Με το πάμε και μπαίνουμε στο δωμάτιο σε παίρνει μια μυρωδιά σαν μπόχα μετά από διαμαρτυρία μας μας άλλαξαν (προς τιμήν τους )άμεσα δωμάτιο αλλά και πάλι μύριζε σαφέστατα λιγότερο κάναμε την καρδιά μας πέτρα το είχαμε ήδη πληρώσει !Καθαριοτητα αφήστε το πέταξα ένα μικρό σκουπιδάκι και ήταν εκεί όλες τις μέρες πίσω από το κομοδίνο (επειδή αυτά τα κάνω πάντα για να βλέπω την καθαριότητα)Υπήρχαν χαρτιά και αποδείξεις τζάμια μέσα στην βρώμα πρωινό μόνο για κινέζους εμείς με μια ομελέτα και ψωμί Άξιο λόγου η ρεσεψιόν οι κοπέλες πολύ ευγενικές αλλά μόνο αυτό αααα και το πρωινό σερβίρεται μέχρι της 10 αλλά από της 9&30 μαζεύουν αργά αργά !

В одном номере было сильно накурено

Удобное расположение отеля. Метро в 10 минутах ходьбы. В метро есть автоматы на прием наличных средств для поездок. Номер просторный, кровати удобные. Первый раз в отеле мне подошла подушка (не люблю высокие и тугие подушки). Все мыльные принадлежности есть в номере. Мини бар. Чайник. Ежедневная уборка. Есть свой бассейн (крытый) и тренажерный зал. Окна в номере не открываются. Завтра неплохой. Голодными не останетесь. Там есть повар, который при тебе готовит блюда, указанные на картинке (6 разных блюд). Отель цена/ качество отличный

Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour dans cet établissement ! L'emplacement est idéal et notre chambre disposait de très bons équipements, incluant un lit bébé parfaitement préparé pour notre arrivée. Côté restauration, nous nous sommes régalés : le restaurant de l'hôtel était très bon et le petit-déjeuner, sous forme de buffet varié alliant sucré et salé, a ravi toute la famille. Enfin, un immense merci à l'équipe pour son amabilité et son honnêteté : ayant oublié une affaire personnelle dans la chambre, le personnel nous l'a gentiment renvoyée directement à notre adresse. Un service irréprochable du début à la fin, nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Lack of understanding whoever you call & whenever you call you go through who doesn't even understand what you want, even a small word teeth brush or shaving kit is hard to explain until unless I walk downstairs reception myself to explain and still didnt get until translation being used. Very important idk 🤷‍♀️ why whatsapp and all social network block and restrict all in china this is ridiculous.

Purtroppo per le nostre tempistiche di visita non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina ma é bello sapere che ci fosse. Letti comodi. Ascensori veloci. Colazione varia sopratutto per la parte salata con tanto di chef per cucina espressa. Presenza dello stendino in bagno.

Camere un po’ vecchio stile (moquette, colori), da rinfrescare diciamo, anche in bagno una parte a fianco della vasca era “allagata”

Cindy and the hotel staff were all very friendly. Whenever I had any questions or requests, they did more than what they had to do to meet my needs. I felt very welcome and well-taken care of, and they exceeded my expectations.

I only stayed there for one night. Room was nice. Really enjoyed ordering and getting delivery from the hotel robot. Location seemed quite good, I walked around the area the morning of check-out.

Really nice, clean hotel with great location and friendly personnel. As a family of 4 we enjoyed our stay. For sure, will be staying in this hotel if I visit Guangzhou again.

The only problem is the name of the hotel. There are couple of Leeden hotels in Guangzhou, make sure you know which one exactly you need when are trying to get directions to and from hotel.

Минут 10 пешком до метро и ещё пара минут до парка. Номер неплохо оснащён. Персонал почти не говорит по-английски, но старается во всём помогать. Мне помогли даже по личному вопросу, хотя объясняться было непросто)

Не верьте высокой оценке и положительным отзывам об этом отеле. Это худшее по всем параметрам место. Здесь вас ждут отвратительные старые номера, где буквально всё сыпется и депрессивная атмосфера. Помимо этого был сломан и не работал холодильник и также регулярно ломалось освещение в ванной, в результате чего часть времени там была без света. Завтраки отвратительные, я даже не верил что можно настолько на них сэкономить, из мясных блюд всё что есть на них это свинина с огромными костями, я впервые вообще в жизни увидел порубленную свинину где одни кости, остальные позиции, которых всего несколько такие же ужасные, к примеру попросив повара приготовить омлет, он сделал его весь в скорлупе, т е даже просто пожарить два яйца они не в состоянии. Ну и вишенка на торте это то, что нас обкусали по полной клопы. Это всё при том, что цена на номер вообще не бюджетная. Очень сильно разочарованы и не можем ничего пожелать им хорошего, надеюсь они закроются за такое отношение к гостям.

Просторный номер люкс, через 2 дня поменяли белье. Есть и ванная и душ. В номере пополняемый мини ар с водой, газировкой и пивом. Хорошие завтраки. Вежливый персонал на ресепшен

В номере не открываются окна и из-за влажности немного пахнет сыростью, но это проблема многих китайский отелей. Нет свежих огурцов и помидоров на завтраке

Excelente localización y el transporte al aferia de Cantón. El personal muy colaborativo, siemper atentos a ayudar ante cualquier duda o situación.

La habitación en estado muy desactualizado, tanto los muebles como el baño, no reflejan el coste que tiene. El olor de la habitación, a pesar de ser de "no-fumadores", mantenía un olor como a rancio, que fue imposible de eliminar. El baño con baldosas rotas, la ducha vieja, lamentable. El desayuno algo regular.

Все было отлично! Единственное не хватало вентиляции в номере, довольно влажно было.

not first time stay here, mostly best hotel i’ll stay while visit guangzhou, location is the best reason, down side is that she is getting old. and look and feels the age. other than this is very good. i will return again.

Locatie aproape de centru, mic dejun decent, personal f amabil, camere decente. Curatenie, paza, tot ce trebuie.

Micul dejun variat, dar nimic foarte atragator. Cafeaua slabuta(nu au cultul cafelei, dar asta e o chestiune generala in China). La lift dureaza mult, sunt 3 lifturi la ditamai hotelul.

Quartos muito amplos e limpos... Todos os amenities disponiveis.. A localização é perfeita, com muitas opções de restaurantes ao redor.. O transfer para a Feira é muito prático Com certeza me hospedaria novamente

- Lack of good understanding of English by most staff - Lacks a proper area for business meetings. - The restaurant Food World, located inside the Hotel, should have more food directed to International guests.

Cindy is really helpful during checking in! The location is great, the service is good (robot for deliveries to door!), and the amenities are also good!

Price is still a little bit high but makes sense for its service.

Rooms need refurbishment. Carpets are very old as are furnishings. Even desk office chair broken. Views could have been amazing but windows are so dirty

Badkamer: er lagen al plassen water wanneer we kamer binnenkwamen. Bad lekte, maar dit werd achteraf opgelost door technisch personeel. Onhygiënisch tapijt. Op laatste dag hebben we een kakkerlak gevonden op de tapijt. Hotelpersoneel was erg begripvol en heeft ons gratis transit gegeven naar luchthaven. Hotel was te duur voor wat je kreeg. Ik heb op andere plekken in china goedkoper overnacht voor een veel proper hotel

V hotelu fungovala spolehlivě na veletrh. Místo hotelu je poměrně dobré. Hotel splní účel k pracovním i soukromým účelům.

Pokoje smrdí kouřem i přes to, že se v nich nesmí kouřit. Vybavení pokojů je opravdu starší a zaslouží si obměnu a renovaci. V apartmánu ve druhém patře se opravdu nedá spát. Neustále zde něco vrčí a lednice to není. Zvuk v nočních hodinách je opravdu pronikavý. WI-FI nebyla spolehlivá.

La ubicación es muy buena, la cama muy cómoda, y la buena atención de Cindy en la recepción del hotel. Llevo años viniendo para acá y uno se va a la segura. La almohada cool8 es atómica, incluso me compré una.

El desayuno es rico, tiene variedad, pero podrían mejorar un poco con cosas aún más occidentales como Jamón. Creo que algunas cosas ya tienen unos años y se ven medias desactualizadas en comparación con la competencia.

Все понравилось, только будьте внимательны вызывая такси по городу, так как нам вызвал консьерж не в ту локацию ресторана. Видимо трудности перевода или кафе с одинаковыми названиями. Но это ничего страшного!

Everything, and I’ll be more specific here: the building is very old and awfully maintained, with scratches and patches everywhere; the room (250 USD a night) was awful with very old and dusty furniture, including the beds, bathroom, changing area; the shower had humidity patches and moulds on the walls, hairs on the floor everywhere. The breakfast hall was a mess: hundreds of people storming the tiny buffet with everyone touching everything; I’ve even seen a waitress taking an unused butter cube from an used plate and put it back on the butter container at the buffet. Overall, a very bad experience!

У нас к сожалению были проблемы с горячей водой, отель постарался починить, но не смог до конца решить проблему. Но это не страшно, горячая вода просто долго нагревалась и поток воды был слабым, поэтому не критично
