Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Lần đầu tiên tôi đến ở khách sạn này, nhân viên phục vụ cư xử với khách rất tệ, khi tôi đến lấy phòng anh ấy đã đưa tôi 1 tờ giấy để ký tên mà tôi không hiểu nên đã dùng Google dịch nhưng anh ấy không cho tôi làm điều đó và thái độ với tôi, anh ấy đã nói gì đó nhưng tôi không hiểu có vẻ anh ấy đang chửi tôi. Phòng không cách âm và khá là ồn ào, tiếng động từ bên trên, từ bên ngoài nói chung là không về yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi, giường đủ 1 người nằm, wf không dùng được phải sài 5G, tivi chỉ để xen quảng cáo, lâu lâu bị sập nguồn. Máy lạnh được lắp trực tiếp trong phòng nên rất là ồn Tôi đã có 1 đêm sợ hãy ở hotel này, tiền mất và tật mang, do cả đêm không ngủ nên bữa sau đầu tôi đau như búa bổ. Sẽ không bao giờ quay chở lại.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Parking was great. Checking in was quick. I got a ground floor room which I appreciate. Breakfast was good. The bed, bathroom, shower, tv, fridge and microwave were great. Plenty of nearby places to get food.
The AC was not very good. The Wifi in my room was not consistent. The best place for Wifi was the lobby. Unusual, I've stayed on the upper floors before and the Wifi was better.

I was on the front side. The blackout curtains absolutely do not work. The hot water was warm then cold not hot. They put me in room 109. Don't let them put you in that room. Ice machine and soda machine are right out the door. Kept me up almost all weekend. The 1 night I was sleeping ok a soda banged falling in the machine and woke me up. Horrible. Honestly I feel like they should refund me bit I know that's not happening. I can't believe they put me in there. Especially my 3rd visit. No way everyone doesn't complain about the curtains and the soda/ice machine. I wont stay here again.

I always thought it was customers first and motel needs to be cleaned and everything n thought it said no smoking the smoke was so strong and also drugs were being smoked there . If you ask me to stay there for free I will say no thank you

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Breakfast at this rate is not to be expected, usually grab and go, if lucky. The breakfast provided here is by no means illustrious, and neither is the dining area. However it is far better than the big bowl of nothing that would be a fair expectation elsewhere.
Elevator hasn't worked for some time. There is a large pothole upon entry, also been there a long time.

After the first night, I asked for another room because I could hear conversations in the lobby and it was quite noisy. They were able to accommodate me with a room on the second floor. However, at 76 years of age, I had to climb steps.

All the amenities were in the room and worked. The bed was very comfortable, which was the whole. Slept like a long. Highly recommend this motel.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025Good location, room is clean, the noise from the ceiling every morning 5:30 am - 6:30 am, noises from walking back and forth, hotel should redo heavy insulation between upper floor and downstair ceiling. And the breakfast is ok , the Mexican Lady Cook is very stinky cheap only put out a very few utensils out at the time, you only allow take one single plate or bowl it will burned your hand because plates and bowls are very thin and cheapy quality. Besides that everything should good 👍you should stay in Country Inn and Suites by Radisson in Bakersfield CA that place is the best to stay. Excellent clean, excellent service, excellent breakfast foods served with quality utensils... I gave them 10+ rating. They put the respect note says: take as you need, please don't waste the food, many hunger does not have food and Thank you for living green and care.

The first day breakfast they ran out of yogurt, waffle mix, plates, fruit. How can you run out of plates? The second day was better because we were the first in line on a Saturday morning.

The elevator was down. No pool. Floors needed to be vacuumed . It smelled in hallways, but not in the room. Worst breakfast. Barely any options. I didn’t trust ordering room service with what was given at breakfast. I immediately regretted picking this hotel, but it what somewhere to sleep for a couple days.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2025Elevator was not working. Carry all luggages to second floor through stairs. Later found in social media that his hotel has elevator issue for long time. Staff especially evening one was not welcoming guest. Breakfast was not good at all. Lots of water around scrambled eggs. No yogurt for the first day. Next day, they take out very limited yogurt. Not much seating in lobby for the breakfast. Talked to owner of hotel about inconveniences for elevator not working. He offered $10 off from total bill. Very shame to hear $10 off.
