Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Zimmer Hotel’deki konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otel gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Özellikle Halil Bey bizimle çok iyi ilgilendi ve çok yardımcı oldu. Personelin misafirperverliğinden ve odamıza yaptıkları nazik ikramlardan dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

The breakfast was set menus and the person who service us the food was very bad, and they changed the breakfast location but not mentioned in booking.com.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026The location is great - a short walk from Galataport and a walking distance to all the main attraction. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful especially Ms. Ecem, Mr. Hilal and Bilal - fixed the AC problem immediately, sent the iron to the room and were very helpful in general. The breakfast is amazing - all the best from Turkish cuisine was there. Loved Atelier Rebul cosmetics in the room.
The water in the shower went out of the shower cabin.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Большие чистые номера. Приветливый персонал. Помогут в любое время. Мехмет на ресепшен очень дружелюбный, обращались к нему несколько раз , все объяснил и помог . Очень вкусный завтрак в национальном стиле.
Мы жили в номере 306, душ на потолке сломан, вода течет сплошным потоком забрызгивая помещение.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Sehr Freundliche Personal und sauberes Hotel wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht gehabt abe an der rezervasyon hatten uns die Frühstück geschenkt sehr nett gewesen.
Nur an der Parkplatz Hatte der vale extra geld verlangt weil wir mehr als 12 Uhr geparkt Haben.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Great position for visiting the city. Tram, metro and ferry all in the Kabatash transportation knot. Splendid view toward Bosphorus. Excellent Turkish breakfast. Very amicable staff. I'd add a remark for Muhammed, an energetic active person, warmly receiving and helping us with reception, luggage and internet connections. The whole team was polite and efficient, with a mention for the young Halil too.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Ausgezeichnetes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Istanbul – besonders für Biker Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Zimmer war wirklich wunderbar. Die Lage ist fantastisch – alles ist in der Nähe und der Ausblick vom Hotel ist wunderschön. Für uns als Biker war die Lage besonders praktisch, da sie sich hervorragend eignet, um Istanbul zu erkunden. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und professionell. Besonders möchte ich Halil und Jama loben und herzlich grüßen. Sie haben uns Kaffee aufs Zimmer gebracht und als wir das Zimmer gewechselt haben, haben sie sogar unser Gepäck selbst getragen, damit wir keine Zeit verlieren. Solche Aufmerksamkeiten bleiben wirklich in Erinnerung. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel Zimmer kann ich jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen – ganz besonders Bikern, die nach Istanbul kommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir sehen uns wieder! 🇹🇷🏍️

A female receptionist was completely inadequate and didn’t speak English. I arrived at 14:00 and was able to get in my room at 18:00, because the guests before me had paid late checkout which is absurd, if your hotel is full. Rooms had AC’s outside the window and it was so loud I couldn’t sleep

لايوجد عوازل ازعاج النزلاء تسمع صوت المستأجرين اللي بجانبك تكلمت مع موظف الاستقبال الساعة 2 فجر واخبرته اربد امدد الاقامة الى الساعه 3 عصر واتحمل فيمة التمديد ورفض الطلب واخبرني لابد من الخروج عند الساعة 12 ظهرا واضطريت ادفع فيمة يوم كامل علشان ثلاث ساعات وعند الساعة الثالثة سويت خروج وزعل بلال ومحمد كيف تاخذ يوم كامل علشان 3 ساعات واخبرته تواصلت مع الاستقبال ورفض وطلب مني الخروج 12 الظهر واخبرني بالتواصل مع بوكنق واطالب بالمبلغ اشكر بلال على تفاعله بالموضوع واهتمامه واخبرني بأنه سوف يناقش الموضوع مع الشخص المناوب في الاستقبال بالليل

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026We stayed for 10 days. The service, staff, view, and overall hospitality were excellent. At breakfast, Tariq, Furqan, and Mustafa were wonderful. Shafat who is working at night in the café was also wonderful, and the receptionists Bilal, khalil, Mohammed and Ecem were very great and helpful as well. Overall, we had a good staying.
However, the bed was uncomfortable, we faced problem with the Tv and the bathroom sink was leaking. We reported it twice, but it was never fixed.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the Bosphorus view from our room was absolutely breathtaking.
The bathroom design was quite problematic. The rainfall shower head on the ceiling was leaking water from the sides rather than spraying correctly. Additionally, the shower did not have a door, causing water to splash everywhere and completely flood the entire bathroom floor after every shower.

Даже после нашего выезда из отеля он помог организовать для нас трансфер в аэропорт, за что мы ему очень благодарны. Такое внимательное отношение и готовность помочь встречаются нечасто. Emir Bilal and Muhammed have been really helpful helping us with late check-in and keeping our luggage safe after we checked-out yet had to travel to nearby places. Whenever I come to Turkey next time, I have found my preferred stay option.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Perfect location for turism. Between Dolmabahce Palace and Galata Tower, both at walking distance. Close to the embarkment point for cruises. 4 stops till the Sultanahmet area. Great view on Bosphor. Big room, nice rooftop lounge.
The breakfast is served not bufet and is good. But is the same everyday. If you stay more than two days could be annoying...

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026إقامتي في الفندق كانت جيدة بشكل عام، وطاقم العمل كان متعاونًا، كما أن الفندق نظيف ومريح إلى حد معقول. بشكل عام، الفندق جيد للإقامة القصيرة، لكنني كنت أتمنى موقعًا أفضل وغرفة أكثر اتساعًا مع حمام مصمم بشكل أفضل.
بعض الملاحظات التي أثرت على تجربتي وتقييمي للفندق: موقع الفندق لم يكن مناسبًا بالنسبة لي، فالمنطقة المحيطة هادئة نسبيًا ولا تتوفر فيها الكثير من المطاعم أو الأنشطة أو الخدمات القريبة. الوصول إلى منطقة Taksim Square سيرًا على الأقدام متعب نوعًا ما بسبب المسافة والانحدار/الصعود الكبير في الطريق. الغرفة كانت أصغر مما توقعت. الغرفة التي تم تخصيصها لي لم يكن لديها أي إطلالة تُذكر. الحمام ضيق نسبيًا، وتصميم منطقة الاستحمام غير عملي، حيث تتسرب المياه إلى خارج منطقة الشاور بسهولة مما يجعل أرضية الحمام مبللة بعد الاستخدام.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Zimmer war das Licht defekt. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass ein Fachmann kommen würde, um das Problem zu beheben, dies ist jedoch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht geschehen. Zudem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten reserviert, bei unserer Ankunft stand jedoch nur ein Doppelbett zur Verfügung. Beim Frühstück gab es am ersten Tag leider keine Säfte und nicht einmal Wasser. Als Getränke wurde lediglich türkischer Tee angeboten. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt daher nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026نزلت في الفندق ٦ ليالي حقيقي كانت من احلى المرات الي ازور فيها اسطنبول الفندق راااااااائع مرييييييح وعائلي وموقعه ممتاز ونظييييف والموظفين اخلاقهم حلووووة ولطيفين وخدومين اطلالة الفندق خرافية عالبسفور تحته في كمان سوبر ماركت وستار بكس دقيقة مشي قدامه بالزبط محطة مترو وتقدروا تروحوا غلاطة بورت مشي ١٠ دقايق وتقسيم وبرج غلاطة وكراكوي كلهم مشي ومتوفر عندهم فطور وعندهم مطعم لولو لاونج جلساته حلوة واكله لزيز والمعسلات نظيييفة حقيقي انصحكم بالفندق مرررره عجبنا وارتحنا فيه واسعارهم ممتازة مقابل الخدمة والموقع كانت اول زيارة واكيد مهي الاخيرة .. غرف الدور الرابع احلى اطلالة عالبسفور ومتوفر مصعد والغرفة مكيفة وجاهزة بكل الخدمات من خزنة وكواية وثلاجة وقهوة .. المنطقة سياحية وامان الحمدلله ومافي ازعاج من الشارع
عزل الغرف شوية ضعيف كنا نسمع اصوات الناس وهما خارجين او موظفة التنظيف

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Отель классный. Удобно расположенный. До Таксим - пешком. Бесплатная парковка и валет сервис; очень удобно тк в Стамбуле с парковками очень сложно и дорого. На. Не повезло с номером, очень темный, но тк было всего 2 ночи, то уже не стала менять, так бы поменяла обязательно. А так стильный отель, просторный номер. Все на уровне.
Завтрак не шведский стол, а приносят свой набор блюд. Но нужно сказать, что все турецкие вкусняшки и оч вкусно и оч сытно и наесться и объесться можно. На много дней такой завтра не пойдет, но 2 дня нормально.

الموظفين غير بشوشين ماعدى البنت التي تعمل في المساء وقد طلبت منهم فيش ثنائي ورفض موظف الاستقبال وقال لايوجد اذهب اشتري من السوق وبعد ساعه عاودت الطلب ووجدت البنت وطلبت منها الفيش فعطتني على طول وكذالك وجبة الافطار كانت قليله في الكميه ولا تستحق السعر الذي دفعناه مقابل الوجبه ويوجد عنصريه في المعامله حيث كان معنا عائله تركيه في المطعم وكانت لهم معامله افضل واحضر لهم العصير والشاهي فطلبنا من الموظف ان يحضر لنا عصير مثلهم قال لازم تدفعون المال مقابل العصير ولدي صور للافطار لم يمر علينا في كل الدول مثل هذا الافطار

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026الموقع جبار وخاصة جناح بإطلالة على البسفور والترام وتحتك مطاعم وكفيهات وغلطة بورت قريب المنطقه حيوية الاثاث جيد ونظيف الفطور جيد يكفي أنه بأطلالة ونصيحه لاتجي اسطنبول بالصيف اذا مو الجو غيم ماتصلح الاطلاله

The location was excellent, and the staff, especially Emir and Taylan, were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Speciale dank aan Emir en Taylan voor hun gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid! Temiz ve ferah odalar, harika manzara, lezzetli kahvaltı ve çok iyi hizmet. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi; temizlik personelinden resepsiyona kadar herkes nazikti. Misafirperverlikleri ve yardımları için Emir ve Taylan’a ayrıca teşekkür ederiz!

Room service is not the best but good. They don’t have laundry in the hotel they take laundry outside and I lost some socks in the laundry.

Viale sottostante rumoroso causa intenso traffico (risolvibile con finestre chiuse). Staff non sempre simpatico e cordiale (per tenere i bagagli 1 ora dopo check out hanno storto il naso)

Reviewed May 25, 2026Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, especially Bilal and the whole Zimmer team. They kindly accepted to arrange an early check-in for me, which was very appreciated after traveling with my baby. Everyone was very supportive and always ready to help with anything we needed for the baby, which made our stay much more comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and always smiling. The location is excellent and made our stay in Istanbul even more enjoyable. Honestly, the experience was even better than my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.
