The stay was very comfortable, the location was very nice, the restaurant food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Follow-up on activities and transportation had to be done by us, rather than the staff reaching out with concrete responses. There was also confusion with billing during checkout, causing an unnecessary delay in departure.

Everything was good. It was nicely located by the river. Staff was super friendly. We took Ayurvedic treatment and the treatment by the male masseur Anish was super good

The approach Road, was a bit narrow.

Overall, our experience was excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff's behaviour was outstanding, especially the team at the spa. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely visit again soon.

Nice location close to the lake view. Hospitable staff. Food was good.

Resort is bit interior. Some activities like table tennis cartom and other recreation could be provided . No BAR.

I truly appreciated the serene location of the property, the tastefully designed and well-appointed rooms, the warm and welcoming staff, and the beautifully maintained garden areas. The guided navigation signage along the approach road was very helpful and made the arrival experience smooth and convenient. The food was delicious, offering authentic Kerala flavors, and the dining area was pleasant and well maintained. I also found the support provided for local activities to be very helpful, which enhanced the overall experience.

Swimming pool was in maintenance, however it was informed via phone well in adavance.

Bed sheets were dirty upon our arrival and were only replaced partially upon our request, waiting time for dinner very long, additional services at very high prices. Paid 100€/night (admittedly, we did book last minute) but 1/3 of that price would be acceptable in my opinion

Schlechter Service. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Woher die 8.5 Sterne Bewertung kommt ist mir ein Rätse. Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar warum der Übernachtungspreis so hoch ist.

Noise - early in morning call to prayer, and noise from aircraft on flight path to Kochi Airport Quite remote - I should have realised before I booked.

Pool is wonderful, views are fantastic, staff is professional and kitchen although very slow is incredibly tasty.

Early morning crow noise, azaan noise are not acceptable while on holiday. Tandoor n mushroom items were not available.

Narrow lanes to reach…

Loved the outdoor shower , the pool , the calming music , the food was great. Everyone was very kind. Lovely experience.

Only partially the location, for a positive, it was secluded and quiet, but for the downside it is quite far from other activities. If you are going for a relaxing stay where you don’t want to move from the property it is perfect!

عندما دخلت إلى موقع Booking وبحثت عن مكان مناسب في كوتشي، ظهر لي هذا المكان من ضمن أفضل الخيارات حسب التقييمات، لكن بصراحة استغربت كثيرًا بعد التجربة. المكان في الحقيقة سيئ جدًا، ضيق للغاية حتى إن المواقف لا تتسع للسيارة، واضطر السائق إلى إنزال الأغراض والمغادرة فورًا لإيقاف السيارة في مكان بعيد، ثم عاد إلينا في اليوم التالي. الغرفة صغيرة جدًا، والحمام مفتوح وغير مريح، ولا يمكنك أن تأخذ راحتك فيه. والأسوأ من ذلك أنه عند تشغيل الإضاءة تظهر الحشرات وبعوض والديدان 🐛 على الأرض، مما جعل الإقامة مزعجة للغاية. حجزت ليلة واحدة وكانت تجربة مؤسفة بصراحة. لا توجد أي فعاليات أو خدمات قريبة، والمكان بعيد عن مركز كوتشي أكثر من ساعة تقريبًا. لا أنصح أحدًا بالسكن فيه أبدًا، إلا إذا كان يرغب فقط في المرور أو التنزه لفترة قصيرة. أنصح باختيار مكان حيوي تتوفر فيه الخدمات ويمكن الخروج والعودة بسهولة في المساء. وصلت الساعة 5:30 مساءً، ولم أستطع الخروج من الموقع بعد ذلك بسبب عزلته وبعده عن المدينة

This is a very beautiful hotel complex which offers a very nice view. The room was not very large but very beautiful and had an outdoor shower. The Pool was well maintained and everything was clean.

The staff in the dining hall was not really attentive, but otherwise everyone was really nice.

The location is a bit hard to reach, but it was definitely worth the trouble.

Beautiful property by the riverside. They have cute villa rooms are everything is beautifully maintained. They breakfast we got was ala carte instead of a buffet but since the food was really taste that did not disappoint us. Would recommend this place.

Our room had a small washroom clog issue which was informed to the staff and hope that would be taken care of.

Everything at this resort is excellent. Customer service is top notch. Food is delicious. The property is located at the riverside with a beautiful view.

Great stay, very relaxed with delicious food and great service. All staff were amazing, we had delicious food ordered to our room every night with a smile. The breakfast too was v tasty. The chef is very talented. Thank you Anoop for helping us book a taxi to munaar. We will be back!

Not given the room as promised with booking.com Washroom doesn't had privacy. Staff friendlyness are very low rated, for an extra room card they were pretending like its $500 worth

Expected a little bigger room and pool was very dirty, we dint even get in.. food prices were way too high

Tranquil location, by the river (stunning view) and on an authentic island. Excellent food and very nice staff. Beautiful green and well maintained garden with nice swimming pool. Bedrooms are large and decorated with taste. There are 2 showers in the room: one inside the bathroom and one outdoor/open air.

The A/C unit at the back of the building could be quieter as it is quite noisy and may disturb the local people who live near the resort. It did not disturb our stay however as the resort is tranquil.

Great secluded location by the rive. Very peaceful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good

The location was stunning! Rooms were gorgeous with an outdoor shower. Set in gorgeous landscape gardens. The restaurant was fabulous and chef cooked us special treats. Food was cooked to order. Daniya our server was so helpful.

The pool looked quite murky and it was off the beaten track although the hotel were happy to organise transport for us.

The location was amazing, along the water, with palm trees and birds singing. A little paradise off the city for a wonderful retreat. The rooms are extremely spacious avec very well decorated, wth an amazing outdoor private shower. The food from the restaurant was stunning. A very large selection for breakfast, and even the most simple sandwich was to die for. Finally the staff was absolutely incredible. From the ladies at the gate, to the staff from reception and the restaurant. So considerable, thoughtful and very helpful. Special shout out to Danyia and Natesh who have made our stay absolutely stunning!
