Costa Hollywood Beach

El alojamiento estaba bien la Vista agradable cuando reserve pensé que era con el hotel a través de Booking error mío no fijarme pues en el 2022 estuve hospedada y no tuve quejas del apartamento ni de nada de hecho volví a repetir pues me encantó la instalación. Este viaje no puedo decir lo mismo.

La lavadora rota llame y me dijeron que si quería lavar pusiera el detergente directo a la tambora de hecho ni la probé. Las toallas solo las 4 .que habían y no cambiaban ningún día y sábanas solo las que pusieron,el sofá ya está muy usado por suerte llevé una toalla de playa y la puse para sentarme. El lavamanos no tragaba bien se demoraba,no había un paño de Cocina para secarse las manos si había papel toalla pero no era suficiente la cama no estaba mal pero un poco baja para mi gusto.

I found small cockroaches in the kitchen area right from the moment I arrived. The main bed is uncomfortable, and the shower door didn't close properly, causing the whole floor to get wet. The photos from the booking don't match the actual quality of the furniture; the chairs and sofa are worn out.

We were staying at apartment 423 Air bnb The apartment wasn't clean, It was dust on the floor, No one clean the apartment at the time we staying It was 3 very small tube of shampoo. NO ONE GIVE YOU MORE. WE ASK FOR ANOTHER BLANCKET...THEY SAID IT IS NOT HOTEL RESPONSIBILITY, THERE IS NO WAY TO GET THE OWNER WE PAY 50$ APP FEE ( BULLSHIT FEE) ANOTHER 40$ ADAY TO USE THE PULL 45$ ADAY FOR PARKING.... Bottom line, never again at this apartment 423 , owner is far from good hospitality They lock u with restriction that if you cancel you paying the full amount.

Location was good ,right by the boardwalk. Close to many shops. Gym was good. Room was clean and large for my family.

Power went off 3 times, garage elevator broke on my last day. The wall are thin you can hear your neighbor. This is a area where people party so dont expect to be quite in the night.

Llegué solo a pasar la noche para irme de madrugada al aeropuerto ya que unos días antes había estado varias noches y me hicieron pagar el resort fee q no estaba incluido en booking ni avisaba q se iba a cobrar y no hubo manera de no pagarlo a pesar de estar solo para dormir. Hice el reclamo a booking y no tuve ningún reembolso.

Didn’t like that just because my room was owned by a Airbnb that no one came to clean or do beds or replace anything I had to wait untill the fifth day of my stay to get fresh clean towels or sheets and the fact I had to put them my self very disappointed and the fact after spending almost 1K than had to pay so much for parking , they don’t even park the car for you had to do my self and resort fees

Being misled and mid sold by private sol stay operating within the hotel with no room service or support in my stay. Felt duked my resorted fees

We particularly liked the location on the beach, the view, nearby access to several dining options, the spaciousness and quality of the accommodation.

The only issue we had was the unavailability of onsite parking on the 4th of July holiday when we had to park a block away at high cost!

The arbnb was not clean. The sink was clogged and the shower was dirty and had black mold. I reached out to management about the blood on the sheets and how dirty the unit was,and they called me hours later. The service was horrible. This was a privately owned unit.

The way they charge "resort fees" that were not in the booking description, the resort fees are nit even useful because it does not include the umbrella for the beach which is extra 20. The cost was hidden and it increased a lot.

A resort fee, you pay booking fee and then a resort fee. The bed base is larger then mattress, kept tripping over the bed base

The complementary yoga session offered by the resort was great. The location was perfect and we could enjoy the neighborhood without car. The apartment had a good size for the 4 of us to stay comfortably, the kitchen was new and the balcony lovely. We had a great stay!

The sofa-bed in the living room was quite old. Additionally, there is constant noise in the room from the AC.

I didn’t like that the hidden fees were not displayed more. We were forced to pay an extra £120 we went aware we were paying. The first guest to arrive was also told by reception he had to pay for another room that we didn’t reserve and this caused a lot of discomfort within our party as we were in a budget. We also didn’t receive any apology from the hotel staff and I didn’t like this. It would be nice to receive something from booking.com as an apology for the big inconvenience

Por primera vez en años una reserva en Booking fue un desastre. Primero no me dieron la habitación que contraté que era Un Estudio Superior con vistas a la Bahía. Reclamé varias veces y no atendieron mis reclamos. Me dieron una habitación standard y sin vistas a la Bahía y no tenía sillas con lo cual el desayuno había que tomarlo de pie. Reclamé una silla y me la negaron diciendo que no tenían una silla. No limpiaron nunca la habitación en 13 días y para que te dieran un cambio de toallas había que pedirlas luego de cinco días de estancia. Me cobraron un adicional por el Check inn de 56 dólares y 45 dólares por día adicional por el wifi y una hora de bicicleta. Yo pregunté si eso era optativo ya que yo con 80 años no ando en bicicleta y me lo negaron diciendo que era obligatorio pagarlo. El día anterior a la llegada me informaron por mail que cobrarían adicional de 50 dólares y 40 dólares diarios. Pedí recibo y me dijeron que lo tenía que pedir al retirarme. cuando lo pedí me dieron recibo por solo 40 dólares diarios. Todo había que reclamarlo por teléfono a una compañía "STAY SOL" donde atendía un tal Jeremías que no atendió mis reclamamos y le hecho la culpa a Booking que me había cobrado mal la reserva porque ellos no tenían Estudio Superior con vistas a la Bahía (Mentiras si tenían). En la habitación no había tan siquiera una mesita para el desayuno ni sillas. El teléfono que había no tenía ni cables ni conexión para llamar como decían en caso de incendio. Reclamé y me dijeron que era normal. Pedí un trapo de piso y un escurridor o mopa para pasarlo y mi mandaron solo el trapo de piso. Fueron 13 días nefastos prepagados y sin devolución no reembolsables.

Nada me gustó. todo fueron inconvenientes, ni lo recomendaría a nadie ni volveré nunca más y todo le echaron la culpa a Booking. Tengo copia de toda mi reserva y de todos mis reclamos que veré como puedo hacérselos llegar.

Excellent location and amenities. A lovely rooftop pool and bar - 3 pools too! Nearby to the Hollywood Beach Front and restaurants/bars/nightlife. Also a family friendly location. Good communication from hosts.

There could be improvement of cleaning and inspection. The sleeper couch bedding had stains - not a good sight to prepare for a comfortable rest.

El mobiliario del departamento luce gastado por el uso, para lo que cobran la estadía debería estar mejor. Si tienes auto, el estacionamiento es un problema, debes pagar 50usd por día (incluyendo impuestos) Que impongan la tasa de resort, dado que en mi caso no lo utilicé

Not Ocean front, hidden $50 registration fee. Ocean view was obstructed. $90 Parking for 2 days. $45 daily resort fee pp. Pool had over 75 ppl in it at one point. People diving, wrestling, kids going nuts. Biohazzard. Did not let me check in 30 min before 4pm. Had to wait until 4 pm ...on the dot.

The location is great!

The location was very convenient to the nearby Broadwalk, beach, and restaurants. We loved that ability to explore without a car. The convenience store literally right next door was very useful. The rooftop pool area was really nice and restaurant and bar did feel more upscale. We loved the flexibility to check in early (when available) and ability to use facilities after checking out. That was huge when we had late night flight and had nowhere to go. The cotton candy station for kids and beach toy rental room was very thoughtful and appreciated. The 2 beach chairs included were very nice. Food was yummy at pool bar. The gym was decent. The equipment was nice although some buttons on treadmills need repairs not functioning properly and ease of running was more difficult.

While the lobby, courtyard, and pool areas were very nice, some of the hallways seemed worn and occasionally had a noticeable pet odor that didn’t match the overall appearance of the main common areas. Our condo was owner-rented and was generally clean, but there were a few housekeeping and maintenance issues. We noticed some hair and stains on a couple of blankets, which made us question whether they had been fully refreshed before our stay. A few pillows also appeared to have some pet hair. The furniture showed signs of wear as well. I mentioned the bedding concerns to the owner the following day and was told they would have addressed them had they known sooner. In hindsight, I probably should have reported it immediately. We also had an issue with a pull-down shade that repeatedly came off track. Maintenance responded promptly, but the problem returned shortly afterward. The bar and poolside drinks were good, but prices felt a bit high. They were similar to other tourist-area venues, though we likely would have purchased more if prices had been a little lower. None of these issues ruined our stay, but they are areas where the overall guest experience could be improved.

The location was perfect. The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant were also a very nice amenity.

We were very disappointed with our one bedroom suite. The furniture in the dining and living area were very old and should have been replaced awhile ago. The walls had scuff marks and dirt. The patio door curtain was dirty. The kitchen had bare essentials. No wash cloths, kitchen towels or a broom to sweep up sand that comes in from the beach. We were given 4 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, two hand towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for entire week with no maid service. The description on the website offered an ocean view. The direct view was of an old buildings rooftop and another tall building. The ocean view was from standing on the patio at 45* angle thru some buildings and trees! I did request a different room only to find that our room was rented through a third party, Sol. I was able to reach Sol, they were not interested in making any improvements.

We had an exceptional stay at The Costa in Hollywood Beach, FL! The room was spotless, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach, which made everything so convenient. The amenities were excellent, especially the rooftop pool and the weekday bar specials. The rooftop area had such a great atmosphere and was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The staff was friendly and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again!

Limited space in the common areas on the weekend but the hotel is not at fault for that at all.

Loved the location and the rooftop pool and the view from the rooftop bar.

The hot tub closed at 8p. The perfect time to finally wind down and it was still light out. Any place I have stayed the hours are clearly posted and closing at 10p would be reasonable. We booked as airbnb and were supplied with one face towel per person for 5 days. When asking our host about this, they just kept commenting one set of linens and towels for first 5 days. We really just needed more face towels. Had we known in advance, we could have brought some from home. The hotel front desk did supply us with a few extra and we made do with that.

The location is perfect! Pool was nice. Roof top bar was convenient.

I was not allowed to get a new set of towels until our 5th day. I had to call 3 times to get the blinds to open and close. Elevators were too busy. From the booking forward, they were not accommodating any of our requests. (early check in, extra blanket, clean towels, late checkout.) Because my room was not considered property owned, the hotel could not help me with anything.

Location is perfect. Close to boardwalk and many restaurants on the bay side. Our room came with daily 2 beach chairs from the beach service company which was super nice.

You literally can hear everything thru the connecting room door. The room we had was a 3rd party room which meant any issues were delt with thru texting the company..for example we didn't have a coffee maker in room.. they give you a check list to verify everything is there or you get charged for what's missing. They did get back to us promptly and put a coffee maker in the room.
