The location was very central to Queenstown - Arrowtown And access to Cardrona. The house offered plenty of room for everyone to find a private space to chill. The house offered great heating. The laundry was great to be to be able to wash and dry. Kitchen was well equipped and roomy. Bedrooms offered plenty of storage and room around the beds.

Disappointed that we were sent the wrong access information to enter the property and had difficulty contacting the agent to give us there the right code to enter the property making the arrival stressful for everyone who were flying in.

No convience shops if there urgent things to look for.

This was a great place for two families to spend time together but also have space to yourself as well.

Not a dislike but you can notice signs of wear and some maintenance will need to be done in the future. Washing line was broken on arrival. Property manager needs to check the door tumbler/locks to outside doors had a little difficulty with a couple, especially dining room door.

샤워룸이 3개여서 우리 7명 일행이 제일 큰 장점으로 뽑았습니다. 퀸스타운에서 먼 곳이지만 근처에 레이크 헤이스가 있어서 산책하기 좋았어요. 조용하고 아름다운 호수였습니다. 숙소에서의 뷰도 멋졌어요.주방과 식사 공간이 넉넉해서 여러 사람이 머물기에 좋은 곳이에요.

집 내부 시설은 특별히 아쉬울 것이 없었지만 새벽에 차들이 지나는 소리가 좀 크게 들렸어요. 하지만 도로 위쪽 언덕에 위치하고 나무로 가려져 있어서 저녁에는 도로 가까운 곳인지 모를 정도랍니다. 산쪽으로도 산책할 수 있을 거라 예상했지만 사유지라 막혀있었어요.

Stunning property in a beautiful place. The hosts were very helpful when we left items behind and have arranged a way for us to get them back. Highly recommend this place

The house is lovely and spacious and a great choice for my group of friends to stay. Plenty of parking, comfy beds and 3 bathrooms was great.

On booking I liked the proximity to arrowtown,millbrook and Ayrburn. We always like to stay out from the busy central area The house was large with many bedrooms and bathrooms and I have to say the water pressure was extremely good. Kitchen had most of the appliances that we needed for our stay. The manager was very communicative and promptly responsive and helpful

The only downsides given the cost to stay , even with location is the noise from the main road, it is very busy and even with the curtains pulled you can hear the main road . The inside decor is dated ( lounge suites and chairs are old ) and not many options for comfort. There are no seating options outside on a lovely sunny day either or evening ( even with road noise) and the pool/water feature was empty and dirty and not pleasant to look at . We did have to buy kitchen condiments oil / salt / and they had run out of kitchen washing liquid and dishwashing powder, the waste disposal didn’t work so we were mindful of not using this. Not cheap per night to stay so I would have expected it to be a bit more up market with decor.

We had a wedding locally at Lake Hayes Pavilion, and this place was positioned only down the road. The home is spacious, with great showers and bath. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and dining area, fantastic view of the lake.

Absolutely loved this spacious house, warm, relaxing & beautiful views/location.

Location was great with amazing views of snow capped mountains. Hosts communication was great and helped resolve a little issue we had ASAP. Great value for money and a perfect location for families to base themselves and travel to snowfields, Queenstown and Arrowtown. We will be staying here again for our next visit to NZ.

Only minor thing is a few lights are out but nothing that affects the experience.

What a fantastic property! Offering such a great location close to most major towns. Had fantastic views and such a wonderfully warm feeling in the property.

Location was perfect. Some road noise but not enough to bother us super spacious. Woke up to amazing view of Coronet Peak. Heated floor tiles in bathroom.

Excellent property, lots of space, layout was great, full kitchen and an amazing host. Joe dropped off firewood, extended our check out by an hour, very helpful.

Maybe update the lounge furniture, nothing expensive just an update.

Spacious home. Lots of bathrooms. Everything you could need. Excellent view, even a hot air balloon over the valley this morning. Lots of fruit trees.

You need to manage the blinds and curtains yourself as with fantastic views, there is a huge amount of glass. Be proactive in keeping that in mind.

Location was ideal, big house with large bedrooms, plenty of room for everyone, beautiful views, very relaxing, it had a full kitchen with utensils & washware, excellent

Only queen size beds

Lovely clean house with spectacular views. A lovely retreat from all the crowds in Queenstown but also close enough to access all the Queenstown activities.

The house is huge with beautiful views of lake Hayes and out to Coronet peak. Large rooms for a family group and huge kitchen. Great off street parking for multiple cars. Management great to deal with and responsive .

The furniture is very old particularly the lounge furniture which was also unclean. There is definitely an insect infestation and that is with windows closed so we had to continue to sweep up and the next day they were all over the tiles again. Old carpet too.

The size, the furniture

Vacuum cleaner was not working, but that was just a small detail.

We absolutely loved the goodies left and the outlook of the property was stunning. The bathrooms were great and the beds were comfortable.

The only thing we missed is there is nothing to play music through. We were not wanting to party or anything, however we had a few pre-drinks before we went out and were kicking ourselves we hadn't brought our speakers.

Spacious living and dining area. Well equipped kitchen and heating. Great view. The host allowed us an one hour late check out, which was very kind :)

Need to do some pest control. We spotted several little red spider like bugs on our bedding, not sure if they were bed bugs or mites. Every night 10+ mosquito like bugs appeared in the bathrooms (I'm sure the windows were shut). One of the beds from the single bed room was uncomfy.

Lovely place, would 100% recommend! - Great value for money!

Single beds were quite uncomfortable and the water feature in the photos was dry. The ceiling fans didn't seem to work and the property in general felt a little neglected. In the scheme of things all of these were just minor issues.

This house was perfect for our family getaway. It was in the perfect position, had stunning views and everything we needed.

Singles beds were hard and one of them sunk in the middle but apart from that nothing at all.

Amazing beautiful place close enough to Queenstown to visit every day but far away enough to feel remote.

Close to a main road so constant traffic noise but our house is rural so notice that everywhere we travel. Only negative was the sheets that felt cheap and were noisy, although big beds were comfy. Single beds were bad ended up putting mattresses on the floor as they sunk in the middle when on the base.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this amazing property for six nights, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate and perfectly suited our family of five, including our 16-year-old, 15-year-old, 11-year-old, and the mother-in-law. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The layout of the house provided ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy their own time, while the common areas were ideal for family gatherings. The amenities were top-notch, and we couldn't find a single fault. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything was in perfect condition. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Overall, this property made our stay memorable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality rental experience.

The Property is Beautiful, and very clean

This accomodation was absolutely outstanding, it had such a beautiful view, the rooms were all very neat and tidy. The beds slept amazing and the area was quiet. The accomodation is close to loads of amazing little restaurants and wineries and still private and not in the busy town centre whivh is great. This house is modern and has a nice outside area to have a good barbeque and so forth. The property managers made sure all was in tip top shape since we rented this accomodation for our wedding weekend. We loved it and will be back to visit here again.

The house is big with plenty space in the living room area, great for family and friends. The living room also has amazing view of the lake and mountains, walking out to the hill is like a dream.

It’s a little old, and some of the appliances and furniture didn’t seem very clean. The washing machine is dirty.
