Modern, clean, large room with balcony. Price was right and it was quiet.

Fridge didn't work properly. TV was down 3 out of 4 days, pool is out of commision.

Excellent, je reviendrai ! Super propre, lit 5 étoiles, très agréable hôtel. Prix exceptionnellement bon marché pour un si bon produit.

Dommage que la piscine soit fermée (pas mentionné sur Booking.com). Et qu'il n'y ait pas de local pour garder les bagages. Sinon j'aurais mis 10/10👍

Quite clean place with a good location

The staff knocked on my door and almost force the door to enter and change some sheets on the bed as I was just leaving the bathroom…. Felt a bit strange

Il faudrait enlever les photos sur la piscine et le restaurant à l'étage car ce n'est plus en service. (et aussi les informations à ce sujet dans le livret de la chambre)

They switched my room to one with a balcony as they knew from my previous stays that’s what I like - great customer service!

Staff très gentil et serviable ! Hôtel idéalement situé, chambres très propres et spacieuses. Pour le prix à Phnom Penh c'est une vraie petite perle.

Location is very good

I booked for 2 nights. I change for 4 nights, but then I have to change for 3 nights. I ask about refund for one night and they tell me blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. I think this is very unprofessional. There is 1000 place to stay in Phnom Penh, I will never return here. Because they focus on the dollar before the Customer, If they give me refund, I will give the refund to the staff for tip. I do not need the refund, but this show me the character of the management. I will be happy never to return to this place

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Literie confortable. Personnel charmant et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons cependant l’hôtel car nous avons pu nous y reposer.

Ce n’est peut être que notre impression mais nous n’avons pas été charmé par l’emplacement, surtout au soir. Cela reste néanmoins très proche du marché central qui est magnifique et où l’on trouve de chouettes échoppes pour se restaurer en journée. La partie café et le dernier étage avec bar et piscine étaient fermés… nous le savions en réservant donc ce n’est pas grave mais cela montre les ambitions que devaient avoir cet établissement auparavant. L’hôtel reste néanmoins charmant. Seul vrai point négatif : revoir le réglage de la porte d’ascenseur qui se claque vite et fort. Pour des enfants ou des personnes à mobilité réduite cela peut être dangereux.

Les climatisations ne sont pas efficaces, elles auraient besoins d'être entretenues et rechargées. Problème d'internet et de télévisions qui souvent ne fonctionnent pas ! Pas de petits déjeuners et plus de piscine

Room was lovely and clean, bed was comfy

No breakfast included despite booking breakfast. I booked this as it had a swimming pool. Looking forward to an afternoon by the pool to find it empty, could not even sit by the empty pool as stair tiles all cracked and no sun loungers etc. Booked this hotel specifically for location but also breakfast as had a busy few days and the pool as stated on booking.com

The best beds in whole Cambodia. We liked the whole design of the room. Very good location - near the river boulevard, party streets and temples. All communication was great, for instance, the hotel helped us to get an early morning airport taxi for a reasonable price.

The hotel is a really good place. You coffe shop is really nice but....

I am travelling in Asia for more than 15 years now and I was so surprised about the service from that hotel: - nearly all the staff was antipatic, not smiling, and even if I was speaking a little bit in Khmer, even no reply to say "good morning", "thank you" and the basics welcome words from a staff to clients.... - breakfast is supposed to open at 7 am... it was closed. The lobby told me that I had to wait 15 minutes more... At 7:15, the staff started to open the breakfast place and was cleaning the tables. Even with the polite form to ask if we can order food because we had an appoitment at 8 am, the staff was so rude. Once again, no polite words, no smile, even when I was speaking Khmer .... - WI-FI not stable in the room. I had to go downstair in the coffee shop to be able to work - the swimming pool need to be cleaned and be more accessible for customers. It is actually like a pound for birds (I understand why we don't have pictures from it). - the breakfast: it is a menu, not a buffet. Ok with that and even if the food was correct, it is far from what you show on your pictures. For all of those things, the price paid for the night is, to me, not the reflect of what I was expected from that place. We had better welcome, breakfast, services for lower price in other place and we regreted our choice.

A short one night stay here before moving on in our travels - a comfortable hotel, really quiet. Good location matches its price point.

Some of the facilities are a bit tired. The plug sockets didn’t hold the adapter well so ended up using power banks more to charge our things. The shower did not drain very well but it didn’t overflow.

The size and configuration of the rooms were excellent.

The room was very clean, reception, cafe, restaurant, and housekeeping are so nice. Rooms cleaned very well better than most larger hotels I have stayed in.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, but not Swedish table, you can select one of the proposed variants of breakfast, where all that you need. The room was good, but some small stuff need to be repaired a bit.

The open-air restaurant was nice, and Michael, the young man who checked us in, was extremely helpful and professional.

Location is fine.

The photos provided do not correspond with reality. Walls in the room were dirty, probably moldy, too. The light in the room is very inefficient, some of the light did not work. There was a strong foul smell in the bathroom, probably due to chemicals used against insects. The odor is strong also in the hallway. We booked this hotel for 1 night before leaving Cambodia. I rather not recommend it :/
