Excellent location, close to everything. Will stay there again. Breakfast was ok, could have had more quality verities but I guess there weren't many guests dining when we were there.

Nothing to complain about, however they found a teaspoon missing during inspection as part of the check-out process, they asked me to pay, I dropped $5 and asked if it will cover it as I was in a rush to get to the airport. For such a small item, I don't think it's worth the hotel's reputation to ask departing guess to pay. It makes the hotel look cheap even though it's a higher end hotel.

We really liked the spacious apartment, excellent location, and good value for money. Being close to the riverside, restaurants, shops, and local attractions made it very convenient for exploring Phnom Penh. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay. 😊

There was not much that I didn’t like. The hotel is more suitable for a budget stay, so some facilities and furnishings are simple. However, considering the affordable price and convenient location, I felt it was still very good value for money. 😊

Three of us stayed in an apartment with two rooms it was large with a en-suite and separate bathroom staff were excellent rooms cleaned daily with bed linen changed every day great views of river and well located

Nice hotel breakfast, great lighting, friendly staff, good security, excellent location. Can recommend it to visitors looking to be in this area. Probably not right for families with children due to being close to nightlife, but for those who enjoy this it is good.

The apartment was very large, had a washing machine and good air-conditioning. The location being near the river was nice and the breakfast was good. Having access to the tuck tucks just outside the front door is great.

The apartment is old and tired. The tiles and repairs in the bathroom look dirty and need some advice and attention.

De service aan de receptie is erg goed. Er wordt goed geluisterd en meegedacht. De kamer is, ondanks de ligging in het drukke uitgaansgebied, erg stil.

Het is een ouder hotel en niet alles werkt meer.

Wir haben dieses wunderbare Hotel nun bereits zum vierten Mal besucht – und auch diesmal hat es uns wieder voll und ganz überzeugt. Nachdem wir letztes Mal so von den Apartmets begeistert waren, haben wir auch diesmal wieder ein Apartment im 9. Stock gebucht, das wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Die großzügige Raumaufteilung sorgt für ein besonders angenehmes Wohngefühl, und der Ausblick auf den Fluss ist einfach beeindruckend. Ein besonderes Highlight ist zudem das Frühstück, das mit seiner Qualität und Auswahl begeistert und den Tag perfekt beginnen lässt. Man spürt in jedem Detail, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und Service gelegt wird. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren bereits mehrfach in diesem wirklich hervorragenden Hotel – und auch diesmal hat es uns wieder rundum begeistert! Dieses Mal haben wir uns für ein Apartment im 9. Stock entschieden, und ich kann nur sagen: eine absolute Empfehlung. Das Apartment überzeugt durch seine großzügige Größe und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick – besonders der Blick auf den Fluss vom 9. Stock aus ist einfach traumhaft. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und rundet den Aufenthalt perfekt ab. In diesem Hotel stimmt einfach alles – vom Komfort bis zum Service. Für uns ist ganz klar: Wir kommen wieder! Und das sicher schon bald zum vierten Mal!

Die Lage ist zentral und direkt am Sisowat Quay. Das Buffet -Frühstück ist gut. Eier, asiatische Gerichte, Brot und Croissants, Müsli und frische Obst. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Air Conditioning is not working properly.

Spacious room, some comfi seats, two one-person beds (I prefer one big two-person one, but it was still alright), good facilities, great location, reasonable breakfast, great staff at the reception who allowed me a late check-out.

Saturday and Sunday nights the riverside road is open for pedestrians only. Great initiative, but it's noisy and during those evenings the hotel can hardly be reached by taxi.

Comfortable large well maintained rooms.

Across the river the music gets loud but it doesn’t go on too late.

Buona la posizione , vicina a tutti i posti principali da visitare. Colazione con una discreta scelta. Ottimo il rapporto con il personale veramente gentili e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi informazione.

Migliorabile la diversificazione della colazione a mio parere basata troppo su piatti locali. La presenza magari di formaggio o qualche salume sarebbe perfetta. Comunque ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Gutes Frühstück Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, Rezeption war bei Buchung für Busticket sehr behilflich.

Zimmer war sehr dunkel, da Fenster direkt zum Nachbargebäude gelegen.

Nous avons eu un grand appartement, très spacieux avec vue sur le fleuve et sur la ville. C'était très agréable et très lumineux. Le personnel est charmant, toujours prêt à aider, notamment les dames de l'accueil. Le petit-déjeuner est bien. L'emplacement de l'hôtel au coeur de la ville et à 1 minute du fleuve est vraiment parfait. Le week-end c'est la grande fête le long du fleuve, c'est vraiment super. Les équipements de la chambre sont un peu vieillissants mais compte tenu du prix ça reste un très bon choix.

Hotel is getting a bit dated and breakfast a little repedative but not really a problem.

Not my first stay at this hotel. I booked the one-bedroom because I needed to stay for a week, and it offered me a more comfortable space than a basic hotel room would. Breakfast was good, except for the coffee. Location was close to the river, and convenient to an assortment of bars and restaurants. A couple bars across the street look a little sketchy but there are plenty of people around and the area feels totally safe. Minimarts are plentiful. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

I have photos and videos of bed bugs. I have at least 100 bites on my body. The staff accused me of inventing a story until I produced a dead bug. Security staff attempted to remove me from the property when I requested a refund. Filthy, unsanitary and unfit for human occupancy.
