Clean and very spacious

Quite far from the city centre but accessible.

Our new go-to hotel whenever we have a layover or need to stay in Manila. ❤️ The bed is soft and comfortable, the staff are kind and accommodating, and the location is very convenient. Definitely staying here again!

Used 3 times spacious room was very comfortable.

However, the water pressure in the shower is poor.

Lovely stay, comfortable room with a coffee machine! Fridge, jug which was great. Best sleep in a month travelling the Phillipines it was so peaceful. Welcome drink on arrival. I was able to check in a few hours early. Excellent customer service.Bridgette was fantastic. Even let me watch a movie after checkout downstairs. As I had evening flight. Not far to Mall of Asia and airport. I found the local area fine to walk around as a solo female traveller.

The hotel was fresh and clean They have fitted out the room with Panasonic power sockets, Nespresso coffee machine, cloths iron and board.. Rooms are nicely done with soft furnishings, towels and lined. Bathrooms at well done with black granite and ceramic grey tiles. Staff very helpful and friendly High floor breakfast room with helpful server

Lovely little quiet hotel. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Very clean and well-thoughtout. Everything you need in the compact room. Within walking distance to shops . Good value for the money.

Surrounding area is not so interesting for westerners, at least during the day. In the evening a few more bars and lounges etc. open up. Would have tried them but was only there for a day.

They’re all amazing, they welcomed us with a drink, the room is nice and comfortable, many amenities, the staff very helpful, didn’t expect such great place and service for the price we paid 🙏

The location is close to many places but didn’t like the surrounding areas.

The staff here were extremely kind and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected, and they were gracious enough to let us check in right away. We were greeted with a delicious welcome drink, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are very well-equipped and the beds are quite comfortable. We also appreciated how quiet it was at night.

The only minor detail was that the pillows were a bit too large for our preference, but overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The room had not been properly cleaned although we got there late evening. There was clump of hair on the bathroom floor and the coffee machine had used pods in it's compartment.

ASN is a small, quiet hotel on a quiet street. The staff has been friendly and helpful and a restaurant is on the premises.

A szobánk nem volt túl nagy az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt,a fürdőszobában minden jól működött. A klíma kicsit hangos volt.A személyzet nagyon kedves volt.

Well appointed room with great bed and linens. Fantastic shower too. A very comfortable room and quiet stopover.

It felt a little remote in terms of being near restaurants etc and it wasn’t recommended for us to take a walk there in the evening. However easy to get Grab taxis which are cheap.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle sichere Lage und das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer waren top ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Ich hatte eine Augenentzündung und brauchte einen Arzt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat mir gesagt, wo ich hingehen kann. Außerdem wurde uns ein kostenloser Late Check-out ermöglicht, da unser Flug erst spät abends ging. Vielen lieben Dank!

The staff was super helpful. The location is not perfect but at least the neighborhood felt okay. The room was quite spacious and well decorated.

Loved the staff, so kind,attentive, and helpful. The room was nice,nicely decorated, it had everything you need, plus a coffee machine. The location was good and safe. If something was not working well enough, the staff immediately fixed it. i would like to mention specifically Bernadette, who gave her 200 percent at all times. Tricia,a newcomer also to be is also to be mentioned for her great helpfull attitude , as well.

Me gustó mucho el boutique residence, limpio, muy bien equipado, te dan una bebida de bienvenida y te permiten dejar los equipajes después del check out si tu vuelo es mas tarde. La cama cómoda, la habitación moderna y con todos los que necesita. Hicimos una sola noche y todo estuvo muy bien

No lifts - problems when lots of heavy luggage, but the staff is very helpful

Sehr bequemes Bett, schönes Bad und nettes Personal. Das Beste ist jedoch die absolute Ruhe! Man hört kein Straßenlärm, was mir persönlich wichtig war. Ich habe super geschlafen!

Es kommt so gut wie kein Tageslicht in das Zimmer. Zudem würde ich jedem Tourist, vor allen Frauen, davon abraten, ab der Dämmerung draußen rumzulaufen, sketchy Gegend

Lors de notre arrivée nous avons demandé s’il était possible de payer en CB, ce qui nous a été confirmé. Au départ, on nous annonce que ce n’est pas possible mais que nous pouvons payer via le QR code, ce que nous avons fait. Le montant a été débité deux fois et la réception nous a confirmé que le remboursement sera fait dans la journée. Depuis, après plusieurs relances, aucune réponse de l’hôtel et aucun remboursement reçu, ce qui est inacceptable ! Un départ décevant qui gâche une note qui aurait pu être meilleure.

Мястото ( местоположението ), хотела е пълен с хлебарки. Добре, че бяхме за една нощувка там. Бяхме си оставили целия багаж по земята ( куфари, чанти и обувки ) отворени, защото излязохме на вън. Пробирайки се разбираме, че има хлебарки и оправяхме още веднъж целия багаж. Една хлебарка излезе от обувката на мъжа ми хаха… скандално

Останавливались на одну ночь. Приветливый персонал. Ужин заказали в номер по прайсу. В номере все необходимое, включая микроволновку и кофемашину.

Os funcionários são extremamente educados e solícitos. Chegamos cedo e nos permitiram fazer check in antecipado, o que ajudou bastante. O quarto é bem confortável e equipado. Valeu a pena para uma noite entre um vôo e outro.

O entorno do hotel não é dos melhores, mas possui muita coisa próxima.

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Wir haben da nur eine Nacht verbracht um am nächsten Morgen weiter zu fliegen und für das ist es wirklich ein super Hotel. Mit dem Grab ist man in 10 - 15 Minuten am Flughafen. Die Reception hat 24h betrieb was uns auch sehr entgegengekommen ist. Das Zimmer war wirklich schön, es hat eine tolle Dusche und auch sonst eine top Ausstattung. Für einen Zwischenstopp kann ich das Hotel also auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

- Das viertel in dem das Hotel liegt erschien uns nicht ganz so sicher.

There was no window for the triple room. The bed sheets were having holes… 😔

Tekla teplá voda, i tlak vody dostatečný. Celá koupelna na evropské úrovni. Klimatizace na pokoji moderní, evropská, plně funkční. Pokoj velmi čistý, na každé dvojposteli dvě pokrývky. Dostatek ručníku. Na pokoji kapslový kávovar včetně kapslí, recepční ochotně poskytla další kapse.

Uvolněné prkénko toalety a uvolněná baterie umyvadla v koupelně. Ale oba tyto nedostatky, které patří dle zkušeností z více ubytování na Filipínách, k místnímu koloritu, byl personál hotelu ochoten toto hned opravit.

Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu.

Lokalizacja hotelu nieciekawa. W pokoju prześcieradła z dziurami. W łazience pojawił się karaluch. Winda niedziałająca.

The room is very confortable and silent. It is very well furnished. It's location allow to reach the nearest mall in less than five minutes walk. The staff is great. The assisted us with the transfer from/to the airport. They allow us to store our bagpacks during our trip to other sites in the Philippines. Despite we arrived at 3:00 am, they let us to check in. We really appreciate the whole stay and staff.

The room was big, the bathroom was big and clean, the location is also very good. I would book again!

The only thing was that the elevator was not working at the time of my stay and while showering the water was leaking a bit to the rest of the bathroom. But nothing mayor and nothing that would make me uncomfortable or upset.

The staffs were very helpful. We can already check-in to our two rooms though we arrived at 5am and checkout at 6am was not a problem. The room was clean and quiet and bed was comfortable.

Overall, it was a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful. The room was more equipped that we thought, it had a Microwave, fridge, kettle, tv, ironing board. Location was very good, near to a lot of restaurants, gym and mall.

Unfortunately the elevator was not working and you need to carry the luggage to the room. Nevertheless the staff helped us carrying one suitcase ;)
