Villa Sultan

We had an absolutely wonderful stay as a group of 14 people. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming truly one of the nicest people we have ever met. Their warmth, generosity, and attention to every detail made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The property itself is a little slice of paradise: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature, yet still conveniently close to the city. It's the perfect place for anyone who wants to unwind and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere without being far from restaurants, shops, and attractions. The house was exceptionally well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, making it easy for our group to cook and enjoy meals together. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bedding was extremely comfortable, ensuring everyone had a great night's sleep. Every part of the accommodation was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and designed to make guests feel comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was the perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, and convenience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We would gladly come back without hesitation!

Shower drain was blocked

Although the location isn't quite far the road made it a bit hard to navigate to but the place was quite nice and very quite.

Difficulty of moving to the main road and everything esle a little bit far

Design & plenty space. Quiet, nice garden & greenery. Proximity to town - (Other travelers state its too far but if you have a motorbike this is no issue at all, it's only 10 min.). Kitchen & utensils were adequate but however no gas bottle connected to cook (we didn't request about it too).

From our bungalow the shower was not 100% full-proof/private. Backdoor was barely closeable due to an overgrown backyard. No soap/shampoo supplied. No drinking water; there was a big filtering pot but however nearly empty... it was never filled. Broken and moldy smelling towels. Cleanliness was average and there was no cleaning or towel changes during our 3-night stay. The water cooker on half full took at least 20 min. to reach boiling point. We didn't use the pool. Property needs extra care and shortcomings need to be tackled. On the other hand the price is low for a spacious bungalow but then for the same price I prefer a smaller bungalow where all/most is in order.

La ubicación. No hay servicio de desayuno, comida ni cena. Cambio de humor del personal. No hubo cambio de sabana/toallas ni limpieza de habitación en 4 noches. Acceso complicado.

Un peu loin du centre ville

Nous sommes venus en couple et avons absolument tout aimé ! La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et parfaitement entretenue, idéale pour se détendre. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Un grand merci à Sébastien, le gérant, pour son accueil chaleureux, et à Bastouille au bar, pour ses cocktails et sa bonne humeur communicative ! La piscine est un vrai plus, tout comme les petits espaces lounge autour. L’ambiance est calme et relaxante, tout en étant proche du centre de Kampot. Un vrai petit coin de paradis, que je recommande à 100 % !

The location was a bit of the way and the roads were bumpy. The restaurant on the property was closed and there were no restaurants or shops close by

The Manager, Stephan, is exceptionally supportive, making our stay a pleasant experience.

No shampoo no soap no drinking water no mosquitoes repellent no coffee no tea. Fortunately the manager did every thing after. Access is not easy but what’s app ok. No restaurant and no breakfast

Everything was perfect, Stephan was very helpfull, the swimming pool amazing, beautiful view and comfy room I will come back for sure !

Quiet, not too far from the city. Perfect place to relax.

Nice price, High cost performance,Very beautiful landscape,And the room is very big,Public areas are very spacious,you can invite a large family or a group of friends to there together,You can find a lots of kitchen utensils such as refrigerator, electric oven, grill, pots, bowls and cups here,So having a party in the evening is a good choice

It would be perfect if the neighbor’s dog could stop coming to the yard and digging through the trash can.
