Trevligt hotell med hjälpsam personal. Tar en liten stund att gå till själva centrum. Men det finns ju tuk tuk. Poolen blev välbesökt. Frukosten serverades på takterrassen. Där det var 5 olika menyer man valde mellan. Fanns terrasser på varje våning där man kunde sitta och njuta av staden.

Location and big rooms.

It wasn't that clean, lots of insects ants etc. Buffet breakfast was ok but most days it was order a set as guest numbers was low. The set was pathetically small. Staff were hot and cold with their friendliness. Was a very disappointing stay given other reviews and recommendations. I would never return and left early!

The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were all very helpful and attentive. Lots of extra amenities on offer too (massages, scooter rental). Also, lots of services in the area too!

Breakfast was meant to be included and it's advertised as being open from 6:30-9:30 but it was only available on 4 of the 30 days I was there. Better just to go to the restaurants down the street. That was the only issue, everything else was perfect!

Absolut top! Das Doppelzimmer, die Dachterrasse, der Pool, der Service und vor allem auch die Lage. Für Kambodscha wirklich super! Ruhig und trotzdem sehr nah von allem, was man braucht. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank!

雖然不新。但環境維持的很乾淨。早餐可以品嚐到在地美食挺好的。 服務人員都非常親切。 這邊的環境是舒服的，不吵鬧。離酒吧街走路大約15分鐘。不是太遠。附近有餐廳和小型超市，很方便

關於熱水，洗澡淋浴熱度是足夠的。但是如果使用浴缸泡澡是不足的。 有提供自費按摩服務。價位很平價。按摩師手技可但是沒有按摩床。所以按摩舒適感，就會減少許多。 使用的是一般房間的床。既然要提供這樣的服務應該也要有一定的硬體設備較好。

-洗衣服務誤把另一個客人的衣服給我向我收費, 我希奇 他們收衣服時沒有清楚標籤客人的衣服, 另外也沒有摺好衣服,只是堆入一個膠袋內, 同樣沒有註明是哪個客房 -浴室較為不清潔, 浴簾過短以致沐浴時水四濺於地板。

Спасибо администратору, но тараканы и несвежее бельё — это провал Хочется начать с благодарности персоналу, особенно администратору. Отношение было очень дружелюбным и оперативным. Мы попросили найти русскоговорящего гида, и буквально через несколько минут администратор сообщил, что гид найден. Мы договорились, и уже на следующее утро поехали на экскурсию. Отдельно отметим его заботу: узнав о нашем времени заезда, он заблаговременно включил в номере кондиционер, так что при нашем приезде в комнате была приятная прохлада, что очень помогло сгладить усталость после дороги. За это огромное спасибо!

К сожалению, само пребывание в гостинице оставило ужасные впечатления. Нам было неуютно: номера со старым ремонтом, но главное — повсюду ползали тараканы. Дополнило картину несвежее постельное бельё, которое явно не меняли после предыдущих гостей. Это вызывало абсолютную брезгливость. Естественно, завтрак в таком месте нас серьезно настораживал, и мы не могли есть спокойно, опасаясь насекомых. Итог: потенциал у отеля есть, но только в лице отзывчивого персонала. Пока не будет решена проблема с санитарией и сменой белья, останавливаться здесь невозможно.

Comfy bed, had a kettle, bath was nice and big.

Water was lukewarm. Aircon quite old. Coffee cold at breakfast time.

Good size room. Lovely welcome drink of iced tea and cool cloth, also fruit basket and Swan towel art on beds. Only hotel we stayed at that actually supplied sugar and milk powder sachet for the tea and coffee. Buffet breakfast was a good selection, though it was a 'choose your option' not actual buffet, but understandable to not waste food.

Wasn't always someone at the restaurant to order food so 1 night we went elsewhere.

Charming hotel in a great location near the centre of Siem Reap. I have stayed here 5 times. Great staff. Too bad they no longer serve breakfast on the rooftop terrace; now it is ground level at the front of the hotel.

Great location, 10 mins walk to Pub Street, clean. Drinks and food were great and not expensive. We loved it!

Almost everything was perfect. Very helpful and friendly staff, all of them one by one! very good breakfast, very good food. The hotel's location in the middle of town makes everything more accessible. There is a laundry opposite the hotel!

The toilet seat doesn't feel comfortable to sit on and the bathroom curtain needs replacing!

Everything was great. Fantastic value for money and close to the temples.

At its price point, this hotel offers a great deal of safety, comfort, and value. Manager Dana frequently checks with me to make sure my stay is going well. If I have any special requests (and I generally do), Dana has very professional and well trained staff take care of what I want quickly and efficiently. I use JK Resident as my mobile office, and it works well for my needs. My room is quiet and comfortable. When the weather cooperates, I frequently work in the downstairs coffee shop and its beautiful green landscaped oasis, or on the rooftop restaurant with a large shaded area, fans, cooling mist system, and a spectacular view of the riverside shade trees. Extra bonus. JK Resident is just far enough outside the "tuktuk" zone that you get zero problems. There is one chill tuktuk driver if you need him, or it's perfectly okay to hail a Grab or Passapp right in front of the lobby. I've been here for a month so far, and I might stay longer. A great hotel for a weekend visit, or a long stay working.

As a structural building, this hotel is one of those aging beauties with a distinct character of old French Indochina. Hotel staff does a great job with maintenance, but the age and style is definitely geared toward guests like myself that prefer a more authentic, rustic architecture. The downstairs pool deck often has a motorbike parked there. These are tiny minor nitpicks. Overall, even the pool deck with shade, live plants, and overhead fans is a nice place to cool off and relax for an hour.

Spacious room, staff very friendly and also helpful, particularly Dana. Varied breakfast buffet served in nice location on rooftop terrace and offered us breakfast box to go for day we went to see sunrise. Resident tuk tuk driver was very nice. Appreciated pool to cool off too.

Air con was weak and was very hot in Siem Reap when we were there - they gave us a fan to use as well. Bathrooms tired and need updating. Pool area tired looking. However, for the price paid, it was a very good value

Stayed there for 5 nights and loved everything! The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful - if you have any question or problem they will help 24/7, and can manage a lot of things for you, from tours to transports to private tuktuks. The rooms and nice, comfortable and cleaned everyday - they look a bit outdated but with very classic vibes. The location is also very good, quiet at night but very close to restaurants, shops and convenience stores. The continental breakfast is very good, with variety and fresh products. The view from the rooftop where the breakfast is held is amazing! The pool is very nice too, usually quiet.

Location was excellent, bed was comfy, ac worked well, within walking distance to many activities and numerous restaurants. The staff was exceptional, especially Panha and Kosal. The coffee and juice bar in front was very nice!

Started with the greetings ( Jasmine)felt at ease right away ,smooth check in and up to my bed after a long day.All the staff in every area treated me well and appreciate that.,Liza at restaurant took good care of me also as did everyone really.

The fact I picked up a stomach virus so was around the hotel for 3 days ,was restful but wanted to see more of Siem Riep. The staff chatted me up and made sure I was doing well.

This place was fantastic. The breakfast was great, the room was quiet. The staff was exceptional. They helped arrange tours at less than we were expecting and then had a “To-go” breakfast waiting for us at 4am. This place was wonderful! .

The breakfast had limited choices. Taking a shower was difficult as it took a long time before (lukewarm) warm water came out of the shower head.

Super friendly staff. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and the breakfast has enough options for local and western taste. There is a really nice coffee shop next to the hotel that belongs to the same owners.

The location is at the top of positive aspects. The hotel is located a 10-minute walking from the airport bus station, which makes logistics very easy. Additionally, the staff was very kind and supportive.

The breakfast could be better. There is no locker room. So, you will need to leave your luggage at the front desk after check out. We had no issues with that, but it is something to have in mind.

The room was comfy and spacious. The staff was nice. Panha and Kosal in the restaurant/bar were fantastic! The location was great, walking distance to most things. The ac worked VERY well. Coffee and juice bar in the front was very nice! I don't drink coffee, but the fresh juices were amazing and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was good, as was the other food the restaurant offered for lunch and dinner. The bed was nice for me, but very firm if that sort of thing concerns you. They have a tuk tuk driver at the ready whenever you need, but they do seem to charge slightly more than just ordering a grab (worth it to just get the app). It was reasonably quiet. I felt very safe in the hotel and the neighborhood. All in all it was a good stay.

When I checked out they charged me for things I didn't use. The mini bar in the room was not stocked when I checked in but I was charged because the beer and water were 'gone'. Not the end of the world and I didn't find it worth quibbling over but wish they'd keep better track of things like that. Also the door had gaps/cracks that let mosquitoes in and was swollen (presumably from the humidity) making it difficult to lock/unlock. The bathroom could've been cleaner (seems like they just rinse things off, not actually clean). A few bugs (small roaches and earwigs) in the bathroom. Wifi was less than optimal and kept disconnecting.

Nice, local boutique hotel near the river at a great price. Staff were terrific. Made you feel welcome and so pleasant. Large room with good amenities. Good price on tuktuk tour through hotel. The pool had good depth and cold water. Very clean. Wifi was decent. Coffee shop was very good and my server Srey Ka made sure my visit was special.

Breakfast was not great. Limited foods for western tastes. Had to special order eggs and given small portions. Had to step up into a high tub for the shower with no handrails. Unsafe if older or have some disability. Towels were small and in bad condition. Still a great stay.

We were able to check in far earlier than we had arranged with 10 minutes notice. A different room but as we'd got there so early an understandable change and most welcomed.

The hotel is in a great location close to the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a tour to Angkor Wat. However the tour guide provided (Dara) was not great, so don't go with him! Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and clean. They were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and water. Very comfortable beds.

The breakfast was very underwhelming with not a lot of options. On two of the mornings we were there they ran out of food quite early (before 9am) and failed to refill the empty trays. The food in the restaurant was also underwhelming with very small portions. We were left hungry after eating there.
