L'emplacement est parfait pour Fira, la piscine est très agréable. Le personnel est à l'écoute et très agréable et les chambres sont propres !

Les chambres manquent un peu de luminosité et on ressent de l'humidité après les douches. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié.

Loved the pool and the staff are really lovely. Our room had a balcony which was great for relaxing and clothes washing. Short walk to the food, sunset and shops.

Localização perfeita, menos de 5 min do centro, so subir uma rua mas fora do barulho do centro. Quarto perfeito, vista perfeita, com piscina que apesar de não ser grande maravilhosa para refrescar no calor. Staff super simpatico e disponível. A repetir!

O pequeno almoço é muito fraco para o valor da estadia. Merecia um pouco mais e de forma simples. Pouca variedade. Uma pena pois foi a unica coisa foi menos boa. Só por isso não é 10.

A slight hill to the main road

O hotel é bonito e moderno, porém um pouco minimalista demais, nos uqrtos não tinha um copo sequer, nada de conforto, solicitei duas camas como é oferecido no anuncio e tive que dividir uma cama de casal com um amigo, bem desconfortavel. O café da manha sem graça e sem gosto, a mesa principal tinha dois saleiros que era pra ser usado por todas as mesas. Como sou diabetico pedi adoçante e a unica resposta foi NÃO TEM!

We had a problem with ants during our stay. We reported this straight away, although the room was cleaned there were ants all of over my clothes and belongings. There was no apology and was simply brushed over. The owner of the hotel was there at this time and refused to speak to us. The pool area looked nice but had a lack of sunbeds, as there were only 5 (one was broken) between everyone staying there. Other seating was uncomfortable bean bags.

Wij hadden wat pech met de kamer.. hadden wat t gevoel alsof we in een kelder zaten. Erg vochtig en muffe geur, lawaai vanuit de straat door de verluchting in de badkamer.

Spotlessly clean and modern decor on a quiet road.

I booked a twin room downstairs and was given a tiny twin room upstairs. Luckily I was able to swap with my daughter who had a downstairs bedroom with a sofa bed. They advertise ten rooms but I think they only have a few available . Also there are only 6 sun beds so not always possible to get a spot but the hotel has quiet periods so we managed as we only use the pool in the afternoon. It’s also a steep uphill walk to the town to be aware if you have mobility issues.

A very, very special hotel! The level of cleanliness there is something I have not encountered anywhere else in the world. The lady who arranges the rooms is charming and kind and simply does a perfect job. The attitude at the reception of the lady who works at night and Andreas who works in the morning is simply first-class customer service. Courtesy, professionalism, everything is about wanting to help and resolve any issue. The breakfast is continental and quite good, but the only thing missing is fresh vegetables and it would be perfect. The pool is the most perfect thing in the hotel, quiet, classy atmosphere and gorgeous design. We loved every moment of this hotel, I really recommend it. It is about 500 meters from the heart of Fira. There is a difficult climb every time, but it is marginal because there are so many advantages. We loved it very much and thank you very much for everything! We will definitely recommend and also return to the hotel and to the amazing Santorini!

There was an unsolved problem with the door lock. Must've replace the entire lock. it took lots of time to open or close

There was a problem with the lock of the door which didn't solved till our last day... not fun.

浴室隔板只有一半，亞洲人比較不習慣，導致淋浴後水會灑滿整個地上，另外，浴室層架不足，且浴室門把壞掉沒有修。

Ένα όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο των Φηρών με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε transfer κάτι που αποτελεί σημαντικό παράγοντα μετακινήσεων. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό όπως και το μπάνιο. Η κ. Αγγελική στην υποδοχή ήταν κατατοπιστικότατη και καθημερινά γινόταν αλλαγή πετσετών. Ο χώρος της πισίνας αξιόλογος και χορηγούνται πετσέτες καθόλη την διάρκεια χρήσης της πισίνας.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο πιο μικρό από τις προσδοκίες μας, αλλά δεν αποτέλεσε κάποιο ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα!

Good value for money in an often overpriced location

Posizione eccellente. L'hotel è davvero tanto pulito e profumato, con uno staff gentilissimo e sorridente. Andrea è stato eccezionale nelle indicazioni e nella disponibilità. Il posto è proprio centrale e a piedi sei vicino (max 5 minuti a piedi) al centro di fira, ai vicoletto, alla stazione dei bus, e ad alcune taverne buonissimo. Siamo stati davvero bene.

I loved how central it was whilst also not being in a very busy or noisy area. I absolutely loved the pool, it was never too busy and the temperature was perfect for cooling off!

Perfetto, super consigliato! Posizione ottima, in centro ma fuori dalla confusione. In due minuti a piedi si è in città e si hanno tutti i servizi (stazione bus, rent car e scooter, ristoranti, market ecc). Si riesce inoltre a trovare facilmente parcheggio nei dintorni. Hotel nuovo, curato e pulitissimo, stanza sempre perfetta con cambio biancheria giornaliero, dotata di phon, ferro da stiro e prodotti per la doccia. Personale veramente gentile,disponibile e preparato, servizi ottimi. Bella piscina, colazione buona. Molto apprezzato anche il fatto che l'ultimo giorno ci hanno conservato i bagagli fino a sera e dato la possibilità di usare i bagni e la piscina. Consigliatissimo davvero.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Cold scrambled eggs, bread and pastries not fresh but acceptable. Would be better to offer more types of cereal, toast, fresh bread/ pastries.

The breakfast was good, it caters for all kinds of tastes, savory, sweet etc. The location of the hotel is very close to the bus station which makes it easier to travel to near towns or villages. It's also a walking distance to the cliffs and restaurants.

Il personale è stato gentilissimo e super accogliente: un ringraziamento e una menzione speciale vanno ad Angel per la sua straordinaria disponibilità!

La cortesia del personale, sotto questo punto di vista, è stata di gran lunga la migliore esperienza. Gentilezza e disponibilità, ci sono venuti incontro ad un problema importante, che non ci ha permesso di usufruire della prima notte prenotata e ci hanno posticipato il checkout di un giorno, senza costi aggiuntivi. La pulizia ottima, la posizione e si vede che si tratta di una struttura rinnovata di recente. Assolutamente consigliato.

Mi sento di suggerire, delle piccoli attenzioni, che possono migliorare l'esperienza, come ad esempio un bollitore e/o una macchina del caffè in camera. Anche la colazione può essere migliorata, con una maggiore varietà di prodotti, ciò nonostante sono disponibili ad eventuali richieste

Tres propes et moderne. Piscine et terrasse tres bien. Seul reproche: chambre qui fait a peine 9 m2 donc un peu a l'etroit avec les bagages. Petit dej bien. Personnel sympathique et au petit soin.

The property is beautiful and very comfortable. It is spotlessly clean in the rooms and all throughout the hotel. The breakfast was perfect and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and there’s great views out to the sea. A 5-7 minute walk to the main strip in Fira and situated in a nice quiet location. Very honest staff, we left money in the safe and the cleaner who cleaned our room came to tell us about this.

Staff were so friendly and helpful both the young man on the desk in the morning and the lady in the evening. The hotel has their own map and recommendations. The bed was really comfy and the cleaners opened the windows every day for fresh air, wasn’t bit once. The breakfast was lovely, egg sausage bacon then choice of toast and cereals. Would recommend Pelican Kipos cafe and wine restaurant nearby, best food on the island for us.

Our room was slightly small but was good value for money. The hotel is positioned on a hill with a one way street which is something to be mindful of. It is €35 to get an uber basically anywhere on the island so we hired a quad or buggy from just up the street for €60 for a whole day. No pubs.

A very neat and clean hotel. The staff were truly pleasant, helpful, and courteous. A quiet location, yet close enough to downtown Fira. There’s also a convenience store fairly close to the hotel where I was able to get everything I needed. I didn’t opt for breakfast because I wanted to try out the different options Fira has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, polite, and always welcoming. The reception team were especially great very helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The housekeeping team worked very hard to keep everything clean and comfortable, and they were consistently kind and friendly throughout my stay. Their dedication and positive attitude really made a difference. Thank you to everyone for making my visit so enjoyable!

Only thing that disappointed a cold pool

Βρισκεται σε κεντρικο σημειο πολυ κοντα στα κτελ και στα σημεια ενδιαφεροντος (εστιατορια, καφετεριες, μουσειο). Ειναι πεντακαθαρο, ωραια αισθητικη στα δωματια, ανετο στρωμα, μπαλκονακι στο δωματιο με καρεκλες και τραπεζι, βεραντα στην προσοψη του ξενοδοχειου, ησυχη περιοχη, ωραιο πρωινο, ευγενικο προσωπικο, ολα τελεια. Ειναι η δευτερη φορα που μενω εδω και το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα.

Δεν υπηρχε κατι λαθος, ολα αψογα.

Séjour parfait. Personnel exceptionnel. Mention spécial pour Angélique qui a été d'une très grande gentillesse, parlait très bien le français et nous a énormément conseillé pour nos différentes activités sur Santorin. Etablissement d'une très grande propreté. Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable et salle de bain parfaitement adaptée. Très belle piscine et parfaitement entretenue !!!! Très bonne situation géographique. A peine 10 minutes à pied jusqu'à Fira Centre Ville et une vue imprenable sur la Mer Egée. De très belles terrasses et restaurants sur les hauteurs de Santorin.

Peut être que le petit déjeuner devrait être un peu plus varié. Sinon rien à redire.
