So conveniently located. Easy to walk to shops & restaurants. Peaceful gardens with lots of amenities, a little oasis. And excellent breakfasts!

I was late for my check-in and both Lynne and Dot were patient and polite during the process. The room and outside area were kept clean. Beautiful garden space and pool area. Excited to come back here.

The place is amazing, even better than what I saw in the pictures. Room was cleaned every day, it was spotless, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was just right, I really have no complaints at all. Big thanks to Lizzy and Dot, they were very helpful and really made me feel welcomed. One suggestion though. They should have higher price because it's worth it.

A great stay - driveway and getting in/out a bit of a challenge but I will surely return. Lynn is a fantastic hostess, and they even lent me charger when I forgot mine at home. A beautiful garden for peace and quiet time.

The staff was very pleasant.The beautifully manicured and colorful garden.The sparkling clean pool. Our room was really comfortable. The linen and the general clealiness of the was really good. Lynne the host was very approachable and accomodating .

The staff and service was outstanding, very friendly and welcoming.

The bed and pillow are very uncomfortable. Our bed was two single beds pushed together and should be replaced as they feel worn. The room and facilities are very clean and neat.

Portable aircon did not work. Breakfast did not cater for any vegetarian options but there were three types of fruit.

Lynne and Dot were fantastic! They were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The location is great as it is close to highways, but still very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were large and in great condition. I had breakfast one morning, which was delicious. And even though I, unfortunately, didn't get a chance to try it out, the swimming pool looked very inviting!

Beautiful and tranquil garden, room was clean and the bed and room size was decent. Extremely accommodating hostess who also made breakfast for me at 6am in the morning due to early departure.

I did not get the room I booked with a garden view, instead was moved to another room without. Also, weird comment, but the toilet in the bathroom is a hideous Chinese imported "thing" which should be replaced with a normal one.

I liked absolutely everything. The property itself is beautiful, however the staff add so much more to it. The standard has been set. Thank you so much to each and every one of you for making my stay as incredible as it was. Dot, Lynne Thabiseng and Kenneth. You all went above and beyond. Seeing how you treat every guest with so much care and respect was amazing. Thanks again.

The property is well located in Rivonia. It’s easy access to most of Johannesburg being around 20 minutes in all directions. The interiors have modern finishes and the room I had was very spacious and comfortable. Dot and Lynne were amazing.

What was offered on the advert was not what was delivered. the terms changed after full payment. Host admitted she thought Breakfast was part of the booking but still wanted more money to cater for it on arrival. No airport transfers were provided per the advert and no refund or ex gratia was given to make up for that unilateral change in terms. She could have at least catered breakfast in exchange for the lack of transport.

Location and room was very nice

The website is a little misleading as from the pictures it looked like all rooms had an outside sitting area overlooking the garden but our room had no such access which was disappointing as this is the main reason I booked this accommodation.

Location was great. Friendly atmosphere and service from staff. Nice quiet neighbourhood and felt safe. Microwave and fridge in room. They serve a delicious breakfast.

Wifi was intermittent and lights kept flickering. Too many fake flowers for decoration for my liking, but that's just my personal taste.

Well located guest house in Rivonia with easy access to Sandton CBD and the highway. The breakfasts were great and staff really friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. I would stay here again if I ever needed somewhere to stay in the area in future.

Not the guest house's fault or in their control but water issues in the area meant there was no water for significant parts of the day for a few days of my trip but the staff were quick to contact the municipality and get it restored as soon as possible, hopefully these issues will be resolved soon by the municipality.

Lynn was a great host. After renovating the house, they are still experiencing a few toothing problems with the facilities, but I'm sure it will be sorted soon. Big garden that should be beautiful in summer. Lynn really tried her best to make my stay comfortable.

I stayed for the weekend with a group of 4 ladies. We enjoyed our stay so much. The place was nothing short of perfection. It was so clean. The intricate designs around the property were my favorite. The pictures you see on the website don’t do it justice. Prepare yourself to get amazed. The property’s thoughtful gestures & efforts made my heart so warm. We visited the place in winter so they provided us with a gas heater & an electrical heater, as well as mink blankets that were fresh & clean. The place is in a very quiet place. i loved that too. Dorothy’s hospitality skills were amiable. Sandton spring revonia you outdid yourself, thank you so much. i highly recommend this place.
