Excellent location, and particularly comfortable.
I didn’t manage to see the host, but that was to no fault of his. He had a family emergency.
Friendly & helpful staff,, very close to attractions & pubs etc short 5 minutes walk,,clean tidy room & a stones throw to the beach
Only a small gripe I were in room 4 a few maintenance issues ,, the shower very loose & slightly detached from the wall & a broken plug socket in the room
Very happy with the rooms. I had a double bed with ensuite and another room with a sink and single bed.
Everything was very good.
Near to the beach and shops , and the promenade nice room
Separate bathroom , not enough milk , never emptied the bin in the toilet, didn’t get shown my room didnt explain anything about how to work the tv , or where to leave the keys , didn’t tell me anything about when the bar was as open , both the keys were the same for the front door and my room like same colour
Nice big room, smart tv and clean. Good location to pleasure beach and pier very quiet at night and staff gave recommendations for places to visit and places to eat also adviced us places to avoid.
Shower seal was moldy could do with being replaces also no hand soap.
Very welcoming host, clean room and bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, a central location and overall good value for money
Great location. Fresh, clean linen and towels. Necessities included. Great owner. Friendly, welcoming, nothing too much trouble.
Nothing to be honest! Except the owner is a Spurs fan and I’m Arsenal so we had banter
I was here for the football and it’s a five min walk to the ground. Turn left and you’re literally on the promenade. The owner was outstanding. I arrived earlier than expected and he allowed me to check in early.
Nothing not to like
Toilet and shower needed a good clean
The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean ..the price is very reasonable..i'd recommend it to families especially.but anyone can stay there as it is a quiet, cosy place close to everything you need

Room cancelled 2hrs before check in said they had over booked, more like they sold the room on for a higher price. Air show and punk festival on in Blackpool the same weekend. We paid for our room 4 months ago, cheap price. Rooms were going for £199 that night. Disgrace of a bed and breakfast to cancel 2hrs before stay clear
The location and price
great lad Gary, rang to check my arrival time, super clean room, comfy bed, nothing not to like, great location for the both the South pier and a walk into town along the front, great parking in the church car park only one street back, will deffo rebook
Host was lovely and friendly
It was a good hotel for the 1 night we stayed there.
On arrival and checking on the back of the door was the breakfast times (8.30-9.30). Went down number of times and never seen anyone. We left at 9.45 and had to find somewhere for breakfast.
Location and price, friendly landlord , ceiling fan , plenty of hangers and drawers for your clothes .
Cups weren’t changed in the 4 days we were there or bins emptied , our mattress was lumpy , clean towels were given on our last day when my husband asked .
A very lovely place to stay nice and clean and airy, fever friendly owner ,I will be staying again
The space and the size of the rooms which is good
Staff made it special for my daughters 6th birthday putting up banners and giving her a birthday card to making it extra special for her :)
Nothing to not like
Everything
Great location, friendly owners and a decent breakfast
The bathroom was too small for me, but I am 6’8”, couldn’t close the door whilst sat on loo and the shower was a bit cramped for me.. nothing major though
Really lovely location, friendly owner, and cosy laid back B&B. Very comfortable beds, dog friendly (with no extra charge!) Plenty of tea and coffee, towels and fast WiFi! The location is outstanding. An easy walk to the Pleasure beach, the central pier and North pier and the tower. We parked at the nearby church, around 2 mins walk away and around £4 for 24 hours. Special mention for the lovely breakfast, and lovely veg sausages. Also my partner had the full English and said it was the best bacon he’d had in ages! Really lovely stay, we’ll be back.
The host was a Very nice person
Super właściciel. Wszystkie warunki spełnione.
Wszytko. Tam trzeba być i zobaczyć.
Leaving...
Not clean, not comfortable, heat in room was excruciating, wallpaper ripped, shower curtains was filthy black, never slept in the bed put my own beach towels on top of bed just to lay down, left a day early and booked another hotel.
The owners
Good brekfast
Nice and clean and location great
Nothing. Really enjoyed our stay
Great location. Nice and clean and comfy. Host was really pleasant. Perfect for what we needed
Good location
Shower warm water
Location, quit , clean and very good location
All good
Excellent value
Was ok apart from neighbors shouting
Second time we have been here now and the host was great!!! He let us have the same room as the first time around which my son loved as he has his own little room, the host didn't have to give the same room but he did and it was really nice of him to do so, whenever we visit black pool from now on we will always check availability here first before looking elsewhere.
Shower could do with being warmer but apart from that we have no other issues that need addressing
The location was walking distance to the beach, shops, buses, and tram (to & from the Blackpool Rail Station). So terrific location.
Comfy bed. Terrific staff. Privacy if you wanted it or people to chat with when sitting on the porch.
Gary was really nice breakfast was lovely but the shower was cold room was small for a family room it was clean not a bad experience really
Like I say the water was cold so couldn't shower and room was cold
Location was great, the host was friendly, room was a good size, had free WiFi
Rooms are grubby and could do with a bit of TLC, it smells old from the minute you walk in through the doors, breakfast was nice but was cold,
I booked another property before we left for Blackpool but on arrival they cancelled so was on a budget until I got my refund and for the money you can’t complain it was clean and the owner was absolutely lovely
Large clean room with big bathroom and big bed
Nothing. All good
Friendly, convenient and inexpensive
A little dated, and needs work doing in places
location and staff are very friendly.
Lovely people would do any thing for you would go back
It was very close to a tram station as well as being very close to the water.
The room smelled of mold and there was large amounts of mold in the shower. Additionally the toilet in my room did not flush.
For a budget room, we were very happy. Clean and tidy. Good location
Some milk in the room to go with the tea would have been nice but Morrisons 30 second away. Kettle don't fit under the tap so you have to use the cup to fill kettle
Cheap. Last minute stay
First room wasn't clean, bed unconformable didn't sleep
The manager was very polite and accommodating and the hotel was very clean and homely

The room was clean and tidy and looks like it's been recently decorated to a modern standard
The room was just about cold but we wasn't in there long enough to let it bother us, the shower was just about freezing but I guess when we used it others in the building were also using their showers No tv remote Slight confusion if breakfast was included or not but was no bother as we had a great breakfast 100 yards away from the hotel
Blackpool
They corridors stunk of weed. We left the premises at 11.30pm and headed home mattresses uncomfortable and we was all itching from bites need a good clean. Ruined our holiday.
Lovely little place. Small bedrooms but clean and bonus dogs are allowed. Small bar and friendly owner. We would stay here again
Owner was very friendly, beds were well made clean and comfortable
The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was ideal for our stay. It is well located by a tram stop and some shops. Parking in the nearby church car park was easy and reasonably priced
Nothing; the hotel was fine
I wanted to share my recent experience during my stay, which was nothing short of splendid. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, with the owner kindly welcoming me at the bar. Our brief ten-minute conversation about the current state of the world was both engaging and genuinely appreciated, adding a personal touch to my arrival. I was allocated a ground floor room, which suited me perfectly. I should mention, however, that on a couple of occasions, other guests mistook us for the owners. While this did not diminish our enjoyment in any way, it is a small point worth noting-particularly as a gentle reminder to keep the door locked when occupying a downstairs room for added security. Accompanying me were two fairy friends, who thoroughly enjoyed their time, alongside our two dogs who also seemed quite content. There was an abundance of tea and coffee, which was a comforting and thoughtful gesture. The place could use a bit of tender loving care to bring it up to its full potential, but aside from that minor caveat, I wholeheartedly recommend it. 1 am certainly looking forward to returning in the future and will not hesitate to stay again.
Great location
Having to phone a number to be able to check in ,which they could of messaged to ask what time we was due They offer breakfast which was extra, but it’s was cash only, which should have been said when checking in, the bathroom could do with a rail to put the towel on , not the floor
We received a big room with a planty of sunlight. Man from reception was very helpful .show us where to park to avoid paying .
Good location
Everything ok
Great value for money in a centrally located hotel. It is just a short walk to the beach. The host is very friendly. I had a couple of beers with him whilst watching the Arsenal match.
Location
No heating
the Host was very welcoming and friendly excellent value and a reaiiy nice breakfast
struggledto park nearby
Clean, tidy. Cosy
No radiator in bedroom or the shared bathroom. Very cold
Clean today and well kept
Nothing
A hidden gem of blackpool. Welcoming comfortable and great atmosphere. Amazing host in Gary who couldn't do enough for you. Great breakfast to. Highly recommended 👌
Nothing
The owner and the chef were smashing people and we were comfortable in coming and going as we wanted. Our dog was made very welcome. Rooms were functional and beds were comfortable
The furniture in our room was very poor. The radiator cover was almost collapsed and the wardrobe was partially inaccessible because of it. There was a draw front completely missing from a bedside cabinet. Cleaning in the room wasn’t through and whilst the bedding was clean, the dust was thick and we found a pair of knickers down the back of one of the single beds as we moved it a little to accommodate the dog bed. Breakfast was excellent value.
Nice friendly staff:)
Lovely friendly hotel, friendly service. And what was a priority for me was the possibility of staying with pet :)
The location was brilliant, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was amazing
The bed was really uncomfortable and the bedding was marked quite a bit. The socket on the wall was hanging off which isn’t the best when you have kids in the room
Clean and owner very welcoming
we stayed here as a family of four. when we came in we were greeted by the owner he was very kind and full of conversation. even engaged with the kids. the room was immaculate very clean and tidy. very comfortable. will defo be the hotel we use when we come over to blackpool. highly recommend
Was good size rooms , had a family room , was just what we needed for a one night stay , host is a lovely fella too (just shame he supports spurs haha ) nah honestly lovely little place to stay
Gary, the host was very welcoming and the accommodation was fantastic, for the price. The bed was really comfortable- no saggy mattress. The shower was brilliant, hot water throughout and good pressure. The tv was great, all the channels were there. The beach, Tesco, a bakery and loads of takeaways, just a 2 minute walk. Best of all, it was quiet, no street noise at all. Wonderful!
Nothing.
It was close to the front so not far to walk. We had two family rooms which was adequate for an overnight stay. Seems to be located in a street full of B and B’s
The bed in one room was broken and furniture was old and worn. The wardrobe door in one room was hanging off.
