The hotel is in a nice quiet road and easy to access; it is also close to many useful bars (for breakfast etc) and restaurants and shops. Trams and buses into the centre also stop nearby.

The cleaning staff come in to the building very early and make a lot of noise. They also bang on your door and make you feel they are impatient for you to leave.

Бяхме две семейства като едната стая беше с обща баня. При настаняване от рецепцията ни казаха, че и двете ще са с собствена баня. Настанихме се, изкъпахме се, легнахме след дългия ден и към 22:30 от рецепцията ни казаха че са объркали стаята и трябва спешно да се преместим. Това беше крайно недопустимо и неадекватно. Помолих да освободим на сутринта, но за тях това беше проблем. Не съм доволна само от това всеки бърка но не е това начина ..

Oldukça pis ve bakımsız.. balkonda 10 a yakın sigara izmariti toz pislik vardı. tavan üst kattan akmış su lekeleri ile dolu idi. Tıkalı ve pis duşa kabin ve wc lavobası.. 3 kişiye 2 duş havlusu bırakmışlar duşta şampuan yoktu ve wc de el yıkamak için bitmek üzere olan bir sıvı sabun vardı. haznesi de kırık iş yapmıyordu. Kendimi oldukça kötü hissettirdi. Yanımda erkek çocuklarım vardı şikayet etmedim ama rezildi bence. Ayrıca fotolardaki odalardan biri değil sokağın karşı sırasında başka bir binada yer verdiler. Her hali ile varoştu yani..

​I strongly advise anyone thinking of booking this hotel in Milan to think twice! Before arriving, I read the positive reviews and believed the pictures, but the reality was a complete disappointment. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. ​The room was dirty, lacked basic amenities (like a proper blanket), and had an unpleasant odor. The air conditioning was unusable—either freezing or boiling—and the noise levels were terrible. On top of that, the reception staff was cold and unhelpful when I raised these issues. ​It feels completely unacceptable that they charge extra service fees, as no real service is provided at all. This place wasn't even up to the standard of a hostel—I've stayed in hostels that were much cleaner and better run than this, yet they are charging proper hotel rates. Please do not be fooled by the photos online like I was—I definitely cannot recommend staying here!

It was clean, my room was big, air conditioning.

The only thing that bothered me was that I specifically asked for no room service, and twice in different days the cleaning lady opened my door while I was sleeping, which honestly at the beginning scared me out because I was thinking that I total stranger was able to get into my room until next day when it happened again and I saw it was the cleaning girl.

A porta da casa de banho estava partida, tanto do poliban quanto da porta que fecha a casa de banho. A tampa da sanita tb estava partida.

Mayoritariamente la ubicación está enfrente de un supermercado y está conectado por medio del tranvía para ir directamente al Duomo que ya está conectado al metro al cual puedes ir a cualquier sitio

Very rude and uninterested staff. The girl at the reception took a picture of my passport with her phone. When asked to remove it she got annoyed. On the second day there was no warm water. Again the same girl at the reception was very annoyed when I notified her about it. No instructions for checking out before 9:00 am. The reception is closed until then and the front gate is locked.

Hi, I’m contacting you because during our stay at your hotel, we found bed bugs in our room, and we also suffered multiple bites. This situation was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. We had to wash and disinfect all of our clothes and belongings to make sure we didn’t bring any bed bugs with us, which caused us additional expenses, inconvenience, and stress. Es war alles super! Die Mitarbeiter Mega nett obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind. Man kann sehr einfach mit einer Straßenbahn zum Dom. Es gibt ein großen Lidl direkt vor dem Hotel und der Balkon war super!

This hotel is a fraud. They approved my late check-in (11:00 PM–12:00 AM), but when I arrived with my family, the reception was closed and no one answered my calls. I was stranded for 2–3 hours with my 4-year-old daughter and had to book another hotel at my own expense. From August 1 to August 3, within just three days, three different guests had to spend the night on the road. The hotel approved their late check-in requests, but when they arrived, the reception was closed and no one answered their calls. This is clearly not a rare occurrence. It shows a recurring pattern, not an isolated incident.

نظافه

Ho apprezzato la disponibilità dello staff e la posizione. Ho usato due camere: la prima aveva un bagno tremendo ed era calda nonostante l'aria condizionata, la seconda invece era più moderna. Erano entrambe silenziose e con aria condizionata.

Non mi è piaciuto il bagno della prima camera in cui ho alloggiato... ma per il prezzo che aveva, è stato accettabile

Avevo gia avvisato che sarei arrivata dopo le 23! E mi hanno detto che faceva il checkin online! E invece non si riusciva! Pagato e non sono riuscita a dormire! Un schifo!

Pulizia: asciugamani, doccia, wc....

Staff accogliente, posizione comoda vicino ai mezzi si trasporto, la stanza è molto grande, c'è l'aria condizionata, la via è privata e lontana dal traffico quindi molto silenziosa.

La pulizia non era delle migliori, mancava una delle porte scorrevoli della doccia, mancavano i porta asciugamani quindi non si possono appoggiare da nessuna parte in bagno. Il letto non è matrimoniale ma ad una piazza e mezza

Alojamiento limpio y cómodo para una noche, aunque sin grandes lujos. Ubicación muy práctica para ir al aeropuerto de Milán-Linate.

No es tan práctico si vas a estar muchos días por el centro de Milán.

Hotel in ottima posizione, ben collegato con diversi mezzi pubblici al centro e alle stazioni FS. La via privata in cui si trova è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. A/C perfettamente funzionante.

Camera piccola e bagno piccolissimo. Arredamento da minimo sindacale con mobilio vecchio in parte rovinato. Appena entrato in camera ho segnalato in reception che ho trovato l'asse del wc molto instabile, in quanto mancava una delle due viti che la dovrebbero fissare al sanitario. Mi è stato assicurato che avrebbero sistemato la cosa il giorno seguante, ma ciò non è avvenuto né il secondo né il terzo (e mio ultimo) giorno. Spero che la riparazione sia stata effettuata prima dell'ingesso dell'ospite successivo ...

L’établissement est un compromis pour rentrer au cœur de Milan. Le réseau de transport en commun est très accessible.

L’endroit est mal insonorisé. La salle de bain commune mérite un peu plus d’amour.

A limpeza é péssima, o estado dos quartos não corresponde às fotografias, a mobília do quarto é quase inexistente e não tem tomadas suficientes. O funcionário que nos recebeu mentiu-nos e depois disse que a culpa era nossa, para além de não ter ajudado em nada e ser absolutamente imprestável. Das piores experiências da minha vida. Jamais voltarei!!

Der Herr am Empfang war äußerst kompetent, nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer waren in einem seperaten Gebäude gegenüber des Hotels. Diese waren sehr in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise defekt und schlecht gepflegt. Wasserschadenflecken und Spuren an den Wänden. Am letzten Tag kein Warmwasser. Betten waren ok und groß. Preis-Leistung nicht ok.

La camera era molto ampia e spaziosa, collocata all’ultimo piano, il problema è che le due finestre che aveva erano molto alte e senza tende, e anche per un riposo pomeridiano con la luce non è stato gradevole. Il bagno in camera era troppo piccolo, nonostante si potesse sfruttare lo spazio a disposizione della camera per poterlo ingrandire, oltre che, senza la presenza del bidet. La camera esteticamente è anche carina, ma sarebbe da sistemare e riverniciare per tanti difetti estetici visibili ad occhio.

Le foto delle camere mi hanno illusa. E' un due stelle trascurato.

Good location, but that's about it

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrible condition. Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Ants were coming in from the balcony; bathroom facilities were broken - toilet seat moved, light didn't work, dirty shower head, mold/mildew. Uncomfortable bed that wasn't properly covered- only had a sheet to cover mattress and a sheet to use and two pillows. Recent reviews mentioned bed bugs, and while we didn't see any, the mattress had noticeable stains that raised concerns. Pictures on the listing are misleading. Charged the highest tourist tax we paid the whole trip (€5 per person, per night). Found several much nicer nearby hotels for about the same price we had prepaid. Had I known I would have waited to book last minute and stayed elsewhere.

Friendly service at reception.

I felt very unsafe at night, heard many noises and people fithing and running on the corridor, was tempted to call the police but was extremely afraid because thought they would hear me outside and the door had just a tiny lock that didnt help me feel safer. I could not sleep the entire first night, second night without fights but lots of noise outside, you can hear every door and step, nontheless shouting. Light inside the bathroom did not work.

The hotel does not match the photos and description on Booking.com. The property is very different from what was advertised. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room, and everything was dirty. The bathroom was especially filthy and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. I did not feel safe staying in this hotel because the overall condition was unacceptable.

It's good for a one night stay, it's a basic 2 star hotel. The location was very good for our needs, we wanted it to be close to Linate for Parco della Musica. Staff was ok, easy check-in, clean, basic amenities. There's also a Lidl across the street. Hot water, good pressure.

The pillows are very stiff, really uncomfortable. At least some towel racks would be good, there is nowhere to hang the towels.
