Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Our host has been a gem in person. She was always there to attend our queries.. Will surely come back!!
All was OK until the security officer asked us for some money to let the Uber car come inside parking area on our Day of check out. It was out of question to compromise the security of other residents since it is a policy not to let any Uber or app car inside the building.. That security guard disappointed us the last day. He thereafter spoke to Uber driver secretely not to help us to load and unload luggages here and at the airport. The Uber driver did the same to us during travel to airport. Driver didn't help wiz luggages, rude and unfriendly.

Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about. A small improvement would be to provide extra towels or more toiletries for longer stays.

Reviewed Nov 11, 2024The bathroom definitely needs a curtain or blind as the garage lights stream in at night. Maybe access in and out of security boom can be improved - maybe a remote given instead of waiting for security guard to open and close.

Reviewed May 15, 2024Beautiful small apartment. Super well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen. The appliances are all great quality and work very well. The bathroom is really nice with one of the best showers I've had in a long time.
The contactless check-in was a little confusing as there were two units with the same number. Nothing a bit of common sense couldn't figure out.
