Il Riad è un piccolo gioiello, capace di coniugare tradizione e modernità, oltreché offrire il giusto comfort sia nelle bellissime camere che nel terrazzo superiore, dove viene servita un'ottima colazione, e dove abbiamo potuto rilassarci nella piccola ma molto gradita piscina! Grazie allo staff per la disponibilità mostrataci sia nell'attenderci per un check-in a tarda notte sia nell'averci preparato una deliziosa colazione, anticipata rispetto all'orario ordinario di servizio.

Fabuleux ! Le Riad est absolument magnifique, la déco est moderne et la literie très confortable. le personnel est aux petits soin pour vous. Que dire du petit déjeuner ? Le meilleur de Marrakech sans aucun doute. J’espère pouvoir revenir prochainement

Le riad est doté d’une décoration qui marie l’architecture traditionnelle marocaine à un style moderne et coloré, il se démarque considérablement des autres riads esthétiquement parlant grâce aux détails : des pompons sur les clés, sur les serviettes, sur la housse de couette, de la vaisselle spécialement créée pour le riad, etc. Les parties communes et la chambre rose sont d’une propreté irréprochable. La literie est très confortable, la chambre est fraîche et très spacieuse. La localisation du riad est idéale, que ce soit pour un premier voyage à Marrakech ou pour des habitués, il suffit de moins de 10 min à pied pour atteindre la place des épices. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et jumelle encore une fois le petit-déjeuner marocain traditionnel à un petit-déjeuner « continental ». Le personnel est souriant, accueillant et aux petits soins. Super vriendelijk en attent personeel. Staan steeds klaar met de glimlach. De riad is zeer verzorgd en prachtig ingericht. Alles is proper. Dichtbij de Souks maar eens in de riad is het de rust zelve. Ten zeerste aan te raden!!

Tesis çok şık ve düzenli, estetikti. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Kahvaltı yeterli ve güzeldi. Temizlik idare ederdi (havlular değiştirilebilir, otel terliği olabilir)

Sadece kahvaltıda tatlıları büyük kaplara geri boşaltmalarından rahatsız oldum.

Incroyable la deco très belle, très bon petit déjeuner, loin de la foule mais très bien placé pour profiter de Marrakech. L’établissement est propre et le personnel au petit soin. Un grand merci à l’équipe et surtout à Eliott pour son accueil et sa générosité ❤️

It feels like you are coming home! The manager is so kind! He arrange things for if you need it. Ask for a drink and they get it for you. The staff is so nice, they give you tips for exploring the medina/city as well and the rooftop is so nice and chill to rest after a day strolling through the souks. They take care of you very well.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce riad. L’accueil a été parfait, avec une équipe attentionnée et disponible. Le riad est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de charme et très propre. La cuisine était excellente. L’endroit est calme et reposant, parfait pour se détendre. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Great location, clean room and great breakfast. The manager was friendly and gave good advice.

Our room was in the ground floor, the door is 100% glass and with several windows.. even though there is curtains, privacy was not great. Also, last day, one of the staff wanted to charge a superior amount for our transfer to the airport.. when I show that we negotiated already the price via massages on Booking he got a little rigid, didn’t help with the luggage and didn’t even say bye bye when he took us to the driver. He left my wife and myself a carry all the luggage. This was something strange as was the only issue in our days at the Pompon

Absolutely stunning Riad with beautiful interiors, with every detail considered. The rooms were the most comfortable we’ve had on our trip, and the service and hospitality the most generous I’ve had on all my trips to Morocco. Breakfast was WOW each day too. Will be back for sure!!

Un lieu exceptionnel niché dans la médina. Un havre de paix avec une décoration magnifique, ça sent particulièrement bon, et alors le service !! Un service haut de gamme comme j’ai jamais vu. Le maître des lieux est aux petits soins pour vous à chaque instant de votre séjour. En somme c’est mieux qu’à la maison.

O Riad Pompon realmente surpreende pela atmosfera única, com uma decoração muito bem pensada, áreas de descanso agradáveis, loja com artigos criativos, rooftop charmoso e um café da manhã bastante completo e bem servido. A equipe foi atenciosa durante toda a estadia, mesmo com algumas limitações pontuais de comunicação.

Como ponto de atenção, a localização pode exigir um pouco mais de cuidado no acesso, especialmente com malas, embora tenhamos recebido apoio do responsável do local, o que facilitou bastante esse processo. No quarto térreo, a janela do banheiro voltada para o pátio interno exige atenção durante o uso do chuveiro, já que é necessário mantê-la fechada para ter privacidade no banho, o que reduz a ventilação do vapor.

Keine Heizung nur Klimaanlage. Etwas schwer zu finden in der Gasse. Der Besitzer hat ein sehr hohen Betrag auf mein Kreditkarte Gebucht. Es hat dazu geführt hast dass mein Karte gesperrt wurde, dann musste ich andere EC-Karte nutzen was mir hohe kosten erzeugt hat.

The property was beautiful - lovely decoration, clean, modern, nice rooms, great roof top pool area The food was delicious - breakfast was my favourite meal of the day and we stayed in one night and the team cooked a tagine. They sourced wine on request. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt like we were at home The team - Elliot, Zohir and everyone else on nights, in the kitchen, and housekeeping were welcoming, warm, and very helpful. We felt so at ease and looked after We will definitely stay here again, and had a wonderful time, merci!

Nothing - taxis are a walk away but we think that is quite standard within the medina

Eggs very undercooked one morning for breakfast but really break was was stunning every other time.

Nestled in the heart of the medina, the riad offered an authentic and beautifully colourful setting, perfectly capturing the charm of traditional Moroccan design. The property was impeccably maintained, and despite its central location, it remained wonderfully მშვიდ—completely shielded from the noise of the surrounding streets. Each morning, a thoughtfully prepared breakfast was served, offering a delightful selection of options. Our room was generously spacious and impeccably clean, with a bathroom that reflected the same high standard. A particularly elegant touch was the inclusion of locally crafted Natus soap from Marrakech. During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the staff resolved it promptly within the hour—an excellent example of their attentiveness and professionalism. The team was multilingual, speaking French, English, and Arabic with ease. The rooftop terrace was a true highlight, featuring a pool that provided a refreshing escape from the warmth, as well as a serene space to relax and sunbathe. While the pool was not heated, it remained a pleasant retreat in the Moroccan sun.

The staff were lovely and accommodating!! The riad was clean and exactly what we were looking for. A relaxing place that felt like home. They were so kind to cook dinner for us spontaneously on late arrival to Marrakesh. Everything was seamless and they made us feel extremely safe travelling as two girls alone.

Das Riad ist wirklich wunderschön, und wahnsinnig liebevoll eingerichtet. Jeder Gegenstand ist wohl überlegt, und gibt dem Haus einen modernen, und aber vor allem einzigartigen Touch. Die Zimmer waren wahnsinnig sauber, und die Betten bequem. Es waren Bademäntel, ausreichend Handtücher und ein (ordentlicher) Föhn vorhanden. Es gab Steckdosen im Badezimmer und auf beiden Seiten der Betten. Die Dachterasse mt kleinem Pool und liebevoll vorbereiteten Liegebetten hat uns als kleine Pause vom wuseligen Souk besonders gut getan. Ein großes Lob an den Innendesigner!

Leider war unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoß, und trotz der riesigen Fenster recht finster. Das Licht im Zimmer gab nicht viel her, im Badezimmer war Make up unmöglich - da wäre eine weitere hellere Lampe wirklich sehr hilfreich gewesen. Durch die Lage des Zimmers war es außerdem leider sehr feucht. Die Bettwäsche war feucht, die Handtücher und Bademäntel auch. Diese sind dann nach dem Duschen auch innerhalb von 24 einfach gar nicht mehr getrocknet. Das war dann doch eher unangehm. Ich denke im Sommer gibt es das Problem allerdings nicht (wir waren im April dort).

Le hamam était inutilisable et personne ne nous a prévenu en amont lors de la réservation. Le bruit des autres occupants dans les chambres voisines.

The riad was in a great location - close to everything. The road is gorgeous- great design taste! The bed was so comfortable and the staff was so attentive. I definitely recommend to stay there. Great place for solo travelers as well.

the facilities and riad are stunning. its newly renovated but with a lot of thought that went into design elements and how to make it modern but still unique. It can get chilly since everything is very open, but they do have an aircondition in the rooms that can heat as well, which helped in the night! The night guard was also nice.

as a vegetarian/vegan i do not think you get the same value out of breakfast or dinner as you would as a meat eater. There are just very few options and breakfast was sweet only .

We misten alleen iets van een waterkoker of iets meer hangknoppen en een tafeltje/ bedlampje( vh lezen) bij het bed als je met 3 personen bent. En dat je ergens handdoeken kan laten drogen.

Tout était parfait. Personnel très accueillant, bon petit déjeuner, bon emplacement, belle décoration, terrasse sur le toit avec petite piscine, Riad de charme confortable. A recommander!

Riad très propre avec une magnifique décoration. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le Riad est situé en plein cœur de la médina mais une fois à l’intérieur on n’entend plus un bruit. Tout est soigné et donne l’impression d’être hors du temps. Magnifique petit dej avec des produits frais. Possibilité de manger sur place, la cuisine est très bonne. Enfin les hôtes sont accueillants et disponible pour vous conseiller et organiser des sorties au besoin. Merci à Eliott pour ses conseils !

We had such a great stay at Riad Pompon! All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the birthday cake for my husband was a special treat!

It felt like we had to have the curtains closed all the time in our room for privacy but that made it very dark in the room.

We stayed 2nights at Riad Pompon and had a wonderful experience. The riad is new, beautiful, and very centrally located. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They really take the time to help you get the best out of Marrakesh. Strongly recommended!

La atención del personal, lo maravillo del lugar, limpieza. Todo muy cuidado y con detalle.

Igual cambiar algo mas los desayunos, la parte que es fija, pero por cambiar algo. Realmente no es necesario cambiar nada de nada.

Ich kann das Riad Pompon nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Obwohl ich sehr früh abreisen musste, wurde mir trotzdem von dem Nachtwächter ein kleines Frühstück vorbereitet. Es geben sich alle Mitarbeiter total viel Mühe und ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und als Alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich sicher gefühlt. Vor allem die beleuchteten Gassen auf dem Weg zum Riad fand ich gut.

Manager was brilliant at communicating and responding to any questions and made me feel very welcome and at home. The bed and sheets were so comfy I didn't want to get up! Shower was fab. Room bigger than in photos.The food was delicious. And the place was beautifully decorated.

As a solo traveller the way to get to the riad was a couple of minutes down a little alley which made me not want to go out late at night alone. But everything at the riad itself was exceptional and I would definitely go again.

Un accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée. La chambre était superbe, confortable et décorée avec goût. Le riad en lui-même est un véritable havre de paix où l’on se sent immédiatement comme chez soi. La nourriture est exceptionnelle. Une chose est sûre : j’y retournerai, accompagnée ou seule !

Alles was super goed geregeld! De Riad was prachtig, het was er netjes & schoon, de kamers waren van alles voorzien, het eten was heerlijk, en het personeel was echt enorm vriendelijk! We werden met een warm welkom ontvangen, en gedurende ons hele verblijf werden we goed geholpen!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them organise, transport, restaurant bookings. My room was very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast upstairs on the terrace was relaxing and delicious. The plunge pool are terrace area is a relaxing spot for a pre dinner drink or just to sit and enjoy the peace from the busy souks and Medina.
