NOT STAY HERE, THIS LISTING SHOULD BE REMOVED AND BLACKLISTED.

Nice staff, beds were comfy, towels provided and nice aircon.

Le dortoir était au 5eme sans ascenseur et la salle de bain était pas trop propre Pas d’espace pour les valises dans le dortoir

Eine Dusche und ein WC für 8 Betten. Zimmer sind viel zu eng. Wäscheservice schlecht, ich habe die Sachen zerknittert zurückbekommen und nicht gefalten. Daher sahen zB die Leinenhosen wirklich furchtbar aus und teilweise war die Kleidung auch feucht.

L'emplacement était idéal, proche du centre mais dans une petite rue au calme.

Toilette et douche dans la même pièce, cela créée du temps d'attente.

-Unser 6er Damen Zimmer war ganz oben im 5 Stock etwas anstrengend -gibt ein Bad im 1 und im 5 Stock mehr nicht und die Badezimmer haben wenig Ausstattung also keine Aufhänger wo man Sachen dran hängen kann

Worst hostel experience in Vietnam. Even with a valid visa till 12 January and a confirmed return flight on 12 January, the hostel refused my check-in on 11 January. They said my visa would expire the next day, which makes no sense because I was leaving the country within visa validity. Poor understanding of visa rules and very bad treatment of guests. Not recommended.

Beim Check -in gab es Probleme, das Bett im Frauenschlafsaal war doppelt gebucht. Sie haben mich dan in ein anderes Amango Hostel gebracht das nur 200m weiter entfernt war. Das Personal konnte leider nicht gut englisch, wodurch man nur spärlich Informationen bekommen hat. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Dafür war es sehr ruhig im Schalfsaal. Die Unterkunft war sauber.

Comfy bed and clean room.

No space to walk, very very small room, bad aircon and no elevator.

Pretty much nothing. The only thing I enjoyed was the female room at the 5th floor and I could make some sports climbing stairs. The welcome bag is a useless thing- containing towel, toothbrush and a comb, but most of the travellers have already their own.

My lock was damaged since my check in and I informed first the staff, later in the evening I sent a WhatsApp message to the manager. Since she didn’t reply I made a video call and showed the problem. They charge deposit fee at the check in and I didn’t want to be charged with it.Next day I had booked a day trip, I was forced to take all my valuables with me since I didn’t have a place to store safely my passports, cards. After 2 days nothing happened, they were not bothered to repair the locker. I checked out and they didn’t refund the 2 night stay, although I checked out because of their mistake. Staff foreign language is ZERO There wasn’t soap in the reception area toilet, when I asked for it I had to wait at least 15 minutes and I got one from another toilet. Female dorm was on the 5th floor,

Estaba bien ubicado, las camas estaban limpias, sábanas blancas, almohadas blancas sin ninguna mancha, lo mismo el colchón.

Claramente las fotos no representan la realidad de este hostal, mi lockers y otros más no funcionan, están rotos y prometen arreglarlo pero en mis 5 días no sucedió, tuve la suerte de viajar con mi novio y logré guardar mis cosas en su casillero. Ademas, ¿Por que nadie habla de que solo tiene 3 inodoros y 3 duchas para todo el hostal!? A cierta hora del día ya nisiquiera tienen papel higiénico y el baño esta lleno de objetos que los viajeros anteriores van dejando y nadie los bota (cepillos dentales incluso) Me decepcionó un montón el hostal, tenía buenas reviews y era económico pero lamentablemente me arrepentí de quedarme ahí, luego descubrí que por un precio similar habían lugares mejores.

El único pero es que no hay ascensor. Todo lo demás es maravilloso.

Cleanliness

The dorm dont have evalator, so its disadvantage, except that all is good

Central location made walking to major tourist spots and food easily accessible. Rooms had ac! They were kept cleaner and nicer smelling with a shoes off in the room rule but this could be dependent on the other guests. Hostel itself was overall clean enough. Relatively hard bed was supportive and each pod had charging sockets and roller blinds. Toiletry bag and towel included with stay. The key given gives access to a locker under the beds but larger packs and suitcases would have to be stored outside of the room or on ground floor.

- Difficult to find and didn't look entirely like the photos. The room was only just ready a little after 2pm despite us waiting from 1.20pm for the 2pm check in. Found out we were given an 8 bed instead of the 6 bed booked when being shown the room after the paperwork. - No cover on duvet, found a few small hairs on the bed. - Main toilet outside smelt like there was a blocked drain and the other smelt a lot like rust. Bring own toiletries. - We stayed on Friday, so could hear bass and music quite well (downside of being close to the walking street). The pods aren't completely enclosed so if your neighbour has the light on it won't be dark in your pod. Second pod was against the bathroom wall and there was nothing blocking the bathroom light from entering the pod. Could also feel and hear the shower. - Wasn't sure if the $100,000 deposit was for the towel or the keys, but it felt mandatory rather than optional at check in to take both and give the deposit. 2.5% card fee charged on the total cost, and deposit could only be given back in cash.

The staff made a lot of effort to accommodate existing guests, despite last-minute requests for extensions, alongside copious new bookings being made in the course of them running the business.

The down side was the five flights of stairs. Why oh why they decided on a Female dorm on the top floor I'll never know. I had to give only a 7 for this; every decision during this stay was centered around how many times you'd have to go up and down the stairs. Too bad if you forgot something! Shopping was culled to a bare minimum, because of lugging bags upstairs. And I didn't feel comfortable leaving luggage on the ground floor.

Everything the vibes location and I meet a lot of solo travelers there so of u traveling solo this ur destination And the stuff so kind and friendly and they clean the shower and bathrooms twice a days so always clean

The cleaning staff left the stairs really wet and dangerous, I saw people slipping.

Buono ostello , pulito e accogliente , un po’ rumoroso in quanto non vengono rispettati gli orari dopo le 22/00 che dovrebbe vigere il silenzio

I liked the fact that is was a pod bed concept with curtain, so it felt like you had your little room. The bathroom was being cleaned everyday and you have a towel and toothbrush kit

The staff is not really collaborating in willing to help when asking information and a lot of times no one is there. Consider that I did not find it particularly a social hostel, but there is a table area where you can chill and work

בהוסטל הזה יש שתי מיקומים ש5 דקות אחד מהשני ברגל וכאשר הגעתי ראיתי שהחדר בנות בקומה 6 ואני עם פחד גבהים לכן העבירו אותי להוסטל השני ובו החדר בנות היה בקומה 3. התישו המדרגות לא אשקר וגם במקלחת המים לפעמים עברו ולפעמים לא עבדו.

La cama era cómoda y el hostal quedaba en un buen lugar súper central.

Me habría gustado saber que la habitación quedaba casi en el piso 7, tuve que dejar mi maleta abajo en recepción. Los baños no estaban del todo limpios.

En comiaracion con otro que estuve en Saigon mil veces mejor. La cama con sus espacios y black out estan myy bien, el espacio comun abajo con la cocina hay agua filtrada y cafe c la maniana

Que era 5yo piso, y podrian poner un sexador para el piso en el banio para luego de la ducha

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, I like that there are carpets in the room and the shower has nice hot water.
