Casa de banho grande! Hassam recebeu nos muito bem! No dia da saída preparou comida para levar (bolo e sumo de laranja e fruta). Utilizamos o serviço de transfer o que foi ótimo porque o voo atrasou muito e tivemos problemas na fronteira!

Ponto de melhoria fruta ao pequeno almoço!

Hassan lo hace muy fácil y cómodo. Se pudo adaptar a nuestros horarios con el café, siempre puntual. La energía del lugar es espectacular. La cama comodísima. Dormimos muy bien. Arriba tiene una terraza muy agradable y nos subíamos el desayuno allí.

Estuvimos en la habitación verde, que tiene ventana hacia el exterior y una de las noches hubo un hombre cantando durante horas (pero obviamente esto no es responsabilidad del alojamiento)

Struttura centrale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Jeema El-fna. Hassan è stato disponibilissimo e sempre presente; colazione abbondante e deliziosa all’interno del riad; stanza comoda, moto pulita e con un bagno spazioso.

Had a great stay at this riad. The location was great, very walkable and close to everything we wanted to see. Our host (Hassan) was incredibly helpful, always available and easily reachable, and answered all our questions quickly.

Riad estupendo en pleno corazón de la medina. Hassan proporciona un trato excelente, Tiene una agradable terraza en la azotea. Desayuno muy bueno.

Cuesta un poco encontrarlo, remetido en una callejuela, pero nada insalvable.

Amazing location, Comfortable rooms and the wonderful Hassan

La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todo y al mismo tiempo tranquilidad, ya que se encuentra en un callejón. El wifi iba muy bien. El desayuno muy bueno. La habitación era cómoda y el baño muy grande. Equipada con todo lo necesario. El propietario muy amable.

El resto de huéspedes hacían mucho ruido al llegar, pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento.

Hassan è stato davvero molto disponibile e gentile con noi. Ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta ed era sempre reperibile e paziente. La colazione era ottima e la ragazza che la preparava tutte le mattine era gentile nonostante non parlasse inglese. Il Riad molto carino e familiare con un bel terrazzo al piano di sopra.

Credo ci fosse un problema allo scarico del bagno, perché ogni tanto emanava un cattivo odore.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Está limpio, la cama es cómoda, en el baño hay champú y gel, y agua caliente con buena presión. Y el desayuno es espectacular. Además, Hassan es muy servicial y facilitador. Para repetir!

La stanza molto piccola, il materasso senza coprimaretasso e così pure i cuscini, mancava un poggia valigia valido, due piccoli armadi a muro, di cui uno con coperte varie e l'altro con appendini dozzinali tutti diversi, troppo piccolo per gli abiti. La soglia, pitturata della finestra del bagno ormai rovinata e l'armadio poggia lavandino da restaurare.Basta veramente poco per renderlo accogliente anche senza i tappeti non proprio puliti, lasciando a vista le bellissime cementine.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse d'Hassan, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité. La chambre était très propre et agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

El trato del personal

La atención de Hassan y de Fátima espectacular. Nos fueron a recoger al aeropuerto y cogimos con ellos la cena de bienvenida y el desayuno todos los días y la verdad que estaba todo muy bueno. Desde el segundo uno nos trataron como ellos bien dice como una familia. Sin duda recomiendo la estancia allí por que no te arrepientes en ningún momento. Como bien le dijimos a Hassan si volvemos a Marrakech volveremos a reservar con ellos. La terraza que tienen arriba es espectacular tanto por las vistas como el lugar. El Riad una vez te haces al lugar esta todo súper cerca, tiene muy buena ubicación.

Hassan y su esposa, los propietarios del Riad, han sido muy hospitalarios, simpáticos y serviciales. Cuando llegamos el primer día nos recibieron con un rico desayuno, y Hassan nos indicó situación y sitios de interés turístico. Nos hacian las camas todos los días, con cambio regular de toallas. La ubicación buena, a unos 8 minutos andando a la plaza de Jemaa el Fna. En definitiva, recomendable!

Great stay! The location is perfect, with all the main sights within walking distance. It's excellent value for money. Hassan is a fantastic host—extremely helpful and kind. Also, the breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Hassan und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Sehr schönes Riad mit Dachterrasse, von der man gar nicht wieder aufstehen möchte. Sehr sauber, gemütliches Zimmer mit Leselampen (das erste Mal nach 2 Wochen Rundreise!).

Das Riad ist beim ersten Mal sehr schwer zu finden, da es in einer verwinkelten Nebengasse liegt. Hassan hat mich von der Rue Azbezt abgeholt, daher kein Problem. Das Badezimmer ist groß, aber einfach und der Duschabfluss riecht streng. Aber es gibt einen Verschluss, daher auch kein Problem ☺️

Très convivial

Das riad war sehr zentral und man war schnell überall. Hassan ist sehr nett und immer bemüht das es einem gut geht. Er fragte regelmäßig ob ich etwas brauche. Als ich früher los musste um einen ausglug zu unternehmen hat er mir sogar früher frühstück gemacht. Auch dir damen im riad waren sehr freundlich und ich habe ein wirklich gutes abendessen an meinem anreisetag bekommen.

Nachts war es etwas kühl. Aber das liegt wohl auch an der jahreszeit.

Wir hatten hier eine sehr tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen - man ist schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber auch etwas abseits vom ganz großen Trubel. Saida hat ein wundervolles Frühstück zubereitet und durch ihre herzliche Art haben wie uns super wohl gefühlt. Hassan war immer schnell zu erreichen und super hilfreich. Vielen Dank für alles!

O riad fica um pouco escondido, mas o hassan foi ter connosco. O anfitrião é simpático e prestável. O pequeno almoço era simples mas bom.

Le riad est bien situé dans la Médina, tout peut se faire à pied ! La terrasse est agréable, le lit confortable et il n'y avait pas de problème de wifi comme mentionné dans d'autres commentaires. Hassan a été très réactif malgré nos demandes parfois tardives (il nous a préparé un petit pique-nique car nous devions partir tôt) et a répondu rapidement à nos demandes de renseignements. Saida est très gentille, nous avons apprécié les échanges que nous avons pu avoir tous les matins. Pour trouver le riad, prenez la ruelle Derb el Maada depuis la rue Azbezt, passez devant le riad astra damus puis 1ère à gauche et encore 1ère à gauche, au bout de la ruelle il y a une porte verte. Le riad Galiya est la porte noire sur la gauche.

Nous avons eu de l'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours puis de l'eau froide.

El trato del personal. Saida y Hassan han sido muy hospitalarios, en todo momento se han preocupado porque no nos faltase de nada. Hemos ido con un niño de 6 años y ha estado como en su casa. Muy familiares.

Posizione eccellente nel cuore della Medina, letto comodo e camera semplice ma dotata del necessario. Menzione speciale alla terrazza con vista molto bella. Accoglienza e disponibilità di Hassan, colazioni ottime di Saida. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Non posso valutare il Riad Galiya, che ho prenotato, perché non ci sono stato. Di ritorno da un'esperienza nel deserto, siamo stati contattati da Hassan, il gestore della struttura, che ci ha comunicato che ci avrebbe incontrato presso la Piazza Centrale per accompagnarci al Riad. Comunicato che eravamo con transfer e saremmo stati indipendenti, abbiamo scoperto che non avremmo soggiornato presso Riad Galiya ma presso Riad Essoussan, altro riad in gestione ad Hassan. La spiegazione è stata un malfunzionamento di Booking, che offre più stanza di quelle effettivamente disponibili presso Riad Galiya. Riad Essoussan presso cui abbiamo alloggiato è sicuramente di livello basso, di gran lunga inferiore a quello che ci aspettavamo per il prezzo pagato. Hassan è comunque stato molto gentile ad accompagnarci a colazione presso un ulteriore terzo Riad, molto bello e con colazione abbondante, e a pagarci il transfer per la stazione dei treni. Comunque sia, non abbiamo potuto alloggiare dove avevamo prenotato.

-Hassan è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci ha preparato anche una colazione a sacco il giorno che dovevamo uscire la mattina presto per un'escursione . -L'alloggio si trova in una buona posizione per visitare tutta la medina ed è abbastanza trafficata come zona. -La struttura era molto pulita e il letto comodo. -La colazione è stata abbondante e ogni giorno Hassan cercava di farci assaggiare qualcosa di diverso - È presenta una terrazza dove la sera si vede il minareto illuminato e dove ci si può rilassare.

- La struttura si trova dentro un vicoletto e non è segnalata quindi si fatica un po' la prima volta a trovarla . -L assenza di un vetro nella doccia fa un po' bagnare il pavimento del bagno, bisogna fare un po' di attenzione.

Está súper bien ubicado, menos de 10 minutos caminando a la plaza central. Hassan estuvo muy pendientes de nosotras en cada momento, es el mejor. El desayuno incluido está genial y es muy abundante, lo prepara el cada mañana.

The riad has an excellent central location and is fully equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is heavenly, and Hassan is an incredibly kind host, so attentive that he even prepared breakfast for us the night before when we went on a day trip.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning, which also provides heating, cannot warm the room sufficiently, so it was cold at night. However, multiple layers of blankets helped. There is also a heater in the bathroom (useful while showering), but if you visit this riad in winter, be sure to bring warm clothes.

El desayuno estaba muy bueno, aunque pedimos que si nos lo podían poner en la terraza, nos dijeron que sí, pero no lo hicieron. La localización, aunque escondida, estaba céntrica.

La cama no era muy cómoda ni la habitación muy luminosa.

Hassan i Hamid, els dos molt atents i servicials les 24 hores del dia. Sempre disposats a ajudar-te en qualsevol qüestió. Ho recomano 💯, Molt bona ubicació, berenar prou bo i molt silenciós a les nits.

Si hagués de posar un emperò seria la wifi és molt molt lenta, no acaba de funcionar del tot, sobretot els horabaixes quan tothom ja és al Riad.

Риад Галия е прекрасно място. Прекарахме 4 дни там. Намира се в центъра на Медината,, на 500 м от площада. Чистотата е на много високо ниво, всеки ден се почистваше стаята и се сменяха кърпите. Закуската беше обилна и вкусна. Най-хубавото нещо беше отношението на Хасан. Погрижи се нищо да не ни липса. Почувствахме се като у дома си. Ще посетим отново със сигурност!

Posizione un po' nascosta,mancanza di indicazione per trovarla e una volta trovata non c e" scritto sulla porta . All inizio un po' mi sono perso, anche se Hassan il gestore sempre super disponibile per ogni evenienza.

We had an amazing 2nights in Riad Galiya, basic rooms with a large comfortable bathroom. The rooftop terrace is magical, great place to relax after the buzzing. The hospitality is 5*, Hassan made our stay very special, he is the heart of this place, always very helpful and an amazing soul. Thank you

Location was good near the souks and 10-min walk to Dar el Bacha. Bed was comfortable and basic necessities available. The housekeeper was kind and helpful.

Host could offer information for and help organize luggage porters to get from the hotel to the taxi or vice versa. Breakfast for vegans limited but available.

El personal fue encantador en todo momento, nos dio indicaciones para tener un buen itinerario estando alli y tambien nos advirtio sobre la conduccion en el zoco asi como nos aconsejo para las compras que hiciesemos. El desayuno siempre estaba en la mesa recien hecho y de trato siempre fue educado y agraable

Lo unico que no me encanto fue el olor a humedad dentro del dormitorio, entiendo que por el aseo. Habia un poco de ruido de la calle, pero esto es por la ubicacion tan centrica, por lo que no lo achacho al Riad

We had a wonderful stay at this charming riad in Marrakech. Perfectly located in the heart of the medina, it offered easy access to all the main attractions while immersing us in the lively, authentic atmosphere of the city. What really made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Hassan was incredible—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond in every way, from arranging seamless airport transfers (even accompanying us early in the morning) to preparing a special early breakfast when we had a day trip scheduled. His kindness and professionalism really stood out and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Only internet speed is a problem

It is cozy with a big bathroom. It is a beautiful riad and gave us an unique stay experience compared to a hotel. The breakfast was freshly made. The host was responsive to reach out when we had questions or looked for the riad location.

We really loved our stay in this Riad. Every detail is really beautiful here. Location is perfect walking distance of the most important sites. The host and the lady who works here are really friendly, helpful and let us feel welcomed. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. They have the best bread and marmalade.

Great location, very clean, great bathrooms and helpful staff.

It is a bit noisy, but it’s in the Medina so that’s to be expected. Only three rooms so not many people around.

The bathroom was very nice and had everything you need, soup, shampoo, etc. The bed was ok too.

The breakfast I think can be improved. All is good quality, the bread specially but quite standard. No eggs or fruits, for example. The room has a bad smell sometimes. Maybe it is coming from the street or just that the ventilation of the toilet is inwards the building so it makes it more difficult. As a host, he was also kind and showed consideration for us. But I felt a bit weird to be charged 5 euros for using the washing machine, honestly. It's kind of overpriced, but it is just the feeling that everyone is trying to only get as much money from you. It is in general in morrocco, and i am ok with that, but usually in the hotels you tend to feel more safe, but I just had the feeling that I needed to also be in alert at "home" as well.

Hassan was an amazing host and very helpful. The room is exactly like the pics and has AC . It is located in the heart of the old town. It is very beautiful and quiet Riad. I would stay there again for sure.

Everything perfect. It was my first stay at Marrakech. Hassan and Karim went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and at home. The Riad is in a wonderful location, the staff is super friendly. I loved the typical breakfast. I was given a city map and tips on locations. The whole experience was superb, right from the welcome mint tea to the check-out. Congratulations.

The rooftop balcony is super lovely. The 24h personal service from the house is amazing. The included breakfast is nice.

The kitchen is quite dirty. One huge cockroach appeared in our room during the last night of our stay:(. The room is NOT sound isolated.

Hassen is very human. As a woman traveling alone, he worried about whether I got home in the evening. He took me to work every day with its moto and arranged my breakfast time to suit my day. I loved my room, modest but very pretty. Very good bedding, I slept very well. The bathroom was also perfect. In short, I felt very comfortable in this Riad.
