Le personnel était souriant.

Il ne faut pas hésiter à aller vers le client. Les chambres n’étaient pas faites tous les jours.

Emplacement plutôt bon

Chambre très salle. Personnel malhonnête. Salle de sport complètement hors service. Piscine avec des fils électrique et des lampes cassés non réparés depuis des années... Chaises longues rouillés, matelas de plage noir de crasse.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The location is great, right on a beautiful beach. Beach towels and loungers available. Nice pool area. Walking distance to many restaurants. It was one of the more affordable options on that part of the beach.

The rooms are incredibly dated and run down. We had only warm, not hot water, even after they "fixed" it. The bathroom is a wet room, not uncommon in SE Asia, but the floor was so uneven it would not drain and had an inch of standing water. No extra towels, so we had to try to use our feet to squeegee the water towards the drain. To their credit, they did offer us a different room, but it seemed about the same. The rest of the staff seemed pretty uninterested. The food in the restaurant was not very good. The included breakfast buffet was decent. They ran out of beach towels one entire day because their dryer broke. I was told the plan is to renovate some of the rooms in the rainy season. If so, it may be worth the price paid, but currently the price seems way too high for the condition of the property and rooms.

The pool area is lovely, very well kept. The beach here was also stunning. There’s plenty of sunbeds and seating on the beach which is free to use. The breakfast was lovely with lots of options. The staff were helpful and friendly, they even upgraded our room on arrival

The rooms could do with a bit of updating, just general wear and tear. It was good value for money but rooms could be but nicer

Huone oli pihan perimmäisessä nurkassa oleva pikkumaja,jonka edessä olevan käytävän yläpuolella oli peltikatto, oli kuuma! Vessanpytty vuoti lattialle,yleisilme epäsiisti ja ränsistynyt. Hinta 50 e oli liikaa.

Les équipements de la chambre, les oreillers étaient tachés et les taies ne donnaient pas confiance. Important , nous avons dû changer de chambre car celle-ci n'avait pas de syphon au lavabo et l' odeur était incommodante.. ils ont accepté tout de suite pour notre seconde nuit. Attention, la chambre 008 est à éviter car rien ne semble avoir été fait puisque elle a été relouée le jour même !!

일단 위치는 완벽했어요. 바로 나가면 수영장과 해변이 펼쳐지고 모든 직원들이 아침 일찍부터 관리를 해주고 친절했습니다. 프론트 직원들도 요구사항에 빨리 응대해주시고 최선을 다했습니다. 호텔비용도 합리적이고 대체로 만족합니다.

베쓰룸에 세면대와 샤워기 수압이 약하고 물빠짐이 너무 느려서 다음 사람이 사용하려면 한참을 기다려야해서 좀 스트레스를 받았습니다. 이 부분만 개선되면 다음에 또 방문 의사 있습니다.

The hotel location is fantastic! Very beautiful beach, lots of restaurants, bars, shops around. 3 min walk from the pier. Green territory. Very good breakfast (with no desserts however). Responsive personal.

The rooms are very basic and ascetic. White walls, bed and primitive wardrobe. No chairs. Look like 1-star hotel. Bathroom was not clean. Water pressure in shover was low.

Excellent location right on the beach, friendly staff and good pool facilities. The breakfast was also satisfying.

Quite much wear and tear on some rooms, needed to change room once due to issues in one room. Foftunatelly the staff was very helpful in this matter, thumbs up for that!

Läget var kanon. Super nära Long Set Pier. Pool, frukost & personalen var jätte hjälpsam och trevlig.

Smutsigt under säng och i hörn. Kunde städats bättre. Duschen var inte jättebra.

After reading some reviews my expectations of this hotel were low, however, the hotel has clearly taken on board every complaint people had and corrected them. The rooms were lovely, the staff were amazing, and they went above and beyond for us. I told them it was my partners birthday and they decorated our room and gave us a fruit platter. I would 1000% stay here again.

We were in the furthest room from reception and the wifi was a bit weak but we actually enjoyed feeling disconnected from the internet.

The breakfast was okay, I only ate the covered foods as it was outside and there was flies everywhere. The staff were nice and tried their best but it didn’t make up for how overpriced and horrible the room is.

We booked a bungalow, I got it for €96 with my genius discount. Originally €150 for two nights which is crazy. It was a shack of a room. No signal and the WIFI didn’t stretch either. The room we were in was at the back of the resort, hidden away in shrubs. Our toilet and shower was blocked and the staff couldn’t fix it but also wouldn’t move us. I had to shower in another room then go back to my unfunctional room, even though there was a free room next door. I asked politely to be moved but he said the other customers were arriving the next day. I didn’t understand this to be honest. I think the customer who is already at the hotel and doesn’t have a functioning toilet should be moved to the free room, while the staff attempt to fix the toilet before the next clients arrive? Very frustrating stay. Book a private room in the hostel down the road.

We absolutely love the location, the staff, the food, and the hospitality. Great place for all types of celebrations. My wife and I were newly wed, and the staff was super awesome. They set up our room flowers petals on our bed and with lights. We had the best time. Thank you so much

I didn't like cause it was too short, we were there 8 days and it went by too fast..other than that, there's nothing about Scarlett bungalow resort and the staff that I didn't like, staff was amazing.

Autour de la piscine assez sale, chambre la plus basique très moyen, il faudrait rénover, pas de wifi et de réseau jusqu’à la chambre, il y a le strict minimum dans la chambre, l’eau chaude prend du temps à venir

En estos momentos están haciendo obras... ( El establecimiento no tiene culpa) Pero en algunos momentos resulta molesto y ruidoso!!! El baño necesita una mejora importante....!! En general el sitio necesita mano de obra... Se ve deteriorado y falta de mantenimiento!! El desayuno deberían gestionarlo por horas... Pq dos días tuvimos que esperar a que hubiera una mesa disponible!

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The place is overpriced for what you get. The facilities are majorly lacking- especially the gym which didn’t look like it had been cleaned for months. The whole place needs a little more attention. All of the sunbeds have seen better days. For the 3 nights we stayed this place was comfortable, I have been traveling SEA for the past 3 months and this was definitely the most expensive stay and far from the best.

The location of this hotel is unreal, I was accommodated very last minute as I was only staying next door originally in a hostel but they were having facility issues so decided to move and was welcomed with open arms. Hot water, good wifi and a comfy bed and also super budget friendly.

The location was ideal — close to the beach and easy to reach nearby restaurants and bars. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea. The staff were polite and tried their best to be helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious.

The room had quite a few mosquitoes — understandable for the island, but it could be improved with protective nets around the fans. The breakfast area could be a bit cleaner, and it was disappointing that fresh juice wasn’t included, as it’s charged separately if requested. Some maintenance work was done at the wrong time of day, creating noise, and the bar next to the resort played loud music all night, which affected sleep in nearby rooms. My shower didn’t have hot water, which wasn’t a big issue for me, but might be for others.

Location was close to the hostels so you could enjoy their atmosphere & trips while being able to go back to your own accommodation which had sun loungers on the white beach & a clean swimming pool. There was a good variety at breakfast. Rooms were as per the hotel photos & we all agreed we would return. Thank you

Le débit d’eau de la douche était faible, mais suffisant. La connexion Wi-Fi était mauvaise dans les chambres.

Situada en la mejor zona de Koh Rong. Con desayuno bufet incluido. Una maravilla salir del Mar y poder darte una ducha de agua dulce y acabar en la piscina. El personal súper amable. Todo perfecto

The place is very run down, repairs and new build is ongoing but the rooms in the main building had paint pealing, the room had stains all over it and desperately needed a good clean and paint. Staff try hard

Vi var en familie. Dette er jo først og fremst en øy for ungdommer. Mye techno, gratis drinker og flammeshow. Vi hadde nok funnet mer ro på naboøya.

The staff were amazing and so helpful! Made the trip comfortable and relaxing.

Overall it was a very comfortable stay. The staff were so accommodating in every area of the property. The pool was very clean and a comfortable temperature. The dining area gave us great service and the food was given thumbs up by the Khmer members of the group. Breakfast was quite good as well. The rooms were completely acceptable for the amount paid and they were clean and well kept in our accommodations.

Расположение отличное. Пляж рядом, пирс рядом, небольшой, но хороший бар в двух минутах ходьбы. В общем все близко, все рядом, при этом у нас номер был в отдалении и ночью тишина была, а утром просыпались под пение птиц. Завтраки -очень неохотно пополняют фрукты, при этом неважно, что до конца завтра еще целый час. Тарелка с фруктами один день стояла пустая. Кофе и чай -стоят в кувшине и не всегда горячие. Персонал дружелюбный, вопросы решались быстро, но можно сказать, что у нас вопросов и не было). Во время проживания был день рождения -вечером в ресторане поздравили, вынесли тарелку фруктов в виде торта и свечкой. Было очень приятно. Молодцы Бассейн чистый, пляж чистый, море рядом. Лежаки есть, но нет пляжных зонтов -ни возле бассейна ни возле пляжа. В номерах ни Комаров, ни муравьев почти нет, видела, что они обрабатывают при каждой уборке комнаты.

Совет: наличные мелкие деньги не оставляйте в номере на виду

Excellent séjour ! L'ensemble du personnel est adorable et vraiment aux petits soins. Très bonne qualité du restaurant. Service de ménage au top lors des longs séjours. Excursions et billets de bus réservables à l'accueil, service de lessive, serviettes spécifiques pour la plage, massages en bord de plage ou en chambre, tout y est. Bref rien à redire c'était parfait !

The perfect location on Long Set beach, a short walk from the Jetty. The beach in front of the property is perfect and spotless. The resort is private and relaxed with a great restaurant and bar but there are many other restaurants and bars nearby if you want to explore. We stayed for 8 nights so mixed it up. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sun beds and there are also sun beds in the shade on the beach. Our room/bungalow was cool and comfortable with a good air conditioner and a comfortable bed. There are many options for water activities or bike hire so we explored the island. We had everything we needed but our stay was made even better by the amazing staff. They were all so friendly and kind and delightful with our one year old granddaughter, often amusing her while we ate. Thanks to everyone and a special shout out to Mr Vannak, 'T' and Sey ha. who were wonderful. See you next year!

The staff were excellent! Mr. Wey was so welcoming and kind throughout our stay. He even came to say goodbye to us when we got on the ferry back to Phnom Penh! All staff very welcoming and smiley. Great value for money and a gorgeous location. The boat trip was the most fun!

The rooms were clean but basic. Sometimes there were mosquitoes in the room but the staff do provide you with mosquito spray.

Stayed at the Scarlett Sails resort for our duration whilst at Koh Rong island. The hotel was nice, had a good location and was reasonably priced. The staff were nice and friendly until something went wrong, which is a shame.

We asked the hotel to do our laundry as a service they offer, for both our clothes it came to a total price of £15 British pounds. We have been travelling for three months now and this has been the most expensive laundry wash yet. I also asked the staff why it was so expensive and they said it was their price… After 24 hours we returned to collect our clothes where two items of clothing were severely stained to the point they turned a different colour and were completely ruined, along with two other items damaged and socks all turned blue rather than white. We went to reception to make them aware of this and they advised they would wash again and to come back in another 24 hours. Returned after this point where the two items were completely ruined and unfixable. They advised it is not their fault and that it is in the T&C’s that clothes are washed at our own risk and that they would only refund us 10% of how much the clothes weighed. At this point we are extremely frustrated as they have ruined £40 worth of clothes and also in addition we still paid £15 of our own money for the washing. We were not happy. The hotel settled and bribed us that they would only give us the money for the clothes if we were to leave a 5* review on the website and not to give a bad one….. Upon leaving the hotel advised us that their glass water tumbler had smashed in the fridge (as they had provided water which wasn’t cold and in 31 degrees heat you can imagine this is warm, we put the tumbler in the fridge). The glass had smashed and well they then decided to charge £10 for the fact it had smashed…. So they weren’t willing to pay for our goods that they had ruined, but then insisting on charging us £10 for a glass bottle of theirs… Where are the double standards with that? What a shame.

Belle plage..

Right in front of the beach but a little outside of the party area so you're close enough to all the facilities but far enough to be able to sleep at night when there's music in the other venues. Buffet breakfast with a lot of fresh fruit.

The manager and supervisor went above and beyond for us when our boat to Sanloem didn’t pick us up and there were no more that day. They arranged their own private boat to get us to our next hotel, cannot thank them enough for their care and professionalism. Bungalow, facilities and staff were amazing.
