Would be a 10 but they gave didn’t have the double bed room we booked and had to stay in one with two beds instead

Hôtel très bien situé près de la ville ancienne. Les chambres sont propres et lumineuses et la literie confortable. Les hôtes sont accueillants et très dévoués. Cela fait plusieurs années que nous revenons à cet établissement. Je recommande cette adresse.

Fijne homestay, kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt en ik kreeg schone handdoeken. De eigennaren zijn ook erg vriendelijk! De ligging is ook top je zit midden in de old-town en alles is eigenlijk prima beloopbaar.

Er zaten wel kakkerlakken in de kamer, maar nadat de eigenaar deze weg had gehaald ze niet meer terug gezien. Is ook wel een beetje de natuur natuurlijk :)

Really friendly, all services available to book from the owners (transport, laundry, day trips etc) the homestay entrance is in the tailor shop, this confused us a little when we first arrived! Clean and comfortable beds!

We wish we spent a whole week here! The owners are very very sweet. We even had our wedding clothes made here during our stay, and she did a great job making sure we were happy with how they turned out. We really couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything is in walking distance, but just far enough away from bars that it wasn’t noisy at night. All the food we had at all the restaurants on this street was incredible. The room was very spacious and clean. They also brought us new towels and emptied our trash daily.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but we slept just fine. Also, this is not the fault of the Homestay at all, but their neighbors have a chicken that was pretty obnoxious… but it’s not in their control of course.

По цена/качество - это был, хоть и очень скромный, но хороший вариант, тем более, что бронировала я его в последний момент (из-за погоды отменилась поездка на остров, поэтому осталась в Хойане дольше, чем планировала, а в ранее забронировангом отеле мест уже не было). Приятный персонал

Очень жёсткий матрас (утром просыпалась с больной спиной, но в течение дня все проходило). Общий балкон на два номера, который нужно делить с соседями, что мешало приватности и не давало возможности оставить открытую на балкон дверь (ибо с соседнего номера через балкон можно попасть в номер).

L emplacement à même pas 5 mn de la vieille ville mais dans un quartier plutôt calme.La gentillesse des propriétaires. La propreté des chambres et le confort du lit ainsi que sa grandeur

Le chant du coq a 3h du matin et le haut parleur ( Du parti communiste ?) à 5h00 le dimanche...mais les propriétaires n y sont pour rien...

The room was clean.

Unfortunately, the noise levels made it impossible to stay. Roosters started at 2:40 AM, followed by loud chanting from the nearby monks from 4:30 AM to 5:30 AM. By 7:00 AM, heavy construction began right next door. Check-in was disorganized; I was settled into my room for 15 minutes before being told I had to move to the room next door because of a mistake. I booked three nights but checked out after only one because I couldn't get any rest.

Location 10 star! Cleanliness 10 star! I'm relatively happy there. For 20 USD a night, it's a standard homestay. Love the daily cleaning and towel change. Love it's basically center old town. Love that it's steps away from the river. It's 10/10 for a tourist and budget friendly. Hot water is about 10 seconds wait only and it lasts FOREVER!!! it's not finished in 2 minutes like some others and the temperature felt like 90 degree Celsius even , you can cook yourself, which allows for a various of adjustment for your liking. This is rare. Some places have only warm water. Not hot. Easy to get cups and plates from owner if you buy fruits etc. hospitality is good. Can leave bags after check out also. I will be returning in the future if again visiting hoi an. Oh. That hot water kettle in the room is super. It's quality definitely. Not cheap aluminum. And also. All the fixtures inside the room, from sink to toilet to shower heads, everything is super quality and new. Not cheap crap. The facility is almost Hotel quality but in a humble delivery... You cannot find careless cheap crap in the room...👍

Here are a few drawback... 1. No trash can inside the room. Only bathroom 2. Queen bed with patio is definitely extremely noisy. My windows are closed 24/7 and still feel like I'm sleeping on the street 3. Patio is shared with another room, so they smoke there. Hence, my windows remained closed 24/7. I recommend other rooms without patio. They have so very nice windows with trees but without streets 4. It's really odd sometimes to go up and down the stairs with the old man staring at you by his TV who never speaks 😅 5. Everything here is 30%-200% more expensive than next door or street rates. 6. If laundry is 30k per kg, it be 50k here. And outside laundry is delivered in very professional fashion, folded and packed like a dry cleaner in flat pack. But laundry here is not completely folded and packed neatly. It's just kind of thrown together in a big bag like trash. 7. Tailor prices here is 200% higher than other shops in the area. What would be 20 USD, it'd be 50 USD here. So basically, you live here and enjoy no special benefits but special costs instead. I believe that the shop owner should practice the opposite principles. She should charge street prices + 10-20% off if you live there instead of jacking up extraordinarily. The owner's daughter lives in Pennsylvania USA, so I understand she knows the western cost of living and wants to support her daughter by making good money. However, it goes both ways. If a simple H&M dress is 20 USD, no one would come to Vietnam to pay 50 USD for that simple plain overall dress. It should have been 10 USD just for a tailor tourist experience in a south Asia country. Basically there's no considerations for the people she's catering to. It's telling but seemingly understandable... Especially a traditional tailor set of vietnamese outfit for women are so much more complicated and it's only 20 USD... So. She's not being realistic at all...

The room was bright an airy and looked out on rooftops. The bed was very comfortable. The place was close to everything.

Chủ có thái độ rất mất dại xem thường khách, chửi khách và nói không chứa đi chỗ khác đi, trong khi đó mình đã book trên app khi lại nói lí do và phải phụ thu thêm khi có bé nhỏ (2 tuổi) bắt buốc phải lấy phòng gia đình. Mình k chấp nhận và đi thì bên homestay gọi lại và kêu mình quay lại để giá 300k, nhưng khi quay lại thì bắt mình lấy giá 370k k hiểu tại sao mình hỏi tại sao báo giá 300k con mới quay lại giờ lại báo giá khác, chủ nói thôi có mấy chục ngàn con ở đại đi mình k chịu thì bị chửi và kêu đi chỗ khác k chứa, phòng thì cũng tạm tạm vì đã củ kỹ chứ k đc ok mấy mà còn thái độ k tốt, mong mọi ng cân nhắc trước khi đặt.

Hosts/ owners: Very welcoming and friendly. Room: Everything you would expect for the price. Clean, quite large, good bathroom, and a very nice balcony, too. Location: Very good, walking distance to everything, plus it's away from the massive crowds, which is a good thing. Very nice new bar down the road that's well worth checking out.

Very minor thing here: The soundproofing in the room isn't that good, so you do hear a fair bit of horns, etc. It's an older building, so it's to be expected in all honesty. It wouldn't put me off staying again, which I'll likely be doing next time I'm there!

Great location - lots of good food options around, very near the river and a short walk into the old town. Simple room with comfy beds and a nice hot shower. Owners were pleasant.

Cockerell next door made a racket at random times of night and noisy building work in the house prevented a much needed siesta.

Vị trí homestay rất tuyệt, chỉ 5 phút đi bộ là tới phố cổ. Dù tuyến phố chứa homestay nằm ngoài ranh giới khu vực được công nhận là di sản thế giới nhưng giá trị kiến trúc của nó cũng rất đáng chú ý với nhưng ngôi nhà mang phong cách kiến trúc đầu thế kỷ 20. Mình đặt 1 phòng giường queen trên tầng 2 với giá chưa đầy 15USD - quá rẻ đối với 1 phòng ngủ khá rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và có cửa sổ nhìn ra bên ngoài. Chủ nhà khá thân thiện và gần gũi, mình check out muộn gần 1h nhưng vẫn vui vẻ và không tính thêm tiền.

Khi ra ngoài, nên mở cửa sổ để phòng thông thoáng hơn. Nhưng nếu có mưa bất chợt thì nước mưa có thể hắt vào phòng qua cửa sổ.

Located close to Old Town, cafes, river and markets.

I don’t know if all rooms are the same but I got a very damp, mouldy room with a damp odour both in the room and on bedding, and ended up sick for my week in Hoi An. A proper steam fan in the bathroom is badly needed to dry the room out after showering. There was also construction over the road starting early in the mornings. Air con and lamp also didn’t work. An uncomfortable week even though the location was good.

Nothing to dislike really

Nice clean rooms, in the quiet part next to old town. There is a tailor shop downstairs and they make great clothes. It is run by a lovely couple. Spacious room.

Located close to the markets and pub that shows afl football. Be prepared to be approached to have clothes made being above their prime income producing tailor shop. Good value and very neat premises.

Great location by the Old Town in Hoi An. The host was lovely and very helpful. We got some clothes made downstairs as well and they were great. Recommend staying here!

The room was clean, has a lot of light, was at the back ward, quiet, very close to OLD TOWN, close to river side, market restaurants cafes shops very close..... excellent sawing shop down stairs for cheap cloths.

the entrance, throught the sewing shop, was a little disappionted ..but the excellant situation in the rooms and the warm behaivour of people make up and reward you.

The hotel was super well located and the owner was very nice and helpful.

We booked for 1 night but we felt in love with Hoian and the home stay, so we decided to stay longer. Very kind people and the rooms are amazing!

Very appreciative of the early check in, super clean rooms and comfy beds. The host was very helpful and kind. Lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, spas etc nearby. We loved the proximity to The Lantern Lady! Would d we finitely stay here again

A clean, quiet and friendly homestay

A little far from the centre

Above a tailor shop which we made use of after strong bargaining Very happy with the clothes they made and laundry they did. Liked the area, close to the market and away from the busiest tourist areas but not too far to interesting sights and the river. The lampshade making down an alley to the left of the hotel was brilliant. The most patient nice lady.

The towels were useless and thin

The location is perfect close to the city center and restaurants and coffee shops. Very nice and helpful owners.

I had some problem with shower which was eighter hot or cold. They might need a new mixer. There were some noise from the street but I was not disturbed. There are also rooms on the back side.

Location and price were both great! The bed was really comfortable, and our room was huge. The balcony was nice as well. Our hosts booked transportation from Da Nang Station to the hotel for us at a really good price. We were able to check-in early and store our luggage for quite a while after checking out.

The noise from the street can be a little loud, so if you're sensitive to that, it's something to be aware of when booking.

The hosts were very warm and welcoming. There is also a tailor shop downstairs (they’ve been in business for 30yrs). So you can easily get some clothes made very quickly.

The location was great, a very short walk to be right in old town. Balcony was super cute, shower was great, the place was clean, aircon was magic. Rooms have mini fridges.

Downstairs is a tailors shop, so immediately first thing in the morning they were trying to hustle us into getting tailoring done by them. I found it exhausting- I want my accomodation to be a place of relaxation. They did not tell us there was a time you had to be back home before they locked the front door- one of our party members got home at 1am to discover the door locked. They were out there for hours trying to figure out how to get in.

the first night during my three-week trip around Asia. The ladies are extremely smiling and helpful, they also offer tailoring services, which I used and am very pleased with. Standard room with air conditioning, comfortable beds and a bathroom - there are no disadvantages, even when we returned late in the evening we found the entrance locked but we were let in without any problems, a cute little dog is on guard :). The location is very good, despite staying overnight for one night, we got on a coconaut forest boat, a bamboo circus and walked around the town with everything at hand. You also offer transport from and to the airport/city center, it seems that literally everything can be arranged, I highly recommend it and I miss this place :)

I spent a couple weeks in Vietnam and this particular homestay was my favorite! The owner was the nicest person ever, it felt like I was vistiting my distant family :) She helped me with taxis and she also made the pretties dresses for me! It was genuinely sad for me to leave and I had tears in my eyes when I was waving goodbye at her! The location was perfect, very close to everything, but also a bit on the side so it wasn't too loud! I hope they will get lots of visitors. I'm recommending this place to everyone!

The lovely mother and room let us feel really comfortable and relaxing. We really have good time. Even after check out, they let us take a shower.

Room is large enough for 3 adults. Owner is willing to help when you need. Location is considered good where it is near to attraction areas. Food is easy to find.

You need to insist to the grab driver where you want to go especially the basket boat ride, else the dishonest grab driver will drop you on another basket boat tour where the charges are far more expensive and not what you expected. I personally feel like being cheated and disappointed 😔.

This homestay is a home away from home. It sits in a quiet neighborhood but not too far from Thu Bon river where all the touristy sites are. It's being ran by a family who also owns a tailor shop on the ground floor. The owners were so kind and warm. They even picked me up from the bus stop when I arrived. Every time I see them, they would greet me with a smile. There was this one time when I asked if they had a microwave oven so I could reheat my chicken rice; they didn't, but the mother willingly warmed my food on a pan. I felt a little bit guilty because they are vegetarian but mother said that it was no problem. The room is spacious including the bathroom. It is very clean and well-maintained. There's cold and hot showers and the water pressure was strong. The toilet has a bidet. Towels and toiletries are provided. The WiFi is strong and reliable. Overall, I loved staying at this homestay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

The door knob is rusty and it was hard to turn in the key, so I struggled to open it. Beware of their little dog, it was generally harmless but sometimes it'd bark at strangers. At one time it bit my toe, thankfully I was not injured. It did spook me a little bit though.
