Niet super geluiddicht, je hoort mensen buiten praten… Ook jammer dat we onze bagage maar tot 12u konden achterlaten in de kluisjes. De straten van Brugge zijn niet echt valies-proof.

This is my third time staying here, and I’m still just as happy as the first time! 🥰 The room is absolutely beautiful, and it’s such a pleasure to be able to enjoy the spa bath and sauna. Everything is perfectly set up for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A special mention for the lovely little attention: I had some pralines waiting for me on the bed 🍫 It was such a nice surprise and really made me happy! Everything you could need is also provided: water, coffee, tea, a small fridge, a fan, and even a hairdryer! There are plenty of towels, as well as bathrobes, which is really appreciated. If I had to suggest one tiny improvement, it would maybe be to add some slippers for the spa/bath area, but honestly, that’s just a small detail. I really have nothing negative to say! I’ll definitely be back for a fourth time! ❤️

Great location within walking distance of the train station and directly next to the concert house and the city center. Clean and spacious room with a modern interior. Self-check-in with all relevant information sent prior to the visit. WiFi worked flawlessly.

I was pretty warm in the room, but the window was the emergency exit at the same time. This made it a bit difficult to have propper ventilation to cool down the room. Luggage lockers were pretty much useless for me, because they were available only until 1 hour after check-out or 2 hours before check-in.

Room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the Sauna. The touch screen of whirlpool did not work well thus we can only use it in one mode.

There is no mesh screen at the window to prevent misquito flew in the room. It was hot in the room and we wanted to open the window but afriad bugs will fly in at night.

De locatie was heel fijn. Net buiten de drukke binnenstad maar heel goed op loop afstand zowel van het centrum als vanaf het station (hier hadden wij goedkoop de auto geparkeerd voor meerdere dagen) Duidelijke instructies hoe je binnen kan komen. De kamer is mooi licht, fijn balkonnetje, lekker bed en een ruime badkamer.

Alles was eigenlijk goed, maar als ik één minpuntje moet benoemen was het de douche. Hiervan was de waterdruk erg laag.

Mooie kamer op goede locatie. Eenvoudig zelf inchecken.

Er is geen airconditioning dus kan warm zijn in de zomer

La chambre est très lumineuse, propre, fournie et facile d'accès. Nous avons été ravis de passer la nuit au Butcher pour notre séjour à Bruges, je recommande !

Er was geen airco. De dakramen maakten van de kamer een sauna. De site toont een foto van een sauna maar die was onvindbaar. Ook geen info van gevonden.

In de straat is het begin van de markt op zaterdag. We waren dus om 6 uur klaar wakker door lossende vrachtwagens onder ons raam 🙈

La chambre était super!

Het is een hele mooie ruime kamer (kamer 1) met een nog grotere badkamer met sauna en bubbelbad. Alles werkte perfect en hebben vooraf goede omschrijving ontvangen hoe de sauna en jacuzzi werkt. De communicatie is online via booking.com of whatsapp. Voor ons werkte dit uitstekend. Er werd snel door de gastheer/vrouw gereageerd. Op de kamer is er voldoende plek voor de kleren op te hangen, grote spiegels in de kamer en badkamer, en een zitje. Waar we lekker onze koffie en thee konden nuttigen. Het is ons zeer goed bevallen.

Als we dan toch iets moeten aangeven, dat viel het zitje tegen ivm de zeer lage stoeltjes.

A beautifully decorated, large room with a huge bathroom, whirlpool AND SAUNA!! In the heart of Brugge but quiet nevertheless.

Locatie was voor mij erg goed gelegen, er was kermis maar daar heb ik niet veel geluidsoverlast van gehad.

Die Lage war perfekt, sie liegt an der Grenze zum Stadtzentrum und entfernt zu Fuß 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof. Alles war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Auf der Webseite kann man über die Unterkunft und die Stadt gut informieren. Der Gastgeber war nett und gut erreichbar.

Die Treppe war leider steil. Wenn man großen Koffer hat, könnte es anstrengend sein, aber es ist nur eine Kleinigkeit ;)

Le logement était au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville. Pratique pour tout faire à pied. l'acces par code est agréable pas besoin de ce balader avec les clés

Le systeme de stationement de la ville, je me suis garé à un endroit alors qu'il y avait le marché le lendemain et je n'avais pas vu le panneau. Le lit était trop mou pour mon dos, mais ma femme à apprécié.

Mooi, fris, ruim, rustig verblijf zelfs met kermis vlakbij, prima locatie om de hoek bij het BMCC conferentie centrum en ook met 10 minuten wandelen op de Grote Markt. Bericht aan de verhuurder wordt snel op gereageerd.

Opletten bij het op slot gaan van de (binnen) kamerdeur; die gaat niet altijd op slot en zwarte draaislot aan binnenkant is van buitenaf ook met de hand open te draaien.

Unclean. Rubbish from previous guests in the room. A half-empty bottle of water provided. Bed sheets heavily stained, with someone else's hair amongst them. Water in the kettle full of black floating debris.

Ubicación fantástica, tranquila pero justo al lado del centro y a 10 minutos del tren. La cama muy cómoda, habitación y cuarto de baño amplios, la bañera de tamaño XL un plus para darse un baño y descansar bien después de un día de patear Brujas haciendo turismo.

Las escaleras de acceso al segundo piso pueden ser un inconveniente para personas con dificultades de movilidad, pero es lo normal en los edificios tradicionales de Brujas.

Er was een kermis wat geluidsoverlast gaf snachts. Dat wisten we niet, maar verder alles oké.

Super goed geregeld met binnenkomen (locker + zelf inchecken) en een fantastische kamer! Echt geweldig met dat hout en dan ook die ruime badkamer met heerlijke faciliteiten als een sauna en bubbelbad!

Great location. Hot tub and sauna really good. Comfortable bed. Underfloor heating is a nice touch. Easy access via keycode rather than having a physical key to worry about. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Convenient parking at 't Zand underground, 5 mins walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

Bed was very creaky. Hot tub control panel hard to navigate and sometimes failed to work (especially when wet) stayed for 3 nights and got 4 coffee pods for the machine (for 2 people)

Top locatie, mooie ruime kamer en heel ruime badkamer!

Er was maar 1 grote handdoek voor twee personen, gelukkig reisde ik met mijn vriend en was het oké om de handdoek te delen. De douche liep slecht af maar ook geen ramp :)

Cleanliness could be improved. I personally would have preferred my pillow without stains and my sheets without hair. Couldn’t find how to switch between shower head and tap near bathtub. Mattress is way too soft, but that’s probably partially down to personal taste. Could do with warning around hot water running out after a while. Could do with warning around maintenance man starting work in the morning. Could do with with better response time.

Superfijne en rustige hotelkamer. Niets gehoord van andere gasten. Op een aantal dingen na was alles goed schoon en verzorgd. Centrum en cultuurartikelen is allemaal op loopafstand.

De badkamer muren, badkamer deur en de plinten waren erg stoffig.

Er was geen ontbijt inbegrepen, maar er stond wel een waterketel en koffieapparaat met enkele koffiepatches, thees en wat toebehoren zoals suikertjes. Er waren voldoende handdoeken aanwezig, in de badkamer kan je zowel van een douche als van een heerlijk bad genieten. Alles was daar proper. Al bij al hebben we genoten van ons verblijf met alle voorzieningen, zoals een goed bed, genoeg plaats voor kledij en valiezen, een tafeltje en stoelen tegen de muur, kapstok, grote spiegel, een terras met een tafeltje en 2 stoelen, tv, Netflix... Bij het uitchecken om 11u werd ons aangeboden om de locker te gebruiken in de inkomhal. (We hadden enkele uren meer gevraagd om een dagje uit te trekken maar de poetsploeg zou dan al arriveren) De locker was groot genoeg voor 2 trolleys, zo konden we toch nog tot 's avonds van het stad genieten en hoefden we onze bagage niet me ons mee te sleuren.

Bij aankomst viel het ons onmiddellijk op dat de kamer vrij stoffig was. Er lag een dik pak stof op de televisie, in de hoeken en op de plinten van de kamer (Na we dit melden werd ons wel aangeboden om deze alsnog te komen kuisen). Spijtig dat we 's morgens niet konden genieten van een lekkere koffie want het apparaatje werkte niet naar behoren + waren er patches al geopend.

The apartment was super easy to find, to the point where I actually felt a bit silly catching the bus from Bruges train station - it was literally a single stop! Checking in and out was straightforward and the hosts were easy to get in touch with to ask questions and raise issues. They provided clear guides for using the sauna, underfloor heating etc. both in the property and through an online guide. They also gave good breakfast recommendations, but with town a short walk away it's just as easy to head out and explore for yourself. As the title says, the room itself was exactly as advertised, really cosy. Didn't use the whirlpool so can't comment, but the Sauna worked well, you just have to give it a bit of time to heat up.

As others have mentioned, it's worth noting that the stairs to the rooms on the top floor are quite tight, so prepare yourself if you bring a larger suitcase!

De locatie, heerlijk wellness gedeelte,mooie inrichting, comfortabel bed, snelle reactie van verhuurder.

Geen zeeppompje, oranje/schimmel voegen bij de douche. Boiler opwarmen duurde minstens 30 min (niet 15 min). Wanneer de whirlpool werd aangezet (bubbelstand) kwamen er bruine roestvlokken(?) in het bad terecht.

Lovely modern accommodation , spotlessly clean , great shower and in a superb location for visiting Bruges. Only a short walk to the old town or Train station. Prompt communication from hosts.

Hot water ran out on one occasion but was rectified.

Leuk ingericht, gezellige kleuren. Privé sauna (gaat vlot om op te zetten) en jacuzzi een pluspunt!

Matras wat zacht aan één zijde voelde dat je het wat inzakt. Matras mocht wat harder. Tip eventueel werken met oplegmatras of traagschuim. Verder hier en daar beetje vochtplekken, voor aan het bad kan dit verbetert worden met extra tegels aan raamwand met waterdichtingsdoek achter. De deur van toliet is een schilderdeur en zag ook beetje af door vocht (verf die bladert langs buitenkant) als er ooi overwogen moet worden voor een nieuwe deur kan je opteren voor een gelakte deur die zijn beter behandeld en kunnen beter tegen het vocht. Voor de zwarte deur met glas blakert die onderaan af (roestplekken), daar heb ik niet meteen een tip voor hoe daar mee op te gaan. Voor de rest tevreden :-)

The location is amazing, it's close enough to the train station, but also close to the city and all the main attractions. The room was spacious enough and the floor heating made it comfortable.

The terrace was inaccessible, the host let us know beforehand and this was eventually solved through a partial refund, but they let us know on a short notice so we had to accept it since there weren't many other properties available. The door to the terrace was stuck, cracked open a bit, so the cold from the outside would reach the room. There was a LOT of dust under the bed that was accumulated over time. The 'toiletries' in the bathroom were half-filled supermarket bottles, and some of the toilet paper rolls were obviously used by the previous guests. The bedding and towels were clean, but they were stained. But more importantly, in my opinion, is the slowness in replies on the host's side. I inquired about using the luggage after check-out, and the replied 9 hours later (in the evening), after we had solved the issue. On top of that, the house rules said that we had to take the sheets off the bed and pile together all the towels, which isn't a big deal, but it no longer feels like you're a guest - so much for hospitality.

Il n’y avait qu’un molleton et pas de drap de dessous dans le lit. Il serait utile que la chambre et la salle de bain soient séparées par un rideau opaque et pas seulement une porte vitrée transparente . Cette location se fait sans contact avec une personne.
