Staff is super friendly and helpful. I changed my plans my times and they always helped me. Everything is clean. It is located about 30 m away from the street with a building in front. Therefore, you don’t hear the street. It is close enough to do all activities in Ubud with a 5-10 min. drive.

I had to tell before-hand what to get in Dinner and if I want dinner. I can’t order at 7pm/8 pm/9 pm abruptly…

Het ontbijt was echt geweldig! daarnaast zijn het ruime kamers met een goed bed en lekkere kussens. Daarnaast ook echt complimenten aan het personeel. Super lieve jongens die alles voor je doen.

Het ligt net wat buiten het centrum. Als je daar veel wilt zijn moet je telkens een grab pakken wat prima is voor mij.

Nous avons une fête religieuse dans le temple juste à côté un soir ; magique On peut son scooter juste en face et petit supermarché juste à côté

tutto fantastico, villa bella, moderna, confortevole e ben arredata. Il personale è molto disponibile, sorridente ed in grado di risolvere ogni impellenza. La lavanderia in realtà, pur essendo molto comoda, non è in appartamento e neppure interna ma è ugualmente vicinissima, economica ed efficiente. tutto bello ma la posizione è poco centrale e serve il taxi per gli spostamenti.

Wir hatten 4 sehr schöne Tage im Ahamta. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns zum Beispiel sehr unkompliziert einen Flughafenshuttle und ein Taxi zum Hafen organisiert. Wir haben besonders das Frühstück morgens am Pool immer sehr genossen. Es ist ein wenig außerhalb von Ubuds Ortszentrum, was uns aber sehr gut gefallen hat, da es dadurch recht ruhig war. Mit Roller/Grab ist man innerhalb von 6-7 Minuten in Ubud!

a beautiful place with great staff. There was always someone to talk to in the reception area, they were all very helpful. The internet works fine, the desk is comfortable. The yoga studio is absolutely breathtaking. highly recommend

lots of lizards - this is not this hotel thing, it's an Ubud thing, but if you're uncomfortable with it, don't stay that close to the jungle :) also, this is not central and you will need bike or taxi to get to anywhere central Ubud.

Pool was beautiful, location is a bit out of the downtown area but easily accessible by Grab bikes. The workers were so nice and accommodating, they helped us book a driver to take us around the area who was great! Facilities are all super clean, we loved our stay here.

Lovely staff, comfortable rooms and good a/c. Situated in a quiet area of Ubud outside the center so you are not stuck in traffic when you step out to go exploring. Many Indonesian and Western choices of food on their menu. (They make an excellent dragon fruit smoothie bowl) Pool is small but adequate for a few laps or a dip. Ask for a room on the lower floor if stairs present a challenge. Good Internet service, also. They have a beautiful space for yoga or Tai Chi.

I would like to see them clean up and re-grout the edges of the shower floor. That was the only aspect of the resort that was worn out and didn't appear clean.

It was close enough to the city center to walk or catch a ride in, but removed enough from the chaos to make it quieter and peaceful, with restaurants and cafes close by. There was also a convenience store right at the end of the driveway, the pool was lovely, the yoga room was lovely and so were the surroundings.

Communication for things like food and booking was lacking clarity, especially relating to timing of things. Staff was kind but caused more confusion, I would recommend written processes. The bed was a bit stiff for my comfort, and the room had ants, so a trap would have been nice. It was also a more suitable stay for a couple rather than someone traveling solo.

I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! First of all, the breakfast was incredibly rich and satisfying. Every day I had a green smoothie, fruit, a main dish, and hot tea—I looked forward to it every morning. Besides breakfast, the lunches and dinners here were all delicious as well! The yoga practice space has windows that look out onto lush green trees, making every session refreshing for both body and mind. Most importantly, all the staff were very kind, and they always helped me with anything I needed. I’ll definitely come back again next time!

The bathroom was a bit humid on the first day, but they gave me a fan, and after that there were no more issues.

Breakfast was great. There was a cheap cafe/ restaurant within 5 minutes walking which had a rooftop setting. 30 minutes walk to the Water Palace. I felt almost as if I had a private villa. Communal fridge was very handy.

Tienen un espacio de co-working y otro para hacer yoga. Muy contenta la verdad. Esta un poco lejos de Ubud centro pero Grab moto funciona muy bien y el hotel también ofrece motos de alquiler.

Very kind staff. Rooms were really clean and also re-cleaned every day. Location is a little bit further from the centre, but we had our own scooter and took a Gojek/Grab to the centre in less then 8 minutes. You can rent a scooter at Ahamta. Please choose the breakfast option! Really good. The swimming pool is very refreshing and quiet.

Staying here was a great experience. The staff were wonderful and joyful and made it feel like a home. Susil had the biggest smile and radiated joy and friendliness, the small interactions I had with the staff made it so special. The pool was beautiful overlooking a jungle with a river below. The yoga Shala is lovely and when it was booked out, Susil problem solved and created space for me in the meeting area which was even better for what I needed. I was able to do yoga daily, swim, the breakie was light and nourishing and affordable. I also would walk every morning to Melila for maybe 5 minutes and eat there a yummy chia pudding. They had a choc brownie/ coffee special, some great places around. The spa Samana akatan 5 min walk north was amazing. I took a grab bike everywhere I needed to go- nice to be away from the business of ubud but be able to take a bike into town. Very affordable and fun. Muse cafe near by is also really good Thank you too all the staff including Susil, desi and Adi, very special people. I will hopefully return!

Can’t think of anything

Room is clean and well-designed. Looks great and functional. We love our morning flow staying here - went for a swim, had our private yoga session and then the breakfast - all in one place. It really helps us to calm and get into the flow. The yoga teacher and the massage expert that we ordered from them are also amazing. Every service is very professional and beyond our expectations. We had a really comfortable experience here.

We hope there would be more healthy food options, and using perhaps coconut oil for cooking. That would make the whole experience more completed.

Super schöner Außenbereich, direkt mit Blick auf den Dschungel :) wir haben uns direkt Wohlgefühlt und gerade bei dem Trubel in Ubud ist es super zum Runterkommen!

Dadurch, dass das Bad immer sehr feucht war durch den starken Regen (weil es ein immer offenes Fenster hat), hat es stark gemüffelt.

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dabei aber gar nicht aufdringlich. Jeden Tag wurde gefragt, ob der Raum gereinigt werden soll. Das brauchten wir nicht, nur frische Handtücher. Zimmer sehr sauber. Frühstück konnte man auch jeden Tag für den Folgetag aussuchen. Alles sehr lecker und sehr viel!! Es gibt mittags und abends a la carte essen. Auch sehr lecker und wird frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Pool sehr schön im Garten mit Blick in den Dschungel. Handtücher so viel man wollte. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, im Norden Ubuds, wir wollten nicht in den Ubud Trubel. Mit dem Roller oder Grab ist man aber in 7 Minuten mitten im Getümmel. Und man ist sehr schnell bei den Reisterrassen. Fußläufig erreichbar gibt es auch ein paar Restaurants. Muse war z.b. sehr lecker.

Das Restaurant sind nur ein paar Holztische und Stühle im Eingangsbereich. Es wird allerdings frisch und sehr lecker gekocht und man kann am Pool essen.

La atención era inmejorable. Los desayunos estaban buenísimos, elegías el día anterior de una extensa carta (Huevos benedict, tortitas, tortilla…) y los tenías hechos cuando quisieras. La habitación era cómoda, se notaba de calidad y limpia. Ofrecen toallas para la piscina, servicio de lavandería (Un poco caro) y batas y zapatillas. La localización es un poco al norte de Ubud (10 minutos en grab) lo cual es idóneo para visitar arrozales del norte. Sin embargo, si vas hacia el sur tienes que pasar por el tráfico del centro. A unos 7 minutos andando hay 2 o 3 opciones de earrings a buen precio. Y por último hay un supermercado abierto 24h en la puerta, ideal!

El baño estaba limpio pero la ducha y la cisterna funcionaban un poco regular.

The staff were lovely, breakfast was really big and yummy. It was relaxing around the pool and you could use the yoga studio freely to exercise. Drinking water was available throughout the property. Great pressure in the shower and hot water with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you want them to clean your room daily they will, they’re really nice staff.

In areas it needed some more care. The ceiling in our room needed painting. We got a grab scooter everywhere as it’s a bit far walking, you’d need a scooter to stay there but you can rent from there.

Unforgettable stay. We have stayed in Ahamta for 11 days, and we felt as if we were at home. The place is amazing, with great co-working space and a yoga hall. The pool is nice and clean, more than enough for the capacity of this place. The view of the forest from the pool area is also beautiful. The best thing about this accommodation is the staff. They are truly great, and they will help you in any way possible. They are so kind and polite, and they will make your day. Breakfast is very tasty, same as any other food there, and as a bonus, they can serve it at the pool or in your room. You need a few minutes to get to the center of Ubud by bike, but you are not in the crowded and noisy area, so you will wake up to a birds sound.

Its a lovely small hotel with comfortable rooms in a nice quiet road outside of the busy centre of Ubud. Its close enough to the centre to walk down or take a scooter and it has lots of restaurants and spas close by. The staff are amazing and always smiling. They couldn't be more helpful and the breakfast was made fresh each morning when you went to the salon and it was delicious. There is also a lovely fellow who rents out scooters right next door which is really convenient. It's great value for money and I'd stay there again without hesitation...

Wonderfully friendly, a nice mix of well kept gardens and cleanliness. Fantastic yoga room with dozens of different birdlife flyong past the views onto the jungle. Simply amazing breakfast and excellent value. The family feel atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I wish we could have stayed longer, highly recommend.

Staff were amazing, lovely and helpful, always smiling - we are really grateful for their hospitality and kindness. The place is very clean and pleasant with good facilities. You can have nice breakfast looking at the green jungle behind the property. Shower gel and shampoo smell amazing! If you worry about mosquitos, spray the "window" in the bathroom with a mosquito deterrent (it's an open hole) - it worked perfectly for us. You can walk to Ubud centre - it takes about 30 minutes. I've seen some people complaining in their reviews about the lack of pavement along the street leading to Ubud, but to be fair - all car and scooter drivers are really careful. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the centre, you can rent a scooter at the hotel and head up north to find yourself amongst lush rice terraces, fields, forests and small villages.

The pool and sunbeds were in the shade most of the day. While there was water accessible there was no fridge in the room so unable to have cold water.

The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Komang. He made us feel so welcome and was always smiling and happy to help. He went out of his way to order us a taxi on his phone when we had issues with our own internet. He helped us practice the Balinese language, recommend restaurants, and always answered any of our questions we had for him to the best of his ability. We loved the location. It was just far enough from Ubud that it was nice and quiet, but close enough to local restaurants and a quick bike ride to the centre of Ubud. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had everything you needed. And the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again. 😊 Thank you, Komang and Ahamta Retreats Centre. The property is hidden behind another structure, so when we arrived, we were a little doubtful of where we were booked. However, as soon as we reached the entrance, we were met by the loveliest group of humans in Bali!! Our room was lovely, and we had a very comfy bed. We had breakfast every morning, and it exceeded our expectations. Dinner at the property was equally good and extremely affordable! The staff even baked my daughter a birthday cake and sang 'Happy birthday'. Nothing was ever too much effort for the staff. I will definitely return!

The bathrooms can do with a refurbishment, and a fridge and kettle in the room would have been great.

The service was incredible. Breakfast was lovely - so much food and various options to choose from. Menu selection for dinner was good and very affordable. The staff are amazing, friendly and very accommodating.

Bathroom was very basic and had a bit of a smell. The window in the bathroom is open therefore mosquitos can be a bit of a problem - make sure you take insect spray.

It was very nice to stay a couple of weeks here in the end of 2024. Probably some more benefits we got as it was not fully booked) So we had a more privacy and exclusivity. Breakfast is absolutely enough and better than most of other hotels 3-4* we stayed in Ubud. All the personal are my best friends now. Especially Mr Susilla! My great thanks for the hospitality on the highest level.

Nothing.

First of all the staff was amazing! So friendly, helpful and smiling. The location is in a quiet area very close to the touristic centre of Ubud but much more peaceful and authentic. The room was exceptionally clean, maybe the cleanest we ever found in 8 years travelling to Bali, also compared to more high end hotels. The room was simple, neat, well taken care of and with that little touch of love that makes the difference. The yoga shala that we could use at any time was also very clean, organised, welcoming with a peaceful open view. The swimming pool in the back garden is also open on a stream and towards the jungle, with a magical background. The whole experience was perfect and the staff, once again, made it even better, making us feel at home and being available even after we checked out, not only for leaving the luggage, but also letting us use a room to get changed and ready for our journey onward.

The accomodation was really nice. It had a pool, co-working space and yoga shala. There wasn’t that much staff what made it feel very cozy. Would definitely recommend!

Ahamta resort always have staff near the reception area ready to help. When i first arrived, they patiently explained everything to me and the welcome drink provided was super refreshing. Knowing I need laundry service, they helped sending it off even though the scheduled service time has well-past. The room is so spacious and clean, water pressure in the shower was perfect, breakfast was delicious. All these make up the reasons why I will definitely come back.

Really nice staff, good and quiet location with a nice pool and even better breakfast. With a motorbike it’s the best way to go to go back and forth to the busy Ubud centre or a bit more to the north to the more quiet places.

Peaceful and lovely

I liked everything. The location, the staff, my room, the breakfast- these are the kindest people and the property is peaceful with a swimming pool looking out on to the lush green jungle. It is a haven of peace about 6 minutes by bike to the centre of Ubud. There are also restaurants all around and a little shop right next door. It has been a perfect stay
